Abbiamo provato la fiorentina di Black Angus irlandese ed è stata davvero spettacolare: carne tenerissima, saporita e cotta alla perfezione. I camerieri sono stati gentilissimi e molto attenti, venivano a chiederci come fosse la carne e se andasse tutto bene, e questo ci ha fatto sentire molto seguiti. Il prezzo è giusto in rapporto alla qualità del prodotto, che è davvero alta. Consiglio questo posto a tutti, soprattutto per la carne (che è il punto forte), magari anche per la pasta che sembra ottima, anche se non l’ho ancora provata. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Consiglio!!! Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. A due passi dalla Galleria degli Uffizi e dal Ponte Vecchio. Piatti davvero saporiti. Consiglio lo Stracotto (davvero ottimo), così come la lasagna e le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale. Anche il tiramisù era davvero delizioso. Merita di essere visitato!

Per caso ma azzeccato. Con la famiglia, in visita veloce a Firenze, e vista l'ora abbiamo cercato un ristorantino dove goderci un buon pranzo. Diversamente da altre volte non abbiamo consultato recensioni varie ma ci siamo "infilati" sul primo che abbiamo trovato.... Ebbene si, siamo stati benissimo, bella location con una gradevole musica di sottofondo, servizio eccellente e molto attento. Ottimi e abbondanti i piatti, dall'antipasto ai primi, io per essere diverso ho preso una tagliata, niente da aggiungere veramente ottima. Prezzo nella norma per essere in centro storico a Firenze.

Questo ristorante ha superato senza dubbio le nostre aspettative Sono venuta qui con il mio ragazzo e che dire? Apparte l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dei ragazzi, è stata una cena perfetta. Abbiamo preso la proposta dello chef ovvero la bistecca frollata 50 giorni. La carne era buonossima e la cottura perfetta. Le patate arrosto buonissime. L’atmosfera molto rilassante. Se andate a Firenze e volete mangiare un’ottima fiorentina passate da L’Auditore.

Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo mangiato una Fiorentina davvero eccellente, cotta alla perfezione e di grande qualità. Ristorante piccolo e intimo con una atmosfera molto accogliente. Il vero valore aggiunto è stato il cameriere Cristian: simpaticissimo, gentile e sempre disponibile a spiegare i piatti e a darci consigli, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Servizio attento e cordiale, senza essere invadente. Un posto in cui tornerei sicuramente e che consiglio a chi vuole gustare una vera Fiorentina a Firenze!

Fantastica esperienza, servizio impeccabile, personale attento, educato e simpatico, in particolare il cameriere Christian é stato la ciliegina sulla torta del nostro pranzo. Cibo di ottima qualità e prezzo ottimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Servizio perfetto, tempi di attesa zero! I primi erano spettacolari mentre la carne incredibile con una cottura al sangue perfetta!!! Inoltre il cameriere Christian ed Edison a fine servizio ci hanno offerto un bicchierino di amaro. Esperienza stupenda da provare!!!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pranzato qui e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo stati serviti da Ivan, molto gentile e disponibile; abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il fatto che la Fiorentina ci è stata fatta vedere prima della cottura. Se avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente!

Buonissima esperienza, abbiamo voluto provare due primi, con due sughi diversi ma entrambi con pasta fresca, pappardelle e ravioli ripieni. Il ragù di cinghiale era squisito, ma personalmente ho preferito il sugo di Chianina che con il ripieno dei ravioli è stato un tripudio di sapori. Ragazzi super gentili e servizio rapido Sempre pieno, consigliato prenotare in anticipo Chicca finale il poster di Ezio Auditore nella sala interna (solo per veri fan di Assassin’s Creed)

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, ambiente, luci, cibo e servizio di altissimo livello. Grazie all’aiuto del cameriere abbiamo optato ad un taglio di fiorentina di rubia gallega con patate arrosto per contorno. Tutto ottimo 2.5 kg in 3. E per finire caffe e amaro offerto. Great steakhouse spot with wide selection and menu. The T-bone was well seasoned and large enough for 3 people. The roasted potatoes were a delight for sure. Atmosphere was very romantic, perfect for a date night.

Big Assassin’s Creed fan here. A friend recommended this place and she was absolutely right — it’s a must-visit for any Assassin’s Creed (especially Ezio Auditore) fan. The atmosphere inside is fantastic, full of Assassin’s Creed elements, as you’d expect. And the food is also delicious. Since I was dining alone and worried I wouldn’t be able to finish a steak, I ordered pasta instead. It came with crumbled sausage mixed with crushed pistachios, and it was incredibly tasty. The service was excellent as well. The staff patiently explained the menu to me and responded promptly to my requests multiple times. I never felt overlooked, even though I was dining alone. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience!

Our first time here was 6 years ago and we've been thinking about it ever since! Although so much has changed, the food is still as delicious as ever. We ended up coming here for two of the nights we were staying in Florence and it was absolutely worth it! They offer an inclusive allergen friendly menu in which you are able to select what allergen you need to avoid. However, I would definitely recommend double-checking the ingredients for the item with your server. With it being a steak house we absolutely had to get steak, and of course it was perfectly cooked, deliciously marbled, and all in all excellent! The staff is incredibly personable and it is a great time all around.

Here 6 years later and it’s even better than ever! We were here 6 years ago and were ready to return for more delicious food! While we unfortunately our reservation for the wrong day the host still allowed us to sit (which we were very appreciative for). Our server Kiri was amazing! He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. With the food being so delicious we were excited to see how much they’ve expanded the menu over the last few years. Small bonus- they have an allergy inclusive menu so it was so easy to find meals that were dairy free! I would definitely recommend cross checking for allergens since some items listed that were listed as dairy free actually had cheese in them. Food was delicious, staff was great, and we WILL be back!

We had a fantastic experience at Ristorante Auditore. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the pasta, ravioli, and the steak. Everything was cooked to perfection. ​What really set this place apart was the service. The staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I have a lactose intolerance, and they were incredibly accommodating. They actually have a menu online that shows all the allergens. I still recommend that you double check with them before ordering just to be sure it is the most up to date. They ensured I had a safe and delicious meal without any hassle. They were even helpful with logistics and assisted us with cars when we needed it. ​I highly recommend eating here if you are looking for great Italian food and a team that genuinely cares about their guests.

I come here everytime I'm in Firenze. The location is great, the service awesome, got good recommendations, accomodations and a glass of limoncello. Their bistecca is to die for. Highly recommend it for a nice lunch or dinner. We spent our new year's eve dinner there last year with my family, everything was perfect.

We visited this exceptional steak restaurant in Florence and were thoroughly impressed. The steak was superb, expertly cooked and full of flavor, while the potatoes were a personal highlight—rich, comforting, and perfectly prepared. The tiramisu deserves special mention, as it was outstanding and beautifully balanced. Every dish was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and cooked to perfection. The staff were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful when guiding us through the menu. SERVICE: We would like to first commend the service here. Kiri was our waiter and he was extremely passionate about his steak and wine. As a result, the recommendations that he gave were excellent. Not only that, he was extremely patient with our request and also gave us some insight on where we could buy top tier wines around Italy. When the gas warmers ran out of gas, he would also bring over more warmers while he changed the gas on one. Overall, we felt extremely welcome and well taken care of when we dined here as the service went above and beyond our expectations FOOD: We ordered the truffle and parmesan pasta, 1.2kg of Rubio beef, mushrooms by the side and a glass of Brunello wine. The pasta was phenomenal. And this is a steak restaurant. It is a definite must to try it as it has a very good blend of creaminess from the cheese and oil and amazing truffle shavings to top it off. The medium rare steak has always been their trademark. The Rubio steak was stellar and they served it with the bone. Ribeye had a good crispy sear but the centre was tender. The fillet was so tender that you could peel it off the bone with a fork. Give it a go and try it if you are here and you will know why they are so well rated. The mushrooms were decently flavoured. It was a good palette cleanser and helps when the meal gets too oily. Lastly, they had a good spread of wines. That is down to your personal preference but we ordered a glass of Brunello which paired very well with our steak. They ended off with Limoncello as is customary. Overall an 11/10 experience and it is worth coming to if you want to try a good Florentine steak.

Wow, I cannot explain how great, authentic, and delisious this place is. We got the meat like show in the picture just be ready to pay the price - ours were €153 just for the meat for two. Plus 4 glasses of wine grand total of €203. The meat and wine from very local farms. AMAZING AND WORTH IT!

We stayed a few blocks away and found this gem. The welcoming staff and alfresco dining had us enthralled. Our server Ivan was charming and precise in his recommendations. The wine was divine! Io e mio figlio abbiamo cenato per ben due cene di seguito.. è un locale turistico,ma lui ci voleva andare essendo un appassionato di Assassin's Creed.La prima sera ha preso la tagliata di manzo,poca ma buona,cotta bene(perché il cameriere ci aveva sconsigliato la fiorentina che volevamo noi perché era troppo fresca)la seconda sera invece il cameriere che ci ha serviti non ha battuto ciglio e ci ha portato la Fiorentina di Angus da 1,5 kg. Allora consiglio: I piatti sarebbe meglio portarli assieme alla carne e magari caldi e la piastra dove poggia la fiorentina dovrebbe essere più calda. Nel complesso bene ma eravamo gli unici italiani. Prezzi nella norma

Bracearía Auditore presents itself with a beautiful atmosphere where people can sit outside and participate in beautiful conversations over their meals. The staff was amazingly welcoming, and determined to give us the best experience possible. But what’s most important is the food, and I have many comments about that in the following points. - We came in as a big group of 7, and the staff managed to sit us down at an appropriate time upon arrival. - For the sides we got the bruschetta and some roasted potatoes, they were both really good. More specifically the potatoes were well roasted, and the bruschetta was well composed yet not the best I have tried in Florence. - Both me and my friend got the gnocchi di pesto, and we did not agree on how we feel about it, as I found it a bit lacking in flavor. Though the pieces of gnocchi themselves were well made, perfectly round and soft. - The shrimp risotto came with a good portion and ratio of risotto to shrimp. Though it lacked a very important citrus flavor to balance out the shrimp flavor, although when we added a dash of lemon it became the perfect equilibrium. - The classic lasagna was scrumptious, with the perfect ratio of beef to pasta and it was perfectly moist which is not very frequent for some reason. - The asparagus risotto was not my favorite, though that’s a personal preference. It was creamy and well seasoned though of course the asparagus was earthy which is only natural. - My friends ordered the mushroom and truffle pasta which does not exist on the menu any longer but they made arrangements to make it possible to order, which was lovely. Though after tasting it I wasn’t very convinced by it, as the taste of truffle was hardly noticeable and it was a bit dry. All in all, the meal was okay for the prices, and the atmosphere was amazing for hanging out with friends. I would recommend it specifically for the prawn risotto. I would typically rate this restaurant a 3.5 out of 5 but that isn’t possible so I give it a 4.

The pasta was on point. We had the Wild boar pappardelle and cacio e pepe. Delicious! The sliced beef fillet with cheese though was disappointing. Incredibly chewy and low quality. Ivan was a very good server.

Partiamo dalle note positive: servizio impeccabile e location molto carina ed accogliente. Peccato che essendo una braceria uno si aspetta che la cottura della carne sia fatta alla perfezione, visto anche il prezzo della materia prima, tuttavia la stessa non risulta all' altezza, un gran peccato anche perché la qualità della carne era alta e si sentiva, nonostante la cottura sbagliata (chiesta al sangue)

Good food but questionable hygiene. Read very carefully and ask how much the beef is by its weight. We didn’t realize this and just ordered it. Ended up with a $300+ receipt. Main big negative was the restroom! Such a narrow and deadly design! Was using the hand washing space (inside the double door area), when the bathroom door suddenly opened outwards which trapped me in that area! The person didn’t even realize and just pushed me behind the door! such a horrible design! The bathroom itself is also disgusting and had no soap. I don’t know how the staffs keep themselves clean. It makes me rethink about of food contamination.
