They have gyros and their small classic beef sandwich and seasoned curly fries. They even have tiki cucumber, onion, yogurt sauce! I like their bbq sauce for the classic. Staff is patient and helpful.

The girls working the drive through were awesome! I had to wait a couple minutes for fresh potato cakes, so everytime they came near the window, they'd give me a cheerful update. So sweet!

Can't go wrong with the classic roast beef sandwich. Went with the double size, heaping with roast beef which was nice and hot. They offer several different sauces but I prefer no sauce.

I grew up eating Arby's so I believe it is one of the best and last true sandwich Deli hot maker. Whenever you are near Tracy really really make an effort to touch down and try anything at Arby's it is the best food ever.

We went to Arbys in Tracy California, on our way to Sacramento. I did not realize they had fish sandwiches. So I had a 2 for $5 special which was curly fries with cheese and bacon and a fish sandwich. It was delicious. They have closed several of the Arbys close to us in San Jose. I'm not happy about that but when we find one we will usually stop for dinner. Food is still good.

Food was fresh and delicious. I got 2 roast beef sliders and the kid at the drive thru was very polite and I asked for the horse radish sauce and he gave it to me and told me to have a good day.

We love this location. No more Arby's in the bay area so we come to Tracy every so often to get our fix. Food is always hot and delicious. Staff is always super friendly. They have even brought my drink out to me in the parking area as I was on my motorcycle and needed both hands to pull out of the drive through to parking area. Awesome people. Thanks.

If you're reading this, it's not because you want to know how Arby's tastes. You're reading because you want to know if this one is worth a visit. I will gladly tell you it is. I've never had a bad time. The dining room has opened back up since I visited in June. Staff is mad friendly. If you're taking a trip for some beef 'n cheddar get to it!

I went into the Tracy Arby’s this last weekend for the first time. Nice and clean dining area, sandwich was excellent, restroom nice and clean, and my server, Nadia, was courteous and professional. It was a great experience and I will be going back in the near future.

Since we live in the SF Bay Area, & all the Arby's stores here have closed, we drive all the way to Tracy, to eat at this one. It's fantastic! The staff is great, very attentive (they actually come to your table & check on how your meal is going)! Food is delicious! The kids' meals are equally great. You won't go wrong if you choose to eat here!

Always stop here on the way home. Husband loves their food. The chicken salad sandwich, with grapes, celery, pecans are great for these hot summer days. They're also packed with chicken, BIG!

The food and service has always been excellent. But now they have remodeled the interior. The Arbys near us in Dublin closed and we drive to Tracy to get our Arbys fix almost every Sunday. I would also like to give a shout out to the employees who are all very friendly, fast and never got an order wrong.

I wasn't hot for the white Mac and cheese. It want very big for five bucks and the texture was firm and the cheese flavor wasn't palatable but the fries were so good. And the roast beef was filling. Overall it was a nice change since I don't have an Arby's close to me. I do not recommend the white Mac

Most excellent! Stopped by on the way to work. Parking lot is huge, so it's easy to park our truck & trailer. Went in and was greeted by a young lady with braces who actually seemed to be happy to be working there. Ordered a gyro (nummy), curly fries and a burger (patty was HUGE). Food was fairly quick, hot & tasty. Good job, team!

Seem to Not Disappoint. I don’t eat much meat. So when I do I’m Very selective. But I had to try the Brown Sugar Maple BLT. And it’s Definitely Tasty. Arby’s as a Franchise are closing MOST of their locations. So when you come across one you better part take in something Tasty! N E Ways stop by and order something already . I was on my way home craving some Arby's looked up the reviews and almost didn't go as they were not very good. I decided to go anyway and when I got there Moses answered all my questions as I'm very picky and Fides the cook I believe was on top of dropping my freeze fresh from the bag. The beef and cheddar had the perfect amount of beef sauce and cheese I was definitely very satisfied. Sometimes people have different expectations as I do a lot but this time I believe they went above and beyond Arby's. Great food great service.

My mother saw an ad for Arby's fish sandwich and asked me to pick her up one. I didn't even know we had an Arby's in the city! But quickly got to the restaurant. There were 3 workers in the back that I could see and one family ahead of me when I arrived. The woman taking orders was very kind and friendly. She quickly took everyone's orders and she also answered a few questions I had. I ordered the deluxe fish sandwich, medium fries, a peach lemonade and 3 chicken strips. In total it came out to around $21. My mother said everything was delicious and highly recommends it.

The food is really good compared to other fast food, and they offer many unique items. The fact I can get a decent French dip in minutes at a drive thru is very nice.

If you haven't been to an Arbys in a while, then you're missing out. The roast beef sandwiches are great and that's their main thing, but try the gyro yum. When i mention it to people, they always say they haven't been in years or have never been! Cmon people give it a try, you'll be surprised

Excellent Food - but doesn't hold it's heat well with significant travel time, so eat it while close. After a 20 mile trip home, it's lukewarm. I'm not blaming Arby's but I do find their food more enjoyable if I eat it sooner.

Been coming here for years when I pass through Tracy. I live in Discovery Bay. Usually their service is good but lately this last month or two it's gotten terrible. they have messed up my order the last 2 times I have been there. Once again I live in discovery bay which is a good 20miles away so when I get home and find my order is not right I cant drive back right away. So a few days later or maybe a week I go back and tell them about my orders not being right. They wont just make it right or re do the order they want to argue and act like it's your fault they messed up the order. Terrible customer service so the best they said they would do is give 20% my next order which is BS and when I did order again it was only 15%. This Arby's is a racket with the rudest young girls working there they are clueless in customer service.

It was hella expensive! $40+ bucks for 2 upgrades to shakes, original med. ARBY'S sandwiches with the curly fries.. and 1 extra sandwich. The food was only ok.. Will I go back... maybe. Fortunately service was excellent.

Their sandwiches are excellent but their menu is very misleading. There's a big promotion for two sandwiches for $6, but when I tried to order that and a large soda it came to $15. Their new fish sandwich which was displayed prominently on the drive-thru menu (without a price) is $7 and it's not part of the two for $6 promotion.

The restaurant is old and in disrepair. The roadt beef was OK and with the Gyro deal gone, not worth the $$ but the deal killer was the curly fries which were clearly left for a long time under the light and had a taste of old fryer oil. I tossed them after a few bites. Two roat beef, two Gyros, and two curly fries for almost $30!! Not again.

Quick service and friendly. Jalapeno burger was very good and well priced. Double cheeseburger was lacking lettuce and tomato. Did get the mustard and pickle removed as requested.

We're pescatarian and wanted to try the fish they've recently added to their menu. It was an actual filet, not processed fish (thus the 3rd star), but we both decided that the size of the fish was so small and the curly type 🍟 weren't that great. 1st and probably last time to Arby's - since we don't eat other "MEATS!" Lol.

Haven't been to an Arby's in years and was really looking forward to the thinly sliced roast beef on that soft bun with some of that yellow cheese and Arby's sauce. What a disappointment. The place wasn't busy, but we waited almost 3 minutes for an acknowledgment and then it was another 3 mins before our order was taken. The food was prepared quickly. The roast beef had a burnt flavor to it and the curly fries seemed to have been fired twice, possibly 3 times to reheat them. tables were dirty and floor was grimy. maybe it was an off day for them but, not good at all. This is how restaurants die.

Super busy! I guess the face-lift has made this place popular again. Cashier almost gave me wrong order, had to give me change because she over charged my card. Then I had to wait for my mozzarella sticks. I'm going out on a limb and say this was just a bad night for them. I live Arby's, so I'll be back, I just hope it's a little bit of improved service.

Roast beef slider was good. The curly fries were overcooked and greasy but the crinkle fries were good. The kid loved the chicken strips. Overall not bad but we were a little disappointed that the online menu did not match the location options.

Food is consistent. I always over sauce my sandwiches, so any issues are my own fault! I remembered the Jamocha shake with more coffee flavor than it has.

Not really much to say they have some really great deals and specials at times but California prices makes this a once a year stop for me.

At the time of this writing this restaurant is undergoing major renovations and only has a few tables. While the staff was cleaning the easy areas, we noticed rodent droppings behind the soda machine. I think they should close down until renovations are complete and they can open properly.

In-door dining has been available for a long time, now in this state, yet, I had to get in a long drive-thru line, to order my food, and then sit, in the parking lot, and eat my messy beef n cheddar sandwich, in the car. I drove almost 30 miles to eat Arby's, but I won't be returning here, until they re-open their dining room.

Ordered the Greek Gyro. Absolutely disgusting. Meat was like rubber and it was so greasy you could see through the wrapper. The middle of the gyro was empty!! Absolute worst Arby's experience ever. The ice cold milk saved the one star rating.

Not sure why this chain restaurant is still open, I've gone to a few different locations and the food quality is terrible for all. Last time Arby's tasted good way easy 2000's. For this specific location... Service was efficient. Both sandwiches (Classic beef and cheddar on an onion bun) was drowned in Arby's sauce. So bad so that the sandwiches became inedible. Wouldn't recommend this or any Arby's location.

First of all how you gonna have a special on TV and get to the restaurant and they don't have the special plus the food sucks the curly fries was over cooked the crispy fish was just okay

Food was ok at best, we had to tell the girl at the counter what the specials were, she had no idea and the place had no signs. I asked the people behind the counter what type of fish was in the fish sandwich, 2 cooks, and a counter person, and they couldn't tell me. I suggested reading the box it came in. They did, and we now know it was Alaskan.

Went on jan 5th ordered at 840pm. Store closes at 10pm. After I order they say closing soon and it's to go only. I say sorry I wouldn't have ordered if to go, just want to eat and will be quick. Then i ask for the bathroom key and she says nope they are closed. Seriously? I highly suspect they cleaned everything so they can leave early but if you are supposed to be open, be open!

Below expectations for Arby's. Food was cold and portions small, hardly any cheese on the sandwich. Staff did their best to get the correct order, and made time to clarify it. No indoor dining (and only a tiny hand written sign to tell you this), so had to eat in the parking lot which was dirty and littered with trash. Do not recommend.

I just stopped by and the doors for the lobby were closed. Pretty inconvenient, used the drive thru and asked employees why the inside was closed. She said “it’s not closed the doors are just locked” uhh ya no s#!+. Kinda rude.

They would not accept my coupon, and didn't participate in deals. If they had answered their phone when I called to ask what deals they would have, I wouldn't have wasted a drive there. The manager also did not even give eye contact.

I tried calling to find out the New Year's Eve hours. When the girl answered the phone she said this better be important Mr Kurt and immediately hung up before I could answer. Apparently they have caller ID. This isn't the first time I have been treated poorly at this location. The employees have very poor attitudes.

You can't have it your way here! I asked for a ham and swiss slider with cheddar instead of the swiss and was DENIED!! Stated that since the cheddar was already melted, they couldn't the slider in the microwave???? Then common sense should tell you to microwave the ham and the bun first, then add the melted cheddar...duh! So there response was...we can make your slider plain and charge you for a side of melted cheddar in a cup!!! REALLY!

I used to really enjoy this place but they are never open anymore. Last week they were closed at 8:30, this week I tried at 8:05. Posted hours say 9 for dine-in. No luck.

So we ordered our food and they got my order wrong and kept messing up my order I had already paid and he noticed I didn't pay for mozzarella sticks that I had ordered originally so he said I didn't add the order so do you wanna pay it now. Their mistake they should've just given it.

Could not even order food because I was told to wait while the cashier counted her tips. We went to Wendy's next door and they were polite and fast.

These people working at night are horrible, they need to fire people and rehire some better people. They both was unprofessional and after asking for a BBQ sauce with my chicken tenders they choose not to put anything in the bag after asking me what sauces I wanted. Now I got to eat some dry tenders with no sauce. Arby's failed me tonight.

this restaurant gives Arby's a bad reputation. Greasy curly fries, beef and cheddar sandwich seems like more cheddar than meat. Ended up feeding most of it to my dog.. every other Arby's I've ever been to has been excellent. The store and Tracy needs a total revamp from the bottom up. Tonight I visited this Arby's for the very first time and oh my, where do I begin... It all started when with a craving for onion rings, so I googled who makes thest fast food onion rigs, and Arby's was at sitting pretty at #1. That setteld that, off to Arby's I go. I get there and the place is empty unlkie other drive thru restaurants I drove past, so I'm thinking food is gonna be great and also I'm really feeling good about giving them some business during this pandemic. I reach the window to place my order and go for the seasonal fried turkey sandwich, request a combo with Onion rings, only to find out, they don't offer them at this location. Apparently they discontinued them 6 months ago, seriously? Who discontinues a regular side? Ok. Strike 1. I then asked for the criscuut sweet potato fries (also a seasonal Item advertised on their website) turns out they no longer carry them at this location because that was last season. So I settled for regular fries. As my second items, I needed 2 chicken sandwiches for my kids, who are very particular about how they lile their food. And they refused to customize my sandwiches because they don't customize promotional items. I mean, since when does anyone refuse to give you less food for the same $? Not just that, but they're rude about it, no thank you. That was it. I decided to take my business elsewhere. To whomever owns this location, good luck.

Got my order wrong several ways plus missing food, and I repeated myself twice on every detail because the girl taking my order didn’t understand or couldn’t take a simple order. I got a receipt that has a survey on back, tried to take it and it prompted me to a page that stated they no longer accept surveys for this location. Ya made me think they got too many bad reviews so they don’t want to hear any more negative news. They shouldn’t be using these receipt rolls if at this store if they don’t participate. The food is expensive at Arby’s we don’t go often, but the last 3 times I’ve went the food just is not like it use to be, neither is the service.

CLOSED for Renovations! Would be nice if you had updated so didn’t drive 30 minutes out of my way to find it clised. Much needed renovation as this Tracy location has been a dump for years but only location left relatively close to bay area.

Ordered smokehouse brisket. Was less-than okay. Main issue was roast beef was dried out as in sitting under heatlamp too long. If you are are going to have "made to order" service food needs to be fresh anf the meat freshly shaved/cut; not pre-cut sitting under a heat lamp drying out.

I just stopped at Arby's for the first, and last, time in years. We ordered four meals. We got three sandwiches, and no straws for any of the drinks. I would have just let it go, but since I had to run by Carl's Jr's to replace the missing sandwich, I had a little extra time to kill. Sucks to suck, eh?

Who are they hiring? Half our order was missing, typical service when I called to complain the girl said I could come back tomorrow with my receipt pshh...we live across town and won't waste the gas. This Tracy Arby's the worst fast food every thing!! First the customer service was a joke...next was the driest Arby's 2 for 7$ classic roast beef sandwiches..just a bunch of dried meat to go with the dry buns that you literally choke on!! No sauce? No ketchup, no mayo,no mustard no nothing!! The bread was so dried it literally crumbled into pieces!!! Then the chicken nuggets were a joke as well, they look as if they were cooked in oil that hasn't been cleaned in years..there was more burnt fried oil on the nuggets than there was meat!!..never again!!!...no wonder that place looks like a ghost town!! The parking lot it self was an embarrassment!! Dirty and filthy..This Arby's killed another customer...never ever again will I or any of my family members at Arby's!! ..Sorry dave (Wendy's) you were right next door..I should had spent my hard earned money at Wendy's...

This place was fine for a while but the last 3 times we went our orders were never correct. The first two times we ordered a beef n' cheddar, we kept getting plain RB sandwiches. This last time we received swiss cheese on our sandwiches instead of cheddar. Lizeth was the person who screwed up our order today. When I called to complain, the person who answered accused me of not checking the order and then hung up on me. Never going back to this location again.

I was unaware that this site didn't participate in the special for April. She was rude while I was ordering. As soon as I got up to the window, the manager screamed at me, and said to "READ." and slammed the window. I was told they were under staffed so I could not make two separate orders. I didn't have the opportunity to purchase the food because the manager and the cashier were extra discriminatory. I had $70 worth of food that I was not even able to buy because the manager slammed the door. She had not even asked if I still wanted my food. If she was a better manager, maybe she would not be understaffed.

I spent $14 on a brisket sandwich and some curly fries, to be asked to pay for a packet of ranch dressing because "that only comes with the mozzarella sticks or..." one other thing that I don't remember. That wasn't the biggest problem though. The sandwich obviously microwaved more than once. It was absolutely terrible. I tried for five days to get ahold of the manager and was told she wasn't in repeatedly. I left my number and never received a call back. I used to go here all the time. It's sad that it's gone downhill in such a fashion. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

If you offer a nationwide fish special for sandwiches, than everyone should participate. We left.
