I had lunch there yesterday and had the all you can eat angel hair pasta, mushroom sauce and crispy chicken frittas along with the chicken gnocchi soup. It was ALL delicious and highly recommend it. I forgot what our waiter's name was but he was a very good waiter and the staff are all very friendly unlike other restaurants.

We had a party of 11. Two other restaurants couldn't handle a party of that size. Olive garden had only a 10 min wait and not only a table but a whole cut-out section for privacy and to mingle easily within out party. The manager, host, and waitress were excellent in their roles. The food was consistant and pleasing as would be expected.

I have to travel to the next town to enjoy my Olive Garden. There are so many great dishes to choose from, and the wines are very good also.

It was my first time going to an authentic italian restaurant, the experience was Mamma Mia! The food , ravioli was delicious , the selection of wines is also great. It a place where you can go for a cozy meal. Have a portion of filling food , a few drinks and a takeaway of good memories. Highly recommended for those who have a finer taste!

We had such a great experience here! First time wasn't great, but we've been back two times and had the server Mario each time, and he's amazing! The fastest service we've ever got! No drink reaches empty, the breadsticks are flowing, and the dishes come flying out! Mario is the GOAT and makes this Olive Garden worth visiting

It's (live Garden, the food is their food. What I got was fresh and done right. Can't complain at all, totally satisfied, I go often to Olive Gardens in the US and Mexico. The service here at this specific one was exceptional though. Super nice folks, manager too, very attentive staff. They worry about their service and aim to please. If I'm ever back in the area I'd be happy to go back.

I got the shrimp scampi with asparagus, tomatoes, and angel hair pasta. Once again, I dove in before snapping a pic (oops!), but didn't do too much damage before remembering to photograph my meal. Delicious!

We went on an early Friday evening and this place always makes us feel welcomed. The wait time was around 10-15 mins which definitely points out that this place is popular. I can't say enough good things about our server Mario - he was jovial, energetic and understood how best we can get the order that meets my family's needs. The ambience was very family friendly. This is our go-to place when we just want to have great food which is value for money. Love this place, full points to the manager Anna too who made sure we all get a great service and memorable time.

We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden in Tracy! The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made our visit special was our server, Tynen. He was outstanding — checking in on us at least 10 times throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see such dedication and care. Tynen made us feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Big thanks to him for making our dinner so enjoyable. Great service and a short wait. Food was delicious as always — tried the Vegetable & Cheese Piadina, and it was great (not too heavy, cooked just right, and perfect for lunch). Salad and breadsticks are always wonderful, and I’m loving the new lunch menu. Also, I definitely recommend the summer Moscato Sangrias. The watermelon one is light and refreshing and the apple one has enough pineapple in it to make it tropical.

I went here with my son a few weeks ago. Returned for my birthday with family that came from out of town. Ordered the exact same dish, Braised beef rigatoni. Still very flavorful, but the sauce was minimal the 2nd round and the pasta was dry. I had to ask for extra sauce. The server was attentive, but forgot things we asked for multiple times when she came back to check on us. It was busy that night so we didn't get too bothered. I was celebrating and enjoying company of family I hadn't seen in a while. Olive Garden is always a vibe to me with the low buzz and good cocktails. There are very few actual restaurants in my city and the food and service are consistently good here. I will try to frequent this place more.

My daugjter loves alfredo, and really it doesnt matter what Olive garden we go to, its always amazing. But this one seemed to be a little bit better than the rest, well, atleast on this day 🤣. We actually sat in the bar area, they have a few booths in this area, the only problem with that was our service was lacking a bit compared to weather we would have sat in the main dining room. The bar was pretty much running the show in that area, and ofcouse, alcohol always comes before food and non alcoholic beverages. The only thing i would tell the staff there, please give the same service that you give in the dining room. If you cant, dont sit families in the bar area if it gets too busy to maintain quality service!

We love Olive Garden. We haven't been there for a while though and was very surprised about how much the prices had increased. Kids menu is great. We had the unlimited soup and salad which is always a winner. The waitress took away our menus after we first ordered and took a very long time to come back to ask if we wanted to have more. She also did not offer to bring another salad, we had to ask for it. She did not have a menu with her and when I asked which other soups they have on the menu, her reply was: " Well, which soup did you have?" We did not know the names of all the soups and it was quite an uncomfortable situation. Food was still great though and we had a very enjoyable time with our three small grandchildren.

The food and service was great. However, there was a smell of sewer/ grease trap as soon as we walked in the door. Went with a group of 4 and we all smelled it. We went into the bar and couldn't smell it in there. The service was quick and food tasted fine for quick lunch bite. But smelled it again when we left. I think they were using fabulous cleaner which didn't help and even made one of our guest queezy. Hope they figure out how to get rid of the smell and maybe clean their drains inside the restaurant.

Absolutely loved the food as always but wanted to honor the waitress we had last night. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she was new and it was her first night and she did absolutely amazing! Super friendly, constantly checked up on us and overall provided us with wonderful service. The reason I’m taking off a star is because when she sadly had a little mishap last night where she dropped some drinks near our table, which is completely understandable, mistakes happen, I couldn’t help but notice other staff members.. a group of girls.. just watching and talking in the corner and no one offering to help her. There were even young children next to us offering to help her clean up before the other staff did. Considering it’s her first night, I was very disappointed how other staff were treating her. She handled it so well though and apologized and brought drinks out quickly again for the table. Just wanted to bring this to light and wanted our waitress to know she did wonderful for her first night! Great job!

We had a large group for a weekday lunch . I know the challenges of large groups but the service staff and management did great! Food was decent, service was good. Can you really go wrong with unlimited soup/salad/bread sticks? Just feel like it's a little pricey, buuut the portions are pretty big so I guess it works out. I recommend coming here on the early side because they tend to get pretty busy for dinner and the wait can be long.

Asked our hostess to let our server know we were celebrating a birthday. Salad came after the food was served, we were told that there was an issue in the kitchen however, everyone around us managed to be served salad first. Overall expected better from a company like this.

Went in with my friend after a tiring day just to have good food. This was my first time at Tracy location. Atmosphere was very good, family friendly and kids friendly as well. Ambience was good and have ample sitting while waiting to get dine-in sitting. We got warm welcome from the server and didn't had to wait for sitting. We decided to order Spinach dip with chips in appetizer and Rigatoni with Creamy Mushroom sauce in Build your own pasta section along with salad. Expected Salad & Spinach dip with chips would come first but just got salad. Then we got spaghetti with creamy Mushroom which we denied as we ordered Rigatoni. Server apologized and took back and after 5-10 mins came with our order. It was warm but not tasty but we were very hungry so we had it without complaining. Then we reminded server abt Spinach dip n chips & guess what, appetizer came as soon as we finished main course. We couldn't enjoy it because we're already full. Overall food quality was 2.5 out of 5. Service was great (except few goof-ups) 4 out of 5. Atmosphere was great 5 out of 5. Sorry couldn't take photos as we were too hungry 😞 Will give it a try one more time.

The food was good, but the service was not the greatest. My wife ordered an endless salad that was nowhere near endless it only filled the large family size bowl with enough for one serving. When she requested a refill, the waitress said that because I took a couple of bites out of the bowl, my wife would have to order another salad. The waitress explained that her salad was no longer endless and refused to refill her bowl. The waitress made it her business to ensure that me and my wife and I had a horrible experience. We felt very unwelcomed.

Ehhhh, seems to be getting tired. Same old tattered couches in the lobby, service is ok, food has changed over the years. Maybe time for change. But overall it was okay.

Customer service seems as cheery and polite as before. I'm leaving this review regarding the changes in food in comparison to my earlier experiences at olive garden. The food has started to become increasingly salty. Even the salad has an abundance of salt that is unpleasant to consume. The atmosphere is pretty decent but it definitely seems different than before(PS: it might just be because of the food)

I came here for a date night with my boyfriend and was asked by the host about the dipping sauce that they were offering. Unbeknownst to us, it’s a charge that we weren’t informed about when we agreed to it. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we were notified of it. Then it comes to my attention after we left from a friend that dipping sauces are refillable, also was not informed of. I feel like if you’re going to charge $6 for a sauce we should’ve been informed it was least refillable. Not a horrible experience but left a bit unhappy. Our server Patrick was great though!

I placed an order for carry out at 3 pm for 6:15pm. I got there and texted that I was there for pick up at 6:13 pm; I waited for 25 minutes. I saw people getting there after me for take out and getting their food before me. I finally called them and they said they were really busy . The meals came out to me cold and the broccoli was cold and limp. The salad was 1/2 brown with the core of the lettuce. My husband's meal was cold and hardened to one side of the food container. I paid good money for the meals and never had a bad experience there, but this was unexeptable.

I was very surprised about how poorly we got treated by the host. She never smiled or said" hello, welcome". Didn't really think much about it until I went to the ladies room . When I walked by her she made faces at me, so full of contempt an anger. I feel her racial undertones are unacceptable in a place like the Olive garden. I reported her to management. She should be fired.

We’ve always enjoyed Olive Garden, but our recent experience at this location was disappointing. Our server was unfriendly and unaccommodating — even refused a refill on shared salad, something we’ve never had an issue with before. The service felt cold and dismissive, and we weren't even offered the usual mints at the end. Service was terrible....waitress didn't know what she was doing and her English was not good. Food came out cold and appetizers came after the salad. .... bathroom was filthy!!

When we first arrived we were greeted by the distinct smell of the sewer backing up. It was terrible. We waited a few minutes until someone finally showed up to seat us. It was the worst experience I had today. We went to there to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary, after today I would never go to any Olive Garden to celebrate my any special. First of aok our server was not good. She was very slow. It took 20 min to her just get ranch. We were still tolerating her, but then a guy came with white sweater, he was with no hair on his scalp and started to ask if we need anything then my husband said, “ yeah we asked for ranch, then he said oh yeah I saw your server was pouring but we asked it been more than 20 min and how long does it take to pour ranch.our kids already ate salad and breadsticks without ranch. He started to argue and said we could leave if we want. That made my husband very frustrated and on dinner table we ended up with arguing each other. Came at 6pm on a Sunday. Lots of open tables and 3 avail tables in the bar area. Sat down and was told they are not “first come first serve anymore” you have to get on a waiting list per the manager Felipe. He wanted to make sure the “server was able to get caught up”….., SHE HAD 2 tables each table had 2ppl. SMH Then walking to the table the hostess had us walking in circles bc of a chair vs having it moved like the ppl that walked right behind us did bc they were not going to walk in a circle.

This It's one of those sad days that this chef actually has to call out another restaurant for a safety violation that he saw happen right in front of him. At this site, I witnessed someone deliver food to a table, let it sit there with those folks for more than 5 minutes out of the waitresses sight, and then come back and gather it up for delivery / service to another table. This was caused by the waitress spending more time with her friends and not paying attention to the details of what food went where. Once I saw what was happening, I warned the poor woman receiving the dish where it just came from. It never left my sight and I was shocked it was delivered as normal no problems. The poor woman checked and it was cold . I can also say the waitresses action grossed her out as most would be. She asked for a refire and then couldn't even eat the new one becauseof the wonder what else happened outside her view. I doubt the waitress has even understood her actions just stopped 6 people from ever coming back again and all telling a terrible story. And now...I would never approach the following comment unless I had a good reason. I will add that the waitresses size doesn't overlook others rights and they don't need to get out of your way because you are larger by far. The waitress was large...so large that two could not pass one another in the isle without both moving slow and turning sideways. The problem was her attitude. She got really angry when people waited behind her while she was talking to her friends. She took up the whole isle. Sadly her attitude when asked to move was close to find somewhere else and walk around because I'm busy talking to friends and they are more important. She did this to my GF and 2 others coming to the table from the bathroom. Your waitress gets this comment for her rudeness. If that is how she wants to be a waitress, then the woman needs to find a new career cause as a chef I would fire her on the spot. Won't be back, won't say nice things about that place, and can not recommend this place for a coke...

Well well well-if you want to be charged more than what the menu says this is the place to go as well if you want to be told to not share your food like if you a child this is your place to go ,the whole atmosphere weird for no reason.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We arrived half an hour after opening, virtually every table in the place was open. Greeter said it would be a few minutes... We did there waiting... waiting... waiting... The manager looks over and asks if we had been greeted, then says we have to wait longer because the seater was taking a to go order on the phone. Phone orders come first, customers who dare to show up in person aren't worthy of service. Couldn't the manager have seated us? Is this a skill set he doesn't possess? There was no attempt to apologize or offer any reasonable explanation for no service. We will never return to this location.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. We arrived at 9:20 PM (they close at 11 PM), and it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there. The woman who served us looked annoyed from the start. We got our soup and salad around 9:40 PM, and before we even received our main dishes, the server came over asking us to pay. It wasn’t even close to closing time yet. We told her we’d pay after we got our food, but once the main dishes came out, she asked us to pay again—putting a lot of pressure on us like they were in a rush to kick us out. If you’re going to stay open until 11, don’t make your guests feel unwelcome just because they come in a bit later in the evening.

Olive Garden has evidently introduced delivery. I’ve tried to order on the app and it keeps saying order cannot be placed, try curbside pick-up instead? I thought maybe it was Apple Pay so I changed it to PayPal and same thing. So I tried my debit card and again same thing. It was 8:30 at night so I figured maybe since they were closing in 90 minutes it won’t take delivery orders. So the next 5 days I tried again using the different payment forms. I ended up ordering from different places with no problems. My last attempt was today at 1 pm and same thing. I’ve wasted a couple hours of my time trying to place an order with them and no success. So I called the restaurant and I asked them are you having a problem with delivery. The lady asked if I used the website and I told her no I have the app. She said they partner with amber and she’s had Uber orders today. I asked were the orders placed on Olive Garden’s app or Uber’s and she could not answer that. So she has a customer trying hard to give the company money and she offers no solution other that I can come in for order pick-up. Well if I could I would but I broke my knee cap and cannot drive and I depend on delivery. I never use Uber directly because they increase the price of the restaurant’s items and they charge various fees and you still have to tip of top of that. So if I try placing a $25 order from Olive Garden it will be $50 plus tip with Uber orders $32 plus tip through Olive Garden. I’m on disability and don’t have the money to pay double for a meal. I don’t really spend this much on a meal but it was my birthday and I was treating myself. So this ruined my birthday. And have tried to treat myself to no avail. It’s bad enough to not being able to place my order on the app, but the lady from the restaurant treated me like I’m an idiot. Are you living in our delivery libation? Yes I live about a mile away. Are you sure you’re using the app right? Um yes, it’s saying it cannot process the order and asked to use pick-up instead. I asked if I could place the order on the phone with her and she said no. She said I don’t know what to tell you. So no offer to help or maybe go check with manager. So was rude. Never apologized for the app problems. I go to Olive Garden each year for my birthday. I get the same thing each year. Like all good social media people I take a photo of my food and post it. Each year you can see the portion size gets smaller and the price goes up. In 2022 the pice of my meal was $15.99. This week it would be $26.99. That’s $11 more or roughly 75% in 3 years. You only get 2 breadsticks and the portion size last year was about two thirds of what it was 3 years ago. Needless to say I’m done with Olive Garden..The quality, portion sizes and service have gone way down while the prices have gone way up!

We were sat at a table, the restaurant wasn't too busy.. 15-20 minutes passed by and we were never once acknowledged. Tables that were sat after us were being attended to. Tried to flag down a server several times to atleast get something to drink. We were ignored. We got up and left and ended up eating at BJs.

I walked in to be seated around 5:15pm and the hostess was helping a family. I waited 10 minutes, then a couple came in and received immediate attention. The hostess did not even look my way. This made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. I was very disappointed!

This review is for anyone thinking of bringing a large party here. I called at 11am to give them a heads up that we would be arriving at 5:30pm because we were a party of 24. They responded with some objections but ultimately said just get here early and sign in. I arrived at 4:15pm to provide ample waitlist time. They again, had some objections but once I explained I would be reviewing my experience there was urgency “to make it work”. They added our name to the waitlist and we returned at 5:30pm. They explained we would be seated at a booth and 2 large tables. I assumed the tables would be set up together but they were completely separate resulting in half of us having our back to the birthday girl. We asked if anything could be re-arranged to avoid this and they said no multiple times. We decided to not stay and took our large party done the street to Black Bear Diner. We called Black Bear while at Olive Garden and they created a long table for us and seated us immediately. We were prepared to spend ~$1,500 on dinner at Olive Garden and spent less than $500 at Black Bear with spectacular service. Drive the 5 minutes and go to Black Bear instead, and yes they have pasta there too.

We went as a party of 7 to celebrate 2 birthdays. When we first arrived, we informed an employee of the birthdays and desserts of choice. Everything was going smoothly until we waited almost 10 minutes for drinks after 1 of 2 appetizers were brought. Then everything went smooth until it was time for the birthday portion. No mention of the previously discussed birthday selections were followed. We then requested the birthday selections again. Waited another 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. On the way out, spoke with an employee and they said “it was on the way out”. The desserts were brought out without the optional dipping sauces. Our server was nice however it was still an extremely disappointing experience

WORST! - stars Customer service ever and the driest food too, Alyssa R do better just because we are Hispanic don’t mean our money ain’t good, could of tipped you very well but left 0 first time ever I leave no tip didn’t even check on our table once rudest waitress ever who walks away from customer while the customer is ordering very disappointed. This was totally race thing since you arrive to our table. Manager Mario you also need to do better much better you seemed careless about the situation. To the young lady who sat us down thank you keep that positive attitude.

Terrible restaurant! We are a family of 5 we gave it a chance 3 times and they completely disappointed every time. We were ignored the first 2 times to the point we had to get a manager both times to start our order and the 3 time we sat for in the lobby after be quoted 5 mins ended up being 25 mins then we were sat and nobody came to the table once again. 2 tables that came after us already had drinks and food on the table. WE GOT UP AND WALKED OUT! We will not be returning.

Wow, where to start. I'm not exaggerating the 1 star for food, service and atmosphere. It was my wife's birthday. It was a Saturday night. The wait was about 30 minutes, which was weird because as I looked around, less than half of the tables were occupied. It was about 2 hours before they closed. We were a party of 3. When they finally seated us, it was squashed in-between two larger parties right by the kitchen door. Normally that would be fine, but when the restaurant is over half empty, it was annoying. I guess easier for the servers so they don't have to walk as far. As far as atmosphere, there wasn't much talking, laughter or even music - just a loud vacuum going the whole time. Strike one. Next was service. They must've been short on servers for a Saturday?? We all got the bottomless soup and salad. We saw our server a total of 3 times. Once at first to take our order, once to bring us food, and 30-45 minutes later to see if we wanted seconds of anything. (See picture of soup empty, salad empty, and bread empty. That's how we sat for almost a half hour! Strike two. Lastly was the food. There was only about a cup of soup in all the soups, both times. But the annoying thing was, there were zero gnocchi's in the gnocchi and chicken soup. (See picture) Not only that, there were no pepperoncini's or onions in the salad and very few croutons. We asked the server where the pepperoncini's and onions were, and he said they ran out of them. And he said they don't get shipments in until Wednesday! That means from Saturday until Wednesday they would be serving partial salads to everyone. Strike three. Needless to say my wife was sad about her birthday dinner. Last time at that restaurant. Olive Garden, if you read this, I'd like a refund.
