My Flat White was perfect. Service was good & precise and the cup of coffee was about $2 bucks less than their competitor.

Drive through menu was easy to read. Drive through service was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice patio area with lots of chairs, fans and it is covered.

I had a Cafe con Leche and my friend had the Lavender Tea...It was very good... Outside seating only...10am to 11:30 was a tad bit warm...But hey...It's August in Florida... Our conversation was interrupted a couple times by the Lee Road traffic noise...Again... But hey... It's outside seating on a busy road... I saw only one staff person working, but she was extremely friendly...They Do Not Accept Cash for payment...Yes...I will return... For wonderful conversation and good coffee...

I am so glad that there is a homegrown Orlando coffee company in this area. This is their express coffee spot that never disappoints. Coffee always on point and the staff is always so friendly and genuine.

I was visiting the area and stopped in for a quick Cup of Joe. The staff were extremely friendly and quick to take care of my order. Major shout out to Teray for her witty remarks which left me laughing as I left, and most definitely brightened my day! If I’m back in the Orlando area I will most definitely stop back in!

Great coffee, friendly staff. I've been here a few times, most recently on a Sunday afternoon because the Foxtail in College Park was super busy, whereas this one was very chill. They only have outdoor seating; it's well-shaded and breezy.

Very first visit. They helped me in choosing my morning coffee as I do not function this early lol. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and yummy coffee. Butterscotch latte with whole milk (they have substitute if needed). Chicken sausage, egg, and gouda* cheese croissant sandwich. You can eat there or drive through. I will be going here instead of the dunkin next door (they are a 50/50 with me -.-)

SERVICE demands 5 stars. Drinks and pricing are comparable to Starbucks. I've only done drive through but they have a Great space, decor and outdoor patio. Think they should really utilize the patio and have some live entertainment nights or something. 'Coffee and comedy' or a chill night on the patio with some spoken word. Just saying🥰

Every time I come here they are so nice. And they prepare your order really fast! Caleb even replaced my coffee after I left it on top of my car like a dummy and drove off. He didn't have to do that, but he didn't even hesitate! Wouldn't get that kinda service and dedication at Starbucks! Foxtail coffee is better anyway. My favorite place for coffee in Orlando! ☕💕

Great coffee and amazing vegan donuts. I didn't even realize they were vegan until after i had already eaten one and asked what vegan options they had! I highly recommend the seasonal cold brew coffee. It packs a mouth full of flavor in every sip. This is my new favorite coffee shop.

This is the most friendliest, amazing crew ever. I come here often no matter where my destination is, I HAVE TO stop here. 💙 The only franchise that the coffee doesn’t make my stomach hurt. They go above and beyond, and they even made my drink called The Mary Special ! Please stop by and get your coffee, and breakfast. Panini is amazing, the turkey sausage bagel, and turkey swiss sandwich I believe it’s called. Love you guys!

I always enjoy this spot for the excellent service, and the better tasting coffee compared to their neighbor who's name we won't mention 😅. I've tried a handful of their coffees and tea options and they're all excellent. I had a croissant that was a bit stale on one visit, and I was sad to hear that they were no longer partnering with DG Doughnuts, but I'm still a happy customer.

The coffee is great, I've had a couple different lattes. I love their matcha tea latte. The breakfast sandwich was ok, the herb mayo was a little much. I like the vibe of the place and that it's an alternative to the chain stores. Prices are on par with specialty coffee but worth it. Their service has gotten faster, I love Foxtail!!

It was very quiet which is Ideal for someone like me. The service was nice and thoughtful, not to mention friendly! The atmosphere has a modern-rustic feel with inspiring decor. The food I bought was good and the drinks were refreshing. Not a lot of people were there. It's an introverts dream!

I ordered through Uber eats. Even though they didn’t have what I wanted originally, they called me and we worked out an alternative as well as them throwing in a freebie for me. This was much appreciated. Super nice and kept me updated the whole time even when the first Uber driver left. The food was delicious and the coffee was great - highly recommend the egg bites and vanilla caramel cold brew!

I tried the macha latte which was great, however their coffee was on the bitter side. The breakfast sandwich and the roast beef wrap were pretty good. Prices here are surprisingly expensive for coffee- it seems like Starbucks, but local. The outside ambiance was really great though. This is definitely a chill and slow paced coffee shop- not fast food.

Exemplary coffee with complementing foodstuffs. Could be a bit of a wait. Not entirely inexpensive. Thoroughly enjoyed my ham and egg sandwich, which was superlative comparatively. You know how it is, some things are worth the extra and this just happens to be one of those things. They're delivering on the whole Foxtail high quality modus operandi but with express service. Service was a touch hipsterish or something like it but not quite and the tip jar couldn't have been more in the way or tipping more omnipresent from all the reminders. Easy in and out and thoroughly delicious. Enough of a breakfast sandwich to kill lunch too. Easily sharable. And tasted of solid quality.

Foxtail is good. Their advert or representation on Google and Google maps on this location should say OUTDOOR SEATING ONLY.. so we could have gone to a location w indoor seating. All else is well, but this would have been good to know.

Coffee is good and staff very helpful and courteous. I asked about their flavors and got a sample of each without even asking. A bit pricey though.

Great service and great coffee but the sandwich was still ice cold in the middle. When returned, it was overheated so much the bagel was rock hard

This location is pretty convenient. Fast service. Outdoor seating. The coffee is always good. Limited hours, but usually a good place to meet up with friends (weather dependent).

Coffee was bitter here, the food was great. I would say they were kind and opened up during hurricane Milton which was a blessing for us since we have been out of power all day and cannot cook from home so thank you to the owners who allowed us to be served on this difficult time. I wish the coffee was better more like my other location I go to regularly, but it’s always a hit or miss when you go to a foxtail, depending on the franchise. Otherwise it was exactly what it’s supposed to be in terms of being “express”.

I loved the espresso with the orange essence added. Truly a unique take. Very helpful staff that were super friendly. They are great people and I will be back when I am in the area. A great place for a cup of coffee

If I’m feeling extra hipster, I really dig Foxtail Coffee - specifically the Winter Park location on Orange Avenue. It’s charming in a handlebar moustache kinda way, and I’m always drawn to working on a screenplay in one of the tight corner spot. They have cool implements of caffeinated wonder, and some other edible treats that can keep your mojo in a fluid state. The location on Lee Road has none of that. It’s a purely drive thru model, more of a Kia version of the Rolls Royce. I had a mocha recently, and in shot form, it was pretty decent. I tried to sit outside on the patio, but the traffic was a distraction. In the summer, this will be a zero-sum game. If you’re looking for a solid alternative to Starbucks, I can give Foxtail a firm thumbs up. Be sure to give the breakfast sandwich a whirl. And if you’re craving the coffee shop vibe for some creative deliberation, they do have some cool spots - just not this one. A good choice for a pick up and roll. Stay foxy.

Same price (or more) as Starbucks, but not as good quality in my opinion. My favorite is the iced caramel latte with oat milk, but they only put a few ice cubes in it so it's never really cold, but kinda lukewarm. Also I've tried to get an iced pumpkin latte three times now because I've heard it's good. Not sure if this location makes it differently than other but I thought it was nasty. It tastes like they just poured some "pumpkin" seasonings on top. Not good at all.

If you're into overpaying for coffee and you can't find a Starbucks, this is a great place for you. I paid $9.00 for a 12oz coffee and a bagel. ( that's all they have to eat) if I weren't waiting on my family to meet up with me in a strange place, I would've gone RIGHT next door to Dunkin where everyone else was going.

Great location, it’s close to work, and there’s not many other food options in this area. Personally don’t care for their coffee, but I like their food. They have some neat food options for being just an express location. I really like their Foxtail Egg Sandwich. I’ve gotten it a few times and love the poached eggs, perfectly toasted and cheesy. It’s always kinda a long wait on food, I get that their making it there fresh, but it’s still a long wait. I’ve been here a couple times, and had good experiences all except my most recent visit. My most recent visit I ordered the Foxtail egg sandwich, and the server handed it to me just the sandwich wrapped up in greasy paper. (They’ve previously came in a box in a bag). It was kinda awkward that I was just handed this greasy sandwich, so I had to ask for a bag. Then when I was eating it, I couldn’t tell if it has bacon or ham or both. If it was bacon, it was grossly undercooked. Either way it was super fatty and unpleasant, I just took it off the sandwich. I wasn’t really bothered with any of this until I got to the last few bites and I saw a short black hair in the egg. That just topped it off and I threw the rest away. So 3 stars because I have had good experiences up until now. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

My first experience wasn't the greatest The lattes I ordered for myself and a friend, they we're not good at all. I had two special orders and they insured they could make it but whatever they threw together was notsogood. And I was sick all day from it. We both threw them out. Money wasted. Sucks because I work two doors down I was excited for something better then Dunkin donuts nextdoor to walk to on break- no such luck. 3 stars because they were pleasant workers.

Convenient location. Egg bites are okay, not great. Coffee is good. Cookies are yummy. Twice they’ve gotten my order wrong at this location (never at any other locations), and they were really nasty about it. They didn’t refund my money. If you’re in the area, the Edgewater location is busier, but better.

The food was wonderful and the coffee was made great, but I was a little sad about the service. The lady working the drive thru wasn’t very nice and wasn’t the usual foxtail customer service I usually see.

Severely understaff (2 people) & one of which seemed very new, so they were VERY slow. The prices are comparable to Starbucks, but the quality is better. I'm sure Foxtail will get more of my business as the staff clears over the learning curve, but for now 2 stars is what they've earned.

This place is a 2/2 time disappointment for me. First time I went they didn’t have several items. I’d ask for something “the donut fryer broke last night” ok, then I’d ask for something else “we’re out”. This happened 3 times. Tried them again today and have yet to be impressed. Ordered a coffee and donut. It took forever with only one car in line ahead of me and an empty walk-up area and plenty of staff members. They specifically asked me what size -12oz or 16. I said 16oz. Finally get to the window and they made the 12 - like, why even ask me then. Waited for them to fix it while they seemed to act like I said it wrong at the drive thru. After $10 for a coffee and donut, the coffee isn’t even good! I gave them another chance but Will definitely not be back to a foxtail. I’d heard people say the coffee isn’t good but now I can officially confirm that. I will stick to the Dunkin’ next door that tastes better, less expensive and faster service.

Ordered a large hot latte. It was super bitter and tasted like a SB Americano. Also, the steamed milk wasn’t even filled to the top! Worst coffee ever from a Foxtail! 👎🏻

Overall I feel like there is so much potential for this spot. Our hot latte was cold. If you want bad attitude that permeates your bad coffee this is the place for you. The quiche was hot and tasty 😋. Aesthetically pleasing patio.

If you want a good laugh, come here and check out their prices and quality (think over double the price of a Starbucks food and coffee order at less than half the quality- and I hate Starbucks). One may almost wonder if they are charging these prices as a joke; because they can’t be serious otherwise. On the bright side the employees are friendly & work hard. Very sad!

The coffee and food is good but it's not a great meeting/ business spot. I just had a meeting here Friday, and since it's all covered out door space we could barely see our laptop screens. The traffic was super loud and made it hard to have a conversation. The last straw was when the leaf blower cranked up in the lot next door... Just really weird execution for a coffee shop.

Usually this chain is my FAV!!! I’m SOOO disappointed. I came through the drive thru before my nail appointment so I didn’t have time to go back and have them remake it or else I would have. I drove from Ocala do I can’t get thus often ordered a hot maple pancake coffee and there’s NO FLAVOR and it’s so strong I asked for 1/2 a shot so how the heck is this drink so strong. I’m really disappointed.

I drive here a couple of mornings a week for coffee, passing the Starbucks because I want to support our hometown brand. The coffee is always good, the staff always friendly, but good lord please get some staff here. There is hardly ever more than one person working and they have to cover walk ups and the drive through. You can see that they are stressed out and doing their best, but it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get four cars through the drive through. If the location is too slow to warrant more staff, have you considered it might be slow BECAUSE it’s understaffed?

Was going to give 2 stars but after opening the lid is 0 stars. $6.50 this is the smallest cappuccino I've ever had. Paid .75 more for a tablespoon of oatmilk. More like a dopio with light milk. I go to the winter garden Foxtail Regularly... this is nothing like that one. Just was there yesterday and had an $8 drink which was a high price but it was an amazing treat... this place is the old dunkin donuts with a name chance and nasty coffee

Wanted to give this place a try. This will be the 1st and last time though. Too pricey for McDonald's style food and drinks. Canadian bacon is so thin you can't even taste it lol. I wish I could get my 10 bucks back and go somewhere else. But I'll suffer through.

I got there at 8:04am and left the drive through at 8:47am. Only if I had all the time in the world to wait for 2 /4oz cortaditos and 1 latte!!! Horrible experience.

Tried to order outside at the window standing well over 6 foot from the glass. No one at the patio. Was yelled at for not having a mask on. Told “I’m not taking your order without a mask on” and slammed the window shut. This is how you treat a customer? Lost my business for sure. You would think with another coffee place right next door the manners would be better. I’m not saying or judging by their policy. I’m judging by there manners.

Been here twice and I will never be back. Bad experiences both times but figured I'd give the benefit of the doubt by trying again before writing a review advising others to avoid. Today I ordered at the drive through a Carmel vanilla cold brew coffee, with half the pumps of syrup. Was told the price and waited from 9:43am when I ordered it until they gave it to me at 9:57. They told me when they handed it to me that they don't use any syrup and it's brewed with the flavor so they just mixed it with regular cold brew to tone it down. Not only was that not what I asked for (had they told me that originally I would have just ordered something else), I don't understand how it takes 14 minutes for a coffee that just needs to be poured over ice, with no explanation for the wait.

Long time happy customer since the original Foxtail opened. Won’t be returning to this one. Very rude employee yelled at me for my very well behaved kid standing in the wrong area (apparently) of the patio. I apologized very nicely that I didn’t realize there was a delivery happening and he may be in the way but she still rudely said “well he shouldn’t be right here anyway!” (It was not a blocked off area…just a grouchy employee) I don’t mind being asked to move at all but the retort back was very unprofessional. I don’t suggest bringing kids to this location, even well behaved ones. My sensitive little guy was then upset because he “made the lady mad” 😔

If you think Starbucks coffee needs to be stronger, this place will be perfect for you. If you enjoy the taste of burnt coffee, this place will be great! If you think $3 is reasonable for an 8oz cup of hot coffee, then this place is right up your alley!

I have had coffee at several locations. Not once has it been an acceptable coffee drinker’s experience. At one I asked for 1 hot dark roast and 1 hot medium roast. Could not discern the difference as they both tasted under extracted and, frankly, lousy. I now believe that people drinking this coffee don’t care about coffee but rather want to sit in farmhouse decor, sipping sour coffee.

Pulled in the Drive thru at 5:40pm on 12/18/23 and was told they were closed. Went there because it said open until 6 and Dunkin(next door) coffee sucks! However I will not return

Normally, I’m pretty happy with the overall food, coffee and service. But today the cold brew was watery and the ice coffee tasted like syrup more than coffee. Super disappointing hope this is not the new norm 😑

I love coming to foxtail usually but this location is just awful. Extremely rude service staff that catches an attitude when you accidentally mention a regular and large in the same sentence. They won’t give out their name so you can’t tell anyone about them but they will give you a free drink card. Then I came a second time (today) and they said the ovens are off for bagels even though they close in an hour and a half. The staff here is just super lazy, so I would recommend another coffee shop that actually wants to be open.

Second time I’ve been here and the coffee is not fresh! I specifically asked for fresh coffee and when you’re paying over three dollars for a cup of coffee, it doesn’t seem like too much to ask… I ordered 2 cups through the drive-through and it was lousy and now they’re closed so I can’t call or exchange. I specifically asked if it was fresh before ordering.

I have been purchasing coffee with foxtail for a few years. I went to this location for the first time and noticed there was no indoor seating. Only the outside perimeters allow for seating. I went to use the restroom first and noticed the door was locked. I proceeded to the counter and asked the "supposed manager" Becka if I could use a key to use the restroom. And with a very rude and aggressive tone, she replied, "Only for paying customers." From my understanding, working with people as we all do. There is a way to speak to someone, and there is a way you don't. There was no explanation stating their reason or policy before her, assuming I was not a customer. I stated that I was actually in the process of ordering through my app, but that I needed to use the restroom first. She said I needed to wait, and she closed the window and walked away. The store had only 2 customers, one in the drive-thru and the other that ordered before me. I went to the window. I saw another female employee with purple hair close by. So I knocked on the window to ask to speak to the manager. She stated that Becka is the current manager. I explained to the lady what just happened, and she said their policy is to only give out keys to the customers after they order? Because people have gone into the restroom on other occasions and have been found to overdose on drugs. I had no choice but to state that I am not in any appearance to be looked at as someone who is trying to use drugs in the bathroom while i am parked right in front of professional attire. This was so unexpected and offesive. I contacted customer service to report this extremely unprofessional and poorly trained manager. The customer will clearly see that I am a loyal customer, but after this experience, I may consider finding a better cafe with well trained staff that can provide adequate customer service.

It’s always a hit or miss with the customer service and the quality of coffee. Some days it ok but others, like today, it’s terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. Barista today was extremely rude right off the bat at the drive thru, giving me attitude for no reason at all. Why work in customer service is you don’t like to deal with people. Go home if you don’t want to work.

The woman opened the opened the window. After I rang the bell, she rudely opened the window and said I am going to wait and slammed it shut. Then she never apologized after she reappeared. They had 2 of the 13 donuts they listed. It felt like I was ruining her day by asking what donuts they had. The food is normally good, but the staff on the morning of Oct 7 needs to be taught how to interact with customers. Also no napkins for sticky donuts.

Got my favorite drink a Cafe Cubango... it was actually challenging to drink it was so bad. I mean really really bad, strong strong sour flavor only mixed with extremely burnt taste. They have me a coupon to come back and have another since this was terrible and I honestly won’t use it. Nice folks working there, but they can’t make a flipping coffee that’s not prepare.

This was my 2nd visit and equally as bad as my 1st. The 1st time I had a coffee drink, which was not even drinkable, and I threw it out. This time, I grabbed a bagel. It was $6, which was a lot, so I was expecting something great!!! The bagel seemed small but was flavorful... the cream cheese was literally a cup of Philadelphia cream cheese. For that much money, I did expect homemade cream cheese.... and they asked for a tip. Next time, I will go to Starbucks, where they never miss!!!

Paid almost $7 for a cold brew and basically got a cup of water. I don’t know if it’s due to foxtail expanding or just poor attention to detail. But I used to love foxtail it was easily the best local coffee shop. I’ve the past couple of months the quality has significantly decreased. Very disappointing. Get back to your roots foxtail! You can even see the water line separating at the top. Also there was barely any ice so it wasn’t that cold.

Just no. Coffee is better than Starbucks but just another corporate hole. Bagel was obviously very old. So tough that I could chew through it. Seating is outdoors, so good luck with that in Orlando weather.

I’ve been coming to this foxtail since they opened and for the most part the staff is friendly but today I experience the worst customer service by a old woman named Bethany. From the moment I was ordering my food at the drive through she was rude. Then she charged me a 25%tip and I asked her how to go back and she said “it’s done” I explained to her I did not want to leave a tip and her reply was do I want a receipt. Is that not stealing the consumers money in a way? Especially if I explained to her I DID NOT WANT TO TIP. I asked if she was new and she said no. I would like a store manager or regional manager to reply to me because that is beyond unacceptable. I’m very curious to know if she is getting away with this type of customer service. Truly disgusted by her attitude. How does someone enjoy a coffee after that?

Waiting 20 minutes in drive thru is not it but I dont blame the poor employee who got scheduled on a morning shift by himself despite being by himself he provided the best customer service possible as quickly as he could. I blame the management that doesn’t know that a coffee express spot needs atleast 3 employees on sight to run smoothly.

Ordered a hot chocolate through the drive thru. My cup was less than 2/3 full and it was very watery. First and last time coming here.

The coffee was stale and bitter, completely undrinkable. My bagel was clearly days old and rock hard and the barista was not pleasant, making for a really disappointing breakfast experience.

Rude rude rude! Whoever is taking orders is extremely unhappy with her job. My husband left feeling like completely inconvenienced her by ordering a plain coffee and cappuccino. In addition that would be ok if the coffee actually was good. Tastes very bitter and the cappuccino had zero foam. I would not recommend this at all for the price.

En serio, son lentos. Llegué a las 8:30, había dos autos delante de mí y no me fui hasta las 8:50. El Dunkin de al lado tenía autos volando en el drive-thru. Deberían priorizar a los clientes del drive-thru que tienen prisa para ir al trabajo.
