We come here at least once a week! And we’ve always had such a great experience with the gentleman that works the drive-through however, tonight when we pulled in, we were greeted with a female who was very rude from the beginning. I asked her what came on her Carne Asada burritos and she said Carne Asada, pico and guac. I said OK can you charge me for two bean rice and cheese burritos? Add Carne Asada with extra cheese instead she charged me for Carne Asada burritos no pico no guac add cheese beans and rice charged me twice for the cheese because they don’t come with cheese OK understandably whatever. It is what it is food is expensive. I don’t mind paying the price but when I’m paying $58 for three burritos and being treated very rudely, it doesn’t sit well with me. I believe her name was Lisset With lip tattoos on her neck. I really don’t appreciate the rude customer service and I felt bad for the guy at the drive-through that has to work with her. He is kind to us every time we go in there. Maybe you’re having a bad day maybe you don’t like your job but that’s not my problem and there are plenty of people that would like to have your job. Do better.

The salsa bar here (photo) kind of sums up the experience here. The lid for the green and red salsas were reversed. The encurtidos (pickled veggie condiment) were available by request from behind the service desk. A lot was behind the service desk, like drinks. Which I understand to be one refill for the $2.55 (as listed online) you pay for soda. Note -- The soda syrup to make drinks is one of the most overpriced item on the menu. One refill? Kinda cheap. My last warning are the two order kiosks they have. Like McDs this means you can self service your order and wait for help. Each... Time... You need help. Helpful, right? (Not) The food was a bit bland for flavor. The tacos durados (hard shell) seemed pre-fried so they were a bit chewy. On a plus side the two tacos I had were huge for the $15 or so dollars the combo co$t. Mixed feelings for this one.

workers so we drove in & had to reverse because another car was there but nothing was happening. When we started to reverse and got to the board the lady answered. We told her we couldn't see the board because lights off & she just said I'm sorry what would you like. We already kinda new what we wanted so we tried to place our order & she couldn't really hear us so I had to speak louder which sounded rude but whatever she heard us that time. We came up to window & she explained that because of time change the lights didn't automatically turn on. I know other locations that have manual switches to avoid this. Food was great as always.

I love late night Mexican food this Alberto's Mexican food restaurant is 24 hours the drive-thru seems ghetto but the staff was nice they got all the favorites Super nachos super papas roll tacos tamales and even a white piece of paper hanging from the drive-thru menu billboard that says menudo oh yeah baby I ordered three roll tacos came with a good amount of cheese and avocado could have been warmer the carne asada taco was big could have had a better quality tortilla seemed kind of like falling apart this they gave me extra salsa and it was spicy and delicious most places only give you one salsa for five tacos this place gave me three salsas for one taco oh yeah. My only complaint is the food wasn't super hot but agua de piña was on point!

The man with the glasses that cooks and the short heavy set woman are very discourteous and impolite to people that are not their race. The way that they carry themselves with those of a different race is very sad. When I tried to ask a question I was ignored until I raised my voice. When my food was brought out it was tossed onto the counter and the woman words to me were indirect. It's sad and disrespectful. Just because you have had issues with other's of a certain race doesn't mean everyone you come in contact with are the same. The man can cook his butt off but his attitude and demeanor is trash and that is sad. You Sir are in business that brings healing and happiness, but you are not showing that when you treat certain people bad, especially when they have done nothing to you or anyone in your establishment. Alberto's was my favorite Mexican food spot. But you Sir and ma'am just ruined it. Hopefully you will do better in the future. " The young man that works there is very nice and polite. Have not had albertos in a while ...so decided to stop and get me a carne asada burrito. Waste of 14 dollars! Taco bell has better and bigger burritos than this place....the asada meat was chewy and salty as heck ...no rice no beans and was smaller than a tooth pick ...never again ....no wonder its always empty ..Just go to taco Joe's across the street ....
