Our favorite burgers ever! Even for a super picky eater, the double-double doesn’t disappoint.weve traveled all around and have eaten Whataburger and Five Guys, but these are our favorite. This location is very busy, as they all are. They usually end up taking orders in the parking lot as the line for the drive thru is long. Only other complaint is the location off of the main road is a bit cumbersome as you can’t make a left turn and must make a u-turn on E. Bidwell in order to get back to the freeway. It’s an inconvenience, but we do it because we love the burgers.
10/10 service from an older gentleman named Hakim. He very cheerfully greeted us at our table, asked how our food was, and offered to clear it for us. I watched him not only do the same for every customer both inside and outside, but juggle keeping the place spotless while getting customers extra condiments, helping small children open the doors, and many other tasks I have never seen done at any other location with an extremely positive attitude, radiating a kindness to everyone that literally brought my wife to tears. Give this man a raise.
Delicious food, and such gracious hospitality from Hakim. He was the absolute sweetest, cleaning the dining area and greeting every guest, offering to clear trash or just offer a friendly conversation. He made our experience so special and memorable, thank you Hakim!
Delicious as always, packed as always and still fast as always. Kept clean a tidy. They gave my kiddos hats, very pleasant experience.

CAWW CAWWW🇺🇸🇺🇸 i’m proud to be an AMERICAN where at least i know i’m freeeee and i won’t forget the men who diedddddd to give that life to meeee so i proudly STAND UP next to you- so sorry, my inner eagle is sprouting ANYWAYS….. In-N-Out is one of my favorite spots to eat. The service is always speedy and kind and the food is always delicious. The double double is definitely the best item om the menu. 10/10 would recommend In-N-Out to everyone!
I had such a great experience at this In-N-Out last week. My 2-year-old accidentally spilled her soda, and an employee named Mark came right over. He was incredibly kind, reassured us that it was no problem (even sharing that it had happened with his own family in the past), and cleaned it up with a genuine smile. His kindness really stood out and made our visit extra special. Thank you, Mark!
Line wrapped around the corner but still enough room for our NEMT Van to get a couple of double doubles animal style with strawberry shakes for us in the entire crew was met with great big old smiles and people that were even willing to run inside and get extra ketchup for our fries!! literally our favorite location

Had a wonderful visit to In-N-Out! Despite the store being super busy, the staff handled everything smoothly and efficiently. A special shoutout to Victoria—she was incredibly cheerful and provided excellent service with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, and as always, the food was fresh and delicious. Great job to the whole team for keeping things running so well even during the rush!
The best worker in the world works at In-N-Out. This lovely woman’s name is India. If you ever get to go to this In-N-Out located in Folsom California, be sure to stop in to say hi to India. Her customer service skills are unmatched. She thinks for her customers before she thinks for herself. I had realized that my drink was missing. And I felt very sad. Once I’m out of the parking lot, turning into the gas station. I see a beautiful woman running after me. I bring my car to a stop. This wonderful young lady chased after my car to make sure I got my iced tea. She ran across the parking lot and out of the parking lot. If any managers are reading this review, please give my girl a raise. 🙌

3/15/24- Like it or not one has to try it once when you're visiting. I enjoy it as it brings back childhood memories and they aren't in the Midwest. I heard a few people order the Animal fries. The employee said it's $3 more and they top them. I didn't pay much attention as I won't order them 😁 I ask for their In N Out sauce to dip my fries. I get enough pepper to go with every bite. Some are spicy and others aren't. The shakes are really delicious but I skipped it this time. The staff is friendly and they jump on the register to take your order. You're not waiting to order but there's a wait to get your meal. I'm sure they do the best to put them out. The meal is inexpensive compared to the similar hamburger chains. I enjoy the fact all the items are fresh, you'll get full and leave happy. Make sure you use the right trash bin!

Tried their cheeseburger meal and it was pretty good for the price. You have to eat everything fresh though! The buns are grilled to have a crispy texture so you get both soft and crispy textures in one bite. It's very busy but wait wasn't long, bout 15 mins. How it works: Pay for your order, they'll give you a receipt with your order number and an empty cup if you've ordered a drink - you can fill it up with preferred drink at the drinks station, then wait for them to call out your number. For the other travellers, no wifi here. Price guide (as of Sep 2025): Cheeseburger meal $8.90 Tax $0.69

umm so i told them at the speaker and at the second window i wanted the animal sauce packets, both times asked how many, didnt get me any, on top of that i told the guy taking my order i wanted grilled onions and regular onions on the burger and i got only regular. sucks because i normally come here and they do great, but this made me made a bit mad
Came by In-N-Out after a medical appointment and the food was great! Nice and fresh, hot and made to order. House spread is take it or leave it for me personally. Had one item missed on initial ring up but was quickly remedied. Also decided to test the drive through line. 5 cars in line, total time from order placed to order received was 7 minutes 17 seconds @ 3:30pm 12/4/23 $32.33 for 5 burgers (3 of which were double doubles), 2 fries, and a small shake. On 10/7/2025 I went to the drive thru there were about 7 cars ahead of me but only 2 was still waiting to order. I would of been the 3rd one to order and no one was behind me at the time. I was now going to be next as the young man was on his way to take my order 2 other cars came up there are to lines I was one the right so he waved the 2 cars behind me to go to the left and as I thought I was going to order he skips me and take the 2 cars that just pulled up order and when he was done taking there order he then comes up to me and says he saw me but he had to take thier order first.🤨. I asked him why that was and he told me that's how they do it to keep the line going. Makes no sense to me but ok. My guess and the real reason is Im black and the other customers behind me were not. So that was my first and last time. But im glad everyone else had a good experience.
