My visit was awesome on 1/13/22 and all of the young ladies and gentlemen on this evening’s shift deserve a raise. This is my second visit over the past few months. This location is consistently amazing and everyone is respectful and efficient! Moreover, the customer behind me made a special request on how he wanted his meat cooked (long line/hectic environment) and the young man on the grill happily accommodated! I will always give this location my business!

Updated 8.1.2024: this chipotle was great but it seems to be going down hill third time I've come in well before close and they are out of most everything. This time o got there at 9pm and they were literally out of everything! Do better chipotle. Please! Original review:Fast and good service. I love Chipotle but location management can be hit or miss and this place is a total hit!!! Food is always fresh and super generous with portions. Only wish they kept the lemonade and fresh juices refilled more. I'm addicted!!

I'm really getting sick of this location with the poor service and lack of inventory. The last 3x I've ordered they are out of chips or dressing or both. I'm not made aware until I pick my food up which is extremely unprofessional. Those 2 things are the main reason why I even come! Please get it together!!!!! Update: 1/2/26 - This evening was the most pleasant experience I've had at this location. The ladies at the counter were so polite & efficient. And they have 100 score!! Keep up the great work! It's appreciated!

Shout out to these guys, line was served quickly, all the workers were on top of their game, thank you for the actual decent portions, and amazing service. I don't know about the bad reviews I saw here lately but whoever you had working this shift they definitely got it. 5 stars all around.

Fist time going but won't be my last, now I know they vegan options. The service was show first; no one greeted me when I walked in. After I was greeted the service was pleasant, I was able to sample their tofu crumble & I was awesome. My burrito was huge, I had to take the test home. Will be going back

I've observed that Chipotle locations in this region have lower-than-average star ratings, and I'm investigating the potential causes. My recent visit to this particular store was positive, mirroring my experiences at other upstate New York locations. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. The food taste fresh only thing I could say the dinning area needs a little tlc, especially after multiple people sit in to dine. Overall 5 🌟.

I will be honest, I was surprised to see how many 1 stars this place has. I usually order on door dash. The first time I did I got a chicken quesadilla not the el pastor and it was late, but they gave me the el pastor chicken, that el pastor 👌🏼 fire. I get it every time now so grateful they didn’t give me the regular chicken lol! Today I went into the store and it was great. The line moved fast the people were communicating with each other. I don’t have any complaints so far. They were teens working but they did great. Hopefully others who have a good experience leave a nice review. Positive reinforcement is always needed.

Always great tasting food! Lately they have been running out of items. Staff is friendly and helpful. I really blame it on the supply chain at this time. I will continue to go. Also, they need to let you apply a tip to the credit card pay. The young people there are often helpful…

Mexican food items with a twist. The food was a decent amount for the prices. Them burrito bowls are always good definitely filling. I love the idea of fresh veggies daily so you never have to wonder what you really getting for your hard working dollars. Customer service is good as well. Fine dinning with a decent price sounds great to me so I'm sure I'll be back again.

The food is usually pretty good! I usually do a mobile order and pick it up! The staff is usually friendly but not always. And even though it’s a mobile order they still forget to put things In The bag. But overall I give this location good reviews

Update: I visited this location on Oct 14, 2022 and received the best service ever, the gentleman that prepared my food was quick and very friendly, Candle was very professional and helpful as well, the entire staff that worked on this date around noon blew me away, I definitely will visit again! A friendly inviting business goes a long way! Thanks guys. I ordered a bowl and as always the food is fresh and good, the dining area and outside needs to be cleaned, the staff isn’t very friendly and no one smiles, I guess for them it’s just work.

Not worth the money., the Q Blanco is awful. Need plane cheese. We are still in pandemic mold. Nobody wants to smile and enjoy their job. They did change out the cheese

Hello There, I placed an online order today and I had someone else pick up my order for me. On the app it said my order was waiting but my sister was waiting 10 to 15 minutes more for my order. They should not pick clicking your order is ready if it is not ready. This store is always a mess and they are always behind and out of things. I am a very patient person but this has happened to me more than once. I love Chipotle but the service is awful. When my sister told the lady that on the app it said my order was ready she was rude. If you are not friendly you should not be working in a customer service atmosphere. Have a nice day!

Never Order online! I ordered online and my hubby went to pick up the order and had to tell 3! different individuals the SAME THING…before speaking to the Manager to get the order made. It was Never even prepared, although I was informed it was completed at the set time online! The reply from the manager below Is straight BS! We order the same thing every time and it’s given in the same container for only about $3 extra! We’ve chosen to stop utilizing that location and stick with Morrow! The service & food there is Always Great 😊 Update:2024...the last 2 times we've gone there after standing in a long line, finally we get to the front to find they've run out of food. Once it was the lettuce. tonight it was meats! But they'll still charge you the full price. We just walked out the night they stated No Meat! They could have made an announcement. Personally I don't understand how you run out...who's managing this place...a 12 year old??

Since when do they mix spinach with the lettuce!!!???. I didn’t notice when she was making my bowl, only when I got home to sit and eat, yes it was spinach. Don’t ever go there after 8 p.m. because they run out of toppings

Had dinner with our son here. We all had the carna asada. Son had a burrito while Hubby and I had bowls. You get a lot of food however we still felt it was on the expensive side. We liked the meat but overall we weren't impressed. Staff were friendly but talked way to fast.

I've only been by during high volume hrs so keep that in mind. Service n food were excellent but everything the dine in area looks trashy n the tables need cleaning. There were no napkins out and the tea area was empty. So if yr going in/out ok but dining in is questionable.

I'm go do 3 stars on service cause I pay a different amount every time. Food is different due to depends on who is cooking. One time it wasn't done and I took it home and finished it. But due to large crowds eating here and the servers seem scared fixing the food due to the Instagram videos out where someone goes crazy on them cause they didn't have enough cheese or the rice wasn't sitting right I just get mine and go. I will go back but they stay very busy. Atmosphere is 3 stars max. They really don't have time to clean or a dedicated person for cleaning. I get mine to go so I can watch TV and eat. Enjoy!

I ordered online. The bowls were the skippiest that I've ever seen. Please do better on online orders. It's utterly ridiculous to pay high prices for low quality of food 😔. My son and I ended up throwing the bowls away.

Quite possibly the worst Chipotle experience I've had. There was an uncharacteristically long wait to pick up my food which was ordered before hand. Food was ready, however whatever person took their sweet time handing the food over. When I returned home to eat my meal, all of the items were laughably small in comparison to their expected size. Expectations established by many meals from Chipotle. The burrito was too small and missing ingredients and the bowl was half filled at best. When attempting to share my discontent with the service I was met with what could best be described as an aggressive trivialization of my unhappiness regarding my experience. I was very disappointed and hope that no one has to have that experience in the future.

These kids have no sense of real customer service! They don't smile and act like you're a bother for coming in. Instead of wiping the excess food off the serving counter, the employee tossed each grain of food back into the serving containers. Getting the vinegarette is like pulling teeth!

Placed an online order for a salad with light rice. And essentially got a rice bowl with 5 pieces of lettuce on the bottom and a small portion of meat. The bowl was super soggy with pools of liquid at the bottom and completely wrong. There were heaping portions of salsa, sour cream, and cheese, which would’ve been nice except I didn’t order any of that. It was spicy but bland at the same time not an ounce of seasoning. The only thing right was the label printed on the bowl that didn’t even match the contents.

I have tried so hard to support this location in Fayetteville because I really like Chipotle, but every time I go there I am disappointed. First off the staff(not all) seems they don’t care about the customers. Recently I went there and ordered the brown rice bowl with chicken. I could have sworn I ordered lime rice when I don’t remember them having a lime rice. The lime was over welming that it took me awhile to finish. It took away the taste that I was use to. Today I went back and the rice was not fully cooked and the chicken was bland, not to mention, I found small piece of plastic in it. I don’t like to complain is why I didn’t take it back, so I just dealt with it. I think I’m just going to bypass this location from now on.

Unbeknownst to me, the supervisor and manager were on the service line, very hostile and rude. One person in line behind me. They aggressively asked me what I wanted and threw items in the bowl and down counter. Checking out, I asked for the manager and was informed that one was a supervisor and the other was her manager. WOW. Worst experience ever. Will not visit again. Also, the restaurant is progressively dirtier when I visit about once a week.

I can tell you that management stinks based on their customer service. I placed my order and the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I get to the window 9 minutes later and there were no people in front of me or behind me. The lady at the window had a big hickie on her neck. She threw my stuff in the bag and said they were out of forks. How are people eating inside if they have no forks? Also, the quality of food does not taste as fresh as other chipotle. I doubt management cares. I wish I had a picture of her bad attitude. I would file it under "nasty".

Do yourself a favor and save your money. I made an online order because the inside wasn’t open (even though when you call the number it says they’re open for dine in). After I ordered online, I spent over half an hour waiting past the time it said my food should’ve been ready for pickup. They do not bring the food out to your car. You have to join the line of cars wrapped around the building. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even what I asked for. I was somewhat satisfied with customer service. However, I did not receive a full refund, and the voucher o was given has to be used within 30 days. I know I surely will not be using it at this location

I want this location to win. First time I ate here 7:45pm-8pm. They said they are out of veggies for the bowl. Cool no problem. Days later same time before…out of Veggies, odd but ok? Weeks later today! Same time Out of Veggies and Pico! I asked if they closed 8? They said 10pm…one employee is turning the chairs up on the table. It finally clicked that they want to get out of there early. My goodness there is 2hrs left to make money, run efficiently, and there was a line behind me! The night seems to be teenagers and to their credit they were polite, but whoever is the night manager has to correct that. If your open with hours left you should refill the trays for your customers choosing and keep business coming back, not pushing them away. The service should be the same from open to close, no half stepping when the sun goes down.

This location is normally great with their customer service and food quality, but tonight it was TERRIBLE!!!!!! It took 10-15 minutes to get an order from the Chipotlane at 8:30 PM and I was the only person in line, the 3 people working didn’t hear me blowing my horn or saying “hello” several times because they were talking, and when I received my order the food was cold, an item was missing, and the portions were incredibly small. A complete waste of time & money!

This place has a ton of potential. It’s Chipotle. The good: When asked for help, the team responds well. The bad: The pickup service needs improvement. The teams building customer orders are blockaded by a solid wall and unaware of customers coming to pick up their orders. They layout requires them to walk around the wall to place completed orders on the pickup shelves, which are typically not filled. Not much they can do about it now without taking on additional cost. Order quality leaves a lot to wish for. I haven’t had a burrito order that didn’t puke on my clothes. Double protein maketh me happy. Not sure if it’s standard procedure to double wrap a clearly overflowing burrito but I’ll be making that a request from now on. Hope is not lost. The team can get there if they rally around the truth that they represent an entity purposed to serve. That’s the MO. Put yourself in the paying customer’s shoes.

I've frequented this location several times with nearly identical standards witnessed. There is typically several staff present and it will still take an unusual amount of time to serve 5-7 people. Too many times have I and other customers witnessed wiping down the food area with a nasty looking towel, flinging food particles back into food containers from the counter and the dirty towel used. Reading other comments, this has been long standing. Utensils are few. No napkins. Tables aren't being tended to. No one reasonably expects t.v. standards of presentation but the question of "would you serve this to your family members?" Should be asked.

Disappointing experience. Rice was hard, not completely cooked, and missing the cilantro and lime. Steak was not seasoned and very greasy. I have had many meals at various Chipotle's, and understand consistency is difficult; however, it appears many short cuts were taken during food preparation. Also, it was a bit concerning that the cook was not wearing proper protective gloves (chain/metal glove) to be worn when cutting steak.

🙄The kids build your own meal is in a crate in the picture but is always given to me in a bowl. Today there was no crate nor bowl. I guess the kids are supposed to put the meal, that comes in different little cups and not in a wrap or shell, which were thrown in the bag, together in their hand or lap....or directly on the table. Did I really need to ask for a bowl?....Then I was told "you have wraps." Okay... Also, you all need to add an Oxford comma to "Your choice of meat, guacamole (OXFORD COMMA) or queso, and two toppings to go with a pair of crispy corn or soft flour Tortillas," on the Kids build your own. It reads as if I can pick, for example, chicken, queso, rice, and tomatoes. I was told that the options are meat OR guacamole OR queso. That is misleading. A second star because the meal was good.

As soon as I walked in there was no food in there so my grandma had to wait for white rice then I’m ordering my food and the boy (I’m guessing he was new because he didn’t. know nothing) said they didn’t have any more barbacoa like they were done serving for the night so then I said js give me chicken then they bring out the meat I wanted and I was like you need to remake it and the boy said we can’t remake it then my grandma gets the rice and orders her food and they put the tiniest amount of chicken in the bowl so she asked for more and he was like it was gone be an up charge so she said no it’s okay I’m not getting nothing then I asked for a tortilla on the side and the boy didn’t even know how to wrap it. It was terrible service. And it was disgusting inside.

I decided to try Chipotle that was a big mistake I could not believe how stale the chips were they say on commercials that they make every thing fresh what a bunch by of lies I am so glad I didn’t get much just terrible. What is wrong with these companies serving horrible food. I won’t ever go there again

I used the online ordering system since the drive thru waa wrapped around the building. Upon entering the restaurant there was practically no one in line HOWEVER the online pickup line was almost to the entrance. I was told my order would be ready at 815. When I finally was able to get to the register to pick up my order I was asked my name and the employee printed off my ticket and placed it on the to go order line bar. So it turned out not only had they not even begun my order but I proceeded to wait behind all the people that were waiting on their orders. This line was also where the grub hub and door dash representatives had to wait through. It didn't make sense that the store was practically empty and they weren't pitching in as a team to help. It seemed very unorganized for a new store. Finally when I got home the order was incorrect even though it was printed correctly on the label. I don't think I will be visiting this location anymore.

Staff wasn’t focused or attentive to me as a customer and they were talking about another customer prior to me. The place was nasty, it seems like a lot of these restaurants are not kept that well this isn’t the only one I’ve been to that wasn’t clean.

Poor young man was struggling to keep up with the amount of customers and not one of the other employees came to help just walked right pass him with a line full of customers. I commend the young man for doing his absolute best despite not having any help. The company definitely need to put more line workers in place on busy days like Friday Saturday and Sunday

I seem to always have a bad experience here. Today I just walked out. I order the exact same thing everytime I go. Depending on who it is determines the quality of service /amount of food. The lady eyeballed my protein which was not sufficient. I asked could she add more. Her co worker said that she gave exactly 4 oz. Which is what it comes with. I almost made them go weigh it but left instead. No value to me as a loyal customer and a just don't give a darn attitude. I'm never returning.

I came today (December 8th) at 7 pm and they were already out of most of the ingredients..? When I come later, around 10, I expect this location to not have ingredients available. But it’s concerning that we’re seeing this so early in the night. This location needs a manager to ensure yall are not running out and disappointing customers

~ I changed my review on this place. It’s decent now. The food is still pretty lukewarm, but the team is somewhat better. Very good customer service from the Fayetteville team now. My only complaints are the online ordering platform. Sometimes they will error your order yet still charge you. You could order like 10 times not knowing that you are buying 10 orders. This leads to a massive waste of food (there’s not even many homeless around this area as well) Other than that, and the occasional mess up, I think it’s a decent location. (Chipotle as a corporation on the other hand!)

terrible, i came here to get a veggie bowl and they had nothing. no brown rice, no black beans or pinto beans, no pico de gallo, no guacamole, barely any lettuce and everything that they did have was almost gone. i understand if we had came right before they closed but we came TWO HOURS before closing. as a former moes employee i would know that two hours before closing you should not be out of almost everything. most likely all the rice and beans were in the hotbox and the employee didn’t want to get it, and all of cold ingredients were in the walk in fridge and once again the employee didn’t want to get it. even if they were actually just out of it that shouldn’t be acceptable and there should be someone in the back prepping it because you can’t just give the customers a bowl with barely anything in it. the employees were rude and didn’t care that all of their customers were unhappy. YOURE LITERALLY GETTING PAID TO COOK AND SERVE FOOD. i made 9 dollars an hour but i always kept my customers happy and always had the line stocked because it’s really not that hard to prep vegetables and cook beans and rice. i will never come here again and the employees need to do better because i couldn’t even order anything bc all they had was meat.

Today 6/20/21 We ordered a burrito bowl online because the inside of the restaurant was closed. However you call it clearly says its open inside. We placed our order. Received our food. They didn't tell us our order would be missing ingredients...no fajita vegetables because the person who normally cooks them was off. Why doesn't the manager know how to make them? No sour cream and no sprite. They ran out of everything but still allows you to place your order online without them stating they are out of items. This is not good service.

Came two nights in the row around 9pm the first night they were out of chicken and tonight they were out of guac, sour cream, lettuce, and fajitas so it was a waste of a drive both times. They still have two hours to be open so it’s bad they keep running out of ingredients.

They deserve 0 stars because they’re just that trash. I ordered with them through Ubereats so of course I did not see them make my food, however I paid for double Chicken Al Pastor and they gave me maybe a handful of chicken and filled the bowl up with unnecessary amounts rice and beans to make it look full. Apparently they think they can just do whatever they want with the mobile orders because we’re obviously not there to see them make it in front of us. I am highly disappointed and frustrated that I had to waste money like this because some dumb chipotle worker wanted to be petty with my food. Never ordering from here again. Hire better workers.

Okay first off, placed an online order at 6:20 for pick up at 6:45. We arrive to pick up and they are out of rice. How do you run out of rice????? It's a basic staple to just about everything they serve. We waited and didn't get our food till 7:50! Over an hour later! Finally get home, open the bag, didn't get the chips we ordered or sides. Terrible experience. It's better if you just don't go here. Go to Moe's. At least I've never had a bad experience there.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle.tje drive through is horrible. You will sit there for 10 minutes before they will acknowledge you. Inside is just as bad. The counters are ways dirty. Always running out of supplies it Iis an absolute mess.

While waiting in line for chicken to be cooked for 20 minutes for my food. To not only get to the lettuce area to find they are out of lettuce the young lady with the small pony tail. She said they need to cut some. This is always my go to chipotle. But I left without my food because this was not cool. Over 30 minutes in a line with 5 people smh

Young man on the service line was very rude. I believe he got an attitude because I requested he change his gloves after he cashed out the lady in front with the same gloves he wanted to prepare my food with. From that point he had such a nasty attitude and the service was HORRIBLE! What makes matters worse is when I asked the young man his name because his attitude was so awful he refused to give it to me.. Then to find out he was actually the General Manager!! Fayetteville Chipotle is the pits and I refuse to ever spend my hard earned money there ever again!!

This is the absolute worst Chipotle we've ever had, we love Chipotle and from the day it opened till now we keep giving it another try, but after 5 tries we will just give up. The food does not taste as good as others and we have yet to order where there hasn't been items out, from rice, guacamole to lettuce. The spicy salsa is inedible, we love spicy, but it is so spicy that you can't even taste the food anymore. I think the employees should all taste it themselves so they are aware and can warn customers. Our 11 year old grandchild was ahead in line and ordered her own and they put 2 scopes on hers. We had to throw it out and she ended up on the couch with a belly ache. We will just stick with Moe's, tastes alot better and is cheaper.

Today I entered for the 1st. Time to chipotle in Fayetteville the minute I walked in I could see a tallthin girl who already looked at me with an attitude, she said what do you want, not can I help you I told her to give me a minute she gave me her back and walked away when I was ready the girl she was standing next to her told her she's ready to order she turned around threw food in the bowl and practically threw to cashier I told the cashier I didn't want it to give it to the disrespectful little girl and I walked out of I want attitude I should have gone to McDonald's. 😝

These restaurants really need to train their staff on how to serve the customers and keep the line moving! I pre-prdered my food on the app, and I think I waited for about an hour or so for the drive-thru attendant to give it to me. I think all of the customers who come through the drive thru ordered through the app, so I don't understand why there would be such a long wait. When I tried to go inside, the line was wrapped around the inside. This was on a Wednesday night. I know it's probably HORRIBLE on the weekend. I know I won't return. I could say more about the service, but why?😐

First of all the employees don’t care. They look dead inside and they slop your food on the bowl like a miserable lunch ladies. Also, our rice was undercooked. Main reason why I’m writing this review, we bought two bowls and the rice was undercooked and grainy we threw the bowls away it was so disappointing. Chipotle, also charges too much for guac and queso in my opinion… which I used to not mind but their quality and service is at trash level at this point. I refuse to go to the Fayette location anymore.

My daughters and I went on a movie date last Wednesday. Afterward, we decided to get Chipotle to go, while the restaurant appeared clean, once we made it home my eldest daughter opened her bowl only to find a bug (it was a small spider) running freely on her lettuce. We stay 20 minutes away so I took it as a waste of food and money.

Fayetteville Chipotle Customer Service Sucks No greeting none whatsoever, stood there no one said just a minute sorry for your wait. No one was in line just myself. I got two bowls to go finally, I wasn’t done shopping so I asked for my condiments on the side. This isn't my first time giving this location a chance. My mom & I visited today no later than 830 and they were out of almost everything. We asked what time they closed, which was 11pm. So why are you out of everything again. It's nasty, food, napkins everywhere. Just so disappointed with this location. Especially being out of almost everyone including the neighborhood favorite vingarette dressing. Please get this location together. ASAP. Much NO BARS

Poor management skills need a real culture shift in there. Came to buy some strangers food and ended up talking to police like something criminal was done. Can't even be nice to people no more everyone think someone doing wrong. I'm not P Diddy I cut hair not kidnapp kids. I have daughters of my own. Terrible customer service! Particularly the young white/maybe Asian girl with the earrings all the way up her ear is very rude.They didn’t have any brown rice, then I asked for Salad dressings, she rudely replied “there ain’t no mo” I told her she needs to be more nice! She's way too mad for no reason. It’s like the staff be mad they’re at work….they’re unpleasant, ….she’s at the register trying to ring up the order before I can finish telling them what else I’d like. Also if the staff knows there isn’t anymore salad dressing, disclose that before a salad order. The staff be mad at you soon as you walk in. I’m not to sure what it is but I don’t want any of that energy around me or my food!

I’ve given this particular locations more chances than a little bit and they disappoint every time. The lobby is always dirty and out of condiments. The staff is rude and unfriendly. Will not be returning at all.

This place is BEYOND slow, and the line is completely RIDICULOUS! The line is always wrapped around the building unless you order at a random time at like 3. What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait 30+ minutes to receive your food?! The staff is nice, but management has to do a lot better with the wait time. The sign on the door as well as the automated phone number says that the place is open for dine-in or in-store pickup. If you’re only allowing individuals to pick up their food at the window, then change the recording and the sign on the door. This is unacceptable!

This location is so disgusting, dirty kitchen, serving station dirty, burnt food all over the floor and stove dirty, open food items everywhere, terrible customer service,while I was in line I notice one customer was served small portions and the next customer which the worker knows gave them huge portions and they didn’t even pay extra for it. Once I saw how disgusting dirty it was I walked out 🤢🤮 I would give any stars

a quarter cup of lettuce and a 20 minute wait. I should have took the reviews advice and not ordered from here. no issues with customer service but the disregard for people's time and money is in question. This also put into question what are they doing to my food when I'm not looking cause when I order in person they are generous with the lettuce.

Today around 1/2 pm the kitchen person cooking cannot cook.there was a black guy in the kitchen short hair or bald, around 40 up of age, he can't cook so don't put him in the kitchen. The chicken had a lack of seasoning n the usual taste from other chipotle wasn't there at all,😞, the grilled peppers and onions were barely cooked and tasted like propane or whatever substance used to burn the grill 🤢

Look I understand working during a pandemic is difficult but stop wasting people’s times. Management needs to step in and make some serious changes! This is a timing and financial inconvenience that is beyond ridiculous. CLOSE this place down until it is possible to run thing smoothly!

Poor service. NEGLECTFUL SERVICE!! Only 1 person in front of us, and the people working at this Chipotle don't even acknowledge him for well over 5 minutes. So he left of course. My wife and I are next in line and gee guess what no one says hi or even looks at us either. So what did we do we went somewhere else too! I can't judge the taste of the food since we weren't acknowledged but by the look of it it was not appealing. Some of it looked dried out. There were bits of food dried up on their serving counter where they scoop your food. The dining/eating area was a bit dirty as well. Tables needed cleaning as well as the floor needed to be swept. Overall I give it the lowest I can due to NEGLECT! I cannot stand being neglected to feel that I am invisible.

Would give 0 stars. If you order a salad they will have no salad dressing. If you ask if they can make some the answer is NO. If you want chips go to Kroger and buy a bag. They will be out. After having this happen multiple times will not go there again

They made my food as I sat at the window even though my ready time had passed. I didn't see it until I was home, but my mobile order was processed wrong. Unable to get satisfaction via the web/app customer service, I went back to the restaurant and was told they could remake the food, but they didn't have the protein that was ordered... which is why I'm ASSUMING, the food was wrong the first time. I had to call Chipotle customer service to request a credit. I spoke to the most unhelpful rep by phone, who offered partial credit because she says the order was "partially" wrong. I demanded full credit because I returned the full order and had to seek other dinner options. After asking for a supervisor, she placed me on hold to get the "authoritization" for a full credit. Worst experience ever. I will not be going back to the Fayetteville, GA location.

Avoid this location - horrible customer service; especially if you order mobile and pick up on the drive thru. The last two times I’ve ordered mobile, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time, and 10 of those minutes were spent right at the window without a single acknowledgment from the staff until they opened up the window to ask for my order name. The staff have a total “inconvenienced disposition” and have zero interest in providing even an ounce of mediocre service. It’s abysmal. There’s an obvious training and management issue at this location. Save your time, $$, and choose a different spot.

I visited Chipotle on December 8th, 2024, at 11:15 AM, only to find that they were not open despite their advertised opening time of 10:45 AM. When I asked, I was told they would be “opening later”, but no explanation or later timeframe was provided. While I understand unforeseen circumstances such as staffing issues might arise, businesses should adhere to their posted hours or communicate changes clearly to customers. If you advertise an opening time, customers should be able to expect service at that time.

The absolute worst customer service ever! Unfortunately the young employees laughed and talked about their social media instead of working or attending to customers. The young lady at the cash register was extremely slow because she kept talking and laughing with the young man at the drive-thru window. I received soggy and stale chips, and the person fixing my bowl said they were out of lettuce. I believe they just did not want to go get more from the back. Either way, the service was horrible and the food was disappointing. This location needs to hire employees that will take pride in themselves and their job… even if it is an entry level position.

Love chipotle but the way their pickup is managed at this location is crazy standing in drive through lane now for over 30 min to pickup my food. Someone should come up with something here. Chick-fil-a has 10x the customers and line is moving super fast. Line for pickup goes around the building where cars have no room to even join it.

I frequent this location but visiting last night made me decide that I will no longer go to this location . The employees were so loud no unprofessional. The counters and floors were messy. The young lady scooping the food did so carelessly so my bowl looked as if someone shook it up before bagging it. The taller woman with a black bandana appeared to be a supervisor but didn’t supervise much from what I could see. There was NOTHING available and all of the ladies just stood around talking. No one cleaning up the place . Never again

So I completely understand why this location constantly has terrible reviews. I order takeout. a bowl with chicken,rice, guac and additions. Get to the register to pay and show them my email that I get a free soda. Puts my food in the bag and a cup- you go to the drink dispenser and fill your own. I pull out my card to pay. Chipotle is expensive but not the $16 I just spent. I walk away and put my bag of food on a dining table. Reviewing my receipt The girl charges me for a drink. It doesn't come off as free. I asked her why was I charged and showed her the email. She said there should be a qr code. I don't see one. She looks and she doesn't either. She tells me I need to get it from the app. So I step back aside, then go towards the girl who originally took my order and began to ring me up before the other girl came and took over the register. She says yea. If you don't have a code Then you have to pay for it. I say well take it off my receipt. Now I'm back to register. She refunds me. I go back to grab my bag of food but the bag is open. I go right back to the register asking if any knows who'd gone in my bag. First girl says that she went back in my bag to retrieve the cup because I didn't pay for it. I'm 10 seconds away from crashing out. I'm like why would you go into someone's personal property without permission. She said because I had their property that didn't I didn't pay for. So you went in my bag to pull it out I asked again. I'm standing right in feint of you. Why didn't you just ask me to give it back? Register girl answer 'I don't know. You left it there anyone could've went in it. But it was you. You wasted your time to come around from your work area to go into a bag that you had no business with. She's still justifying her reason for going in my bag. I'm still questioning her choice. Why waste a cup, what are you going to do with it? Now 3 of us has touched it. All you're going to do is throw it away? She says, I didn't pay for it. I could've just gotten some ice or water right? No. Those are not the cups we use for water. I tell her since she ignored proper protocol. I want my food remade. She's now upset protesting that she didn't touch my food just the cup. I tell her, you opened my bag. You reached in. I don't want it. I want it remade. I give her the bag. She's still protesting saying look. It's still closed, I didn't go into your food. I still said to remake it. She opens it up and looks at me. Says again, you see, nothing touched. I say nothing. She asked, want kind of bowl do I want? I said the exact same as the one in your hand. She finishes, brings it to the register shows me that it's closed. Girl at the register rings me up. I tell her wait while I check my food. Yup. No meat. I told her I that I didn't have time to play games about my food and left. Don't bother here

Avoid this location. Staff is so unfriendly and super slow. Not a greeting or smile in sight. Just angry faces…perhaps because they have to work??? Walked in and the line was all the way back to the door. No sense of urgency from any of the three employees up front. And with a super long line, one the three went to the back and didn’t clime back out to help. Madness.

I went to chipotle last night for a protein bowl I added lettuce and spinach to it. Ate a little bit of the food and started having extremely bad stomach pains. I went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with listeria/ food poisoning. I think the lettuce and spinach maybe contaminated. I was hospitalized for 2 days.

The person at the person was rude. Did not come to the window until after several minutes. She did not know what drink I was getting. And after I told her she gave me the drink with unsecured lid and spilled it all over me and my drivers seat. She did not even include utensils and napkins like I'd requested. This location seems to have an incompetency issue with its workers. The worst chipotle franchise I've been to.

One of the most disgusting ways to serve food to a customer Food was thrown at me because Safa, if that’s her real name, because the manager said she didn’t know the member on her team’s name, go figure, who at this point had another customer just walk out before me because ‘Safa’ just literally dumped her food into another tortilla, instead of remaking it. The way she threw my food as well, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. No presentation awareness at all Manager charged me extra because I asked for more chicken, which CEO of Chipotle even made a campaign trying to highlight customers have the right to asks for more, of course, in discretion. My 3 tacos looked like easy bake oven portions. Will never revisit Food quality disgusting Food was not fresh Metal tins were all near empty, scrapping for trash Want my money back No wonder Chipotle went down Hire the right people Horrible customer service Called Corporate as well Bottom line: Will not revisit I’ll go to Camp Creek or Stockbridge Coming from a customer for over 15+ yrs

This Chipotle location always run out of chips after around 7PM. They never seem to monitor the inventory and see what customers have interest in buying. They are also constantly running out of other items as well. The food preparation area is never cleaned off in a sanitary manner. The employees simply rake off the the food on the floor from the prep area with gloves on and continue to prepare food without changing their gloves. Where are the county food inspectors? Please let the owners about this issue and make improvements in their processes.

Horrible, food, service, experience. They literally gave me a burrito half the size of a normal one. I politely asked for it to be remade and was told, no and that the Manager had asked them to make their burritos that way...I then left and once home handed my 10 year her quesadilla, which comes in a little cardboard box with rice and beans, and when she opened it, guess what??? No damm quesadilla!!! I had to drive all the way back, to get the quesadilla I had paid for, and then the one they made was made using a regular size taco tortilla versus the burrito tortilla ( what they normally use) so that being said, I ended up with a quesadilla that was a lot smaller than normal. Horrible staff, horrible establishment, won't go back!

I ordered a large bag of chips with my meal. When I got home about 15 minutes away, I realized the chips were very soggy and greasey. They also had some black burnt specks in them. They weren't edible at all. My first thought was that the bag contained leftover chips. Much to my dismay, I drove back to the restaurant to request a full refund. The manager was a bit nonchalant about the matter. He just said he was told something was wrong with the fryer. I asked him why they were selling a bad batch. He couldn't answer. He said the policy regarding refunds had recently changed about a month (how convenient), and only corporate could issue refunds. He offered me another greasy bag of chips. I asked that my complete order be remade. I realize things happen, but to push off bad food on the customer instead of disposing of it is irresponsible and reprehensible! By the time I got back home (cost me about an hour of my time), I had lost my appetite. See photos below.

I ordered the keto bowl with steak. Looks completely different than what was shown on their app with very little portion. My boyfriend order a burrito bowl which is huge compared to mine. Also, they are the same price, $10.40 each.
