Einstein Bros disappointed me on National Bagel Day with a paltry shmear. I could barely taste the cream cheese due to insufficient quantity and had to add some condiments at home for my bagel to have flavor. The last time I was here, I ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich and was disappointed by the quantity of smoky Chipotle aioli which was supposed to flavor the sandwich. It looks like this is a trend with this restaurant and not a one-off instance of them skimping on the most flavorful ingredient.

Delicious bagels, but unfortunately it’s hard to enjoy when most of the shmear is all over the bag instead of your bagel. Customer service wasn’t completely there; I got quite a few tubs of the shmear on top of my order and wasn’t offered a bag, just give a smile then walked off as I was struggling to carry everything. The employees were more focused on chit chatting than anything else

I like Einstein’s bagels and coffee. So even it lacks some other things, I like this place. Come here for pretty good bagels and coffee.

This place is just dirty! There were 7 employees when we were there and there was food on the floor throughout the entire establishment, dirty tables and lots of bagel crumbs on top of the display case. We opted to eat on the patio since the tables inside were all dirty with no one doing their job to maintain cleanliness. They also did not clean the shmear utensil used as we could taste other flavors of shmear than what we ordered.

My twice baked hashbrown was smashed and only 1/4 inch thick as well as dark brown so over cooked, my everything toasted bagel was dark brown so over toasted, and my breakfast sandwich had shmear only on the top bagel, not any on the bottom. I also asked for my bagel to be made thin and it says it in large font on the sticker applied to the bag yet remains fully a normal bagel size. This is a repeated issue with the hashbrown, I'm just not going to go to this location again since this is what happens.

Second time in here. The first time was about a week ago. I had never been to an Einstein Bros before. That time I had a really friendly staff member. She explained how everything worked. How to order etc. Really good food. I was so happy to have found MY bagel shop. So, today I went in to grab a dozen. A younger guy was off to the left and a guy about 35-40 was on the right. The younger guy was ok. He was helping someone on the left. I’m not sure why the older guy was angry. Just rude, angry, zero customer service, zero interpersonal skills and downright unpleasant. So much so, I walked out. I would not be comfortable with that person making food for my loved ones. I definitely wouldn’t send my child or wife in there to be treated that way. I mean, bruh.. if you’re that ticked off at the world, maybe retail or food service isn’t for you. Seriously. Will I return? Nah.. I’ll go to Kroger and get day old bagels before I’d go back. Hard pass.

I go to this store quite often, but I never get what order, asking for extra cream cheese they seem to put less on. Extra would mean the whole bagel top should have cream cheese on it. I also always have issues there with the staff if it’s within an hour of close, the customer service during that is appalling. Will be looking for a new breakfast place now.

The service and cleanliness are consistently disappointing. Each time that I try to give it another shot, it seems like it gets worse! I even noticed a live fly trapped in a fruit cup, trying to escape. Even the flies want to get out of there.

Went to this location in Flowermound for the last time. It has declined severely in customer service. Where is the owner? Your staff is not friendly at all and you are losing business because of it. Yesterday I stopped in at 6:30 and literally didn’t get out until 7 for one bagel sandwich. 5 of us in line. Young kid makes a bagel and grabs a drink and sits down for a break while we all look at him and he says nothing. The one guy behind the counter says nothing while he fills an online order. No one says, welcome, we will be right with you. We all chuckle and wait for 5 more minutes when a young girl comes out from back. Takes the five orders and then comes over to take our money. (No one working on the orders yet) The kid sitting on his break after 15 minutes, decides to get up and start the orders. What a joke. Will never go back. Oh and he got my order wrong! Shocker!

Cheryl Wilkins (General Manager), you are failing at managing this place!!!! This place messes up orders every time! Becomes a waste of time and money. They don't answer the phone. You press 3 to speak to someone, and the phone just rings and rings and rings. The only way to talk to someone is to go in person, and they still can't get the order right after trying for a second time. (Waste of time) I'm not sure how it's so hard to get orders right? We have given them so many chances, but every time we go back, they can never get it right. If they can't comprehend substitutions, they should just let customers know it's too hard for them!! It's so frustrating. People want to go in place their order and get what they ordered. It's really that simple. But I'm not exaggerating they get it wrong every single time we have been their. We need a new morning quick breakfast place...

This location everyone has an attitude. They don’t make your order correct. I was served cold bacon and manager had an attitude that I addressed the issue. I’m always late for work if I order food from here in the morning. Service cook (male) has no desire to work promptly.

This was such a terrible experience. On receipt you’ll see I placed my order at 10:22am. I left with my order over 40 minutes later. What I’ve learned today is never ever place an order on the app. I watched countless people stand in line, place their orders and leave with their orders while I stood there waiting for the pick up order—as did others who placed app orders. Why advertise to place an app order if you’re not going to make the food in the order that they’re placed? Who is managing this mess?? This was the worst experience and I would never recommend anyone to come here. Edit: It wouldn’t be a big deal, but given my frustrations, please train employees how to cut bagels in half.
