Amazing Experience at Duck Donuts in Rancho Cucamonga! I had such a fantastic experience at Duck Donuts in Rancho Cucamonga! The donuts were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious—customized just the way I wanted. But what truly made my visit special was the exceptional customer service from Joy. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I wanted with a big smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Located in Victoria Gardens, this donut chain has elevated the game. They are not as big as your traditional donuts, but they pack a punch with flavor. Remember, size doesn't matter 😉 and when it comes to these donuts, it really doesn't. You don't need many of these delectable morsels to satisfy your sweet tooth. Stop by and visit my friends Joy and Daniella, and let them introduce you to the many amazing flavors they have to offer. Not to mention all their coffee selections, and if you have a bigger appetite, they also offer sandwiches.

Great customer service, accommodating, and friendly. We are vegan and Joy made our dozen vegan donuts with gusto! We will definitely come back for more in the future! The free samples were great! The donuts are soft, freshly made, and delicious!

The staff was kind, even made some suggestions. I love it when they have a no rush attitude. Had an Oreo cookie ice cream, and the taste was so good. All the donuts are made to order so you know they will be hot and fresh. A unique variety of donuts that all look good. If you looking for a sweet treat while shopping, or something to eat on the road I would recommend this spot

The store manager, Joy, is an absolute delight! I ordered a cinnamon sugar donut and she gave me the blueberry pancake donut to try as well. I took my donuts next door to the Coffee Bean and grabbed a cup of coffee and ate my donuts (Duck donuts offer coffee as well but it was a little chilly outside and I wanted to sit inside at coffee bean). The donuts were soft and warm, and amazingly delicious. The texture was like a blend of cake and raised donut. Probably the best donuts I’ve ever had. After I finished my donuts, I went back and ordered the maple bacon donut. Also delicious. The maple glaze is not too sweet and the bacon was fresh and abundant. I also LOVE their mission and vision. I highly recommend trying this wonderful donut shop!

Her lots of good things about the fresh donuts here brought the kids to experience some hot fresh duck donuts Joy and Pablo were super cool and very helpful. We ordered our donuts and sat outside to eat them. They even make custom donuts, the maple doughnut with the bacon and the caramel absolutely delicious. The chocolate was a little bit grainy. I think I’ve been sitting a little bit too long. I think things would’ve been a little bit better had all the ingredients. Ben made fresh daily instead of sitting around from the day before we spent $25 and got a dozen donuts. They don’t have any ice water but you can buy bottled water or coffee they have no public restroom, but there is a public restroom across the street. You can pay for parking on the street or you can drive a little bit further and go to all the free parking lot so you don’t have to pay for the metered parking they have a great little courtyard out in the front where you can sit and enjoy your donuts and coffee And watch all the people going by and see the pretty little guard 10 out of 10. Totally recommend this location little pricey, but the serving size is good. They have a claw machine, but the claw doesn’t close all the way, so super hard to win anything

I am a big time donut fan and have been to many good donut places from the big chains to small artisan donuts shops. I had high expectations for this but I felt the donuts here are good but not spectacular. The donuts are made fresh, made to order but a bit too moist. The texture and the chewiness are good but a bit too spongy like a muffin. The biggest drawback for not getting a 5 star is all the donuts are made from the same base with the only difference being the glaze and the drizzle, and the service is quite slow. Overall the donuts are still very good. My personal recommendation is anything with maple bacon and blueberries.

Walked in and looked at the menu, been here before so I know the donuts take a minute to be ready (10-15 min). They are usually pretty good. Today I was given the box, I went to my car and opened it and saw this. They smelled amazing but presentation seemed rushed, a little unpleasant in my opinion, and quite messy. Made me not want to eat the one on the left as it looked nothing like the advertised picture lol.

Seen this on Social Media, decided to give it a try, my recommendation is do not waste your money, unless you want to overpay for a sugar bomb, the pictures look better than their taste. The regular price for a dozen is almost 30 dollars. In reality some of the mom and pops shops have better tasting donuts.

Bought donuts via Too Good To Go, and had terrible experience with this store. If they don't need Too Good To Go customers please turn it off and don't sell it.This store does not welcome any customers who use discount coupons or special offers. If you use them, you will be treated differently. Anyone can cut your order line. I paid $8 for two hours of parking and came twice and waited for almost an hour before getting my order. I actually wanted to throw it on the ground, but people in many places are short of food. I didn't do it.The lady was very rude!!!I arrived at 7:30 am and the lady told my son it would take 20 minutes so I went to take my son to school. I came back 30 minutes later and she said it would still take 40 minutes. She said I left but I paid Why do I need to wait there it's a to go order. And her attitude was very bad. She kept letting other customer orders cut in line while I was waiting. Of course, this was her personal behavior, She just treated customers who used discount coupons differently.The original intention of using this software is to not waste food,But the food just be cut corners and sold at a low price. Her surprise bag didn't have any syrup,only donuts base,Then she told customer to get out of the store. Don't worry, I'll never come back.Such employees should be fired！！！
