I've lived here for 10 years and this McDonald's was the worst one in miles I stopped going here years ago But By accident I was forced to go for my wife and she thought it was a different store and so I tried it and couldn't believe it. This McDonald's was great I told her about the service being good and she told me the food was great I've been back many times I was told last Labor day new owner bought store Great Job new owner
Dining room was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Several families out for a happy meal on a Friday night so my crazy kids were welcome. Very surprised by the quality of this visit!
Place was fine .. inside was closed but staff that did help was friendly. The only thing would be how long the drive threw line was but u have to consider the fact that most inside places are closed and as well as I'm thinking the area doesn't have very many McDonald's around explains if somebody does want McDonald's of why it was so long of a line the timing was I guess normal I'm getting through the long line so I can't down them a star just for having a long line because of those factors✌
I love this location the staff are very nice and the food is hot. I had a order mix up and the fixed it right away. I would be back again. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work during this time in our country.

One of the local Mickey D'Souzas. Its McDonald's so stop complaining about service, food quality and atmosphere. If you don't like it go somewhere else and know with certainty , they may miss items from your order from time to time but they won't miss you. 😂😂😂
Came through the drive-thru at 150am to get 2 mcdoubles and medium fries. I NEVER had hot food like this before ever and it was AMAZING like McDonald's blows my mind they just don't serve food hot HOT rather than ready to eat. It was great I had to park and eat. 10/10 stars the most impressed visit I ever had at McDonald's and don't expect to get lucky again at any McDonald's.
Great atmosphere, great hot food, could use a little better details to cleaning the tables still sticky and a little dirty. Server was polite and kind even checked on us. Been along time to have an experience like that. Keep up the great work
Today, the restaurant was very busy this morning . Employees seem very friendly st this location. Thank you. 09/13/2024 This morning was the most business I have seen at this restaurant in some time. However APP was not working this morning and could not get a receipt as there machine was not working either.
Hands down the freshest nuggies I’ve ever had
Bryan and the girl working there late at night were amazing. First of all, don’t know what she did but the McDouble was even better than usual and the fries were fresh and warm. Glad they have 2 people there so that one can handle money and the other food. Then, I ordered cookies but they made a mistake and realized they didn’t have cookies made. She made me cookies on the spot and it only took 5 minutes. They threw in a couple extra, delicious, freshly-baked, warm cookies to keep me happy. Bryan’s demeanor was just overall very pleasant, upbeat, and positive. Thank you Bryan!

Best McDonald’s experience we’ve had in a while. The person on drive thru was clear, competent, and spoke loud enough for us to hear him. He even told us to take care, which is unusual for fast food. The food was actually hot, the fries weren’t over-salted, and we were in and out in under two minutes. Well done!
All I can say any McDonalds is a hit or miss, and today they were a hit! After being ill for days, I had to have it! Lol, thanks it was great!
If you yourself are quick and efficient, and understand how to zipper merge, this is a great experience. If you are going for a family experience I would recommend a different location. It is a great McDonald’s don’t get me wrong! It’s just very fast paced.
I was very impressed by how clean and neat this location is. Bathroom smelled nice and lobby area was probably the cleanest I’ve seen in all surrounding locations. Also the manager who took my order, Joseph, was very nice and made sure my order is correct and fresh.
Love the $5 meal deal.
Service is EVERYTHING!! We just left this location and had Roberto for multiple orders for our table (utilized app deals). He was courteous, polite and EXTREMELY attentive. I don't think in all my life I've ever had such great customer service at a McDonald's. Way to go, young man! The restaurant and restrooms were extremely clean, and the dining area in general appeared to be newly built or remodeled.
I just came to visit mcdonald's to get myself breakfast right before work.When the other one down the street, it was still rebooting. The cashier told me happy thanksgiving with a great smile.My food is fresh.I'm gonna be coming to this mcdonald's.Instead now. Thank you
the guy who works night shifts is always in such a terrible mood and projects it towards customers, like i understand he may be miserable from his own choice of career but thats a personal issue, if you guy's as a company want ur location to thrive, you'll need to get rid of people like that.
Team is great and kind. I’ve become a regular at this location and Marissa is always a delight, consistently asks if I would like to add a drink or cookie to my order when I didn’t previously include it (not in a pushy way). Atmosphere is really depending on patrons. Most days it’s good, some days there’s people in there upset about little things who take it out on the workers.
They were efficient with my order even though I had to park and wait. Didn't wait too long. The food tasted like any other McDonald's so I was satisfied with it. The employees that I encountered were nice and I even thanked them for being kind.
This has got to be the fastest fast food I've ever seen. We ordered and there were at least 4 cars ahead of us, but like clock work we all hit the pay window then the pick up window and were off without stopping. Except at the two windows... Well the pay window cuz when I got to the pick up window our food was already bagged and waiting on us when we got to it about a minute and a half maybe two mins from the time we placed our order. How is that even possible? Wow.
It was good. Only thing was the long drive thru line, due to the fact that this location doesn't have it's dining room open. Took about 7 minutes or so total to order, pay and receive food. Other than that, food is still great!
I went during lunch time so the lines were very long(it went pretty fast though) . McDonald's has gotten very pricey, didn't even buy that much and still spend thirty dollars. Everything went good until I pulled to window to get my food, they told me I needed to park. I waited almost 10 mins which is why I gave them four stars. Everything I ordered was there and the food tasted great.
We went here at my youngest son's request. Our fries were fresh and our service was fast. We did not use the restrooms so I am unable to state how they were. The tables were clean and soda station was stocked.
The food was good. Love the sugarfree vanilla iced coffee. Hate the kiosk where you have to try navigating the menu on your own. Difficult for those of us over 70!
Extremely busy at times. They are doing their best during ths pandemic. Dinning room is closed for now. Use the app, or wait in the lines. Update... they are doing amazing! Food is always hot, and soda is always cold and refreshing! Use the App!! It has a lot of benefits once you learn to use it.
Just your basic, fast paced and efficient McDonald's. This one leans nicer and cleaner than many others I've visited but they are a well oiled machine and serve fast, and hot food with little error. Worth making it your McDonald's spot
This is a really nice McDonalds, everyone was pretty nice and the food, well, it's MCDS lol. But my kids love eating inside because it's so nice.
We stopped on our way to SD. Employees were nice, friendly, and helpful. I needed J-Hope BTS Tiny Tan figure to complete my set and the cashier was so nice to look in the back. The fries and nuggets were cooked fresh. The restaurant was clean, restrooms were recently serviced. Parking was adequate.
I usually like the BQP w cheese. And I usually have the onions that were cut to a nice size. But at this particular McD's location u get these big clunks of onions. Its the 2nd time I ordered the BQP w cheese from this location and the 2nd time w big clunks of onion. I tossed half my sandwich in the trash.
Food is same across the board. The only thing I dislike is the inability to serve myself to napkins, ketchup, and a refill. You have to ask the counter for a refill and they get you a brand new cup (environmentally bad in my opinion just to reduce excessive refills -- or at least I believe that's the reason why they don't let you self serve anymore). I prefer to serve myself instead of having to wait for someone to tend to my needs.
The food is typical for a McDonald's. Which is good or bad depending on your opinion. The drive thru situation is absolutely horrendous. Long long long line. And it seems forever to get through it. It would've been great had the person at the register not try and sorry me my change($10) and get my drink order wrong after reassuring me that he corrected his mistake... So after about 10 ish min, give or take, I was finally able to get the correct change fiasco figured out I asked if my drink was what I had ordered they told me yes and handed me the wrong size and when I took a drink I already knew that it was going to be the wrong beverage and it was so without wanting anymore issues there I took my cold food in disgusting diet beverage and left very unsatisfied
It's always hit and miss. Sometimes it's good and other times you feel like the food isn't fresh and getting food that was made hours before. Also not getting your order right and your already out of the drive thru window.
This place has been very hit or miss. Especially at nights. Problems experienced listed below. 1. They don’t give receipts. 2 Any time from 12am-5am you cannot get Sweet Tea, or Coffee or ice cream. How are you 24 hours and not expecting people to buy these items? Lazy much? 3. The fries I get at that time are never fresh, basically lukewarm at best. Gross. And I can’t complain because no receipt. 4. They don’t answer their phone at night knowing they give bad food. 5. The service has been horrendous. I gave 3 stars because maybe it’s just a bad day every time I go through the drive thru. Which brings me to my last issue. Some chick with red hair made a comment while I was ordering my food, I heard her say in the background “Eww” maybe it was in response to something else but what horrible timing. I’ve slowly stopped going to this one and driving 20 minutes just to go to the better one. And every single time I give this location a chance you drop the ball. I had to write a review as I’ve let too many “Bad Days” slide. Hire people who want to make your location better.
I like some of the deals McDonald's is offering now but their codes are so problematic it's becoming a hassle. Now they have a kiosk to speed up ordering but once again the codes don't read. 'Oops, something went wrong, please see the manager'. No, I'll just see the door. Come on McDonald's, get your act together, throw a little money at some competent IT guys! Update: Be careful ordering from the mobile app, I placed an order here and was charged. I got the regular notice from BofA that the charge was made, then I noticed I was charged a second time (within 10 minutes) for the same order at the Lake Havasu, AZ McDonald's. I've been going round and round with McDonald's but they claim they're powerless to do anything (yeah, right). I wonder how many times that has happened and went unnoticed? And how many times it's happened to other unwitting customers. They said there's a glitch in the mobile app and that happens sometimes. The solution? You take care of it and deal with your bank, you jump through hoops to get your money back, not them.
The service here is painfully slow. One time I ordered curb side through the app and waited 49 minutes. I went inside to ask what was going on & the manager claimed they never received the order even though my credit card was charged and had the order on the app she refused to give me my order.
I work in the same plaza as this McDonald's. Half the time myself or my staff goes there, the order is completely wrong. Today I went in and a lady cut in front of me. She realized it and said sorry and I took my spot in line. I was next and new cashier comes up and grabs the guy who just walked in the door... after he's done ordering, he grabs the lady who cut in front of me earlier. So after they took two people after me, I'm finally up. The cashier walks away. I just left. When their employee's come into my location, we take care of them. It's the Plaza code. But we're constantly getting bad service over there.
Sat in drive thru for 37minutes. 12 behind a person just talking to employee. No food or drink given. Fries were fresh and good. Burger was gross.
I love the breakfast. But lately the few I've ordered from they mess up my order. If I'm speaking clearly how can you mess it up. Not to mention the biscuits are cooked to well done and whybjs it that you always have to ask to make it fresh? This is every single McDonald's you go to.
What is happening with good old fashion service. We were trying to use a kiosk to put our order and we're having a difficult time so we decided to go to the register to take our order. We were not done completing our order when another person came in, interrupted, proceeded to completed the order and then told us to use the Kiosk next time. Once we were done she directed everyone in line to the kiosk. What if we just want old fashion service. Everything is getting so automated.
Ordered food for 4 via the McDonalds App. Ordered 4 coffees, all lacking much of the caramel/vanilla flavoring we ordered (some but not strong at all). I ordered two chicken mcgriddles myself. I have no idea what was wrong with the chicken but they were the worst mcgriddles I've ever had (I get them fairly often on my drive to work). Not sure if the chicken was left out because we ordered a lot of food or what, but I couldn't finish them. Also took a LONG time to get our food but admittedly our order for 4 may have warranted that on its own.
The manager Angela was incredibly rude. Asked if they had napkins and she rudely said " over there where it says napkins". I rarely eat here and when i do it is through the drive thru. I was shocked at her nasty attitude and even other customers were making comments that it was rude. She doesn't seem to manage very well either since her staff seems clueless as to what's going on. Waited for our soda for what seemed like 15 mins before i had to say something and then was told its self serve. They need to have staff asking customers if they've ever used kiosk etc. It was all new to me.
I asked for a sausage muffin nothing on it with a ice tea/lemon. When I drove up to the window after ordering I was told then they had ran out of lemon. After driving off with order I noticed it has cheese on it and has been stirring for awhile not hot! Car line too long just went on!
If you're not too fond of the smell of cannabis, just know that the area has a very heavy scented smell while you're pulling in to get into the drive-thru
It was midnight so am not sure if it's normal to have some it's of the item on the menu unavailable. First, we could only pay with cash not sure why. Second, the machine to make coffee and any ice coffee was not working or being clean out ( which i did not see that when i drove to the window). The food was okay and the person who took our order was polite but he was the only one besides the cook working and doing everything. A few works were either on thier phone or avoiding to be seen.
I love McDonald's. I wanna start off by saying I love McDonald's because it's just awesome. I also wanna say a few good things about this location the food is great and the service is friendly. Now with that said I went just the other night to pick up some food and they had me park at 1 of the 3 parking spots they set aside for people in the drive-through when the wait is too long. I don't think it's fair or right to park in these area because it's so unlit there is no lighting at night. It's not A dangerous area but it isn't fair for the McDonald's staff to have to walk out through the parking lot late at night in the dark to deliver the food to their guest while the guess wait in the car. There are several homeless people around and I have nothing Badd to say about homeless people. They're just trying to survive but some of them aren't healthy. I can't imagine what it would be like for someone to have to wait in their car who may be afraid of all of these people around in the dark. I don't believe it's safe for the staff to come out at night by themselves or with out a coworker. I think it should be much better lit the lighting is horrible. Sorry to write so much about this I just wouldn't want my daughters to be parked outside at night in the dark waiting for their food or if they worked at McDonald's to have to cross the parking lot at night it just doesn't seem or feel safe.
UPDATE: Now that the inside dining area is closed, this location has gotten worse. The drive through is poorly managed and extremely slow no matter what time of day. Food quality has not improved. I now prefer to go exclusively to the Mission Trail McDonald's where the service is quick, friendly, and efficient and the food is always hot and good. The food was typical McDonald's. Although my fries were well done. This location never seems to be really clean. Counters have condiments or spilled drinks on them and during my 45 minutes I didn't see anyone wiping down or cleaning in the public area.
I comprehend that McDonald's often keeps fries under heat lamps, but could they briefly refry the sitting fries to avoid serving stale fries? During my recent visits, the quality of the fries has been disappointing. Additionally, is it possible to have the lobby cleaned more frequently for customers' convenience?
10:15pm on a thursday, 15 PLUS cars in the drive through. I’ve been in this line since 10pm. It looks like I won’t get out this line until past 10:30 which is completely unacceptable for fast food… The night shift needs much work at this location. Better off going to In N Out, same prices faster service. Won’t be back to this location :)
Absolutely worst fast food experience ever! Fries being half full prompted me to check the rest of my order, and this is what my burger looked like! When I talked to the scrawny white dude with glasses told me "they come that way" and then called me a derogatory name! Long story short F this location! You're welcome
Food was okay. Liked it better when they had all employees at this location that didn't speak barely English. The food was on par for McDonald's but the 17 to 25 year old self entitled filthy mouthed employees made it worse than usual. This McDonald's keeps up with the Lake Smelsinore better really lower your expectations when you go here.
My got my food from the someone's else table. Because the person whom served. Confused the order. I got my foid touched from other's people. And i wouldn't wait. My son was crying was hungry. What the serviced. And the restroom is not had a baby's koala diaper's change. Is hart to do with out that. I guess getting cheap services by spend money there
Terrible, just terrible. Double cheeseburger was made wrong even though the sticker was labeled correctly, I was given french fries that were clearly nowhere near even warm, and then in order to get my food replaced I had to sit in the Drive-Thru for an extra 20 minutes! By that time the other half of my order was already ice cold and no one at home even wanted to eat. This McDonald's has been like this for years and no matter how many times I call corporate no one seems to do anything because it's franchise. I'm done trying.
Went through the drive thru and they messed up the order. Gave me the person's in front of me. Of course I should have checked it but at quick glance it looked like mine. Went home found out it wasn't and when I called just to let them know and asked if they could remake my order. I got attitude from the older manager Susan I believe but I could be wrong though. Gave her my receipt number so they could remake it and when I got there is was again the wrong food given to me. Just poor service and not one sorry at all. No kidding. At least say sorry. She was so annoyed when I gave her back the second order that was given cause it was wrong. Never going back.

Terrible attention to detail. Coke was tinted soda water, lighter than a sweet tea we ordered and only 3/4 full with completely melted ice. Couldn't even go back because we were already on the freeway.... very disappointed!
I went to this location off Collier and ordered about $32 dollars worth of food and once I paid at the first window I was sent to the second window where I was approached by a dark haired slim fit gentleman. He handed me the drinks and asked me if I could park in a parking space and that they would bring my food out. My husband told him that we would like to wait at the window because every time we order from this location there is stuff missing. He then demanded for my husband to either park the vehicle or he can get his money back. At this point we decided to give the drinks back to the gentleman and upon giving him the drinks he let go of the drinks all over my vehicle. I usually am not the kind that leaves a bad review and under different circumstances I wouldn't but when you purposely drop drinks at my car which I have only made 2 payments on then we have issues. My husband asked to talk to the Manager Veronica and she angrily asked us to never go back there again. I don't know if they were having a bad day but working in customer service all of this was uncalled for. So we decided to leave and went to Jack in the Box and we actually spend $28 so thank you McDonald's for losing one more customer for the way your employees treat customers.
Lady who took my order over drive through was rude. They forget a fry in my order so I ask to buy one at the window and make me go back in line.
Worst service. Menu board was blackout and the person taking the order expected the customers to memorize their overnight menu. Her name is Gabby, she claims to be the manager tonight. She is dismissive and doesn’t understand the basic customer service job. Please train your associates on Customer Service values, which she lacks of. I can go on and on but please fix your menu board so she doesn’t have to explain your menu to your customers. Very disappointed at McDonald’s!
I had gotten a Bacon Burger and then they forgot the bacon. Then I told them they were missing the bacon in the burger then they gave me the burger back with cold bacon. Then they gave me fries that tasted so odd. Then we also ordered a happy meal and they said there isn’t the bucks for the kids meal and they said “is that fine” I said yeah we ate there and we see the buckets in the back ground. Lied to us. Worst McDonald’s ever never eat here.
Wish I could give them negative stars. Poor customer service, absolutely rude! How can you work at an establishment and not know there is an app to also order... and then yell at your customer when they nicely ask you, if you can help? Whoever worked the drive thru tonight on December 8th is clearly on Santa's naughty list. 🙄 😒
This McDonald's is the worst and with incompetent people including the manager Jeffrey. the service sucks everytime, no one seems they want to work. I guess it depends who is at the register and drive thru window or they get your order wrong. Then they take for ever to give you, your food after they mess it up. Never apologize and never try to make it right.
I ordered 40 pieces of nuggets. They weren't fresh or cooked through like they usually do. Also Ordered Large Fries and the fries were soggy and cold. Unfortunately due to time I couldn't return them. Just upset that I wasted money on food my kids refused to eat.
Ridiculous experience. Asked for 3 mcchickens plain with ketchup; order was repeated back correctly… pay for… check…. 3 cheeseburgers? What? And charged extra for? Hand back ask for correct order. Wait five minutes. Handed 3 mcchickens with everything on them. Wait another five minutes. Finally correct. Had to ask for a refund on the price difference because they did charge for the cheeseburgers instead. Disappointed that after 3 attempts to get the order right and almost 15-20 minutes at the window that they wouldn’t just refund our sandwiches in whole. I guess you get what you pay for at McDonalds
They were closed for a 24 hour facility and the guy looked at me through the window and didn’t bother. Didn’t even close the drive thru lane to tell us they were closed and made us sit there. Would not recommend.
I feel sorry for the workers. They are so under staffed, that every single car went from the drive through to park and waited for their food. I have never seen anything like it. About 15 cars just waiting. After 15 minutes, I just got a refund and went on my way. So, I can't review the food.
This location DOES NOT TAKE MOBILE ORDERS, EVEN IF you can order in the app, at least every time I've been there. Always the same problem, waste of time having to order in app, driving up, then having to cancel & be asked to reorder and get charged at the window because it doesn't show up in their system. Also, fries & other food is usually served cold here if not specially requested to be freshly made. Maybe they just don't want certain customers here, especially those ordering in-app.
Missing two items from my mobile order...
Whenever is making the caramel macchiato this morning 7/12 needs training. They made regular iced coffee. I also asked the lady at the window for 1 packet of ketchup and she threw it in my hash brown. The packet was touching my food…
Just left this place and female Manager “Gaby” made it super uncomfortable to order. She sounded very annoyed and had no customer service. Mc Donald’s needs to do a better job with hiring these type of staff as examples for the rest of the crew. She needs to go home with that type of attitude.
Sweet tea taste like coffee the chicken sandwich had the soggiest tomatoes…my husband got home and they forgot his meal I felt so bad for him because we live in perris so he had to drive back to lake Elsinore to get his food since I was at home ..usually I check before we leave the drive threw but he had the kids and was in a rush to get home . I tried calling to let them know but no one answers. Just a bunch of kids on the shift my husband had said maybe they should hire someone more mature to be more aware of what they are doing.
Trash. Their food is trash, their customer service is trash, everything about this place is trash. The other McDonald's is ten times better. This one is run by a bunch of highschoolers, the manager is some young kid who doesn't know what he's doing. They say online and in person that they're open 24/7 yet I'll go there when I get off of work around 11-12 and they're closed every single time. I've never seen that location stay open past ten. Even when they are open they will have you waiting 15 min for some fries and a plain burger. Honestly ridiculous, the whole afternoon/night shift employees are just lazy and rude.
I went to this location yesterday 11/7/21 in the evening to get dinner for the hole family and I paid 26$ dollars and change. Only for me to get home and almost all my food was missing. I asked the lady at the window before I left if everything was in the one small bag she had given me, she stated it was. I even asked twice and again she said yes everything was in that one bag. So I called the number on my receipt 3 times and no one answered, So I had to leave a message request an explanation or a refund and nothing has been done. So now I will call corporate so this does not continue to happen. Since we can’t go inside to complain. I was not about to go back in that long line to try and get my remaining food.
This location regularly takes 30 minutes to prepare your food after your order is placed, regardless of if the food is for curbside or dine in. The dinning room has ridiculous hours not what the McDonald's website posts. The dinning room is closed before dark. It takes less time to eat at a sit down restaurant.
Some real mature people working there. To think their comment about my car on my receipt is a joke. Not funny. Totally not a joke to make either! And don't bother on the Bacon cheeseburgers! Third time and NO BACON. Also no soda thru drive thru... But you can walk in and get soda? Make that make sense!
This McDonald’s frustrates me every time I come to it. They always forget something or refuse to acknowledge a mistake. I’ve even had an issue with management as a DoorDash driver. It’s like they don’t care or hate being there. As a customer service worker, I understand the daily frustrations but please get it together and be a little more professional and thorough. Until then, I’ll drive to Mission Trail.

Ordered breakfast this morning and had to deal with a rude manager (Jeffery, I believe). Despite that, we decided to grab two McCrispy chicken sandwiches to go. When we got home and took a bite, both sandwiches were not fully cooked. Completely unacceptable and honestly hazardous. I’m not sure if they were rushing or just not paying attention, but undercooked chicken is dangerous. I tried calling the store several times and no one picked up. Be careful eating here. This was a major safety issue and a terrible experience overall UPDATE: I already went to customer feedback and reported it there as well
They only thing i like from Mcy Ds is their sausage mcmuffins. I had the worst ones ever from this store. Runny eggs and uncooked sausage.
Service is always nice here. Every employee is usually always polite. Never had any issues until this morning. I got a meal here around 6am before going into work. I ONLY drank my frappe and 30-40 minutes later I begin to feel nauseous. Fast forward to it being 8am I then begin to throw up, have the runs, along with the most painful stomach cramps. It is now 10am as I am writing this. My symptoms are all still the same! Went to urgent care and told me the most likely culprit that gave me food poisoning is the FRAPPE. Just a heads up to everyone. So disappointing.I never give reviews but this was a MUST!!
Disgusting, hard, cold, 🤢 nasty plastic, should have never stopped, 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮highly regret it. Old lady served the food. I think she might have swapped food from the garbage. This is the feeling I received from her when she brought the food. Yuck 🤢
Why does it say 24hrs when it’s clearly not? I’ve stopped by twice between 3-4am on my way home. There’s worker in there, the lights are on but they never acknowledge you’re there. Don’t post 24hrs and leave your drive thru open if you’re closed.
Incredible 49 minutes at the drive thru. Record breaking. Ordered more than a hour ago
I wasted my lunch break waiting for service here. I sat at the drive thru speaker for quite awhile and was asked to give the person a moment. They then proceeded to assist multiple cars in the other lane that came up after me before coming back to take my order. The gentleman on the other end was extremely rude and sounded as though they could not be bothered to be helping anyone. When I got to the window to pay they didn’t have my order. They ended up charging the car in front of me incorrectly for my order and now were running around trying to correct it. Still without having my order entered or ready which was adding additional time that I didn’t have. I ended up leaving without food and had to rush to a different, more efficient restaurant nearby to grab food before I was late to work. Do better - fast food is too expensive these days for service and qualify to be this terrible.
Ordered and confirmed breakfast at 1013am through the app pulled into the drive thru at 1026 to be lied to and told I canceled my order when it was confirmed. If you are going to cancel customers orders go ahead and tell them instead of lying to people's faces and wasting time causing confusion done with this app and McDonald's junk.
Total lack of customer service. Waited at the register for 12 minutes without being waited on. Had 3 different employees say" we'll be with you " while carrying out food to cars. No one stopped to take my order. Management is instructing employees to push ordering from the kiosks and the ignorant employees can't figure out that will be the end of their jobs. Yet another business that will no longer get my money.
Mobile order ahead of time to have (2) Frappes, showed up 5 minutes after the order was placed. Let me tell you 🤮 we pulled up for curbside pick up, waited 35 minutes, finally got our drinks but they were melted and watered down by time we got them. This is the third time we come here and the service is very subpar. One of the drinks was orders with an espresso shot but you couldn’t even taste it as usually you would any other McDonalds you would, wouldn’t be surprised if it was never put inside it. Disappointed on the management & won’t be hitting this place up again.
Today, in the drive thru, I wanted to pay for a family’s meal that look like they were struggling. The kind worker was very happy to assist, however, the manager “Jonathan” walked over & said no. I explained to him I just wanted to help a family in need & he said “I don’t care, it messes up MY drive thru”.
