The best atmosphere best food quality best quick service. We ordered ribs definitely recommended and in drinks we had were beers and I had Irish trash can .it was bomb. Thursday to Sunday open until 1 am .

Absolutely great place to dine in with family. Service is a hit or miss. Have not found an item on the menu that disappoints. This is a great spot to catch a game. The food is on the pricy side but we'll worth every penny. Would recommend every time sitting at the bar area.

Wow, we finally found a pretty nice little sports bar and Grill in Beaumont. The owner came out and introduced herself. The waitress was friendly. The southwest bowl was very good and the whiskey something or other dessert was the bomb.

This has been a place I have come to a few times. I remember trying the pizza burger a while ago and was really craving it this time around again, incredible. The fact that they got this menu item so well is incredible. You get a pizza inside of a burger and it is so delicious.

I went here for the first time ever, many people told me it was a great place to eat and hangout and they were right. The workers were all nice and brought refills constantly even when you didn't ask them for more. Prices are moderate kinda moderate but the burger and pizza slices I had were delicious! The cheese sauce that came with the big Boston appetizer platter was great! I really liked this place and hope to come back again soon.

Doning section was empty when we got there, servers took a while to get to us but once we got served, the beer came decently quick and our beverages as well. Food did not take long and man it was delicious! The BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA was the best I've had in a long time. The daughter got the ribs and man she loved it, she finished half of them. The wings were crunchy and delicious! The shrimp pasta was good since my wife devoured it all. Coming back to try the rest .

I showed up 10 minutes after the kitchen closed and my bartender Than shared his dinner pizza with me and it was tasty! I appreciated the service and staff here. I didn’t get to try the menu but the employees have inspired me to stop by again earlier.

Five stars and a cold beer for Boston’s Pizza, where the thin crust comes out hot enough to burn the roof of your mouth and good enough that you won’t care. It’s that perfect balance—crispy, light, just enough cheese to remind you you’re alive and in the right place. The joint was packed with Dodger blue—fans grinning like kids watching the parade on the big screens, reliving the glory, nursing beers, and pretending they hadn’t all screamed themselves hoarse last night. The energy was half sports bar, half church service. Every hit replayed, every cheer echoing through the smell of melted cheese and marinara. Service was quick, friendly, and blissfully unfazed by the chaos. The whole place had that rare mix of good food, good noise, and good timing. Boston’s isn’t fancy, it’s real—and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. Five stars, easy.

I had, chicken and shrimp penne pasta. It was very good. My coworker had a hamburger with regular french fries and he says it was pretty good. Another co-worker had a hamburger with sweet potato fries. She said they were very good. Our manager had a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The sausage said spicy although it wasn't at first but it was after a little while. The drinks were good. One had water, one had soda, one had a margarita and I had a double screwdriver. When I was about halfway through my meal. The waitress came by and I asked for another screwdriver. It was about 20 minutes later I saw her again. She walked by our table after a while and I said we wanted the bill. At which time she remarked she forgot my drink. I told her that's okay we needed to go anyways. Maybe she sensed that I didn't need another drink and that's why I didn't get it. LOL. My drive home from the restaurant is only 2 mi. But that's okay she was just looking out for me. Thank you. If you're looking for a sports bar to go to to watch your favorite game, this is the place to go. There are more TVs on the walls than I can count. They have large projection screens as well. This is all in the bar area. I did not see it in the restaurant area. In the end it was kind of funny because I left my phone on another table near where we were sitting. When I left I realized I did not have my phone. I went back in the restaurant to look for it and didn't find it. I asked an employee if I could use his phone to call my phone. He let me use his phone. I called my phone number and my co-worker answered it. Apparently my coworker thought it was her phone and took it. Good thing. Other than the waitress / bartender loosing / forgetting my drink order it was all in all a good afternoon at this restaurant for the first time. I had a really nice time hanging out with my co-workers. After all it was a celebration of my 66th birthday.

I got a free indy pizza via the app and it was really tasty. It is called the Sicilian pizza and I love the crispy crust. My friend had a Caesar salad and she ordered a free kids meal of cheese pizza. The pasta was delicious and the quantity of food was great for sharing. I also liked the boneless wings. Service was outstanding.

This is a regular place for us every once in a while. Food is good; we tend to order the appetizer platter because it has a bit of everything for our family of 6. The happy hour times are more or less convenient for right after work or when out late. We're usually satisfied with our food there. Service is not bad, even when it's crowded. Every once in a while we get a fairly new server, and even then, service is not bad. I've been there with large crowds and have had good experiences with that too. They have okay alcoholic drinks too. When there's a big sports event,be prepared for a wait.

With the price hikes in fast food recently places like Boston's are great when you consider for maybe a buck or two more you're getting more food in a nicer environment if you got the time I'd argue that it tastes better too try them out

Busy but not. Our food was quick and honestly their menu online didn't do them justice. I think they need better pictures. I was apprehensive about ordering food since I've only ever been there for drinking 😉. But surprisingly I liked their food. Only 4/5 because the shots I ordered took forever and chilled became warm. 😬

***Update*** Boston's is apparently under new management and they actually care about quality and their customers. I had not expected to hear from the restaurant after so long or for them to be interested in trying to make things better. Majorly impressed. Rick you won us back man. I'm so over Boston's. This used to be an awesome place to hang our and watch the game or catch happy hour. But their prices have far out paced their portions, and their service has plummeted to unacceptable levels. I added pictures to show I'm not trolling them. $12 for 4 pizza twists? And this is the "double portion" of wings that costs nearly $30. On top of that they got my order wrong and by the time the fixed it the other half of it was cold then they tried to charge me for ranch. I totally understand operating costs, but you've just lost a lot a time customer that lives 5 minutes away.

Friday night after work for a birthday. So location has two dining areas. One is the bar w TVs and white luis and the other is more family friendly. Ordered the pizza burger; actually quite good. Also tried the chicken/ shrimp pasta. For the birthday girl we got a special plate with ice cream. Sara was our server. Amazing customer service Checked on us and kept our drinks filled.

We stopped here for lunch. We were seated quickly. We started with the Spinach artichoke dip. The dip was a bit runny. We also had the cheese curds which were very good. I had the Thai shrimp bites with slaw, the Thai sauce was delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be coming back

My sister and I came for lunch almost $100. A bit pricey so not a date night thing if your cheap 😉 but if you’ll spend it with the boys then you’d better spend it on your girl. Food is good. Hawaiian BBQ pizza with Koren BBQ sauce because yes pineapple goes on pizza too. In Bostons case so do green onions 🤔👏. It was so good. Perfect meat to cheese ratio. Spinach artichoke had me glued to my bathroom if you know what I mean 😅. But hey not everyone has the stomach. It was delicious minus the thick piece of burnt cheese on top. After 1 1/2 hrs I ended up having to call off work and have a happy hour and that’s when it hit me. The customer service at Boston’s is just to damn good I looked down and seen how I lost 2 hrs there by the time I left. I may have had more than one drink which are strong by the way and tastey but I like sweet drinks here and there if I’m not taking straight shots. Our waitress Hooked it up with some warm bread for our dip smackedddd. Thank you lovely waitress/bartender bad b 🙌🏼.

The food at Boston’s was good, a bit pricey but it was still good. I was a little confused about the happy hour, apparently the food isn’t discounted, they just have happy hour sizes, which are smaller. The best thing there to me was the spinach artichoke dip, I couldn’t finish it but I had to take the rest home. The service was ok, our waiter did tell us what to stay away from, which was cool but a little concerning.

Pizza, salad and pasta was OK. But still they don’t know how to make a buffalo wings. Dry and salty.. Only one person in duty to take orders, prep orders, serve orders, take of bills,….

No one greeted us. Waited 2 minutes then we seen a sign said free to sit anywhere. We sat in bar room. No one came to attend us until after 10 minutes there was one waitress for the night it seemed like we waited too long for our food order. Then we ordered but when food was brought they forgot a drink we ordered. We waited to see if we can ask her to bring it but we didn't see the waitress. We ended up walking up to the bar to ask for our drink. The food was good we ordered wings. I forgot the pics. Sorry guys. Anyways not sure if I'm going back. It could be they were short staffed. But I think they need to boost up there customer service. Restaurant was clean and restroom. Outside there's a patio. We went outside to have our drinks. Even for that we had to hunt down our waitress ourselves to say we were going outside. We didn't want her to think we disappeared and left without paying. We just needed to be outside cause the inside room temperature was so cold.

We went to have wings at the bar. It was a lively atmosphere and lots of people watching the games. The bar service was okay, the food was meh at best. I'd go again to watch a game, but I'd probably try the pizza

The food and waitress were great but the hostess was not up to par. It would've had 5 stars if it wasn't for her attitude when we arrived that evening.

The place didn't smell too zesty. The air coming out of the A/C smelled a little like bad plumbing, stanky. We didn't hang around to eat. Besides that, everything else was cool.

Ribs are great, and I also love there salmon. The reason for the low rating is because I recently tried there dessert. The cookie and ice cream, and I was appalled at how burnt the cookie was. Literally so hard, it wasn’t possible to eat. That’s the reason for the mid range review.

This was the first time here the service was good ate on patio the cleanliness was less to be desired needs some work, the food was tasty above average flavor and needs improvement on the craft beer selection. I had a Guinness on draft that was great.

Food is ok. Not all that great. Waitress was slow with service. We waited about 25 min for the food to get to us. Had the Buffalo chicken wrap it was very dry needed some kinda sauce on it to get down. Wasn't busy in the restaurant part of it but bar was busy.

This left something to be desired. The pizza was in a puddle of oil, which made the crust soggy. A different take on a boneless wing. The breading was non-existent, so it was not crunchy. Seemed like cut-up chicken tenderloins. Although this place was busy, it seemed to draw a crowd. Lots of TVs to watch sports. The bathrooms had not been cleaned well in a while.

Hadn't been here in a while we walked in there was nobody at the front it took a minute or two for somebody to come out from the back we sat at the bar for about 5 minutes nobody helped us and it was not busy at all it sat across the other side in the main dining area service wasn't that great when we finally got our food it was not decorate definitely not what it used to be will not be coming back The men's restroom was not clean the paper towel Spencer was broken off the wall laying on the sink there was mismatch the silicone around the counter around the sink and you can see uneven drywall patches on the wall overall a 2-10

One of the worst experiences I've ever had there. Service was very poor, very slow, employees show no sense of urgency what so ever. Salmon was over cooked, had to go to kitchen to get the sauce we had been waiting on. But what's really sad is the lack of urgency from the workers.

the one waitress had a lot to handle but she was nice, and the low number of workers caused them to forget ingredients and food delivered room temperature. I'm sure if they had the right amount of employees working the experience would have been much better. The poor waitress had to seat people, get orders from 2 tables of 6, 2 tables of 4 and 2 tables of 2. Plus getting drinks and salad from the kitchen, deliver food to the tables and work the register. I mean really?!

I went yesterday with my gal and they took 12 mins to bring me my beer the water was brought to me first 8 mins later the food was great but the left side of the restaurant side it was empty but the bar side was filled but when i asked for a second beer it took about 14 more minutes and another waitress brought it too me they never came up to check up on us if we needed anything else this was around 10-11:30pm on a Saturday worst waitress ever and service on top of that my gal asked for a michelada and it smelled like celery 🤨 we asked for a 🍺 not veggie drink i wont be returning back.

The Club, DO NOT ORDER THAT! It's terrible and disappointing. The bread sticks of whatever they're called, were less than good. The ketchup was really wet. The fries were good though. The service was... Not great. I had to go get the disappointing ketchup from another table for my fries. As for the atmosphere? It was nice, mostly clean. Big and working TVs all over. It's a sports bar. And it feels like it.

First of all my waitress had an attitude, maybe just having a bad day. She took our drink orders a hot tea and a ice tea ( took a long time), finally came out with the hot tea but said the ice tea machine was not working correctly, but we finally got it. The food was good however my wife’s plate came first, she was almost finished when I got my plate. The waitress came by and filled the ice tea but ignored my empty hot tea cup. I asked a passing waiter for more hot water for my tea and he brought it quickly however I had to use the same tea bag. Oh, I ordered a finger food appetizer, but no napkins or utensils, I asked for some and had to wait . It should be noted that there was a large party ( 10), that was seated right before us. I have eaten here in the past and was very satisfied but sadly not this time .

What can I say.. Very slow service. Order an appetizer and it came out way late. Entrée came with the appetizer. The appetizer was cold. I loved the buffalo wings. The best part was at least I was with family. Will not be returning for a while.

Good Food. Horrible Service. Rick the "GM" needs anger management. Don't expect them to honor any special, promo or advertised deals. If you're going for their March Madness special, they will not honor it without giving you a hard time and harass you that you know about it. This has never happened in Irvine or in Tempe, Arizona. The restrooms are filthy as well. As is expected I guess. If you are waiting for anyone to come around and greet you, expect to wait over 10 minutes whether they're busy or slow. If you ask for a menu, don't expect one from the host. In fact, management (Rick) apparently tells them not to. This forcefully makes the front house look unattentive, lazy and disrespectful. Sad their GM makes them do that. It's sad though. The food has flavor, it was made correctly (modifications), hot/fresh and makes one want to come back.

We used to come here all of the time and never had any complaints. Today (7/13/18) we went back and the food and service were still good but the whole restaurant just felt dirty and sticky. Even the children's menus (which used to be little coloring books) were laminated sheets that were badly abused, sticky and dirty. A little disappointing. Edited 3/3/19: all of the above is still true but I've edited my review down to 2 stars. Now the food was a disappointment as well. We ordered a large assortment of appetizers which took 30 minutes to come out. Everything was cold. Nachos were already soggy. Pizzas were just thrown together without care. I had such huge dollops of garlic paste on top of mine it was rendered inedible. Same with the BBQ sauce on another pizza. My son's children's meal came with an embarrassing amount of paper thin apple slices.

Half empty on Friday night for dinner explains a lot.. Chicken sandwich is so thin it only has 1 side.. when a slice of tomato is thicker than the meat theres problems.. Food has flavor but portions are small and Nothing looks like the menu... sad experience for a b-day meal..

Came in for lunch at 1pm on a Wednesday.(1of6 tables). Issac was nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered chicken sandwich- came out room temperature. Soup also room temperature. Pizza was good! If their food was hot it would be great! After soup was heated it was super! Did not have them heat up the chicken(fried).

My sister and I stopped in this after for a quick bite. We ordered a couple of drinks. They were nice to look at but not the best. For lunch, I ordered a cesar salad and steak nachos. Salad was decent. The steak nachos were not the best. Chips were kind of burnt and the whole thing tasted off. I only ate a couple of chip and just had to pass on it. My stomach has been upset ever since I got home. Service was slow but the staff was super cool and friendly. Quality of food has definitely changed since the last time I was there.

I had to send back 2 plates. The lasagna was cold and very bland. The nachos did not have a pinch of seasoning. Everything I ordered was bland and boring. Food is overpriced. My waitress was really nice but I will not be going back again

This place has the worst appetizers platters I ordered it and the chicken was not wings but dried hard chicken and the mozzerela sticks I add was not sticks but breaded super tiny balls barley any cheese. Instead of potato wedges they give you cheap potato chips and the pizza rolls hard and dry it was the worst platter I ever ordered. They also came super later and I had to cancel my main meal went home hungry. Also not the dont have enough servers the give you plastic cups when you order drinks totally a no no at a restaurant plastic cups are for late night clubs not in the dinning area so poorly managed. They keep changing the menue making worst every time and they cant keep new employees way understaffed.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. The staff was unprofessional and inattentive. Throughout our meal, we did not receive any napkins, nor did anyone check on our table. To make matters worse, I discovered the following day that a tip had been added to my bill without my authorization. Additionally, when I paid, they took my debit card and refused to return it, which made me feel distrusted as a customer. The entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far from what I would expect when dining out. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this place to others. Proceed with caution if you choose to visit.

I realize they’ve been open for a week now but they are a lost bunch. Service was horrible. Long wait for no apparent reason was seated then waited 15 minutes before I had to ask for some service. Liquor is cheap and over priced. Spent $140 for a few drinks and basic food. Not worth it. Can get much better food at Wood Ranch for same price. My opinion Boston’s won’t last long. Atmosphere is nice but someone is going to lose a lot of money. I don’t recommend this place.

Sat here with my wife and son over 20 mins and didn't even get anybody to take our drink order. We never had anybody come up to us the whole time we where there.Staff was unprofessional and didn't seem to worry about us. As soon as we walked in it was a vibe of like "Do whatever you want" type of thing. Was horrible and we would not go back. We left to eat elsewhere. If I could rate this place less than one star I would. One star is too good for the way things are ran here.

This was just horrible our lady (Hailey) was unattended we asked multiple times for water, the extra lemon vinaigrette, the boxes for us to leave and didn’t give us the check after asking 2 times. My mother asked to sample the sooo but never brought it out or anything. The person cleaning our table was more attentive than her. Also when we went up to pay the people (might be mangers idk) just completely stood there and ignored us while making eye contact. This place isn’t worth your time and money. Honestly if you were to go anywhere better go to McDonalds WAYYYY MORE ATTENTIVE but if you go there change waiters if you get Hailey never coming back!!

Understaffed and dirty at noon on a Friday was a bad start and it just got worse from there. I am very tolerant of places understaffed and usually overcompensate for the burden on the staff by seriously overtipping yet this time took everything in me to tip even 20% on the reduced bill. My daughter’s pasta was good other than not being given a knife with huge pieces of chicken. Everything else was truly awful. 20 plus minutes to get flat soda. My pizza was made incorrectly. The salad was literally soft, had onions which I asked for it not to and, the dressing had obviously turned. When we asked for dipping sauce for chips it took over 10 minutes to get it and had to ask three times. Pm w when we ordered, again when they were delivered and politely again when mela was delivered. No one checked on if our food was okay or if we had what we needed. After 20 minutes I was finally able to wave down “our waitress” and told her I couldn’t eat my food and asked for it taken off and the bill. She said she would send over the manager. Another 15 minutes passed and I stood up because I was so beyond ready to leave and saw her standing at the prep line eating. No issue with taking a break but when you have essentially just opened and it is taking 20 minutes just to get drinks it may not be the best break time. Finally she came back and said my meal was comped and still no receipt. Had to walk to edge of prep area and ask again for the receipt a few minutes later when she finally went to get it. Floors were sticky, tables were sticky, salt shaker was gross the floor was covered in stuff under the table. Overall just a terrible experience. This family will not be returning.

Not sure what's up with your host/ waitress. She was very busy on her phone clacking her long nails away texting the whole time we were there, even while taking our order! After our food came out, she never came back to make sure if everything was OK. We ran out of drinks while eating , but again never came back and I saw her on her phone several times from across the restaurant. When she finally came she just started clearing the table not even asking if we wanted another round of beers, therefore costing you money. Very bad attitude. Sucks because this place used to be great. We couldn't even spot another waiter to ask because no one was around and it wasn't busy either. It was pretty empty for a Friday , seemed like she just didn't care and her phone was a priority. We just wanted more drinks and sides. This was on 1/19 between 4:30 and 5pm and our receipt said the servers name was Alyssa.

The atmosphere was great! The service was horrible! Only one server for a big party, server Monica was absolutely rude! If the service is horrible, no you will not add a tip. I asked for the tip to be removed since, there were no forks provided had to eat my salad with my fingers. Asked for a drink that never came. When I went to ask for the tip to be removed or speak with someone, she was absolutely rude threw me my receipt and got very loud, while the host was smiling and nodding her head making it seem like Monica attitude and actions were okay. Absolutely unprofessional! So disappointed since I had heard great things about this.

Came to get a table to watch the packers vs viking game with a friend. I came early and waited 10 minutes while I wait 3 different people looked at me and not one said how can I help you or have you been helped yet. While I waited for someone to help me and set me a party of 4 walked into the restaurant and the waitress ask them how many and sat them Knowing dam well I was next because she had already seen me waiting.

My family and I came before and loved it. Which is why we returned today. However when you go to a dinner or restaurant you want to relax and dine. Not feel as though I’m in a timed drive thru. The Menu was not updated and the communication between the server and cook should improve for the betterment of the experience being provided . On top of that it was impossible to enjoy our food while the workers played tag behind us. My only leave for this establishment is this. Now that you are aware. You are responsible. Do better!

I came here for a soccer game. I asked 5 employees to put the game on, our waiter being the first one and they didn’t acknowledge us until we were about to leave. Instead, they had the news on talking about a shooting. ITS A SPORTS BAR and they rather put the news on. UNACCEPTABLE!

Went in for lunch today with a friend and ordered the jambalaya pasta and the club sandwich with a creamy buffalo chicken pizza... What a mistake... The buffalo pizza was a dark brown in color with no actual pizza profile.. was hoping the cheese would at least melt when grabbing a slice but no.. just an over cooked pile of hot garbage... Asked for dishwear and received dirty plates.The jambalaya pasta was just spicy marinara with with pizza toppings.. definitely wouldn't recommend.. and the club sandwich on hoagie bread was definitely mediocre for what it was,definitely wont be going back...

There was 99% 49ers fans and they showed the rams game instead. Bostons used to be a Niner bat until Rick the manager took over. Never going here again.

Upon arriving The host was polite in receiving us but it's a sports bar they should ask, Where do you want to be seated? They set us in the corner where you can't see the games or events so I asked to be moved and the waitress had an attitude. We order our drinks and receiving our drinks. The beer was warm. My wife's margarita was way to sweet and Not enough alcohol and the pizza that we ordered sucks. It looks like it came from digiorno pizza box And are hot wings straight from a microwave? Never again. I'm going back!!! places overpriced and overrated. We spent a total of $110 for two drinks, pizza and hot wings. I recommend shaky pizza.

I will NEVER be coming back. Service was AWFUL! No silverware when they brought us our food, I had to get our servers attention as she was sitting down in a booth on her phone! I was never asked if I wanted another beverage. When we did get silverware, it was still we. My salmon was a sliver of food. When addressing this with the manager he acted like we were the problem. SYAT AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Poor management equals a poor restaurant.

Arrived 755 Didn’t get anyone to service us until 8:15 Then got our order 30 mins later. It wasn’t even busy Now the food. It was terrible. Boneless chicken wings aren’t breaded or are tossed in sauce. They’re plain fried cut nuggets ( like catfish nuggets ) sprinkled with some sauce. Pizza was on frozen pizza level but for $30. This place should be out of business soon at this rate.

Went to watch a niner game like always just to find out they had another game on the sound and big screen. This used to be a niner bar until Rick the manager got in charge. We will have to find another niner bar. Keep in mind 99% of the customers were niner fans and still refused to play the niner game. Rick the manager was so rude and unprofessional.

This is no longer a Niner bar. They rather play other games than to show support to the 99% of fans that show up to watch the Niner game. They say they can’t pump up the volume because they will blow up the speakers, you can barely hear the sound. Never again will go to this place again.

Sat a table for 10 minutes until a server walked by and said they'd be right with us. Waited another 10 minutes - did not wait any longer. Could have at least taken drink orders. Went to Oggis down the street, service was much better!

Rick the manager decided to change the 49er game to the rams game midway through the second quarter. There was many niner fans watching the game while he decided to change it. We asked him nicely to please change it back and he was very disrespectful. Bostons used to be a niner bar until Rick came along. Never will we ever go back to bostons against. Thank you Rick for losing 10 customers.

Absolutely horrible service. Seated and waited for 30 minutes and couldnt even get our drinks taken by the server. It wasnt even busy they just didnt take our order. Expensive overpriced and mediocre. Went to mooyah burger and got 3x the food for less and its amazing.

I went to this establishment on Sunday afternoon 10/12/2025 and encountered some of the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant in years. After waiting 53 minutes for our food to arrive, I asked one of the bouncers. Could they please get a manager over to our table, please so the wait time for the manager to come over to our table was an additional 10 minutes. Turns out he was speaking with the server to find out what was going on in our table, which is fine but as a manager to come address, customers at their table about their service The last thing you should do is walk up to the table with the server and you side-by-side and asking me what’s wrong and as soon as me and my wife began to speak, you say I already heard the story. So after pointing out to this manager, how unprofessional his approach was to our situation, he seemed to be upset that I put that point out in the open in front of other customers so he proceeds to say is that all, sir I say yes, and he says have a good day and walks away. My suggestion would be to look at other options. There are plenty around in this area that I’m sure would love to have good customers and give good customer service.

Spent $60 to realize never coming back here again. 2 BBQ Pizzas looked bad and tasted barely cooked. Wings taste barely cooked. Food taste like they don’t try at all. No level of expertise. They serve is plastic cups. Everything taste like they put inside a microwave.

I came in November 8th and really didn’t want to leave a bad review, since I’ve working in the food service industry and I understand how busy Friday nights can be hectic and draining, but honestly I don’t think it can come close to excusing the service. The waitress seemed confused, and despite me asking for a shot of vodka three separate times and even trying to send back the wrong order, she insisted and gave me a shot of whiskey I did not want and charged for a glass because she said it was the same price. I had asked for the galaxy fishbowl, and this was actually my second time coming and trying to get it since the first time at this location was horrible, and I’m so glad I got a picture of it this time because just look at it! It’s not in a fishbowl (a detail I asked before ordering and was falsely told it would be in one), and it looks just like grey sludge. All I asked for was the galaxy cocktail and a shot of vodka. Despite trying to send it back, the waitress left me with a mason jar of grey gunk and a shot of whiskey that again, I told her as soon as it came out that I wanted vodka, and I have no clue why she was so dismissive and unfocused, she seemed almost annoyed and in retrospect I’m upset I even tipped at all for tolerating my multiple attempts at correction being brushed off and paying for something I never wanted. Other than that, the food is so-so, quite expensive for what I could visually tell was the exact same pretzel bites at Costco and moldy broccoli that tasted funky. Someone else mentioned the lack of napkins; this is completely true, which wouldn’t be too big of a deal normally since we could just ask for them, except the annoyed waitress kept avoiding us whenever we tried to get her attention. The next day I made myself a purple cocktail using the same ingredients they list for theirs, and put in edible luster dust to see if it’s a color combo that’s doomed to fair— nope. Mine came out pretty, sparkly and a light purple color. I am baffled by what must’ve been in my drink, and considering the pictures this restaurant posts of their “fishbowl” (aka Mason jar) galaxy cocktail, part of me is even a bit worried the waitress purposely butchered the drink. If not, then it is just shameless false advertising. Needless to say, I will NOT be giving the galaxy cocktail a third shot. It was literally the only reason I tried this restaurant out the first and second time, this second time being only because I thought they might’ve just messed up the first time. But no. It’s clear that the Fontana location is just like this. The waitress was dismissive and ignored my order multiple times and made me pay for things I didn’t want and tried to send back, and the food was inexcusable for the price.
