Noelia was absolutely marvelous!! She is extremely customer oriented; acts professionally at all times, even when under pressure. She is a valuable asset to Juniors and should be fast-tracked to a managerial position. I’m a retired 28-year Air Force veteran and I know talent when I see it. The cheesecake was so good, rich flavor and very creamy. 😋 Definitely worth every dollar I spent. Also great customer service from Tunazzina she was very lovely. Recommend Juniors for all cheesecake lovers and they also have other food options which i'd like to check out next time!

Always look forward to stopping at Juniors when flying through LaGuardia Airport! I don’t normally leave reviews but the worker Tunazzina was very sweett and friendly! She made the experience very memorable and knew what to recommend. And ofcourse we had to get their infamous cheesecake. I got the blueberry cheesecake and it was delishh. And my sister got the Rasberry Swirl and it was so pretty and yummy! They’re always known for the generous amount of toppings, and definitely worth the money! If you’re looking for a sweet treat this will hit the spot.

I am very appreciative with the customer service and professionalism from Tunazzina. She is very informative on the menu items and will assist with whatever the question will be. As someone that travels through there, Tunazzina is always upbeat and cheerful to there guess. I can say, Tunazzina and her team make coming through LaGuardia a nice experience.

Tuna took our order. She was patient and kind in answering our questions. She clarified everything so well and made suggestion that made ordering easier. I asked to toast my bagel dark and she did it herself to perfection. We were pleased with the service. Too bad they aren't allowed to receive tips. Would eat there again.

Definitely one of the better restaurants in the airport. A little pricy but it’s expected. For a pastrami sandwich and fries, it came to about $27 after tax. I tried both the pastrami and corned beef. Food did take about 15-20 mins but it came out piping hot so I’m not complaining. The pastrami was much better in my opinion.

I had the grilled chicken 🐔 sandwich with fries, she had the cheeseburger 🍔 and fries. They were good, but the grilled chicken was salty 🧂. The steak-cut fries were good, but the ketchup packets were some off-named brand. For the price being charged, Juniors should be able offer Heinz Ketchup as a condiment. I tried Juniors, but next time I'm at LGA, I would save a few dollars and order Wendy's just two kiosks away.

THE EXPLORER

I had to fly to Dallas for a funeral recently on a Friday. Early flight but terminal B was not too busy. I got there early and went thru immigration quickly and walked down towards my gate. I found Juniors in the big wide area with lots of food and drink choices. I got a Juniors breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. Sandwich was quite tasty and the coffee was good and strong.

If you are in a hurry, skip this there is zero sense of urgency. The fries were dropped back into the fryer instead of cooked fresh. There were 5 employees working and it took almost 30 minutes to get the food. The staff is more focused on closing down than cooking food.

Terrible! The worst and most expensive BLT I have ever had. It is a thick yellow (yes yellow) piece of bread with three bacon strips, soggy lettuce and a small piece of tomato for 16 dlls. It’s a rip off. Never again.

I decided to eat at a place called Junior’s, located in New York, because the salad looked very appetizing—it had turkey and eggs. I started eating and, almost at the end, I was unpleasantly surprised to find an insect in the salad. By that time, I was already downstairs near the boarding gate, so I couldn’t go back to the restaurant to report it. It wasn’t an extreme situation, but it was definitely uncomfortable and completely ruined the experience. I’m sharing this so others can take precautions when eating at places like Junior’s, and especially to check their food carefully before eating—no matter how good it looks.
