I stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago. When this one came to town I decided to try it again and I'm so glad I did! The place is always clean, staff is friendly and my order is always ready so quick! The wings are always really saucey and pizza is perfectly cooked. Brooklyn is always so sweet and fun when we come in! We order the same thing every time and she always remembers it! Lol 😂 It's become our new go to place for pizza!

Good, clean location. The employees are always pretty quick to get to the customers. Food is always ready promptly, and I've never seen a backup.

6278 West Pierson Road in Flushing, MI This is the first time in more than 10 years that my pizza was as good as when I first found pan pizza!! What a great experience! Pan pizza..spot on, Cheesy bites pizza...perfect. I called the manager after I got home and complimented their staff on a job well done. Will be back for more!!

Order New Year’s Eve and there was plenty of orders ahead of me. The wait was nominal. The pickup area is not very big so don’t expect to wait inside if there’s a lot of people inside. Decent customer service when I walked in. I had a good service recovery for waiting past my expected time to pick up. There were some old receipts scattered on the front sidewalk in front of the entrance. But all in all a good experience.

I have never been a big fan of Pizza Hut. Decided to give this one a shot. The lady I talked to on the phone was fantastic. I think her name was Brooklyn. Awesome attitude, and you could tell she was having fun at work. Pizza was pretty good too. I recommend you try this place out if you like Pizza Hut pizza.

This is a Pizza Hut to-go, so there is no seating inside. Since this location just opened, it has been a little busy but they have several coupons available if you order using the Pizza Hut app. We placed an order on a Saturday night at 6:00pm, (1) large stuffed crust with pepperoni and it cost just over $15. It was ready in 20 min and hot, not a bad deal. Pizza tasted fine, nothing stellar but still pretty good. I prefer a crunchier crust and our pizza probably could have been cooked just a tad more, which I will know for next time. However I am also taking into consideration that it had the stuffed crust, which might affect the bake slightly. Happy to come back and see about other pizzas and coupons. Staff was very nice.

Pizzas good my daughter likes the combo box she said the wings are pretty good and even the mild have a little heat. but i don't suggest the $8 doughnut bites they're gross, flavorless, bread, no powdered sugar the inside is supposed to have melted chocolate i think and they just empty gross bread that doesn't even resemble the flavor of chocolate. We really are not happy with them at all and are trying to get the horrible taste out of our mouths

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and when I got it home, realized it was a buffalo chicken pizza. I called 4 times in a month to get a refund for the pizza since I couldn't eat a buffalo pizza. I was continously told that the refund was coming. I called today, November 30th and the person who answered was very rude. She said she is in charge of the refunds and that it was processed. I have looked many times and do not have a refund. She said they didn't lie to me about the refund. Even though it's been over a month and I haven't gotten it. She continued to be rude and then lied to me about having all the refunds for the past 4 months only to say she only has a month. She was going to look for my order to "prove it was refunded" but conveniently didn't have it. She then decided to hang up on me instead of resolving the issue. It's no wonder pizza hut is disappearing. I won't be going back at any point after being treated so rude and not being given the refund I was told I was getting by 4 separate people.

Not really happy about this location anymore. The last 2 times I've ordered they completely ignored my light sauce request and instead smothered it in sauce now it just tastes like old tomatoes. I probably won't order from this location anymore. I'll drive the 25 min or so to grand Blanc and order from them. I just don't understand how it's more difficult to use less sauce. We really can't even eat our food and when I called about it, the person on the phone was just really rude. I get we all have bad days but you really shouldn't take it out on a customer when all they did was let them know about their issue with their pizza. The delivery driver was at least nice though.

Crust was doughy and uncooked. Cupped Pepperoni was just another floppy raw meat. Called just as an FYI and they blamed me for ordering too many toppings. When I mentioned one of my pizzas had few toppings and if it needs more cook time because of extra toppings, he should know that as the cook he flatly told me no. Drove 25min to get pizza hut. Would have been better off with a frozen pizza from Walmart

I really want to love that we have Pizza Hut in Flushing but the employees there are extremely rude! I had received a Birthday email for free bread sticks or cinnamon sticks. When I attempted to place the order on the app but stated the Flushing location doesn't accept the coupon. I was in the area & stopped by to question it. The young male was very rude telling me it's only eligible at corporate locations & gave me an example of Davison. He was adamant they wouldn't accept the coupon & moved on to the next customer abruptly. I drove home & just tried out the app to see if it'd work. Order placed for free cinnamon sticks & was ready within 20min. When I went back to pickup order, the same young man took my name, grabbed my cinnamon sticks, & pushed them at me abruptly. As the app did accept my free cinnamon sticks, I just let him know that it had worked just fine. He raised his voice to me & said "Whatever!" I only was attempting to let him know & he then yelled at me saying "Bye!! Have a nice day" with several other customers around. When I asked for his name, he ignored me. When I asked the young lady next to him at the register what his name was, she said "Umm... I don't know. What is your name??" He bluntly said "Tyler" as a young lady in the back lookes up directly at me fully aware he was lieing to me. I said I'd be contacting the store mananger & as I walked out, both the young lady that lied about his name along with the male causing the hassle's yelled out to me walking out the door & said "He is the manager" & proceeded to laugh. It was very clear he is not the manager. I truly hope this is reviewed as the employees inappropriate customer service & being rude to customers is absolutely horrendous!! I have 1 star for the service as it did not allow me to give 0 stars.

Was extremely disappointed tonight. Ordered a large pizza online and used a promo code that made the order free. I get off from working a 12 hour shift and drove 30 minutes just for the lady to tell me that supposedly her manager just called and said not to honor anything and it was a glitch in their system. Mind you it’s 20 minutes until close. A corporate mistake that was advertised publicly has nothing to do with me especially when im pretty sure the store was no longer taking orders and the pizza was already made sitting right there. Workers arent going to do anything anyway but take it home for themselves.

Second time trying this Pizza Hut. Ordered personal pan pizza with extra cheese. Paid 2.65 for the extra cheese and it had bald spots all over it. Last time I order a large pizza with extra cheese and the same thing happened. She refunded my money for the personal pan pizza. I don’t know if the owner has a cheese quota set for them or not. Sure does seem fishy, lol I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anymore. It’s really sad because Pizza Hut was so good in the 80’s and 90’s.
