This is a bakery serving sweet and delicious pastries. Basically it is a self-serve, you pickup your own. They sell tea and coffee. Everything is usually to go. The seating is limited and many times it is full. Service is usually very quick and efficient. I want to say upgraded donut shop, but 85C Bakery is ten times more.

I was here three days ago and I was kindly helped by Stacy A. and Edwardo! I was next in line and Stacy went on the register to ring me up. I really appreciate how attentive she was and helped me pick out a cake and provided candles and a birthday sign when I didn't know that service was provided. Stacy is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me out, Stacy! Edwardo was the person who made my drinks. The drinks came out quick and he made the drinks delicious. I'm really happy with the service I received today from this establishment, thank you again to Stacy and Edwardo!

This place is clean and organized. Their Thai Tea is delicious and their pastries are to die for. Everything in there smells so good, definitely worth visiting. The manager Stacy was sweet as she helped us figure out what to get. Her recommendations were 🥵🔥🔥. If you’re thinking about getting some delicious sweets look no further.

Every month they have discount item on their app. We have their Jasmine green tea and milk tea for ONLY $2. Love their bread too. Arrive at 7:00 pm only few breads left🥲 This location is smaller than other places, only 4-5 tables.

The red velvet Christmas cake is dry. Probably baked days in advanced. Five star for the service because I ordered it for 12pm pick up but I was able to get it at 10am

85 Degrees Bakery is a gem worth visiting. The shop is clean and well organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The highlight of 85 Degrees Bakery is undoubtedly their Asian breads and pastries. There's always an impressive variety to choose from, and each item is deliciously crafted. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, you'll find plenty of options to satisfy your cravings. In addition to their baked goods, 85 Degrees offers a selection of coffee that is simply amazing. My personal favorite is the salted coffee, which is incredibly delicious and a must-try for any coffee enthusiast. Overall, 85 Degrees Bakery is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality pastries and excellent coffee. I highly recommend it for its delightful offerings and welcoming environment.

A Bakery/Cafe chain with roots in Taiwan, selling coffee and tea plus international desserts and breads. They have so many fresh baked goodies. 85°C Bakery Cafe is famous for its baked goods as well as its signature sea salt drinks, like Sea Salt Coffee and Sea Salt Jasmine Tea. The salt, which is balanced out by a sweetened heavy cream crown, enhances the flavors of the drink. They also have cold desserts and a variety of drinks. We come to this place very often. The environment is clean, has a great ambience and smells delicious. The inside of this place is nicely decorated and well organized, but they have limited seating arrangements. This place is crowded most of the time. Their breads and pastries are literally so good and amazingly unique. They are high-priced but truly delicious. The staff of this place is friendly, and cooperative. This place is perfect for just grabbing some morning breakfast, stocking up pastries for a meeting, or even just finding the perfect cake for that special occasion. 85°C Bakery Cafe is one of our favorite bakeries in Rancho Cucamonga.

I love this place! The environment is clean, has a great ambience and smells delicious! The service is awesome! Wait times are very reasonable depending on the time of the day you go in. The staff work hard and get you in and out as fast as they can. As for the food, the 5 star rating answers that. There hasn't been any dessert/pastry that I have ordered that disappointed me. My favorite pastry is the chocolate bun while the cake is their chocolate mouse deluxe. They are SOOO GOOD! Tip: try not to go 1 to 2 hours before closing because the food your craving for might not be available anymore.

This is definitely bakery heaven. Good price, big portion. Made me feels like little kids again. Pick up tray when walk in. Pick your items, get in line to pay. Also, there is a kiosk to put in your drink order by the window. Don't get the half moon cake. It's no good.

📍85•C Bakery Cafe I finally checked out 85°C Bakery Cafe for the first time because I had to try the viral seafoam coffee 👀☕️ The bakery itself? Super cute and lowkey overwhelming in the best way 😂 so many bread options to look through! I took my time deciding and ended up getting a taro bread and a matcha bread with chocolate — and WOW 😍🍞🍵 both were sooo good, soft, and flavorful. Definitely the highlight of my visit. Now… the seafoam coffee 😕 It was honestly underwhelming. It tasted like basic iced coffee with cream and sugar. Not bad, just not “viral-worthy” for me. It didn’t live up to the hype I had in my head. Maybe it needs to be customized a certain way? Not sure 🤷‍♀️ I’ll probably try a different drink next time. Overall: 🥐 Bread = 10/10 ☕️ Coffee = 5/10 ✨ Vibes = cozy bakery energy I’d 100% come back for the bread again, but next time I’m switching up the drink 😅

birthday treat: strawberry cream cake from @85defreesbakery . layers of goodness!! suttle strawberry flavor in every layer and a play of texture in your mouth. plus it’s not too sweet, so i felt a lil less guilty 🤪. haha. **layers: chiffon cake, strawberry mousse and vanilla creme brulee, with fresh cream, strawberries, white chocolate shavings, and powdered sugar on top.

The pastries are pretty tasty. My favorites are the strawberry danishes and the milk pudding. The strawberry danishes aren't extremely sweet, they're just right, enough to stop any sweet craving you might have. The food in general is very light and airy, not overpowering. Highly recommend trying them.

by this 85°C and grabbed a cheesecake — it was good. I also ordered a large sea salt coffee, but it tasted really watery compared to what I’m used to. Since I’ve had it at other locations, I knew something was off, so I asked for a new one. The replacement was better, but definitely not the best experience.

It was my first time going to 85°c bakery and I was underwhelmed. It just seemed like a regular bakery to me, although locals absolutely rave about it and I even encountered a customer who traveled from Adelanto CA. The location is easy to get to and easy to find. The ambiance is simple and bright with a simple grab and pay method with cakes and pastries being held behind the counter. You can grab the fresh baked goods yourself and pay at the register. I ordered the cream cheese pastry, a cinnamon roll, and almond halfmoon bread which tasted odd odd odd. But the cream cheese pastry was divine just the right amount of sweet, not overpowering like other places. I would come back for the cream cheese pastry and to try knew things IF I'm in the AREA.

I was happy to find this place. After having been blown away by the bakeries in Seoul and Tokyo, I was hoping to find something back in the states that could come close. This place is about as probably as close to those bakeries in Korea and Japan as we can hope for. They had a few items that I really liked when I was in Seoul. Like the cream filled cruffin. Very good and not over priced. *update* Over the past year I have been here dozens of times and everything has been great. My favorite, and probably most expensive item, is the coffee cruffin. UNFORTUNATELY, every time that I get it, it has less and less cream filling to the point where the last time it was about a 1% cream to cruffin ratio. Who is in charge of quality control?

I’m giving it 3 stars because I like the pastries but then I ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee, the taste was pretty good but there was more ice than coffee and that was disappointing. But I will come back for their pastries.

Very upset on their online order process! Placed order online, eta on order was 25 minutes. Went to store and waited the 25 minutes because they did look busy. 35 minutes went by and went up to ask for my order and the whole time my coffee was behind their counter! No announcement or anything. They said they don’t put online orders on pickup counter because people take them which is understandable but why not announce the order is ready?!?! Longest wait time ever for a damn coffee is insane.

Be careful and check your pastries!!!! My brother was eating a pastry and bit into this metal piece when he removed it, it turned out to be a metal piping tip!!! They should be more careful and check when they’re making their pastries before sending them out.

I don’t know if the managers hate each other or if there’s a lack of management. It’s not an understaffed problem. They had one person refilling the cakes, another staring at her, another staring into the bakery, 4 people in the coffee area but only 1 person making them-wish I saw her name tag because she saw the news and would jump in to cashier. One person cashiering ended his shift so he went and took 5 min putting ice in his water bottle and left, not sure where the other cashier went. It was just sad service. The poor girl who was making the drinks saw everyone avoid the register and she seemed defeated. The girl who came out of no where and started to cashier pulled out her cell phone during our transaction like she was standing around with friends. Sorry to blame management or lack there but your employees are your team and a reflection of your leadership.

My wife and I loved going here. Today, my wife went to get a bread that was newer and stood to wait for a fresh tray for like 15 mins. Usually they yell out “fresh bread” to promote us to buy. So my wife ask if she can get 1 from a new tray as they were bring them out. The girl with glasses at 2pm today, told her to get an older one and said they have to sell those first. Then like 2mins later, a man asked her for 3 of the same bread tray and she gave it to him. That is ridiculous. Very bad experience. Don’t treat your customers like that.

I bought a birthday cake yesterday and only opened it right before cutting it. To my surprise, the cake was already damaged, a big piece was clearly messed up. I first checked the box carefully, and it was completely clean, which means the cake wasn’t damaged during transport. It must have happened when the staff packed it. What’s most disappointing is that the damage was obvious, there’s no way they didn’t notice it, yet they still chose to give it to me like that. This was a birthday cake that a child had been so excited about, and seeing it in that condition was really upsetting. Very disappointed with this experience.
