Parking lot is small but Walgreens is right next door with plenty of extra parking. Just a heads up if cars are at the drive through you'll need to exit out Walgreens parking lot.

Hands down, the best Starbucks in the area. I will drive out of my way and deal with traffic on Palm to go here. Staff is always nice and helpful. I always have a hard time at other Starbucks due to ordering a decaf Pikes place but they are so accommodating here and willing to brew or do a pour over without any hassle.

Three stars because it is starbucks 🤷‍♀️ the drink I tried was the berry lemonade. I didn't realize it was like Boba at the bottom! I think this is a great drink for kids. I'd order it with light ice next time. And it matching nails was total coincidence!

This is a typical Starbucks coffee shop that would give you an experience you expect from Starbucks. We always go here almost every week and their service is great. Tho there are times they are understaffed resulting for a long wait for your coffee. At times, the signal and wifi connection are down but overall, our experience is almost always great.

I always request light ice in all of my beverages and unfortunately most of the time they add too much ice (1/3 to 1/2 cup of ice). I usually have to remind them at the speaker to please make them light ice or if it’s too busy and have time, I ask them to fix my drinks. It’s kind of disappointing since it’s a common occurrence.

I'm giving 4 stars for the spacious indoor dining, friendly staff, and clean restrooms (you have to ask the staff for the bathroom code). I ordered a grande iced americano, and it tasted really bland. I think they only put in 2 espresso shots instead of 3. This is the only Starbucks I saw in the area, though, so it was convenient to stop by.

Orders take too long. It might be because they have a drive through but they also have enough employees. Waited 15 minutes for a tall frap. They had the order and they served me with a smile. I can forgive the wait for now but if it continues they need to figure out how to fix it. Also, the place is clean. The tables were clean. The floors clean. Even those old leather sofas were clean. I feel comfortable in a clean place. Makes me think they care about there place of work and what the customer thinks.

I had an issue with one of their employees named MARLENE, who was very annoying, claiming that drinks are only served as shown in the photo, meaning if the photo shows it as cold and I want it hot, IT CAN'T BE DONE. She is very unfriendly, she is the only employee with a terrible attitude. The other employees are actually nice, but she never understands what you are asking for. I even asked for almond milk and she gave me regular milk, and when I changed it, she just threw the glass at me and didn't apologize or anything like that. The place is nice, but employees like her really make you want to stop coming back.

I mean, it's an average Starbucks. There is a drive thru, by the way, along with multiple entrances to the building to prevent "traffic jams" of people coming in and going out, which is convenient. If you haven't been to a Starbucks before and are in the mood for some coffee, this one's as good as any.

I bought the same coffee for a few days. Its taste depended on the employee. I was upset that they don’t always add enough espresso.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and I've never had any complaints until the last month. It started with an Uber eats order where they left out a drink. Uber wouldn't correct it so I had my spouse drive to get it over 30 minutes after the order was placed. They refused to remake the drink even though they left it out. I have since had 3 drinks directly from them that have had way too much milk. Most recently, I had a milk slush that was supposed to be a caramel ribbon frappe. I'm not sure what has changed at this location but I'm hoping it gets corrected.

Paid for 3 drinks 2 tall and 1 grande they were only about 3/5 full the rest was foam. I understand maybe not measuring correctly when there's a ton of customers but there were no other cars in the drive-thru and the parking lot was not full. The green tea latte is usually perfect here but it was seriously lacking in sugar this time.

Dirty store and bathrooms, although my visit was early afternoon so perhaps they were slammed earlier in the day? Bathrooms require a code to use, so ask at the desk for the number. Coffee was good though, and service was decent.

We were the only 2 people in line. Four people working behind the counter. One employee is working with breakfast items, one at the drive-up, and the other 2 talking away. No eye contact with us, no acknowledgment of us for probably 5 to 6 minutes. Unbelievable! Well, I guess that's the standard now.

So I’m not a fan of writing bad reviews so, I’m truly sorry Starbucks but if I don’t then my drinks won’t get right. Starbucks has been my favorite place to go for yummy drinks and snacks and It’s too expensive, for me at least, to get a messed up drink 9/10 times. By the time I take the first sip I can’t turn back because of traffic and then it’s a waste of my precious money and time. Either hire people who care or you’ll lose more costumers like me to Dunkin. FYSA, I always go to the location near Baptist and they too are disappointing.

I have been going to starbucks for about 8 years and I have never experienced a anything short of great customer service. That said, yesterday I went to get one drink and I had the worst customer service experience EVER!! I made my order and when I pulled up I had to wait at the window for 10 minutes before anyone even aknowledged I was there. I honked twice since the wait was getting ridicoulous and I was still neglected. I understand things happen and sometimes it takes longer to get your drink I understand that. But at every starbucks if they are behind, they AT LEAST open when I pull up take my payment and inform me of the delay. If she had time to go by the window to laugh and talk to her coworker who was sweeping, she had a second to aknowledge me and inform me of the delay instead of ignoring me. WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE. believe me she knows because I told her that next time she should let the customer know instead of leaving them there unattented. I was a second away from leaving and going to the starbucks in homestead townsquare where I have never had a problem. I don’t think I’d go back to this starbucks. Especially after the employee reacted like it was nothing.

I drink Starbucks everyday and I get a nitro cold brew everyday and today is the first time that staff has argued with me about it. I ordered a grande nitro cold brew and when they poured it and the foam finished rising the cup was 50-60% foam 40-50% coffee I have never had a nitro that 50% of the cup is foam after it settles and 4-5 staff members arguing with me saying it's like that. I have a nitro everyday and it's roughly 5-10% foam 90% coffee. Terrible terrible customer service. At the end they changed it out for a regular cold brew but continued to state nitro is like that.

I am upset with the service at my local Starbucks due to ongoing issues with one specific barista. Months ago, she came to me and told me that I couldn’t customize my drink and that I had to order it as listed on the menu and then add or subtract whatever I wanted, but it had to be based on a menu item. Mind you, one of the biggest things about Starbucks is that customers can customize their drinks however they want. I didn’t argue with her because I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past two years, ordering the same exact drink every day. But I found it very upsetting that she approached me and told me this out of nowhere. So, I started going to other Starbucks locations in my area instead. Eventually, I decided to come back to my local Starbucks because I didn’t want one bad experience to stop me from going there. But every time I order my drink now, she never fills it up properly. All baristas wear headpieces and hear the customers' drink orders, so it’s easy to recognize a regular, especially someone who orders the same thing every day. She knows it’s me, and yet my drink is never made correctly. I pay for a venti size regardless of the ingredients, yet it’s never filled to standard. I have never had any issues with any other baristas at this location. In fact, they make my drinks beautifully full, overflowing, and with clear care in their work. But with this one barista, it’s always an issue. If she doesn’t like making my order then she shouldn’t be the one doing it. Another barista can make it instead.As a single mom, I don’t spend money on myself This is the only indulgence I give myself. My Starbucks coffee is the one thing I genuinely look forward to every day, and it’s not like this is free. I pay for it, and I expect it to be made correctly,

Drive thru WAITING is about 30-35 min long, is ridiculous they need to hire more staff and divide work between drive thru and inside.
