I haven’t been to a little Caesars in probably at least 35 years but their pretzel stuffed crust pizza is the most amazing thing I’ve ever tasted🤣 Singh, is hilarious and always asks if it’s an order for my usual💁🏻‍♀️. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!

Excellent pizza that changed my view of LC. It's been about 15 years since I've voluntarily eaten little caesars, and it is NOT the way it used to be. I had the 6 dollar lunch special that was an exceptional value for what i paid (7.50 with tip). I couldn't eat all of the pizza because it was so filling, and the quality has gone way up since years past. The cheese, specifically, doesn't have that "what is that..." quality it used to. I also was not originally planning on coming yo this location in particular. I needed to run into Dollar Tree next door for a few minutes, so I parked in their reserved space, though I shouldn't have. The employee inside called out gently to me that I was in his reserved space and that I needed to move. He wasn't rude or angry, he just specified I needed to move my car. I went back to move, but then thought better of it and came in for lunch. He was very nice to me even though I started things off wrong, and he didn't need to be. Thank you for changing my opinion of LC, I'll be back!

This place has plenty of parking since the restaurant is located in a strip mall. The selection is what you would expect from the usual Mongolian BBQ restaurant. Price includes all you can trips, a bowl of rice, soup, and wonton crackers. I went for the lunch buffet and if memory serves, it was $16.45. Quality of the food was surprisingly good. Would definitely go back there again.

So just to be honest, not a fancy place... BUT WHO CARES! The food is always fresh, great tasting and a great selection of healthy ingredients. The service is consistently pleasant. Even if there's a line during a lunch or dinner rush, it moves fairly quick. I've never had a bad meal here and I've been eating here for over a decade. I enjoy bringing my family and introducing friends to this place, they all seem to like the food.

Quaint place perfect for family lunch or dinner. Always go for the meal options as it includes the soup and icecream. Tip - Always fill in more meats and take more of the sauces to ensure that the grilling doesn't reduce the flavor. Been here multiple times, and it has never disappointed.

This was worth the price. The food was great. Like a buffet style. You chose what you want in your plate. They cook it right in front of you and hand your plate right to you. This is a nice hide gem in Folsom. Definitely will return when I come back here.

Absolutely wonderful buffet style stir fry! Great complimentary chips & sauce on the table. Delicious options to put in your bowl for stir fry from meats, noodles, veggies, & different sauces. Atmosphere is cozy. The staff is nice, friendly, & checks in & refills water often. We knew it must be good on our first visit when we happened to arrive right before dinner opening & there was already a group of people waiting to be let in. It's popular & I see why! Chang's is a new favorite place in the area.

I love this place. I'm a regular, and the staff know me. They're always cordial and are usually pretty good about staying on top of things. They can get busy sometimes, but it's easy enough to get their attention. The food is great. You pick all your own proteins, vegetables, noodles, and sauces. Pile your bowl high and go back for more if you want to. Note: You can only take home leftovers from the first bowl. If you go back for seconds, don't ask to take home leftovers. Be sure to add lots of sauces. Otherwise, the cooks will add water to keep it from drying out while it cooks, which dilutes the flavor. Don't forget the cilantro!

This is the only Mongolian BBQ place anywhere near El Dorado County. Their food is great and we are super happy they survived covid. Ingredients are always fresh and service is fast even when they are busy. Their prices are very fair. It's definitely not the most pristine restaurant but we always have a clean table and they provide gloves for anyone getting food. My very picky kids absolutely love being able to make their own meal. This is a great hole in the wall place if you love Mongolian BBQ.

Great food, decent prices ($11 for kids under 10, $15ish for adults, add $2 for unlimited) , and great vegetarian and vegan options. Before I came I was wondering if they were going to have tofu, a good enough variety of veggies, and a clean veggie area (with meat separated from the veggies) and I was please to find all are true. Very happy with the options. They also serve free wonton, white rice, and egg drop soup right to your table while you're at the buffet area. Afterwards, there is soft serve for the kiddos and for you. Music was kept at a low enough volume, bathrooms were clean, tables were clean, and the staff was friendly and quick to refill waters. We will 100% be back.

This is the best $13 buffet I have ever spent! I was doubtful at first, but it is perfect! You choose everything yourself and prepare it exactly how you like it. You get 4 choice of meat (chicken, beef, pork, and lamb), small shrimp and squid (at the end of the line); at least 20 choices of vegetables and fixing; 10 or more choices of sauces. Tips: don't go overboard and fill your bowl like a mountain! Just get enough (fill to the bowl rim is perfect), so that by the time you finish eating the bowl, the food would still be warm/hot; then go back for second or third. Also this give you a chance to try different meat or prepping to see how you like it. Turn out, I love lamb! They also have a really good crisp/fried (wonton chip?) and egg drop soup as a side waiting for you at the table. Desert is simple - fruit, jello, and soft serve ice ice cream. I don't need a 1000 item of food selection and over stuff myself just because I can, this small selection of Mongolian food is perfect! This is the best $13 I have every spent on a buffet.

Delicious!! Our 2nd time here. They give you these crispy little tempura chips and egg drop soup as appetizers :-) Also, they have shrimp at the end of the line!! good lamb and pork. Loved the spinach when cooked in the sauce, wish I would have gotten a BUNCH more (it shrinks a lot). You can put a bit more sauce than they recommend if you like it to be more flavorful :-)

It's a good if you're looking for some cheap pizza and the quality for the price is really good but I waited for close to 40 min for 1 pizza so make sure youré willing to take a wait but other than that would recommend

I visited Chang's Mongolian Grill recently and had a decent experience overall. While the concept of customizing your meal with protein and sauces was great, I felt that it would have been even better if they could stir-fry white rice and egg along with the protein and sauces instead of providing them separately. Additionally, the quality of the starter fried chips could be improved. On a positive note, I appreciated the fact that they offer swirl ice cream, which was a nice touch. With a few adjustments, Chang's Mongolian Grill could definitely enhance the dining experience.

I've been to many Mongolian bbq places years ago so when I found Chang's nearby, I was super excited. Straight on the door, they showed you the All-You-Can-Eat price. I was a bit surprised as the price has increased in the past few months (looking from some previous pictures) but no problem as we were craving for dinner. When we entered, one of the staff noticed us. He pointed a booth for us and asked us to go straight to the buffet. They provided disposable gloves to keep the spoons clean. They have thin sliced pork, beef, chicken, and lamb, as well as tofu for protein. They also have shrimp & squid (previously frozen) at the end of the line - after the sauce section. The vegetable looked fresh and there were lots to choose from. I was super disappointed with the sauce. They were all watered down. For the first round, I put a ladleful of each sauce that I wanted but after it was cooked, the food was bland! So, for the second round, I put two ladlefuls of each sauce and still it was bland. For the third round, I basically doused my bowl with sauces and it finally tasted something. Also, the squid pieces that I picked wasn't cooked - was still raw & rubbery. With AYCE, you'll get a big bowl of rice, soup, and crispy wonton chips. The soup was bland. The crispy wonton chips were good. Overall, it was too expensive for the price. The meat & veggie quality were good but the sauce was meh. It was a solid 3.5 stars for me.

Pizza is always good especially the crazy bread, but service here has been sub par this year , and prices have been higher than what I’m comfortable with, will still takeout here though!

Terrible experience. The owner is overzealous in his ability to sell you. I ended buying 4 servings of cheese puffs instead of 1. Then he has the nerve to call me impatient because I asked how soon the food would be ready. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in a while

I requested a pizza at 6pm exactly I went to pick it up on my work break and it wasn't ready I sent in this request at 4pm TWO HOURS EARLY this is unacceptable it should be ready and worker at front desk was not kind or helpful. After waiting 13 minutes the pizza was brought out by a different who was super kind

I ordered online at roughly noon and the app said my pizza would be ready around 1215. I arrived at that time and when I walked in a young man with a small mustache came out from the back to greet me, I let him know I was waiting to pick up an online order. He asked for my name and gave him my first name, he looked at the monitor for a second then said my first and last name. I said yes that’s me then he said some woman in a green shirt just picked up the order. He continually grilled me about her asking if she was my wife, girlfriend, sister. No I am single with no sisters. He walked in the back and again asked me the same questions. Same answer, no that wasn’t me. Again he went to the back then came out and said there’s nothing they can do and that he asks for first and last name to confirm before handing over the order. When I brought up he asked my first name and then said my last name to confirm he said there’s nothing they would do to make it right. The pizza portal is useless since the employees will hand your pizza to anyone who walks in and can look up at the TV saying the names of who has orders. Whoever he was talking to even refused to come out from the back, good luck getting your order. I ended up having to place a chargeback because they stonewalled me so hard.

I usually love little caesars. But they need to fire some of their current employees. Their lack of respect/interest in the customer is astonishing. I waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged, to then be told that I would have to wait an additional 6 mins at least to get a hot n ready pepperoni pizza. So I left without receiving an apology. This used to NEVER happen. Quality and reputation are the most important thing for a business. Once those things decrease... The business loses what made it what it was to begin with.

I ordered a cheese pizza Did not check it before I pick it up What a pizza guys all sea salt and the cheese they used was I don’t know if that was expired or something. No one eat it, we trashed it. I will never go back and will never recommend to families and friends
