Food was great as well as the service BUT the soda machine has visible mold on it and is filthy! This machine should be cleaned and sanitized daily! This is gross!

My orders are usually correct and no issues, but I picked up a sandwich for my pregnant wife and she took one bite and spit it out. We opened the sandwich and they had left the wax paper that separates the cheese slices in the sandwich.

I ordered for delivery. Two egg sandwiches croissants that were soaked with Grease. The coffee didn’t even have cream and sugar on the side or I wasn’t even asked. there was no napkins in the bag. The only thing that was good was just cinnamon bagel. Which I also could not find on the app if I got cream cheese with it. I was very disappointed with my $36.00 Breakfast on Mother’s Day 2025.

I usually love Panera and order here all the time but im not sure about that anymore. I found MOLD on MULTIPLE pieces of fruit in my poppyseed salad. Had to throw the whole salad away. I’m pregnant and if I didn’t look at the food as close as I did, I could’ve been in trouble! This is not okay guys.

Late review - Date visited 5/14/23: I am disappointed with the Homestead location of this particular chain. I have ordered takeouts from the Miami Gardens and Doral locations before, and they have always been consistent, regardless of how busy the store was. However, the Homestead location is the complete opposite. Although the workers were friendly, the quality and consistency of the food were the worst. Not only did it take longer for my food to be prepared, but when I arrived home and excitedly showed my friend how amazing Panera Bread is and that she should try it, we were both disappointed. Her half-toasted frontaga chicken sandwich looked like it was made by a three-year-old, and my chipotle chicken flatbread pizza appeared to be the creation of a child playing in the kitchen. This was especially disheartening since it was Mother's Day, a day meant for celebration. As I always say, "I don't mind paying $$$ dollars for anything as long as I receive the quality of food I am paying for." After all, the food is not FREE nor have any discounts —I am paying for it FULL ASKING PRICE so I expect it to be of good quality. I find it quite bothersome that I now have to go through the hassle of writing a corporate letter to express my dissatisfaction with my order. Despite this ordeal, I still recommend Panera Bread, but I suggest visiting another location. The staff at the Homestead location are nice and friendly, but the food is of horrible quality. Some factors to consider are the differences in food handling between the cafe and rapid pick-up options, as well as the consistencies among different locations. **I wasn’t able to take a pic of the complete order because of how annoyed I was. However, my friend took a photo of her sandwich. ******after posting my review******** SHOOT! I read and saw the other reviews. I made a mistake by not checking the reviews beforehand. I didn't think it was necessary because in my mind, Panera Bread has always been consistent regardless of the location. I usually rely on reviews, whether they are local or abroad, to make informed decisions.

I was recently at Panera in the drive-thru and I must say I'm truly disappointed. I wanted to get a loaf of bread and was told there is no loaf bread - then I was told there is NO bread available that they can slice, just sandwich bread they're using to make the sandwiches. I want to know WHY would a bakery run out of bread at 1 in the afternoon? I then ordered a mango smoothie and I got a dozen plain bagels. When I got home with the smoothie, there were chunks of ice in the smoothie and it was sour - it wasn't blended all the way and the yogurt or milk was curddling to the top of the cup. I'm so done with this location. I'd rather make the trip to the Falls and go to that Panera. Not good.....

Did my order online to be bring into my car ,they send me a email that my order was ready, at 4:12 at 6/2/2021 i told then i was park in number 5 spot i wait and wait and wait , i can't get out of the car because i had a bicycle really expensive and i can't leave it alone, i call and no body pick up the phone, at 4:35 i decided to take my chances and walk in ,my order was just seating there , i took it no body acknowledged me or said anything i just walk out and leave, this is ridiculous, i don't think that I'm coming back to this location ,or panera at all 👎👎

Ordered through the drive thru. Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and got a chicken noodle instead. Glad I checked. I told them it was an error. The bread that comes along with the soup was not evenly cut. It was really small and looked like they just ripped it from the loaf. I had to ask for a receipt just to make sure I was charged correctly and was told the soups were the same price so no need to worry. I kindly asked again and I was given the receipt. Funny thing: on the receipt it states “accuracy matters” and if the order is wrong, they will correct it and give you a sweet treat for free! Of course that didn’t happen. I drove away. Not worth going back.

Second time I order a cinnamon bagel crunch and it tasted sour. So disappointed !

Ordered two meals with 2 drinks through Uber eats, when the delivery driver gets here he only has the two drinks and tells me “that’s all they gave me”. The driver said he asks the guy up front if that was the entire order and was told yes. How the restaurant allows the driver to leave without the food is ridiculous and how the driver does not verify the order when it’s easily accessible on his phone is beyond me.
