This is a great Starbucks. Rumored to be, and possibly truly, one of the largest Starbucks in the Western US, there is always seating to be had, though getting one of the 4 booths may be a little more difficult ( yes, a Starbucks with booths!). Employees here are very friendly and when you visit regularly, as I do, many of them make an effort to learn your name. So it can be like walking into the television Cheers, but without the chorus of hello Dave! But I do get greeted by name and asked how I am. I even get told how glad they are to see Me.

Consistently good coffee. Usually very fast. I wish the employees would take time to get to know their regular customers. Never have interacted with the management, so I do not know about their customer service.

Always clean, always well staffed, mobile orders are always made in good time. Never have had an issue with this location. Drive thru can have long wait times but that’s expected for the only designated Starbucks in town.

I needed to be a “Secret Santa” and drop off a gift for someone to pick up at this location. The management team were very kind and helpful in getting this item delivered. I think they went above and beyond in their customer service, and I’m grateful for their help and kindness. This is also a very nice location- large with ample seating, and not overly crowded. I would come again without doubt.

I went through the drive thru as a passenger. Ordered my usual, sausage bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and a white chocolate mocha grande size. Attendant at the window was very friendly and repeated our order back to us to make sure it was all correct. It's always a vibe at this establishment. Ty

Very professional and fast service. Also people working there are nice. But the best part was that before this covid dilemma, my friends and I could chill and use their wifi and no one would hassle us about anything. For me as a minority, type of group, believe it or not, a lot of places still discriminate. Not here. So this location, all colored shades of skin are welcome... and that's the way the cookie crumbles.... happy face

Hey, if you know me, you know we try a lot of coffee shops in San Diego County. I’m a veteran and I appreciate this coffee shop very much. Not only is it very spacious with a lot of areas if you need to tuck in with your laptop and get some work done or if you wanna have a meeting. This place is comfortable yet, Huge. In the three years we’ve been coming here. I have never waited on a line inside. They’re always very fast. Not to mention when you walk in the door they say hello which I know they’re supposed to do but not every Starbucks does it. And this one is here for the greeting. I’m most blown away by the kindness and warm feeling that my family gets whenever we encounter Miss Donna. She’s usually at the drive-through window but always stops to ask us how our kids are by name which to me gives that small town touch. They always write really sweet messages on their cups here too so definitely recommend stopping and get in your mocha frappe latte here.

I had the best experience today with the drive-thru server. I ordered the wrong size coffee and she took care of it, and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted . That's the kind of service that I look for. I work in the service industry too, so I appreciate it.

This is by far the nicest Starbucks I've been to! The employees seem happier here and it's a much more relaxed environment on the inside compared to other Starbucks. The atmosphere is lovely except the bright overhead lights and the chairs vibrate a little much, maybe because cars in the drive through?

I have been coming to this Starbucks since they first opened doors and while I can say the service hasn't been 5 stars every time, I can say it is today! Karen at the drive-thru window offered me friendly advice about trying a new drink and if I didn't like it they would happily make me a different one of my choice. That being said I am a die hard PSL fan and the pecan crunch latte is a surprising competitor, perhaps my new favorite- all the fall spice flavor but (finally) not too sweet! They do have a larger seating area inside with some booths which I found impressive and I am pleased to report they have one of the cleanest Starbucks bathrooms you'll come across.

I have to admit I am not a Starbucks person. I prefer to make my own drinks. That being said, I had a meeting with my daughter and another person and Starbucks seemed like a fun place to meet. The staff was super friendly and we each ordered different drinks, but we were all pleased. I ordered a hot chai latte made with coconut milk and I thought it was decent. There's lots of space inside to sit at a table with privacy and there's room outside too. All in all, it was a very good experience!

Great customer service! Gabby helped me pre-order 25 different specialty drinks for teacher appreciation week. She made it super easy and labeled all the drinks for me. This store is very well run and the staff is always friendly. Thank you!

The manager and the her dedicated employees work so hard to keep the store clean, safe and so genuinely welcoming. Now nearly 2 years, I have had severe Long Haul-after getting the original strength Covid in 2019. I still unsuccessfully fight 15 hours of sleep, tiredness, weakness in walking, unexpected acute imbalance etc. Not every Starbucks has been able to naturally retain its positive neighborhood vibe. This one is really nice due to size of lobby and number of tables. The clients too are nice and polite people--that makes the environment on a regular basis feel good. It is so hard to staff in today's times. This location's manager has nailed it. Hire additional part-time--flexible people for operations. But, they must be service-oriented and hard-working. She is doing the right thing. Winter is here. It is one of numerous mistakes other stores are making re: work teams. Keep lobby open--clients do not mind wiping down their table and seat and helping keep restroom clean--when not enough help. The lobby has to be open anyway. Other stores are making huge mistakes....including not terminating poor employees who aren't as committed as the rest of her crew. This manager has a staff that has earned being respected by her crew and clients. It matters! See you soon. I wish 12-15 hours Long Haul sleep result wasn't so merciless stubborn. This is one of a few strong Starbucks left.

Except for the newest baristas, several recognize me by my order...even in the drive thru...lol. Most all the baristas are friendly and attentive to details on special requests/customizations. If something isn't right with your drink... Even if it may have been the customer's fault....like forgetting to ask for decaf... They replace your drink without hesitation. Another plus...this store has a 🍀CLOVER🍀 machine!!!

One of the employees yelled at my mom because my mom didn’t know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. My mom asked them to remake the drink because there wasn’t much coffee and the employee (my mom thought it may have been a manager) gave her a talking to. I understand having to remake drinks is not ideal (former barista myself) but you still shouldn’t be that rude. My mom was super upset about it, and my mom doesn’t general complain much about stuff. So most of my rating is based off of my moms experience and a bit on my experiences there. My experiences have all been pretty good for the most part. My only bad experience was in drive thru when the barista at the window was pretty rude. They are an evening store so they have some fancier foods and wine and beer in the evenings which is cool. They also have a Clocer coffee machine which makes incredible coffee if you have the tine to wait. It is a new store so it is very up to date and clean inside. So we start with the bad and get that out of the way and end positively. It is a nice store all around, just don’t ask them to remake your drink. ;)

I enjoy my iced coffee nearly every morning. As I drive through, the staff is always kind and polite. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they sadly run out of my favorite veggie egg white bites. I love them!

If an order doesn't get fulfill in 5 minutes, check again with the staff. Service is sometimes quick and others can be slow. Free wifi works well.

Each time I've gone the drinks are always great. No complaints on that. Customer service is good. But the wait?? It's insane sometimes. I rather drive to Albertsons and get down, walk, wait a little less, then walk back to my truck than sit in the drive-thru. I don't mind waiting but when 15 mins have gone by and your not moving, I rather burn a few calories walking to Albertsons. ☕️

I use the mobile app so I don’t have to wait in line, this location on their website and mobile app says in store, go to open the door and it’s locked, so now I’m in the drive through which takes forever to pick up my coffee. On top of that I’ve been on the phone about 10 minutes trying to get through to ask if there was a different door I was suppose to use and of course no one is answering. Update- just made it to the drive through menu and they did indeed say there is another door. My phone is still ringing trying to get through. Make a sign on your door if there is another door that you are suppose to use. Three stars because the drive-through lady was very kind even though I was obviously irritated and the coffee order turned out really good

My baristas mess my drink up but realized before she gave it too me...so she fixed it. The drive thru was way too long and i went inside wish we could sit while we wait. No restrooms rn because covid.😷 The wait was long for my 2 drinks but well worth it.thanks fallbrook starbucks for doing your best!😀

Not good today, I waited for about 5 minutes to get the coffee (in the drive through) and when I tasted the they had put flavored creamer, which is a turn off for me (I threw it away). Recommend that the person taking the orders ask customers preferences during the order taking.

Be warned, no matter when I order through the mobile app, drinks are never ready when the app says they are. I put an order when when I left my house in Oceanside, drove through pendleton to here(30minute drive)… DRINKS STILL ARENT READY. So if you have time to kill and enjoy spending your day at Starbucks, feel free to come here. I’ll be using the Starbucks in the Albertsons right next door from now on. It’s faster for me to walk in and order than order through this place.

So people behind me were beeping because the older woman in front of me was busy voice texting and held up the line. I beeped as well because at this point my infant is screaming crying. I get to the window to find the staff talking about me I tried explaining because I felt uncomfortable and the woman at the window was rude talked over me and kept repeating “you beeped at her” rudely I won’t be back to this location. Super unprofessional staff.

Big and spacious, nice atmosphere. The bathroom is kind of smelly. There are so many workers, but they all say, hold on, and keep doing whatever they are doing. Which would be fine, if three of them didn't do that to me in a row in a five minute period. I waited quite awhile for my drinks, and when I wanted a water afterwards, the lady totally ignored me as I stood there for a minute or so. My husband goes there often in the morning and they never remember his name. It's just not personable.

What’s up today? I came to the register, it was like I am doing then a favor. Several employees seem disgruntled. I just walked in, for gawds sake!! Then, I received a cold “heated” everything bagel with a slice of tomato on it. 😣 Then, I had to remind them of my coffee which is tepid. Then, I had to remind them I had a traveler 20 minutes in. I am super disappointed in this location. I have been coming here ever since it opened and usually I have not had any issues. But today I was not having it. My vanilla bean had expired milk. I go in to the store to complain nicely about it and they offered me another drink but once again the drink tasted the same and it still looked foamy and saturated and worst of all it was yellow on the bottom and throughout the center. Once we dumped it in the sink it looked super saturated like it does when milk is beyond expired. Definitely not okay!

Went in for the holiday sale and they had nothing there. They were out of everything the website showed was on sale. I waited at the pick up counter to get my order I placed on line since the drive thru line wrapped around the bldg. I had to get their attention to let them know. They were all in the back area. Then I noticed card was charged for a $25 gift card with my drink order I placed online. I never even ordered a gift card. Won't be back.

Ordered 2 drinks, they handed me a drink I didn't order and when I said I didn't order this they got visibly upset. I asked if I was charged for the extra drink and she couldn't give a straight answer just said my drink was more expensive then the one she thought I ordered. Very awkward and unnecessary and not helpful, having an employee get mad when they messed up, no apology just attitude.

Bad experience trying to order here. I walked up doors were shut, clearly people inside. Walked up to the the drive thru window, not a single car lined up and the workers told me drive thru only. Didn't get a single word in, they just shut the window and walked out of sight. How about you update your lobby hours or post them somewhere?

I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before my arrival to be sure that I would be able to just run in, grab it, and go. When I arrived, however, I found a crowd of people standing in front of to-go counter. I made my way to the front of the crowd and requested my order and was told that it would be at least another 20 minutes before it would be ready. 40 minutes for a to go order! I told her that I was not able to wait another 20 minutes and was then told that I would have to wait in line at the register for a refund. After waiting in line I found that the woman running the register had no idea how to do the refund! Who is running this store?!?!

The worst Starbucks I have ever experienced. I go to Starbucks 365 days a year so I know a bad one when I see it! I have been trying to give this one a chance for over 6 months and it is only getting worse. Now that they know I complained to the manager, because she obviously told them I did, the majority of the younger staff is acting out. So unprofessional!!! It feels like high school all over again. Most other stores run circles around this staff. This store is rotting from the head, down. Corporate is putting so much pressure on the staff to handle the counter, drive thru and now mobile orders as well. The only way to keep the customers from losing it in all this chaos is to kill them with kindness. This store is way too juvenile to even come close to the Starbucks we all typically enjoy and respect.

This location is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! And I go to Starbucks almost everyday. This Starbucks makes me not want to support the company at all anymore. The employees seem to not have any sense of time. Every single time I go I am almost in the drive thru for 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!! They constantly turn off mobile orders and close the lobby so you are forced to wait in the drive thru forever!!! it seems like nobody is managing this place and all the employees are just there to hangout. I’ve truly never seen anything like it.

Stephanie was so rude and horrible costumer service. She scream at me for taking my time on choosing my coffee. I been a costumer for 22 years and never had someone treat me like that. Today at 7:00am, I had to wait in the drive through got 30 minutes. I’ve patiently waited but when I got to the winder the drive through worker had an attitude with me. I was asking for light ice and she just spoke over home and gave me my total. Rude service all around.

This morning's experience at the drive-thru was incredibly frustrating -- and sadly, not the first time I've had a bad encounter at this location. I usually try to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are some kind and friendly employees here. But today was enough to push me to write this. I always try to be polite and ask how people are doing, and there's one particular employee who consistently replies with a flat, disinterested "I'm alright." It comes across like she clearly doesn't want to be there -- not exactly a warm or welcoming vibe first thing in the morning. While I was placing my order, she kept saying "what else?" -- even though I was clearly done. It felt like she either wasn't paying attention or just wasn't listening. Then at the window, I only received my drinks -- no food, no explanation, just a quick "That's it." I had to park and go inside to ask for my sandwich. The girl at the counter didn't greet me or offer any kind of help -- just, "Do you know what you ordered?" And she looked at me like I was bothering her. Another employee repeated the same question, as if I was the one who made the mistake. No one apologized. No one took responsibility. The lack of basic courtesy, active listening, and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled makes all the difference -- and unfortunately, that part is seriously lacking here. I'd rather give my money to other businesses and not waste your time here. Especially when their demographic of customers are service members. RIDICULOUS

Every time i get a drink here its not mixed properly, the baristas will know it looks like crap and still give it you.The drinks look and taste like a toddler made them, definitely not worth the prices they charge.

I put in my mobile order prior to arrival when I pulled up there was cars ordering in the drive-through so instead I parked all those cars left and got their drinks and I’m still waiting in the store. I go to the drive-through to try to get my drink quicker and they still make me wait so you’re telling me mobile order is not quicker and priority is drive-through! Starbucks DO BETTET

Went through the drive through. I handed the young man $20. He Handed me food in a dirty bag.. it looked like wet mold. I identified the issue with the food, he said he would transfer the food to another bag.. like what 😳 its been in a dirty bag, gross. I immediately asked for my money back. He went and got who I presume to be the manager. She told me she could not/would not give me my money back unless I told her what the problem was. I put my car in park.. She gave me my $20 back. The audacity... clean your store.. train your employees. Its not okay to give people dirty items. And be rude enough to tell a customer you won't give them there money back. Will never go to that Starbucks again.

This morning's experience at the drive-thru was incredibly frustrating -- and sadly, not the first time I've had a bad encounter at this location. I usually try to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are some kind and friendly employees here. But today was enough to push me to write this. I always try to be polite and ask how people are doing, and there's one particular employee who consistently replies with a flat, disinterested "I'm alright." It comes across like she clearly doesn't want to be there -- not exactly a warm or welcoming vibe first thing in the morning. While I was placing my order, she kept saying "what else?" -- even though I was clearly done. It felt like she either wasn't paying attention or just wasn't listening. Then at the window, I only received my drinks -- no food, no explanation, just a quick "That's it." I had to park and go inside to ask for my sandwich. The girl at the counter didn't greet me or offer any kind of help -- just, "Do you know what you ordered?" And she looked at me like I was bothering her. Another employee repeated the same question, as if I was the one who made the mistake. No one apologized. No one took responsibility. The lack of basic courtesy, active listening, and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled makes all the difference -- and unfortunately, that part is seriously lacking here. I'd rather give my money to other businesses and not waste your time here. Especially when their demographic of customers are service members. RIDICULOUS
