Beautiful hotel. Expansive rooms with amazing views of the beach and ocean. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their property and the surrounding area. This was our first time staying at The Beach House. We normally stay at the Conrad, their sister hotel which is also gorgeous 😍 We both loved the soft colors and beach theme of both the hotel and our room. We found it very relaxing. So relaxing we stayed in on our last morning and had breakfast on the wrap around balcony. It was a much needed mini holiday. Thank you ❤️ We can't wait to return.

This is our fifth stay in just two years at the Fort Lauderdale Beach House, and once again this property has exceeded every expectation. I’m writing this review with the sincere hope that Gina and Lou receive the recognition they genuinely deserve, because they are a major reason we continue to return. Gina has helped us on multiple trips, and her commitment to exceptional hospitality is unmatched. She is warm, attentive, and consistently goes out of her way to ensure our family of six is comfortable and cared for. Every interaction with her feels personal—she remembers us, understands our needs, and treats us like valued guests rather than just another reservation. That level of service is rare, and we appreciate it deeply. This trip was our first time meeting Lou, who I believe is the general manager, and he impressed us immediately. He was kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. It’s clear that both he and Gina take immense pride in their roles, and it reflects beautifully in how guests are treated. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the waitstaff, bellmen, valet team, and housekeeping staff—all operate at a consistently high standard. Every corner of this hotel feels cared for, and every team member we encounter adds to an experience that is welcoming, relaxing, and memorable. We are only three days into our six-day stay, and it already felt necessary to share how remarkable this hotel continues to be. Fort Lauderdale Beach House has become a favorite for our family, and Gina and Lou are a huge part of that. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine kindness elevate this hotel to a level of excellence that deserves to be celebrated

The staff at this hotel were excellent — friendly, professional, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, and the ocean views are beautiful. However, the facilities are relatively dated, and there is a serious safety concern that I feel must be mentioned. The threshold between the room and the balcony is unusually high. On the day I arrived, I tripped over it and fell hard. I injured my leg (as shown in the photos), and even after three days, the wound has not fully healed. I also suffered a large bruise on my back. At the time of the fall, I was unable to move for a while. During the rest of my stay, I nearly tripped several more times at the exact same spot. This eventually caused real anxiety — every time I walked past the balcony door, I had to consciously slow down and remind myself to be careful. While the hotel’s location and staff are excellent, this room design feels unsafe and clearly outdated. I sincerely hope the management will address and correct this issue to prevent other guests from experiencing similar injuries.

My wife and I celebrated our birthdays here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was truly top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room featured a partial ocean view that we loved waking up to each morning. The pool area was beautiful, complete with two hot tubs and comfortable cabanas, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere and was the perfect spot to wind down in the evening.

I stayed at Beach House Fort Lauderdale and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect — right on the beach and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The view of the ocean was amazing, and the rooftop pool was a great spot to relax. Room service was quick and good quality. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but worth it for the experience. I’d definitely come back.

We love coming here for a staycation from Palm Beach. The service is always great. The rooms are clean with great views.

Stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time! The room was large with an ocean view. And beds are really comfy. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant Nube as well as the lobby bar and restaurant, S3. Beach is right downstairs and it’s within walking distance of everything you could need. Will definitely be staying here every time I’m in the area!

I can't say enough great things about this property! It was absolutely amazing. We booked a king suite oceanfront! Our room was on the 19th floor...breathtaking views of the ocean. The picture here was taken from the balcony....you can see just how close we are to the beach. There was a wrap-around patio, and the suite was incredibly spacious, with two full bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub, a full-size kitchen, and all the utensils we could possibly need. Finally, the location was spot on...close to lots of restaurants and shopping on Los Olas. I could go on and on about how perfect it was! Every one of the hotel staff were a pleasure and made our stay enjoyable. Petrone at Ilios restaurant was our breakfast server. From the moment we arrived, Petrone made us feel incredibly welcomed. She was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made our dining experience truly enjoyable. I also want to give a big shout-out to Luigi, Heather, and the entire concierge team. Luigi assisted us with our luggage, and Heather, along with the concierge team, helped create an incredible experience for my niece’s 21st birthday. Thank you, Petrone, Luigi, Heather, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

We just got here & I am blown away by the customer service! Heather & Sasha at the Concierge desk are AMAZING & went above & beyond to make our stay! Also Luis the Bellman is extraordinary! The rooms are beautiful & the hotel is in a wonderful location too! It feels like a boutique & not like a Hilton. I wish all Hiltons would go back to this level of customer service!

"Our trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We arrived early in the morning and were thrilled when the staff granted us an early check-in, allowing us to drop our bags and head straight to breakfast at the resort. It was there that we met the most fabulous waitress of all time, Arlene. She was beyond amazing—she took care of everything we needed and even anticipated things we hadn't even thought to ask for yet. Her hospitality truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. After breakfast, we headed to the beach where the staff continued the world-class service. They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to relax. Throughout the entire trip, the food was great and the drinks were plentiful and always available right when we wanted them. We were totally satisfied with every single aspect of this resort. We had absolutely no issues at all and would highly recommend the Hilton Beach House to anyone looking for a perfect Fort Lauderdale getaway. We can't wait to come back

5 stars all the way around. We arrived early and our room was not quite ready. We went upstairs to Ilios and had lunch. We were warmly greeted at the reception desk and escorted to a table near window with a beautiful view of pool area and ocean beyond. Arlene was our gracious server and the food was delicious (wraps and tacos). We were able to check in shortly thereafter and collected our luggage from Nixon and Paul ( who are both very personable, friendly and helpful!). Our room with two queen size beds and balcony with small kitchenette was more than adequate for our mother/daughters weekend very clean. Loved that the floors are tile and not carpeted. Beautiful view of beach, ocean and the Friday night wedding adjacent to the pool deck area! Several restaurants on site with various food options and pricing. In addition to Ilios, we grabbed a bite at Le Marche, the cafe offering coffee and pastries in addition to a variety of boxed cereal for breakfast. They also serve a few sandwich options, gelato and other snacks with indoor and patio seating. We enjoyed a nightcap at Barto, the bar area adjacent to the lobby. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy the view, wait for friends or people watch! Beach chairs and umbrella included in resort fee. Anthony was very personable as he set up our beach chairs and Allison crafted cocktails for us from her beach bar that were delicious! This is a beautiful property, everything on site but with such a great location and walkable to many other restaurants, shops and the water taxi. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again !

We had a wonderful 2 days here. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing. Nixon in Guest Services was fantastic! The on-site restaurants were outstanding. The rooms have a mini kitchen setup as an added bonus. Even the partial view of the clocean was spectacular! Beach access was super convenient. They have chairs and umbrellas for guests too. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it!

Great vacation spot right across from the beach! All personnel are friendly and very helpful. We have stayed here a couple of times and will be returning. There are eating and shopping venues on the premises and great outdoor dining and people-watching seating spaces throughout and around this location. Love the Beach House by Hilton!!!

A very well run resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Gives the home away from home feel to it. Located right on the ocean and within short walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The restaurants Located inside the resort present a personal touch of you being the most important person in the facility at the time. The food was amazing and wait staff top notch!

Customer service was impeccable. The front end staff was very attentive to the needs of the guests. They checked on me throughout my stay and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that the TV channels weren't the best and the pillows were way too soft. I can't speak on dining because I utilized the kitchenette to make my own meals. I love that the beach is literally across the street from the hotel.

Had a great experience in the hotel as soon as we checked in. We were greeted by Heather H. whom handled our room reservations exceptionally. First time going to Fort Lauderdale and Heather recommended all of the great restaurants in the area. When randomly seeing Heather in the hotel she always greeted us and asked us how we were doing. She made the trip such a great experience that I would visit the hotel again.

Honestly top notch service, rooms were clean and spacious, balcony was huge with a beautiful room, hotel resort charge actually came with amenities like beach chairs and towels, bike rentals, percent off bill at restaurants within the hotel and free waters daily. Every employee we came within 50 feet of greeted us with a smile, asked how our day was and made sure to ask if we needed anything. Hotel gym was large with lots of equipment and open 24/7 and food on site had lots of options and was delicious.

Rooms were very clean. People working here are very nice. Two beach chairs included. $24 each for more, $30 for an umbrella. Towels included. Two bikes for 2 hour bike rental per day included in your fees.

The Fort Lauderdale Hilton Beach House is truly a gem on the beachfront! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly relaxing. The service here is top-tier, but what really makes the experience unforgettable are the people. Byron, Mario, and Andre went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Whether it was setting up our chairs in the best spot, checking in to make sure we had fresh drinks, or simply making us laugh and feel at home, they made the day absolutely flawless. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests set a whole new standard for beach service. If you’re in Fort Lauderdale, this is the place to be! Five stars all the way!

Best bang for your buck. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is amazing and has 2 Jacuzzis. The outdoor pool bar is a bit pricey but the drinks are well made. Hotel has a Cafe, and restaurant attached. S3 restaurant is phenomenal with a great atmosphere.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff, service, beach, pool, views, everything. Ed at the bar was particularly awesome not only by his humble friendliness but also exceptional service. He squeezed us in for Breakfast and just went above and beyond. The pool was phenomenal with easy access, two hot tubs, great view of the beach with really cool seats, everything. Great pool service from Oriana, incredibly respectful sweet, calm, and gave us chocolate covered strawberries as we were leaving. The room was beautiful huge amazing and we were in a deluxe junior suite. We spent so much time in the room just because it was so comfortable. Overall great stay, and when we couldn’t get chairs every day because it was busy, the hotel refunded us part of our resort fees. Thank you for a great experience :) Insider tip: two drinks is $40 OR you can get a pitcher for $50 = 4 drinks. We learned too late unfortunately but passing the knowledge on. Local food recommendations: Mai Kai was a really fun experience with a fire show and delicious dinner. Would definitely recommend. We stopped at Tiki Tiki on Hollywood Rd by the airport for happy hour quickly before our flight and the views were immaculate. Wish we could have stayed here longer!

Absolutely incredible stay! 5/5 across the board. The location is perfect—right on the beach with breathtaking views. The entire resort was spotless, the service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. Super clean rooms, great atmosphere, and an overall beautiful experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

There's a lot to like about this hotel. Great views from the oceanfront rooms, as well as from the pool and gym. Choices of places to eat There's also some things to be aware of. Dated rooms. Elevators are limited purposefully by the hotel staff-be sure to leave a lot of extra time if you plan on using Elevators, and probably bring some food and water just in case. Valet doesn't always pick up phone. Overall nice visit, but for the price, I can see some room for major improvements.

Hotel was lovely and the rooms are enormous ... like an apartment! The staff were all helpful and kind. There is a store on site that sells beach toys, clothes, souvenirs etc as well as a café eith Starbucks! The concierge offered tickets for free milk and cookies for the kids which mine Loved eating on the patio with an ocean view. The beach is private and you get 2 chairs with towels but must pay $30 for an umbrella which we didn't do. Restaurants on site, room service, and drink/food service at the bar! There is kids club where they can color and make crafts on the 6th floor by the pool. Nice break for the adults. Hotel was very clean, jacuzzi tub standard in the rooms with separate shower. Full kitchen but not pots or cooking utensils provided. You must request dishes but they will bring them to your room. It was a great family stay for us but a good hotel for couples as well. Also, I had lobster eggs Benedict and it was the BEST breakfast ive ever had!! So glad I chose this hotel.

My stay was exceptional. The front desk associate Kevan was amazing. It was my birthday and she made sure I was well taken care of and made my stay extra special. Her smile and exceptional services set the tone for a very well weekend stay. The Valet Services was awesome. Lance Chambers was top tier in Service. He made sure we were well taken care of every time we needed our Vehicles. I am most definitely returning to this property, Beach House is now one of my favs. Thank you Team for Great Service.

This hotel was truly the best vacation experience I have ever been apart of. No matter the time, no matter the need, the staff was there to help. First day we needed a sewing kit, they delivered one to the room in 5 minutes. Second day we needed a birthday cake, they didn’t spare a second delivering one. Even on the third day my hat flew off my head and landed on a balcony many floors below. Without hesitation, Cheryl came up, located the balcony that the hat landed on, and retrieved it for us. This place is the true meaning of the word hospitality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful beachfront hotel with all-inclusive services. The staff was friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of three. The staff here goes above and beyond; I cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service during my stay! They were more than helpful in anything I had questions about, and the room was fully stocked with necessities with clear signage on how to get anything extra. I will definitely stay here again, as the location was perfect with so many dining options nearby and the beach right across the street.

AMAZING staff, but hoping for more awareness around invisible illnesses…. I recently stayed here and while I did experience a few concerns regarding room cleanliness, i feel guilty even mentioning them because every single staff member I interacted with was absolutely incredible. The kindness and level of care they showed went far above and beyond what I expected. My infant son has cystic fibrosis which is an invisible illness that requires a cleaner than average environment and extra attentiveness to cleaning and although there were some housekeeping oversights the staff were so understanding that it was truly difficult to be upset and it was their attitude made all the difference. My only hope is that hotels, in general, continue to grow in awareness of invisible medical conditions like cystic fibrosis, so that families like mine don’t have to explain or advocate as much during already stressful travel days. BUT I STILL would gladly return because of the people.

This was our first stay at a Hilton. We decided to try somewhere new for our stay in Fort Lauderdale and we were amazed how great Beach House. We arrived early and we were able to check right in. Each staff member we interacted were friendly, attentive, and ensured that we were having a great stay. Hotel was very clean especially our room. Room was spacious, very clean and had excellent amenities. Lobby bar was great and Stefon made sure we were enjoying our drinks. Staff members on the beach provided our chairs and towels and were great! Our favorite thing was the pool area! Orianna should definitely be recognized for servicing the pool area! She made our time there great. We can't wait to come back!

My partner and I booked a 7 night stay starting on thanksgiving. Upon arrival we were taken back at how elegant and classy the hotel exterior and lobby was. Our check-in process was super easy and when we arrived to our suite on the 21st floor, we were blown away at how beautiful it was. One huge bathroom and a half bathroom in the entryway, a full kitchen, full living room room full king-size bedroom with a big walk-in closet and sliding door doors in both the bedroom and the living room room to an outside balcony that meet, with an amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. One day, I had a little issue with the bike rentals and the concierge woman named Chauncey was so nice and helpful to get the issue squared away. The next day she saw us walking into the lobby and asked if we got it taken care of and was chatting with her for about 10 minutes and she asked what brought us to the hotel and we had let her know we were celebrating our joint 40th birthday. When we arrived back at our room a couple hours later we were greeted with a beautiful display of champagne on ice, a charcuterie board, and various desserts with a nice card. These are the things that make us stay that was already wonderful even better! The hotel is super clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely will be staying again!

The entire hotel, especially the room we had, was impeccably clean. This is my number one priority when vacationing and the Beach House Hilton exceeded all of my expectations in this regard. Even the air vents in the ceiling were dust and debris free! The room was spacious, with 1.5 bathrooms, a lovely full kitchen with a bar and stools, a living room area separate from the beds, and the full bathroom was huge, 2 sinks, a spacious shower stall and a sunken whirlpool tub. I also loved that the hotel and rooms were not overpowered with fragrances! It's awful to stay in a room that is full of fumes, so thank you for that! We loved smelling the ocean from our beds. The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to whoever is hiring and training staff! They were all so kind and had great attitudes. The only improvements we would suggest is the restaurant. Again, the staff were perfect, and so was the location and decor. However, the quality of food for the price was a disappointment. Could do much better there. Overall, a perfectly maintained property that was so beautifully arranged, and so clean, we felt right at home. Thanks!

We had the most wonderful stay at Beach House Ft. Lauderdale. The service was exceptional from start to finish — every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The amenities were gorgeous and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy our time here. A very special thank-you to Jada, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra meaningful. We were celebrating 30 years of friendship on this trip, and she helped make it feel truly special. Her kindness and care did not go unnoticed! We would absolutely recommend Beach House Ft. Lauderdale to anyone looking for a beautiful, memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

**Outstanding Experience at Hilton Beach House** Our stay at the Hilton Beach House in Florida was absolutely exceptional – easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had in years. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after days spent enjoying the Florida sunshine. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff. Every team member we encountered was not just helpful, but genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and outstanding service made this a truly memorable stay. If you're looking for a beachfront property in Florida where you'll be treated like family, I can't recommend the Hilton Beach House highly enough. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

This as my 3rd Stay at Beach House and I will definitely be back! The rooms are very nice, clean and the concierge service was exceptional. It is in a perfect location with many restaurants and shops in Walking distance. 10/10.

We were in Fort Lauderdale for business and we’re staying at the Westin where our class was being held. We had a horrible experience with the Westin and our flight got cancelled and we decided to move here. We have stayed here a couple years ago and it’s even nicer now. What a difference!! This hotel is beautiful! The service is top notch. The bellmen and valet are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great. The staff at the pool were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to try and make our experience the best. The restaurants were all really good and accommodating to my son’s allergies. Even making him special things that were not on the menu. We will stay here again when our business has class in Fort Lauderdale. I will say, they do not have washing machines here so we did have some issues with clothes due to our flights getting canceled twice. That’s a bummer. We hand washed some things and hung it up to dry. They also don’t offer fans, so bring your own. And the room cleaning staff struggled this time cleaning the room. We had to call the desk twice to get stuff. The last time we were here it was immaculate though so probably just a fluke. We all know how that goes. Over all though one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed in.

The professionalism and warmth of the front desk, restaurant, and pool staff were outstanding. Jada at check-in was especially impressive — she ensured everything was perfect and made me feel truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The sushi restaurant connected to the hotel was exceptional and a wonderful addition to the overall experience. Every staff member I encountered was gracious, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views, and the location is ideal, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property.

My wife and I just did an overnight stay before a cruise. We dont typically write reviews unless we feel like it was exceptionally good or bad. We loved our stay here. Check-in was painless and we received a complimentary upgrade. The location was convenient to the beach and chairs/towels for guests are complimentary. We didnt have time for the pool, not to mention it was unseasonably cold. But it looked clean and inviting. We did enjoy the hot tub for 10 minutes, and it seemed like the chemicals were a bit strong. We ate at S3 and my wife is celiac. The food was phenomenal and they catered to my wife's dietary restrictions. The next morning we ate at Ilios and it was a fantastic breakfast. Nixon assisted us with our luggage coming in and going out. He was very engaging, friendly, and professional. He is a credit to the hotel for sure. We really enjoyed ourselves and my wife was suggesting we should just cancel our cruise and stay there all week instead. :)

Thanks!

Hotel was amazing special shout out to Patrice at the front desk he really took care of us. Came to celebrate an anniversary and bday. Not only did we get a corner room but it was also on the 25th floor with the most beautiful views. They also sent up a gift from the hotel it made the trip so much more special we really appreciated it. Hotel was very quiet pool was great it is heated during the daytime. Jacuzzi we used at night was also great. Hotel has many eating options as well as a Starbucks and a souvenir shop on the 1st level. Elevators was fine we never had an extra long wait. The reason for the 4 star rating was the room had 1 issue which was the floors they were very gritty as if there was sand on them. We did get our room cleaned once for the 2 nights so that was great. Overall the room was clean except the floors. The pull out couch was not made up and it was uncomfortable the mattress. We had to call down to get that done as well as utensils and it did take a while to get service for that. You are able to txt guest services for anything you may need. Overall if I was in the area again I would definitely stay there. Location could not be beat also the service at the pool was amazing they gave you towels set up your lounge chair. Also had fresh fruit immunity shots and mint water all included in your resort fee. This hotel is not pet friendly which I loved I have bad allergies so I was so happy to see this place did not allow them. Overall if you are looking for a high end place to stay look no further because you found it here at the beach house !

Loved our stay at Beach House by Hilton! Spacious suites with amazing ocean views, stylish decor, and a relaxing vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Valet parking is bit expensive but, overall great location right by the beach—perfect for a getaway. Would definitely return!

I give this hotel 4.5 out of 5. Beautiful, clean, and excellent customer service. Pool and beach chairs are included in the resort fee. There is a free shuttle (not connected to the hotel, but a Fort Lauderdale shuttle) which I liked. Plenty of restaurants inside, though I didn’t love the sushi spot S3. I enjoyed the snack shop. The beach was great, but drink service was very slow and disappointing with a mandatory tip. A few minor cons that management fixed quickly, but they don’t outweigh the positives. Reasonably priced for everything you get. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, but I will definitely choose this hotel next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale.

My wife and I often travel to review romantic suites — this Hilton really stood out for the in-room jetted tub and ocean views. Photos attached show the spa tub and the balcony view. It’s not an inexpensive place to stay, but what helped us is using Hilton Honors points when we booked. Just 1 slight drawback: kitchen in our unit was not stocked with utensils - had to call down and get them delivered.

I had such a great experience at the Hilton Beach House in Fort Lauderdale! The entire staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean. A special shoutout to Jessica at the front desk, who went above and beyond for me at 1:00 a.m. Her friendly attitude and amazing customer service made a huge difference! She was patient, kind, and truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend the Hilton Beach House for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and staff who genuinely care about their guests!

My kids and I recently stayed at the Hilton Beach House for a night at the end of our vacation. The hotel is beautiful and located in a great location. However, during our stay, someone pooped in the pool. While I understand this isn’t the hotels fault, their reaction and handling of the situation was concerning and posed a health concern/violation as a result. After my children and I alerted the recreation team, nothing was done with urgency - they didn’t move quickly to remove guests and they didn’t place any closure signs. Due to the lack of closure signs and action from the team, my children and I were alerting unsuspecting guests they couldn’t enter the pool. I can only assume they later took the proper actions to clean the pool. After everything occurred, I went down to the front desk to speak to an agent regarding my concerns for how things were handled. Unfortunately, I was essentially brushed off, which added insult to injury. Again, while I understand the incident isn’t in Hilton’s control, their reaction and remediation is. It was very disappointing.

This hotel was nice but I would say the fee per night should be slightly less. It was very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the food was great, but the rooms were very basic. Our bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, and some of the baseboards were peeling up. It just needed a little TLC. Our room didn’t have very much lighting. I enjoy the “moody” lighting but needed a brighter option. The elevators were extremely slow. Hotel had a great pool and nice gym. They did a beautiful job decorating for the holidays and they did a wonderful job for New Year’s Eve. I would stay here again.

Great hotel and awesome location. Amazing service, and the concierge was very proactive and responsive via text. My only issue were the slow elevators. Sometimes it took 15-20 minutes to/from the lobby. Hoping they fix this issue.

Pretty average at best. Parts of the hotel have clearly been refurbished to a high standard, but unfortunately our room was in desperate need of some TLC. It was a great size, with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen, but the furnishings were in poor condition – including broken drawers in both the bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen itself was particularly strange: it was fully fitted, yet contained absolutely no utensils – not even a cup, mug, or spoon. When we requested some, we were brought only the bare minimum. Cleanliness was another letdown. From arrival to departure, the standard was sub-par. We found rubbish left in drawers and old noodles still in the fridge. When we informed reception, we were asked if we wanted them removed “now or wait until tomorrow”.. On a positive note, breakfast service was excellent, with friendly staff and great food – though it was odd that, even on a B&B rate, there was a set allowance. The pool area was also great, with a fantastic beachfront location. Overall, we left feeling there must be better options in the area for the rates charged.

Main Review: The service didn’t feel genuine — it was clear that making money was the only priority. That’s fine, but don’t waste my time pretending you actually care about guests. For example, parking costs $60 per night. When I asked staff about cheaper alternatives, they said nothing — even though there are plenty of parking options within a mile. That’s not just unhelpful, it’s misleading. The room itself was old, but it had the best view. For the right price, I would come again — I just wouldn’t waste my time dealing with the staff. --- Response to Hilton’s Reply: I wish that were the case! Here’s another example of where your service falls short: I went to use the beach chairs, but the staff on the beach weren’t ready yet. Some chairs were already set up, so I politely asked if I could place my things on one while they finished preparing. Instead of being welcoming, they told me “we’re not open.” When I explained I’d just like to set my things down, the attendant put on his headphones and ignored me — even though they were already late in setting up. That is simply rude. What’s even more disappointing is that your response defends the situation instead of acknowledging the problem and showing a commitment to improving. That attitude is exactly why service is lacking. I have attached a photo of the other hotels having their umbrellas up while Hilton is still not ready and that after my swim. That said staff at the pool and room service were great, so maybe I had bad luck!

K

Service only 3 stars because the reception desk staff is lacking a smile. My other issue is that I got charged a $25 early check in fee in addition to a $50 daily resort fee which seems a bit double dipping. If I can't really enjoy the resort until I've checked in which wouldn't be til 4pm, why am I charged a $50 daily fee? Terrible. The other staff by the pool and the dining room were really nice.

Encountered a rude desk person at check in so we went to another desk person that didn't act like he was doing us a favor. Two of the four elevators appear to be reserved for getting people to the restaurant. Expect to spend 10 minutes or so getting an elevator in the evening. The room had no bath towels. We called twice in a couple of hours and then went down to the lobby. They seem to be going for the appearance of good service without actually doing it.

The property itself is well located on the beachfront in Fort Lauderdale. But, there are some quirks. There are two key card activated elevators assigned for the 20+ story tower. The other two are assigned to staff and the rooftop restaurant, so be prepared to wait. Ice is available on odd numbered floors, but if you are on an even floor, your keycard won’t allow you to access those floors, so be prepared to take the stairs. The pool is beautiful and well appointed. We reserved a multi-bedroom suite so we would have a kitchen. Said kitchen was oddly appointed with utensils, large plates and bowls, 4 cups, no mugs, no pots and pans, and no wine glasses. Most of the outlets didn’t work in the kitchen, there were no paper towels or dish or dishwasher soap. The rooms and beds were comfortable, but lighting was scarce. Food options seem plentiful unless you want to eat between 11am and 12 pm when the restaurant, pool service and room service all cease serving to “reset” for lunch. During that time, the only restaurant that has a full bar doesn’t have food and the only restaurant that has food, only has canned beverages. The staff are the shining star of this property – Pauletta in Housekeeping, Jada and Rochelle at the Front Desk, Erica in the spa, Jeke in the lobby bar… It was a lackluster overall experience and my first time staying at a Hilton in years. I have Marriott status and thought to give another chain a try. It was clear that Hilton doesn’t have the same property standards, and their status match was wanting in additional amenities (late check-out).

Stayed at the Beach House for a single night as we were prepping to board a cruise. Great staff and amazing location. The Beach and its service was great even before we were able to check in. Easy access, towels and chairs avaliable for us to use. The attendants and bar tender were great. Easy walking access to so many restaurants and bars and shops. CVS was an easy walk too. We had an oceanview studio with 2 queens which was great for our family of 4. Had a private balcony which was nice. The bathroom could have been laid out better, tiny stand-up shower. Wife had to stand in the tub to shave her legs, not possible in the shower. It was all dirty too. Overall, beautiful property oceanfront with great staff and many amenities but the room less than be desired. None of there many food places serve food from 11-1130... that was frustrating.

The good - Staff was friendly and pretty good especially at the pool. Location is fantastic with great beach access. The bad - The rooms are outdated, furniture is uncomfortable and towels are hard. Fitness center was really small for a hotel of this size. One weight machine was broken and It felt like you were on top of each other when working out. More importantly, everything felt like it's never wiped down and somewhat dirty. Feels like everything needs to be disinfected. The elevator wait times can be borderline laughable. Sometimes you wait 5 to 10 minutes just to get on. All this would be fine if you paid $200 a night, but for $750 a night there's not much value staying here.

We arrived after midnight first day here and they held $150 a day, totaling $600 for the 4 days. They then put us in the wrong room. Upon realizing this, I called the desk and the manager brought in a rollaway bed for my daughter, gave us $90 in credit and said the next day they would put us in the right room. Next morning, I went to the front desk and said it’s pretty inconvenient to switch rooms because we aren’t going to be at the hotel all day and we already unpacked, what else can be done. They gave me $250 more in credits and said they would waive the daily resort fee.. since then, Hilton has charged my card random amounts anytime I charge something to the room, even though I have the credits. I call the front desk and they say that’s how Hilton does it. They want to make sure you have money on your card for incidentals, but those will fall off when you check out. I said what is the point of holding the $150 a day then? Makes no sense to hold $600 and then continue to hold my money. They say the holds could possibly increase as well as there is no set amount. Absolutely absurd. Oh, and apparently I heard them wrong and they aren’t waiving the resort fee along with the credits, it was one or the other.. that is their version of it. Also, power went out last night at like midnight while I was getting on the elevator. Generators kicked on and the elevator started jumping floors. I immediately got off and took 14 flights of stairs down to floor 1 only to arrive at a locked door. How is this safe? What if there was a fire? It continues. We also haven’t had great phone service, the WIFI cuts in and out. The 2nd floor TV network is down so we can’t use our TV. They gave us credits for that.. but come on. Went to the pool at 3:30pm and they told us they were out of towels for the day. Laughable. At breakfast she asks if we want inside or outside and says there is a wait either way. We say outside. She calls our name and tries to sit us inside.. I said we wanted outside she said oh that’s going to be a longer wait. It has just been a disappointing experience here. It costs way too much money for everything I have listed to occur. The location is nice, but the way they do business is enough to make me avoid Hilton in the future.

We did not get the room we paid for. It was much smaller in size. When we checked out they tried to bill us for the whole stay which was pre paid in advance. They tacked on all kinds of fees that were not put on the web site prior to booking. 61.50 valet fee was ridiculous in a $58 fee for pool towels, etc. was also ridiculous in various other fees were there. When I question them the man said show me where it says that it was included. He was rude and it was embarrassing to have to question all the charges that were on the bill. I will be contacting there corporate office to inform them of this incident.

🚨 long review. I am in the military and have been in for 15 years so I have stayed at plenty hotels being in the Air Force so im definitely honest because I want the hotel to get better. I stayed one night in the oceanfront king one bedroom. I loved the views from the room and most of the room I loved. Things I loved about this hotel are the bell man Paul was amazing. The manger who helped me at night was nice to. This i hated the room was not cleaned properly at all. One of the showers was dirty, we found red stain on a towel, dirty coffee cups, popcorn and dirt behind the curtain in the living room, hair on a pillow, These are small things but it lets me know the room was half cleaned and some things were not swapped out for new things. I stayed in plenty hotels just was not cleaned well at all. I will not being staying here when I get back from cruise and hopefully things will get better at this Hilton. The manager did tried to help be refund my hotel fee. I was upset because no hotel should charge all these fees and the room not be clean

We will first start off with the positive... This hotel is beautiful and it's in a wonderful location. Also, the staff is friendly when they were interacted with. Here are some other points that were challenges for our stay: 1. We did not receive our room until almost 6:00 p.m. 2. Valet parking took up to 20 minutes to get us our car. 3. Several people have remarked about the elevator. We are an active family and we chose to take the stairs in most cases to the 19th floor. There were people staying at the hotel that said they had waited over 45 minutes. 4. The temperature in the hallways and elevator were incredibly warm at some points during the stay probably 85° or higher. 5. We had a room with a kitchen and asked for plates, pots, pans and silverware like it asked us to do if we wanted to use it with our stay. It took about 4 hours to get these materials to our room. It also took about 4 hours to get towels because our room was not serviced during the day. 6. The guest services number was called 14 times during a 2-hour period and no one answered. We could also not leave a message. 7. Billing was inaccurate. We already paid for the resort fee prior to coming. They charged us a second time. 8. Parking is $61 a day. They don't tell you this prior to coming. It is also valet only. This is on top of the $54 per day resort fee. This hotel has wonderful potential. It is chaos from a visitor perspective just like the traffic in the Fort Lauderdale area! I would encourage the administrators within this facility to analyze their practices as the themes within the reviews are consistent. Some helpful hints to improvement: Why are you using two elevators to service your rooftop restaurant only whe your guest complain about the elevator wait times? Over 1/2 of your elevators cannot be used by guest.... If your staff is unable to help service the valet parking, why do you have it? As a guest I would rather get my own car and save the money on tips! Best of luck to this Hilton...we won't be back.

Great location, right on the beach! We got a junior suite. The frig did not have a freezer, which was a huge inconvenience, and all of our food froze and was ruined. The biggest issue, and most frustrating, was that there were only 2 working elevators (out of 4 total). One was broken and the other was only used for the top floor fancy restaurant! The wait for the elevator was crazy during our entire stay. Our room only got cleaned once, and trying to call the front desk for kitchen supplies and bath towels took multiple attempts before talking with anyone! We will NOT be going back, and I recommend staying somewhere else.

Matthew Vasaturo

Sadly this is going to be one long complaint. We were “assigned” a room upon check in but were told it wasn’t ready. We were then notified that it was ready but it wasn’t the room we were assigned. We paid for an “ocean view two bedroom suite” the ocean view was a sliver of a view only available from one of the bedrooms. The “two bedroom suite” was two separate rooms that shared one main doorway. The smaller room with no view had mold in the bathtub. The other room with the PARTIAL ocean view had women’s hair in the bathroom, a toothpick on the floor and floors that caused white socks to become black. The hotel has 4 elevators but only 2 work during normal hours as the one is designated to the rooftop restaurant and the 4th evidently does not operate. Every use of the elevator had a minimum wait time of 10 minutes (usually more). The concierge blamed the marketing team for the misconceptions of “two bedroom suite” and “ocean view” and offered free breakfast to make up for our dissatisfaction. The pool has two hot tubs that are barely warm. Finally, the hotel charges a resort fee which covers two beach chairs, an umbrella, and more however no umbrellas were available and two chairs is not enough for 4 adults who paid for a 2 bedroom suite. If we went with two separate rooms we would have been allowed 4 chairs, but because we were in the 2 BR suite we were only given two chairs which makes no sense. As other reviews will say, the only positive of this hotel is the location. Hopefully management will make some adjustments.

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a mixed experience. I want to start by saying that every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful — especially Ryan at the pool bar and Elvira at Ilios, who remembered us each morning and made breakfast a bright spot of our stay. Their service was the highlight of our trip. However, several issues with the room and the overall property made our stay disappointing. The cleanliness of our room was lacking from the moment we arrived. There was hair in the tub (which I let go, since we weren’t planning to use it), but more concerning was the living room rug, which was visibly dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed. Every time the AC kicked on, the room filled with a mildew smell, which was very off-putting. We had also paid for an ocean-view room, but our balcony mainly faced the hotel next door, with only a partial ocean view off to the right. We were exhausted from traveling since 3 a.m., so after checking in we tried to settle in and rest. The next morning, I found an old coffee cup next to the couch ( not ours ) which made it obvious that the room hadn’t been fully cleaned before our arrival. I called guest services, and the woman I spoke with was kind and apologetic, assuring me housekeeping would come to address the issues. When we came back later that day, the bed had been made and towels replaced, but the dirty rug was untouched and the old coffee cup was still sitting there. At that point, I went down to the front desk. The gentleman I spoke with was very apologetic and immediately came to the room himself to remove the cup and said someone would come up to clean the rug. I mentioned the mildew smell, and he explained the AC filter likely needed to be changed. A few minutes later, housekeeping arrived — with only a broom — to “clean” the rug. I have a video showing what came off of it, and it was honestly alarming. Beyond the room itself, we ran into additional frustrations on the property. On our second day, the entire lobby bar/restaurant area was blocked off for an MLS event — something we were not informed about ahead of time. The following day at the pool bar (again, great service from Ryan), we were told it was closing early for a wedding. When we asked which other food and beverage outlets were open, we were told that every single one was rented out for private events — a wedding, the MLS event, etc. As paying guests, it was extremely frustrating to be on a property with multiple restaurants and bars yet not have access to any of them. While we truly appreciated the staff and enjoyed our breakfasts at Ilios each morning, the overall experience fell short of what we expected, especially for the price. Between the cleanliness issues, the mildew smell, and the lack of access to on-site amenities, we unfortunately would not stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great but that’s where it ends. We’ve stayed here as a family 2 other times but this time it was totally different. Rooms are run down, service is slow everywhere and the wait for elevators is ridiculous. They have two working elevators for an entire hotel and they are always full. We booked an ocean front suite and we had to strain our necks to see the ocean. Everyone we were speaking to was having issues. From waiting hours for a simple housekeeping request, to delayed elevators, to allergy requests not being taken seriously. When I reached out to management I received a standard response. The cost of this hotel is not inexpensive and you do not get your moneys worth. Stay elsewhere. The kids club was great and my daughter made friends quickly but we will not be staying here again.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay, especially because I had stayed here before and was genuinely excited to return. Our first room was riddled with cockroaches. We killed one that was over an inch long and at least four baby roaches. We were forced to change rooms and were explicitly guaranteed that our resort fees would be waived due to the situation. That never happened. Since then, I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone who can resolve this. The front desk staff does not communicate with one another, and every interaction resulted in contradictory information. To make matters worse, I left a room key for my friend and ensured her name was added to the reservation. Despite this, the front desk refused to give her the key, claiming her name was never on file. I personally saw her name listed and had to come down myself to vouch for her. At one point, my cell phone number was on file, and I was waiting to be contacted. A young blonde staff member admitted she chose not to call me because she “didn’t want to bother me,” despite knowing I was expecting a call. Luvigi was wonderful and one of the few bright spots of this stay. Unfortunately, many other staff members appear poorly trained, disorganized, and lacking basic hospitality standards. Pool staff was also amazing. This experience was frustrating, unsanitary, and exhausting—and a major letdown compared to my previous visit. I expected far better.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Despite my Diamond status, I was forced to wait until 4:00 PM to access a room. When I requested a quiet room away from the elevator, the staff actually told me it was my own fault for making a 'special request' rather than finding a solution. This is a 25-story hotel—the idea that no rooms were available is hard to believe. Being blamed for having a preference is not how loyalty should be rewarded. I won’t be back.

Like several others, we were disappointed with the quality of service: shutting down two of 4 elevators so guest waited long times for crowded elevators - this was intentional on the part of the management as many complained and nothing was done. Our room lacked bedding for the sofa bed. Ok fine, we requested some but received a stained, torn blanket and stained sheet. Disgusting. There are not nearly enough sunbeds with umbrellas and the lineup to get one is terrible. Our kitchen was completely unstocked - had to request every item needed. If you forgot to ask for the cork screw, well, wait another two hours and it will arrive. Also beach towels ran out every day and none were available in the afternoon. This despite the hotel charging a "Resort Fee". Good Things: the coffee bar in the lobby is a good addition. Also the Spa on the 6th floor was excellent. Very friendly staff working in the 6th floor restaurant.

Be careful they are sneaky with their descriptions. Ocean view means you can see it to one extent or another. However if you want to see it from inside your room you must view ocean front!!! Booked a 1 bedroom ocean view suite only to find the view if you stick your head out off the balcony and turn to the right. Not what I’d expect for 500 a night. The area rug in the living room is disgusting. We waited until exactly 4pm before we could check in despite being here almost 8 hours waiting. The room was clean but the service we received was far from satisfactory. Figured we’d be hanging out by the pool at some point but unfortunately we didn’t get a chance due to not fully being prepared to not be in our room much earlier. Have never had a problem with early check in. Will just stick with The Westin next time. Hilton honors doesn’t seem to matter much at this property. They obviously don’t have the required staffing to take care of the property. Oh and the restaurant some of them are not affiliated so you won’t get Hilton honors points from using your cards there. Just a disappointing situation. The food was good at 3S the edamame was absolutely magnificent. Staff at 3S great too. The bellman at the property was very pleasant too.

Check in is at 4:00pm yet our room was not available until after 10pm. I even checked in through the app letting them know what time we would be arriving and got assigned a room. The app told me I just had to stop at the front desk to activate the key on my phone. Upon arriving at the desk, our room was not ready and we had to wait hours at the hotel bar. The desk workers were kind and apologetical and comped our bar bill, but it is still not acceptable, rooms should be cleaned way before 10pm. When I went back to speak to the manager about the issue and see how they could compensate me, he did not care at all or have any sympathy. He should not be working in customer service if he can't have compassion for those he's serving. There are 4 elevators and only 2 working, the shut one off and reserved the other for the rooftop bar. This created extremely log wait times to get to where you wanted to go. While I did not request house keeping, I heard a lot of complaints over my time there and assume the lack of house keepers is the reason for me not being able to check in untill 10pm. Other than that the room was nice, all other staff was very friendly, hotel is walking distance to restaurants & shops. As much as I wanted to enjoy my vacation and say I would be back, my experience was not worth the high prices they charge. I paid $4,000 for 7 nights and they compensated me a measly $250 for not being able to check into my room untill 10PM AT NIGHT!!!

I am leaving this review because, honestly, if people had left truly honest reviews before, I would have seriously reconsidered staying at this place. From the moment we arrived, we had serious problems. The kitchen sink in the mini kitchen area was completely clogged, and every time it was used, water flooded the entire floor. My husband called reception more than three times, and no one paid attention. It took two full days for someone to finally come and fix it. Housekeeping was a complete disaster. The room was supposedly “cleaned” on the first day, but that only meant the beds were barely made no floor cleaning, no kitchen cleaning, nothing at all. After that, no one cleaned the room for two full days. We called repeatedly and were always told, “Yes, yes, they’re coming,” but no one ever showed up. One night around 9 p.m., reception even admitted they didn’t know when or if anyone would come. At one point, the room became so dirty that we had to take the trash and dirty items out into the hallway ourselves. On another day, someone opened our room door, looked inside, and left it open. We were never given a clear explanation first they said they knew who it was, then they said it might have been security. To this day, there has been no real answer. When housekeeping finally came, they only made one of the two beds, did not change the sheets, and left dirt and trash on the bed. The only thing they did was shake the blanket. No towels were replaced, no bathroom cleaning, and no proper cleaning at all. Completely unacceptable. Today, just to make sure that at least the filthy sheets are actually changed, I am forced to remove them myself and leave them outside the room along with the used towels. This is the only way I have to ensure that clean linens are provided. Guests should never have to do this in a hotel. After several more complaints, my husband ran into a housekeeping employee in the hallway and explained the situation directly. She, along with two other cleaners, finally came to the room and did a proper, thorough cleaning, leaving it truly spotless for the first time during our stay. This employee was the only exception—every other housekeeping interaction before and after that was extremely poor. To make matters worse, none of this is cheap. Breakfast is not included and must be paid separately. Parking costs $60 per night even if you are staying at the hotel. So on top of paying a very high price, you don’t get a clean room, you don’t get parking included, and you don’t get breakfast. Every time you complain, they simply say, “We’ll talk about it” or “We’ll do our best,” but nothing ever actually changes. Yes, the location near the beach is good, and the pool is nice, but there are better and cheaper options with far better service. This is supposed to be a vacation. Instead, every single day we wake up wondering whether our room will be cleaned or not something you should never have to worry about when paying hotel prices. I also spoke with other guests who were having the exact same experience. I personally saw other couples leaving trash bags and used towels in the hallway out of frustration because their rooms were not being cleaned either. Overall, this place is poorly managed, unresponsive, and absolutely not worth the price. I truly don’t understand how there weren’t more reviews like this before because clearly, we were not the only ones going through this.

I cannot recommend this hotel. I booked a 2-bedroom suite through Chase Travel and received confirmation of this room type. When I arrived for check in around 8pm, I was told my reservation was “updated” to a 1-bedroom suite with no explanation. I still have no idea why it was changed but the hotel and Chase both blamed each other, and I spent over an hour at the front desk and on the phone trying to get answers which I never got and I was stuck in the room I did not book. While showing my confirmation emails at the front desk I found an email sent at 12:39pm that same day saying my reservation was updated— I was literally boarding my flight at this time so I had no way to see it. What made this whole thing worse was an employee of this hotel told me that I was notified of the change and I had “ample time to rectify with the booking company,” which was both untrue and incredibly frustrating!! How about just apologizing instead of telling me I had ample time to fix something that I shouldn’t have had to even worry about. I shouldn’t have to “fix” a reservation I already had confirmed. Screenshot attached. Overall, I just expect better customer service from a Hilton hotel. Some specifics of the room: The suite had a full kitchen but no supplies at all (not even soap or paper towels), and for a room advertised to “fit 4,” they provided just 1 coffee cup and 1 espresso cup. The room did have a large wrap-around balcony with a nice view, but the poor customer service and mishandling of my reservation overshadowed it. There are plenty of better hotels in the area that will treat you better. All this to say if you end up booking this hotel through another service don’t expect any support or empathy if things go wrong and always triple confirm with them your room type before checking in. Thanks for listening!

Upon arrival our room was not ready. Fine, no problem. The bell person kindly stored our 7 bags of luggage in storage until our room was ready. I gave no tip to this person because he simply put my bags in storage. I am accustomed to tipping when the bags get to the room. At this point he must have told his co worker that I dont tip. When our room was finally ready, the extremely rude bell person named Nixon gave me my bags and informed me im on my own, because “we make a living on tips”. Ok? I would love to have tipped you if you would help me instead of profiling me. So I struggled to carry my family’s seven bags up to our room by myself, including a car seat. Once in our room, we noticed our jackets were missing. We were informed three days later that they were found in an elevator on the floor, “covered in blood”?? and thrown out. (What?!!)A $600 value. The security manager showed us a questionable photo of one of the two jackets on the floor of an elevator with no visible blood on it. No sign of the other jacket. No one from our party was bleeding, so this seems to us like an excuse to throw out our jackets and/or keep them. The manager told me good luck, and to file a claim with Hilton. There are no cups or utensils in any of the hotel rooms. We had to request spoons and coffee cups. Its just a barren kitchen with nothing in it. Except for a coffee maker and a couple pods, and 2 wooden stirring sticks. Cocktails were 25-35$ each at all of the bars/restaurants, and were very watery, with maybe 1 oz of alcohol each. Very disappointing. Each meal we got there was a 1 hour wait for food. The cafe on the first floor regularly had a 30-40 minute wait in the morning for coffee, so I ended up walking down the street every day for coffee. The hostess who greeted us at the 6th floor poolside restaurant was incredibly rude. We were scoffed at an chastised for not checking in with the hostess when there is no sign or hostess station. The theme is long waits and understaffed food and drink services. There were 2 functioning elevators for the entire hotel and there was regularly a 30 minute wait to get down or upstairs. Many customers were standing in large groups of up to 30 people waiting for elevators, and often when one would finally come, it would be full, to everyone’s dismay. Also its $65 to park your car for 1 day at the hotel. I will surely not be coming back. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I’ve never left a review but I had a very awkward situation where someone from service or security barged into my room. I asked them to let me put on clothes very clearly (I was right next to the door). 5 seconds later they keyed into my room saying I needed a battery replacement with the do not disturb sign on my door while I was naked? Then they proceeded to do nothing and no apology? I stay up to 100 nights per year with Hilton and was extremely put off by the situation

To start my experiance was great. Greeted by their team and was given top notch service. When my family and I got to the room it was disgustingly dirty. Hair and trash all over the floor, a “vitamin,” party supplies still hung up on the pictures, dirt and grime all over the carpets. Honestly I was worried that they even changed the sheets at that point. Ate lunch at the pool. People throwing water bottles at us from the top floor. Followed by us having to ask the waiter 4 times for the check because “they forgot.” Both annoying but not review worthy in themselves, until… About 8-9pm an overwhelming amount of MJ smell filled the room. We generally don’t mind a little bit of the smell in a legal state but this was overwhelming. Absolutely disturbing. Ordered food shortly after - 17 for a pizza, 9 to bring the pizza to the room. 6 for a water bottle. Wild pricing for garbage level food quality. Honestly expected this from super 8 motel, not here.

This hotel may have been luxury at one point but the way it is being run now it has clearly gone down hill and needs new management asap to save it. To put in perspective I am a Hilton gold member and travel fairly often. Things happen and your experience will never be perfect but this was bad from start to finish for this price point. When we arrived at 4:30Pm we were told our room was not still not ready, and they didn’t have a clue when it would be. This was despite checking in online the day before and saying we would arrive around this time. I had requested a higher level room but it wasn’t ready. Being as I was in no rush and wanted to have the room I requested I was willing to wait figuring it could not have been much longer. Again my belief of things happen and it will be fine. As it gets to 6 PM and still no word I followed up again and they proceeded to move us to a lower floor and not the room type we requested. I was offered a food credit for my trouble. The next night trying to order room service was a debacle. I called the number listed multiple times and no one picked up. I called guest services who just transferred me to the same number I had been calling and again no one picked up. I got on the phone with guest services and requested the food and they told me they would put in the order for me. 2 hours passed and there was no food. At this point it was 10 PM and still no food so we went to bed. To this day there has been no food delivered. The third day after being out all day we returned to our room at 4 to see that it had not been serviced. When I called down to find out when it would be I was told “momentarily” which we all know means “I don’t know maybe they will”. They stated that service runs till 4:30 so they still had time to do it. Which is funny because if that was true my original requested room would have been ready before 4:30. 4:30 came and went and no service. The room itself is large, there is a kitchen but no equipment to use it so it’s pretty pointless. Seems like an odd choice to not even put basic cutlery and cook ware in every room so the space can be used. The elevators are hit and miss. They dedicate one to their rooftop restaurant which slows service down. The location is the best part. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to a lot of the bar and food places in town. I voiced my displeasure during my stay with both management guest services and whoever else but nothing was changed and I was given the generic “sorry we’ll look into this lines” The place is poorly run and charges like they are the 4 seasons next door. Either save your money and go somewhere else or go to the 4 seasons and actually get a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to get the generic response saying how they are sorry they didn’t live up to their standards or whatever nonsense they’ll say here and still not change, because as many recent reviews have noted my experience is not unique.

Worst Hotel Stay I’ve Ever Had – Complete Management Failure This was hands down the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, and I feel obligated to write this review to warn others before they spend their hard-earned money here. I have never written a hotel review before, but the experience at Hilton Beach House Fort Lauderdale was so bad that staying silent would be doing a disservice to future guests. Day 1 – Lied to Before We Even Arrived On the day we landed, I proactively called the hotel to confirm our room was ready. I spoke to a staff member named Skye, who assured me that the hotel was not full and that our room was ready. I specifically explained that if the room wasn’t ready, we would go into Miami first — but she told me there was no need because everything was set. Based on this information, we came straight to the hotel. When we arrived, we were told the room was not ready, that there was no employee named Skye, and we were essentially accused of lying. Instead of taking accountability, they made us wait three hours, wasting half of our day — the exact situation I had tried to prevent by calling ahead. 8:30 AM Alarm Testing on the Busiest Day of the Year The hotel decided that 8:30 AM would be an appropriate time to test the fire alarms, waking up the entire hotel on what was reportedly the busiest day of the year. When I went to speak to the manager, Lou, he accused me of lying about the alarms — until I showed him text messages from the front desk confirming there was a test going on (which I will be posting). Even after being proven wrong, Lou remained extremely condescending and unprofessional. Easily one of the most incompetent managers I’ve ever encountered. No Housekeeping & No Accountability On our second day, we received no housekeeping at all. We came back to an unmade room — unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. When I went to Lou again, he tried to contact housekeeping but claimed he couldn’t get in touch with them, which makes absolutely no sense. I ended up spending an hour and a half of my own vacation time helping him figure out how to resolve an issue that should have been handled during the day. The following day, we requested housekeeping at 9:00, 9:45, 11:00, and 11:45, yet it still took six hours for someone to come to the room. Completely unreasonable and poorly managed. Elevator Disaster Out of four elevators, only two were working, and the hotel decided to reserve one of them exclusively for the rooftop bar. This resulted in massive lines, long wait times, and extremely frustrated guests. Reserving an elevator while others are broken shows zero consideration for paying hotel guests. Overall Experience The hotel’s management is an absolute mess. There is clearly no communication between departments, no leadership, and no concern for the guest experience. The number of issues we experienced is honestly too long to list in one review. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel look elsewhere. This is not the Hilton standard — not even close. ***I am having issues uploading the messages but if someone from corporate reaches out, I'd be happy to provide them.

Our winter jackets went from being in their possession with security while we were waiting for our room, to being “found in the elevator covered in blood”, to being “discarded due to health code requirements”. What a convenient way for our two jackets valued at $600 total to just disappear. This is just 10% of the disaster that was staying at this establishment. Do not stay here, their staff will steal your belongings and then lie about it.

This is a beautiful hotel but the Management is absolutely terrible! My shirt was stolen from the Jazuizze area of this Hilton property. This was not a case of a “lost” item. There is clear video and surveillance footage of an individual taking my shirt. I personally have seen and have the video footage in my possession. That same night, an overnight security officer FaceTimed me and showed me the person removing my property. Despite this evidence and numerous phone calls, the Head of Security, Kolz, dismissed the incident and labeled it as “lost,” directly contradicting the footage. The conversation was nonchalant, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt completely disregarded throughout the process. When guests property are stolen and there is clear proof of theft, it should be taken seriously. Instead, I was brushed off, denied accountability, and left to escalate the issue myself. This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and far below the standard I expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. I am still seeking proper review and resolution from hotel management. Until then, I cannot recommend this property. Guest concerns—especially those involving security and stolen property—should never be handled this poorly.

No one answered the phone for room service. And why dont you guys have Netflix/Hulu availability on TVs? For such a nice room, the ancient cable guides and remotes is gross. Also Wifi connectivity buffering issue. Wifi works but screen buffers as if it does not. Just the little things that are like so easy to fix.

Price wasn't worth it, room are okay, bed comfort is like motel not a hotel standard, customer services wasn't great when I arrive nor when I stayed. I will not stay here again. Please make sure that your picture reflect the present because your maintenance could be better. Make that all of your workers dress professional. The manger had jeans and tank top in a restaurant at the top.

Love this place and the location. But don’t fall for the WHITE PARTY SCAM. They make you reserve months in advance. Tell you it’s very exclusive and the hostess says they have a full menu. You arrive and they won’t give you a table and if you want to eat dinner you have to eat at the bar. All the ocean view tables are mysteriously unavailable. We wound up going downstairs to eat. BEACH HOUSE DONT PLAY ME!!! Treat your repeat customers with respect.

Great location right on Fort Lauderdale Beach, but the hotel is unfortunately overpriced for what you get. There’s an additional resort fee of $47 per night, which feels excessive given the overall experience. The rooms are outdated and not particularly clean, and the front-desk staff could definitely be more warm and welcoming. Overall, the value just isn’t there.
