I've been to this location only twice, but both times, the sandwiches were STUFFED. I feel like other subways can be stingey. This one is not.
Writing this review about a staff member. Joe accommodated all my needs and was very kind (8/16/24 10:30 AM). Great person and very hard working. Him and the young lady who works late nights are fantastic.
They was really nice and fast making my sandwich and good conversation. And the place is away clean. I never ate there sandwiches but lately they been on point. I love it there.
First time coming to this particular location and I absolutely loved it!! The guy who was serving us was super sweet and wasn't skimpy with the toppings (which has happened at a lot of the locations I've gone to). He's also great at multitasking XD While he was making my sub were were chatting away. Absolutely great experience at this particular location! I hope it stays this great in the future, because I'll definitely be coming back!
Our cashier was super polite and happy!!!! She worked extremely clean and took great pride in her work. Thank you so much we were there on Monday June 1st around 3pm
The employees that work here are so courteous and friendly. They keep the restaurant super clean, work hard and fast! They keep it professional, but at the same time, they get to know their customers on a personal level. I love how they remember me!!! I loved coming here, s my first time, and I will be returning with my husband and friends. Thanks everyone✋🏻🤗
First time here in over 10 yrs they show you a slicing machine but never saw them use it guy went in back room brought out chesse still wrapped in packages already sliced up you can't see the cold cuts behind the glass the display is covering it I still dont believe they cut there own meat ?
good service, nice staff food was yummy however there getting rid of reg shredded mozzarella! and it costs extra for fresh mozzarella. No worries, just sad. Hopefully, it's not just everyone
Subway is great for healthy meals. I think they're points reward system used to be a little bit more robust but what really annoys me is that they put coupons out of the field from the corporate office and none of the for Subway restaurants accept any coupons.
I used to like the taste of Subway in its earlier years but now it seems like the cold-cuts and other menu items are of less quality, quantity and taste. They have had a past history of using bread that had additives in it that were not safe for human consumption and therefore had a lot of bad press. Honestly, I no longer go to any of the Subways no matter where they are located. This is my personal opinion which not everyone may agree with.
I have been to this Subway two times now, and the guy that works there just seems to have a chip on his shoulder, like he's doing you a favor. The food is what you would expect from Subway though; it's good. Just not crazy with customer service.
Subway is one of my fav food chains. The Fishkill location is usually good. My visit yesterday was not. The two people behind the counter were overwhelmed with mobile orders so could not help whoever walked in to place their orders at the counter (me and a few others). Each mobile ordered was incorrect so their attention went into remaking those orders as each person came in to pick up and complained their order wasn’t right. Seems to be since there were two workers , one of them one could have been doing mobile orders and one could have been helping the walk in customers (again, me and others behind me). So after waiting 15 minutes to be waited on with no apology or thank you for waiting, the sandwiches that were made for me in a complete hurry with seemingly no neatness standards were terrible. First off the lettuce and spinach on display were old and brown and wilted. Most of the toppings looked questionable. The sandwiches were very sloppily put together with ingredients spilling out so much I dreaded getting them home and dealing with the sloppy messes when having them for dinner. I considered saying I didn’t want the order after it was inadequately made before she rang it up, but I didn’t and $25 later for 2 sandwiches left very very unsatisfied. PS I was totally right and when we opened the sandwiches for dinner they were a mess and we had to put each on a plate and eat them with a fork and knife.
I usually love subway. I went in there the sign said open. It was 8:05. I walked in the man said oh we are not open yet and I said but the sign says open. He said I need to give him 20 minutes to set up. Maybe they shouldn’t open until 9:30 if things aren’t going to be ready. So, I left.
This has to be the worst Subway I've ever been to. I have tried it twice at 2 different days and times, both slow dining times and when I tried to order my sandwich, they were out of the bread (Italian) didn't have the meat I wanted, and the girls behind the counter couldn't have cared less. They just wanted to get back on their cell phones.
This Subway was very meager with the meats. Apparently they did not accept coupons either. Unsurprisingly, looks like they are out of business.
Every time I had gone here they never had the bread that I wanted with my sandwich. Then recently I ordered a sandwich and when I was about to check out they claimed their coupon scanner doesn’t work and tried to make me pay full price for the sandwiches when i had a valid coupon of two foot-longs for $12.99. I argued the point that I have a valid coupon and he should be able to make the adjustment on the register. He told me he could give me a 10% discount but I refused, once again stating I have a valid coupon. He then said “let me see what I can do” and punched a couple buttons on the register and then told me to scan my coupon. I thought to myself, HE JUST TOLD ME THE COUPON SCANNER DIDN’T WORK AND NOW IT MIRACULOUSLY IS WORKING. If you ask me it’s just a way for them to DECEIVE the customer and make them pay full price for the sandwich or get a measly 10% discount. Subway Headquarters should look into this. This is a bad reflection on all subway franchise owners.
Worst experience ever. One of the employees was trying to talk to some guy sitting in the lobby. I can only assume they were in a relationship because he was saying some personal and embarrassing things about this young lady. It’s not my business but it seemed extremely inappropriate conversation for this environment. I left without ordering and went to KFC instead.
I wish I could give a ZERO star. Stay away from this place! Very rude employees. If you try to use a Subway coupon, they may find all kinds of excuses to not accept it. Or even worse, they could start to insult you as a revenge for using a coupon! In addition, I bet some surprises like "a hair in your sub" wouldn't help on your appetite. It is a shame that Subway allows this filthy and disgusting place to be opened.
Closes 30 to 45 min before posted time even on weekends. This happened several times and today it happened two days in a row(sat/sun). The employees don't really seem to care. I will stop planning for Subway since I can't rely on the store being open during posted business hours. Such a shame since it used to be a nice place run by great employees.
