On a busy corner in Flushing. Right by the subway entrance. Order at one window and pick up on the other. Lava pearls has brown sugar. Both drinks were good. They had to remake one drink but she did that fast when she saw the other worker made it wrong.
Got a passionfruit green tea with popping pearls I believe, and can I just say this drink is so good. The server was also really nice and smiled when he spoke… nice change from the flushing atmosphere.
My go to place in NYC for bubble tea. Nothing else satisfies in the milk teas category. Unfortunately they were out of Caramel milk tea last time I went. Bit of a bummer. Np got to try something new. Love the concept of a secret drink on the menu. Really cool! ~and extremely creative
A pretty good boba spot. It's pick-up only and is built into the corner, so don't expect to sit down here. Lines move pretty fast and the orders come out faster. I have yet to be disappointed, overall it's provided quality service and drinks.
Close to Hotels. Great Locatiom. Open late. Lots of good stuff to eat. And it all tastes goid. Safe neighbord for the elderly and kids.Nice service.
Honestly, one of my favorite drink places out there. Prices are affordable, drinks are made quick and fast. Wow I LOVE THIS PLACE. I go there like almost every week for a drink because of how delicious their drinks are. Especially one of the workers, so sweet and amazing! I'm not sure what her name is but she has black hair, she's asian, probably 5'5, amazing lashes, she's great and efficient! DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK NEXT WEEK!
This spot has been here for so long and has been one of the best. Super reasonably priced and high quality. Workers are also super nice, especially this one girl who served me. She had black hair and was quick with my drink on a busy afternoon (I think her name was tiffany). She was very polite would go back again as a fan favorite.
Jason was awesome. Gave great recommendations and made our drinks really super swag. Bro Jason changed my life bro I can’t even lie bro
5 STAR EXPERIENCE 100000000000000%. THE WORKERS THERE (HIGHLIGHTING TIFFANY) ARE VERY ATTENTIVE, NICE, POLITE, AND FAST. THEY ARE ABLE TO MULTITASK AND PREPARE MY DRINK WITHIN 3-5 MINUTES!!! THE DRINK QUALITY IS GREAT AND THE MANGO DRINKS ARE TOP TIER!! THE LOCATION IS GREAT BECAUSE IT IS IN THE CENTER OF MAIN ST! WHAT A SPECTACULAR BUBBLE TEA SHOP, I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE I WAS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILD!!! LOVE IT HERE ONCE AGAIN 5 STARS!!!
I LOVE THIS COCO LOCATION BECAUSE THEY HAVE THIS AMAZING EMPLOYEE NAMED TIFFANY. SHE GENUINELY DESERVES A RAISE. SHE WORKS VERY HARDLY AND IS VERY DILIGENT. SHE MAKES MY DRINKS TASTE BETTER THAN ANY OFHER COCO LOCATION. BLESS THE HEAVENS FOR GIVING THEM AN EMPLOYEE LIKE TIFFANY!!!! 🤣🤣😊😊🥹🥹🥺🥺💘💘😊😊🥰🥰🙏🙏
The mango smoothies were soooooo good. I’d give it like a 6 out of 7 snd I hope that I can get some more in the future. I will bring 6 or 7 friends to all get mango smoothies. 🥺🙏
Great spot for boba to go! I love their Bubble Gaga and Passion Fruit Green Tea.
Really good spot for a variety of fruit teas since most of the other places nearby are known for milk tea. Good and refreshing !
One of my favorites! Their fruit tea is still my all-time favorite, and their peach yogurt drink is made with real peach.
This is the G.O.A.T of bubble tea in the US. The tea flavors stand out and complement eachother (the best part about yi fang in my opinion). The milk tea is creamy and the pearls are consistently the perfect texture and temp: not clumping, not mushy, not in the slightest hard or cold. I would pay a monthly subscription for delivery to my house. For anyone comparing: if your idea of great bubble tea is 100% sugar and 100% ice at Gong Cha, Kung Fu tea, Heytea, or Mr. Wish, you might not be the most reliable judge of quality. I'm sad that this is one of the last locations in NYC! Please help keep it alive!
5 stars for 5 reasons 1. Mango pomelo sago with bubble 70% sugar is the best drink they have. 2. 10 dollar for the drink is relatively good and that’s with adding bubble which is 1 dollar 3. Large is a decent size and quite a lot for that you get 4. They have a nice variety of drinks to chose from 5. Quick service
Very nice store. Seating spots available on both sides of ordering window. Menu has a variety of drinks. I got the mango pomelo seasonal special drink. Such amazing taste. Gulped the whole large thing in minutes. Delicious taste of mango mixed with grapefruit pomelo. I was able to adjust sugar to 50% but ice level was fixed. Service is pretty fast. Despite being very busy, they made our drinks within few minutes.
Fast service, clean location and great tea. Asked for 50% sugar on our drinks (like we do at every milk tea place) and actually got 50% sugar. The teas were great. They use mini pearl boba which I think taste better. And the passion fruit green tea has actual passion fruit. Wish they opened one near us.
4 times: 12P/3P/6P/8P. Those are the only 4 times you should visit Yi Fang. Unfortunately, you will be in good company, because that's when everyone else visits Yi Fang too for the Brown Sugar Pearls in either one of two forms: with tea (Brown Sugar Pearl Black Tea Latte) or no tea (Brown Sugar Pearl Latte). Otherwise, the place is just another high-end boba shop serving fully customizable tea and fruity drinks. Even though the place is famous for not using syrup or fructose, the drinks are still very sweet since sugar extracted from fruits are still just that... sugar. If you don't like your drinks too sweet, order with 50% sugar. We find that their other famous drink, Yifang Fruit Tea, is best enjoyed ice cold during the summer months as the high citrus content makes the drink very refreshing. Yi Fang is actually not all that busy during other times of the day when there is no Brown Sugar Pearls served. Service is the typical Asian rude found around the Flushing area.
One of my favorite Bubble Tea places! [+] Prices are really good [+] Bubble Tea tastes really good [+] Location is really good (conveniently located close to Subway station) [+] selection is really good (so much to chose from) [+/-] there is nearly always a line [-] no plant-based milk alternatives [-] staff is not always the fastest I can strongly recommend this place IF you are not in a rush. I have not found the staff unfriendly (like mentioned in some other reviews), but have been asked to come back to pick up my Tiger Milk Tea twice already (after standing in line for approx. 10 mins each time)... so, yeah, bring patience. They seem to have an app, which makes ordering ahead possible (see pictures), so maybe that is an option IG you are in a rush but still want Bubble Tea :) There are vegan options, but not for milk teas, as this place does not offer plant-based milk alternatives. Can adjust sugar and ice levels to taste.
The Brown Sugar pearl milk tea was amazing. The tea and milk flavors were fresh and prominent. When the cup was ready, it was warm, because the brown sugar was heated up and dripped on to the inside. This I believe added to the flavor profile. Of course it also assured that powder form of brown sugar it wasn't!
This a bubble tea spot in a corner of a super busy street. You can make a nice mix with different toppings or milk. Maybe also check the amount of sugar, I had the chunky mango green tea and thought it was a little too sweet.
I have been here a few times to the Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea in Flushing. I had one of my favorite drinks, the Mango Sago drink. Creamy, fresh and delicious. I had an additional drink too, YiFang Fruit Tea. Both drinks requested with less ice snd less sugar. Just as tasty without all the additional ice and sugar. Yi Fang drinks, all use the premium Taiwan Tea leaves and the natural raw cane sugar only. Good drinks deserve good ingredients. All payments accepted, service was good. Until the next time, Yi Fang Fruit Tea.
Yi Fang continues to be a reliable chain for fruit tea (though I'd stay away from their milk tea series, which is rather underwhelming). Tried their peach oolong this time; went for 100% sugar but should have done 70% instead. The peach pieces add a kick of sweetness on top of that. Still very satisfied. This will likely be one of my regular places.
This Yifang spot is nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. We had the red bean black glutinous rice latte with milk instead of coconut milk, the longan jujube tea, and the original flavor egg cake. The latte, despite being ordered with minimal sugar, was a bit sweeter than I would like, but still rich and satisfying with a hefty serving of glutinous rice and a porridge-like texture. The Longan tea was soothingly warm, containing actual pieces of Longan, and was mildly sweet. It was somewhat plain, yet pleasantly understated. The egg cake is soft but a bit too sweet. Overall, the experience was comforting, though some flavors could be better balanced.
I recall this spot had a massive line during grand opening. I waited a year and finally tried it today 😅 $8.44 for a 20 oz red bean matcha latte. Something sweet & cold to offset the heat. Nowadays $8 for a drink in Flushing is common. There’s a bubble tea war going on and new locations are sprouting up like mushrooms. Every one is looking to try the latest trend. YI FANG is decent and I believe it has staying power 💪💪
If your coming here for their brown sugar pearl milk tea or brown sugar pearl with milk, it is only serve at specific time period, noon, 3pm, 6pm, & 8pm. I personally would not recommend it, the tapioca are super soft, taste more towards glutinous balls rather tan tapioca. The milk tea itself is quite water, there is not enough ice to take account of the heat from the tapioca. I highly recommend their fruit tea. It is freshly made and prepared in front of you. Its cold and refreshing. The fruit combination is unique and you’re able to distinguish each fruit in it. A drawback in the drink is the difficultly in eating the fruit. If you would like to eat the slices, you would have to rip the top off.
Store is very warm - no A/C? Tough on the staff, I'm sure. They have a huge line of stickers for drinks... so they're behind on making it even with four staffers (one cleaning/making stuff in the back, and two others upfront, and one floater it looked like). The Sun Moon Lake Black Tea - refreshing, cool, and not too sweet. I liked it. The egg pancakes - for each order of 5 only one flavor, and they told me 10-15min for them, so waited.... 31 minutes. Terrible. Also, for whatever reason, they make drinks and put it on the table, but don't have someone consistently checking the order(s) are done and so some orders literally sat complete and people were waiting around and finally got the attention of folks... left some of the customers pretty unhappy. The egg pancakes were ok - custard I felt were better than the taro, but others like the taro more.
this is my go to coco location and i’ve never had an issue here ever and never thought i’d give a one star to. they recently added kiosks, but kept the register open with a cashier there, so I assumed the cashier would take my order (keep in mind, there’s a cashier plus two other people working in the back, so there’s 3 people on the shift). the guy on register, who I overheard be called something rhyming with the word bank, seemed slightly busy prepping cups with tapioca bubbles so I waited a bit to give him the benefit of the doubt since I myself work in the food industry. he sees me waiting to order, but continues prepping cups with bubbles/working on making drinks for other orders despite having two other people in the back who are working on the drinks too, having me wait for a good 5 minutes. there was a lady behind me who had a question and only then did he look up to answer her question, but not to take my order, directly going back to making drinks. i never got my order taken as i left due to being blatantly ignored and waiting a good amount of time. if they are no longer taking orders at the register, they should make it clear, not just ignore customers who choose to not use the kiosk and making them hopelessly wait to get their order taken. i understand he was maybe trying to help get orders moving, but taking my order would’ve took less than a minute. horrible customer service.
They’re literally paying attention more to taking pictures on Instagram. They’re their customers and they took my order wrong instead they gave me a slush without bubble bubbles. They should if you’re gonna do a job with a good cause I’m paying.
Out of the many boba shops located in flushing go anywhere but here! The male worker had a nasty attitude but I gave him the benefit of the doubt due to the employees working in tight corners, and the stress he may have endured throughout the day. Later on when drinking my boba, I found foil trash in my drink. This place has no regards for attempting to improve their customer service nor the quality of their drinks. Please go somewhere else, there’s so much better out there.
The website shows they close at 12:00, but they don’t let u order when it’s 11:55. She told me she doesn’t have anything left:)
I went there yesterday. The drinks were OK, but one female staff member had a bad attitude, which really ruined my mood.
