It's a tight space, but the coffee is not bad at all, especially considering what you have to pay for in the area

Some of the best coffee that I’ve had. I got the honey haze unsweetened except for the honey and I kid you not it’s one of the best drinks I’ve had. Service was great. You know they make each coffee separately so you just have to wait a little bit, but I just ordered on the app and I can skip the line. Also, I really like the atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks to work. It’s quiet. It’s nice. I got plenty of seating and the big windows so you can see outside. I think the people that gave it low ratings were just impatient and used to crappy Starbucks.

I literally don’t know why their rating is so low!! I go here all the time because I work at them mall and sometimes it is quite busy but that should be understandable since it is a new location and it’s the only Philz in the IE. Love it here!! Coffee is always 10/10, I always get the Honey Haze, extra sweet and extra creamy! and if it’s not correct they won’t hesitate to remake it for you!! Service is great and everyone is always so friendly, even during a rush. Hope they open more Philz in the area in the future!

5 star Awesome customer service and the coffee matches the service and price. This company you can just tell they care about quality and treating customers with Love and respect. There is a wait sometimes became we Love Philz..now some of the customers are karens and complain about waiting but the answer is.... do not leave your house then everywhere is a wait. This is california LOL so be Kind and Tip Bomb Service and have Patience#1 This place and Better Buzz reminds me of san diego. Awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍

This was my first time here. I do not like bitter coffee. I am definitely not a Starbucks person. That, to me, is not coffee. My coffee was perfect here. And I like that the fact you get to taste your coffee before taking it.

I had two very good experiences back to back. The coffee was very fresh and the drinks were both amazing. I had the mint mint Mojito and an iced latte with honey and cinnamon! To say the drinks were amazing is an understatement.

The coffee was absolutely delicious and a refreshing change from the usual Starbucks experience. I truly appreciated the friendly service and the exceptional flavor. This is a nice addition to the Victoria Gardens outdoor shopping center. It opens early and it stays operating until most of the shops have closed. So it’s perfect for your caffeine fix at anytime of the day into the evening. I usually get their seasonal items which have almost always been pretty good. Sometimes they do get it wrong but the baristas are always there to fix it for you which can be annoying if you are in a rush but at least they do that for you. Another cool thing about this coffee shop is that they give you a little discount when you bring in your own mug. With the tariffs these days anything helps out and you’ll be saving a tree so to speak. The service is good most of the times but there has been occasions where you can just sense they didn’t want to be there but that’s most jobs I’m guessing. Other than that the coffee is solid and most of the time consistent. Parking can be very difficult especially during the holidays so I suggest you just go to the parking structure. So when you’re in the area and in need of the caffeine fix, come check this place out.

The girl on the register with the green sweater could’ve given a more welcoming service but besides that, I love Philz coffee with their amazing baristas🫶🏻

This location is at a perfect spot in the middle of a bustling outdoor mall next to the food court and very convenient to access. The inside is nice and the staff are remarkably kind and helpful. As for the drinks… we were not impressed yet again. Not a very big fan of their coffee roast and the flavor combos didn’t work too well despite trying two different drinks. Maybe we need to try their hot drinks? Not sure. But we will not be going to Philz Coffee again, sadly.

Call me petty or reasonable, I haven't had experience with this. I didn't try to convince the people in front otherwise and they were respectful!

Also compared to other locations especially up in The Bay area, I noticed the baristas weren’t as jolly and friendly. Hopefully this location can get the right Philz flavor right so that new Philz customers can get introduced to the true flavor.

I know good coffee, and this coffee shop's coffee tasted very bitter. I will not return. I am better off at Starbucks with a drink I know I will love and be content with. 👎👎

I’m a long-time enjoyer of Philz, but this location is by far the most frustrating I’ve visited. Above all else, it’s the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever visited - yesterday my trip was about 40 minutes total, and no one was at the register for a good 15 of those minutes. I understand training for a new location, but this is ridiculous. The coffee consistency could be better too, though it’s never been bad. I’m not a habitual 1-star reviewer, but no coffee run should have me waiting more than half an hour.
