I have ordered takeout twice from here and my pizza is amazing. Sam the manager is so nice and Mary took my order and was really knowledgeable, as I had a lot of questions.
The pizza was on time and fresh...the only thing was the new York pizza box was given to me like someone set on the box..but other then that the pizza was good.

Ordered for pick up. Pizza was hot, fresh, delicious, just as ordered and ready on time. Location had a cute back seating room with TV--would be nice for dine in larger families. I wasnt greeted right away when I walked in so gave 4 stars for service but service was good once helped. They had hot bags set up for pizza to keep orders fresh.

Really disappointed that Pizza Hut no longer offers crust flavors like "Hut Favorite"... It was one of the reasons I preferred Pizza Hut to other pizza places. Now I have less of a reason to come back to Pizza Hut.

Usually you do an excellent job keeping the pizza hot when it reaches my door. Even in the winter. But today it was over 80 degrees and somehow the pizza arrived almost room temperature. Not normal.

Need the pizza to be cooked more and our order had sausage on 1/2 of pizza but it was on all of the pizza.
Make the pizzas correctly. One of the pizzas received was not what was ordered.
The guys working there were very nice. The pizza was super greasy. You could see it pooled on there. Now we all have indigestion.
Show up with parmesan cheese and red pepper. The sauce and other ingredients were uneven across the pizza.

Our order was much later than we were informed approximately 30 minutes later than we were originally informed. Also, both pizzas were folded over each other, they looked like they were both dropped.
Something is going on with their website, put on toppings I would never choose, so I called and basically the guy said it is what it is in a very condescending way. “That’s what was placed online, that’s what we put in the bag and that’s what you received”

Ordered a large pizza for delivery and there was on loud knock at the door. The pizza was on the porch which was wet! The he soda rolling around! The kid walked acros d our lawn and never looked back!
Disappointed in the growing tred of pizza chains firing delivery drivers in favor of using door dash drivers. I stopped ordering from papa John's because of this. I will now stop ordering pizza hut as well.
Very rude management. I came in to use my kids book-it codes from the Pizza Hut summer reading program and not only did the manager tell me he couldn’t, but when I told him this is how I’ve always used these codes, he repeated himself in a mocking and rude tone. Then walked away. No apologies. No attempt to help or serve. I’m sure the pizzas as good as any other Pizza Hut though 🤷🏼♀️ I’ll be going somewhere else tonight.
I received a coupon in the mail for Pizza Hut. When I tried to use it I was told that they were not part of the promotion. Since they are the only Pizza Hut in town, I would have to use it somewhere else but they didn’t know where. Very rude manager. They should not send anymore coupons to Flower Mound if they don’t want to honor them.

If I could give 0 stars I would based off everything I experienced. On 10/20 my boyfriend and I were on our way here and trying to order pickup on our phones. We had a coupon code, but had a question so decided to order in person instead. When we had arrived (at 8:30, the restaurant closed at 9:30) the employees were already mopping the floor, but we were never greeted. Finally someone approached us at the front and she said she couldn’t help us with any online coupon codes. We sat at a table to order online for pickup anyways, because the lady was not at all helpful. We sat for 20 minutes trying to figure out the app, because all of a sudden it would not let us place an online order. (Now we know it was because they had shut down all online ordering) While we were sitting the girl had went and locked all entrances, and at that point we felt pushed out so we decided to go somewhere else for dinner. While we were sitting in the car they had shut off all the lights and closed the restaurant an hour early!! No explanation or communication. If we had known they were shutting down the restaurant early that night, we wouldn’t have even wasted time trying to sit there and figure out the online ordering. All it took as a little communication and we wouldn’t have been NEARLY as frustrated as we were.
We had a very bad experience with Pizza Hut at flower mound location today. They messed up my order and when I went there they were screaming at me . This is no way anyone should behave like this with customer . I ordered the pizza for delivery and they delivered at wrong house . They didn’t even call me to let me know and when I called them that we didn’t receive the pizza and they were like oh we messed up and we are making another one fresh pizza for you, they said it be ready in 20 min. When I reached there they still had not made the pizza so I asked one of the guy to call the person who took my order. The guy just screamed at me and said he is working very loudly. .i was like you guys messed up my order and you have to own it. You don’t yell at me like this .i just asked them to cancel my order. And next I ordered dominoes and pizza was ready in 10 min verses Pizza Hut told me 45 min when I first ordered for delivery. I would never order pizza from Pizza Hut because of bad service . I really felt annoyed today.this pizza was for my kids who were waiting for 1 hour and 20 min and still no pizza was delivered. Does any one want to wait this long when dominoes is doing delivery in 20-30 min always .
I ordered from this location by mistake several days ago. I called immediately to cancel the order before it was even in the oven because I realized I had put the wrong address. After 10 minutes of navigating the automated call system I finally got through to a manager that said it was successfully canceled. However I was never refunded for my order. I reached out multiple times and through several avenues and have not received any response. My money was stolen and I never received any product.
I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. I ordered a deal for 2 specialty pizzas for 14.99. When I went to pick up my order, the guy handed me one pizza. I told him I ordered two. He just handed me the receipt, which only showed 1 pizza, like I was the idiot. I told him I didn't care what his receipt showed. I ordered 2 pizzas through the app. He then offered to make the pizza, but I would have to pay for it, too. So I'd have to wait for the second pizza to be made and end up paying full price for both pizzas instead of getting the deal I ordered. I just took the one pizza and walked out.

I picked up 2 medium pizzas on nov 1st, 2023 at around 7pm. i ordered on the app, according to the app there was still 3 minutes left of cooking time. the dude working took them out early to go smoke a cigarette. the crust was too chewy and my family and i felt sick after eating

I ordered a pizza snd wings today and mentioned this when I was placing the order. The same woman said to show the receipt today during pick up. When I was picking up the pizza and wings, the manager, Seth (I believe) was very rude about it and said, “we are not doing anything about it, you need to contact the corporate,” with a very bad condescending attitude and finally asked me to take the food for free when he noticed I wasn’t going to put up with his attitude. I didn’t want free food, I wanted them to fix the issue for one item. I don't know why the owner decided to put a douche to run his/her store. He definitely needs to get a customer service training and a spanking by corporate office.
