Un vero angolo di pace! Sono stato in questo ristorante godendomi appieno il clima di grande relax che si respira, pranzando nel giardino esterno e gustando davvero dei buonissimi piatti. Cacio e pepe ben eseguita e carne davvero ottima, tenera e cotta alla perfezione. Ottimo anche il dolce a chiusura davvero di un buonissimo pranzo. Il personale gentile e sempre attento a ogni dettaglio. Ci hanno anche fatto lo sconto, cosa molto apprezzata. Insomma, un posto dove ritornerò senz'altro e che consiglio a chi cerca tranquillità e buon cibo a Firenze!

Nel centro storico di Firenze c'è questo meraviglioso giardino interno dove cenare insieme all'aria aperta e in un'atmosfera silente e armoniosa. Personale super gentile e professionale. La pizza è ottima nell'impasto, ben condita e veramente digeribile. Rapporto qualità prezzo equilibrato. Adatto a tutti... famiglie ragazzi cene di gruppo e di coppia. Consiglio di provare ad andarci.

Un localino vicino alla piazza che gode sia di uno spazio esterno ,che un bellissimo giardino interno. Il tutto molto elegante e curato nei dettagli. Il personale gentilissimo, attento e preparato. La pizza squisita, ottima la materia prima. Ampia scelta anche di piatti di ristorazione.

Siamo in fiera al Taste e la stanchezza della serata ci ha fatto scegliere questa Osteria perché vicino all'albergo. Che dire? My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant on a couple of different occassions. We had a wonderful experience and the host/owner took upon himself to make our dinners memorable. The host/owner makes it a point to make everyone feel welcome and visits each table to ensure that the diners are happy with their meal. This specialized attention makes this restaurant very special and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

One of my must-visit restaurants in Florence. Every year, when I return for work, it’s a stop I never skip. Elegant yet warm atmosphere, with attentive and genuinely kind staff. The red prawn tartare with passion fruit sauce is a fresh, balanced delight — the perfect introduction to their signature ciccio, soft, flavorful, and always satisfying. Everything here feels in harmony: food, lights, materials, and care for people. Even when dining alone, I always feel accompanied. A place where every meal becomes a moment of quiet happiness.

We were in Florence, Italy and looking for a nice place to eat and relax. Osteria was just a block away from where we were staying. You would never know from the front or just walking in that there was a lovely garden in the backyard. It has both covered and outside seating, as well as inside up front. The food and service were top notch. While waiting for our main course we indulged in crusted bread, with a Delicious Olive Oil. The ravioli stuffed with parmesan cheese. was delicious, and the steak with rosemary and garlic with roasted potatoes hit my spot. We enjoyed a bottle of Chianti and were too stuffed for desert. Great find, if you're in Florence, and looking for a nice romantic place to eat.

Beautiful and cozy place, with a warm atmosphere that’s perfect for families, friends, and also romantic moments. The service is excellent! I had a truffle spaghetti and, honestly, I found it much better than in some of the city’s more famous restaurants. Delicious ! Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing place with an amazing atmosphere. Lobster linguine was a solid 9/10. Pasta and the sauce was perfectly made with a solid sweet tomato flavor instead of acidic. The flavor of the lobster was imbedded into the pasta giving the entire dish that beautiful flavor. The lobster seemed to be a bit overcooked due to its rubbery and tough nature. The tomato soup was on the sweeter side and the mussels were fried. We prefer to have the mussels inside of the shell and steamed but this was an interesting way to have them. The fried lamb ribs were a solid 10/10 and was probably the best thing we had there. No fat on the lamb, no gamey taste, and not too greasy. A perfect cook on them. The atmosphere of the place is great as the garden in the back is beautiful to sit in and the staff is very friends and nice. A great place to eat or even take someone on a date to.

It was our second day in Florence and we were looking for a nice place for dinner. We found this place and asked to be seated in the garden area. It was a beautiful garden and very peaceful. We had very attentive service. The beef lay that I had was cooked to perfection medium rare and we also tried the broccoli Rosetta with sausage. Both were very delicious. I would highly recommend this place for a nice dinner.

I didn’t plan on having a four course dinner when I arrived, but once I tasted my first dish, I just kept ordering. The service was responsive, warm and friendly, and the restaurant was modern, clean, and stylish. Great wine selections, even by the glass, and reasonable prices for the quality of food. Some dishes were thoughtfully elevated, while others were kept in their classic form. Highly enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic. Great food. Beautiful surroundings and great service. What more could you ask for? I had the Bistecca alla Fiorentina, which was a big old cut of beef rib. I asked for Medium (I believe they typically cook to rare or medium-rare, so make sure you tell them what you want). It came out perfect, and being an absolute unit, I tackled the entire thing no questions asked. Paired with Villa Pillo’s Borgoforte red, which was exceptional (their vineyard is an hour away by car and I would also recommend a visit there). Had tiramisu for dessert which was also great. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and knowledgable. I forget his name but he was a tall handsome chap. Great job guys. My wife had something or other. Pasta i think. She ate it.

This place was absolutely wonderful, from the food to the ambiance to the cocktails to most importantly the service, we had a lovely time here. We got cocktails for under 8 euro each and a delicious margherita pizza for 8 euro. The desserts were fantastic and the tiramisu was out of this world. Make sure to get the dessert moscato with your dessert. Everything is super affordable and great quality. The staff are hospitable and take good care of you. This is a great place to stop by for a bite.

A lovely long lunch with incredible food and service. We enjoyed the calm and elegant atmosphere, the abundance of truffle on our steak tartare and steaks. The host and staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The complimentary freshly made pizza and limoncello and biscotti were just a lovely added touch as well as being delicious. My sister said it was a must go too whilst in Florence and we were thrilled we did! Super special restaurant.

I can't say enough about this establishment. I had to be certain of the experience so I tried it two nights in a row for dinner. The first night it was a recommendation from our lovely hotel receptionist. She was absolutely right about the food here! It's so good. Since the first night was a recommendation I decided to go back the next night for a planned dining experience and trust....it did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and the owner was personally involved with attending to the customers as well. They have a brick oven for making pizzas hot and fresh. I wish I had known about this place upon arrival. I would've taken the opportunity to sample a dish daily. So I could provide more delicious details but just take my word for it and go!! Enjoy!! This was the Italian food experience that I had been looking for. The desserts were just right not overly sweet at all. The Moscato wine was everything for me, it complemented the food well. This will definitely be my first stop when I return. Thank you Osteria for making my last night my best night.

Booked a late lunch after visiting Pisa. We were seated in their beautiful courtyard in a nice quiet elevated and shaded area. Even at 2.15pm, they were quite busy, but this added to the atmosphere. Nice selection on the menu. When we ordered, we were given a plate of freshly baked pizza marinarer from their wood fired oven. We chose a Cacio e Pepe to share, which was perfectly cooked and flavoured, and we both had salmon. The salmon had a lovely panko topping and was on a bed of spinach, totally delicious. Wine selection was good and not overpriced. The service was polite and efficient. It's possibly one of the nicest meals we've had in Florence. The restaurant specialises is great steak and pizza, so for a none meat eater thier fish options were also really good.

We had a nice family meal in the garden. The staff was excellent, the steak was excellent as was the anitpasti, and tiramisu.

Ambiente molto carino e curato. Servizio rapido, efficiente e curato. Le porzioni sono di quantità adeguata e ben impiattate. Quanto da noi ordinato è stato di nostro assoluto gradimento. Un particolare cenno alla bistecca, abbondante e tenera.

Buon ristorante in piazza indipendenza. Relativamente il cibo, alcuni piatti davvero molto buoni come l’anatra cotta a bassa temperatura, una delle migliori che ho assaggiato, altri un po’ meno. Però nel complesso la cucina è valida. Il servizio poi molto accogliente, facendoti sentire a casa e rapido. La location poi molto bella, con la possibilità in estate di cenare all aperto in un ampio cortile. Il rapporto qualità prezzo nel complesso è valido.

Ristorante curato dove il personale è molto gentile e si mangia davvero bene. In più, si può cenare nel bel giardino della struttura. Non è facile trovare parcheggio vicino, però ci si arriva abbastanza bene anche con la tramvia e i mezzi pubblici. Ne vale la pena e lo consiglio!

We are here on our last night in Florence. It was a beautiful Saturday evening and the place ended being absolutely swamped. We made a reservation for our party of 6 and were seated outside in the beautiful garden. Service was decent and it was evident the staff was hustling. Food was very good. My dad and I split the Bistecca alla fiorentina. It was cooked medium rare and had a nice aged bark on the outside; excellent flavor with the provided salt flakes. The dish came with white beans and some excellent roasted potatoes. The other steak dish and pastas ordered all were excellent. I deduct one star because the food took forever (almost 90 minutes) to arrive and our waiter did not bring a second round of beers for nearly 45 minutes. He mentioned the bar being slammed but the drafts appeared to be located in a hallway when we exited.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour, and the only thing served during that time was a plate of pasta. The steak we ordered didn’t arrive until much later, long after everyone around us had finished their meals. When the steak finally came, it was a disaster. Nobody asked how we wanted it cooked, and it arrived practically raw inside, burnt on the outside, and tough as rubber. It was also full of fat, leaving very little that was actually edible. The service was equally disappointing. Each time we tried to ask about our food, the server smiled, ignored us, and walked off to assist other tables. We felt completely overlooked and unimportant. While the pasta was decent, it wasn’t enough to make up for the long wait, poor service, and the inedible steak. The price we paid for this frustrating experience was shocking. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
