Ordered contactless delivery worked great the pizza was delicious and the grandkids were all happy. Wanted to try the stuffed crust and I wasn’t disappointed!

Five stars for accepting my $15.02 in mostly quarters. Sometimes it comes down to exactly that plus $8 in coin tips. That’s how life flows. Right down to your pocket change. It all comes back in the next week but on the lowest low you get, it’s not all that bad when you can buy a pizza with your saved change. ❤️ Thank you all! ❤️

Order the chesseburger papadilla tonight pepperoni epic stuff crust and the cheesy bread. The cheeseburger papadilla was not what I expected nor was the cheesy bread. The epic stuff crust was BOMB AS HELL! For the price it was great. I wont order the cheeseburger and cheesy bread again though. Just not my thing. I wont give this store 1 star because of my choice. Good job guys! Update. Tonight 5/17/25 I wanted pizza thought about the shaqaroni but the looked to the epic stuffed crust. After making my decision 2 large pizzas for $45.65 is just way too expensive. After the advertisement of 13.99 for each large that 28 then taxes should be about 32 so $13 for stuffed crust and 1 canadian bacon and pineapple and 1 sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. as Shaq would say CMON MAAAN!

The big logo sign was turned off. But you could see lights on inside. One customer in front of me finished. And cashier was quick to find and pull up my order. I paid. He asked if I wanted cheese n pepper and brought it out. The box had a seal on it. Pretty cool. I looked around before leaving and everything looked nice and clean. They also had a wall of pizza boxes. Pizza was hot and good.

New Yorker pizza was ordered for delivery, and it arrived like a wet rag... called store to complain about the pizza and Manager credited purchase and set me up with credit for next order. Great customer service.

Papa John's makes a decent Pizza flavor is pretty good the only downfall on them, is the negativity that they gotten through the media.

Pizza good. The pizza are ready when you pick them up. The drivers are also fast.

We mistakenly ordered to the wrong store, online it says open until 9:30 for carry out 10:00 for delivery, we showed up at 9:05 and asked to order carry out because we had mistakenly ordered to the wrong store, and the larger set manager ran over and rudely cut me off mid sentence to tell us that they had actually changed their hours and weren’t taking carry out anymore even tho they were halfway through taking our order, and even on the door it said open until 9:30 for carry out

Horrible pizza, would never purchase again! This was a second time the quality and taste was terrible. Sparce topping and low quality sauce. Would not recommend to anyone.

This location is not worthy of one star. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I walked in to pick up an order. There were approximately 5 employees and no other customers in the store. As i entered, the employee at the register without making eye contact with me, raised his finger at me and stated “one minute, we’ll be right with you” I waited and watched him shuffling through some papers at the register. Another watched me but made no effort to help me. I continued to wait as the employee at the register turned his back to me and started to place stickers onto empty boxes. After a long wait, i asked if there was someone else that could give me my order that i that i there to pick up. At this time, the same employee stated, “i’ll be right with you, i have a lot of stickers to place onto these boxes” Surprised at his rude response and the fact that the sticker placement was more important than my business, i walked out without paying for my order. Sticker placement over taking my money for an order in my opinion is a bad business practice. Look at your video coverage, everything that i am stating could be substantiated. The male employee, older male, heavy set, approx 5’9 “ tattoo on his arm, salt and pepper beard.

My experience tonight at this location was unacceptable. I placed an online order for a supreme pizza & there was no cheese on it & all of the veggies were falling off to where my entire pizza fell apart. I asked to speak to the manager (Angelica) about it & she proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it that’s how we make our pizza” she proceeded to cut me off while speaking when I addressed my concern with a lot of kindness. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time especially from a manager. Angelica has no business working in the good industry or in management as she is incapable of having respect for customers & is very terrible at problem solving. I also spoke to Sam who advised he was her manager. I appreciate Sam being respectful towards me & treating the situation with patience. Normally a customer would call & be rude about the fact their pizza was not edible. I have been a manager in many places so I know what skills you have to have & I will be reaching out to corporate. She needs to be let go from this position. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a NYC pizza with pepperoni, it came with cheese only. I also ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with light cheese. There was literally three slices of pizza with no cheese at all and the rest was smothered in cheese to the point that you couldn't even see the toppings. There were also huge slices of uncooked onions all over the pizza, as if they forgot to chopped them up and after they wakes the pizza they just decided to throw some tough thick onion slices on top. Ridiculous! This was the very last time I will ever have Papa Johns's.

We always end up getting sick after eating here. Very rarely we get pizza that doesn't make us sick. I hate paying extra for more cheese and hardly getting any..even for a standard amount. I've also had a bad experience with the black olives. They smelled and tasted so bad! When ever I do the customer survey no one ever gets back to me. There is one employee that is doing a good job. I feel like when he works we don't get sick. Idk what his name is but he's maybe in his 30s and might be Hispanic. He's the silver lining of that place. Also, once I ordered the cheese sticks and they gave me the one with different cheeses.....it tasted like feet. -_-

Don't waste your time here for the overpriced pizza. You would except the price to reflect on the service too but just go across the street to Domino's. I ordered 2 Pizzas nothing fancy, they took 2 hours to make two medium.. really? So much for the convenience of getting pizza on a rainy day. I literally ordered at Domino's and ate my pizzas in the car before these guys were done. Sad. I ended giving them both to a homeless person. I didn't even wanna eat these things I paid close 40 dollars for...I would love my money back tbh. Never coming back here..

Former Manager of Papa John's complaint!!!!! Ask to have a large upgraded to a XL pizza All meats and half mushroom pizza.... Whoever made the pizza and took my order decided to put all meats as well as all mushroom.smh! I expressed this to the manager letting her know as I return to my job, I cannot eat mushrooms if she can just make me a small personal pepperoni and I'll be completely satisfied due to the limited time that I had for lunch. Since my workers are hungry and at the moment already eating. She refused to make the pizza since it was already partially eaten knowing well that I literally just picked it up within 15 minutes I had to call her back., Manager Rose that she claimed her name was could not satisfy me knowing well 100% that her store messed up my order as something as a all meats half mushroom. I have called corporate and made a customer complaint and I will keep checking up on this complaint as it was filed by customer service... Why can't they just hire ppl with brains. Even as a took the pizza," all meats half mushroom", the girl said yes.... confirmed. Waste of time... My store was never ran that way. So sad
