I ordered the best Greek salad I’ve ever had here. The garlic knots were so flaky and mouthwatering. The table got a couple pizzas and they were delicious. The employees were so attentive and friendly I can’t wait to come back.

Was randomly driving through fort lauderdale and I saw this place. I literally made a u-turn and went back to check it out. I ordered a manicotti which comes with a salad and garlic bread, had a glass of wine and a tiramisu. Everyrhing was delicious and I finished everything I ordered. I even took a slice to go and being from new york and having a first slice that's not Joe's. If I'm ever back in the area I will definetly be going back. Great little spot for a quick bite.

This has been a positive surprise for us in the past 6 months. We road bike past this place every Saturday on Sunrise and I love the name and there's something about the way its painted from the outside that gave me the impression it was good so we finally tried it and it exceeded our expectations and its now a regular part of our restaurant repatoir. Love the pastas. Don't know how long they've been around but its clearly a long time.

I've been going to Big Louie's since 1985 and was friends with the original owner Bill . I went there for the first time in about a year and it's still just as good as it was back in the day. Love the pizza thin crust and meatball parm subs ! and the staff is always on point .

I’ve been dining at this particular location for over four years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is inviting. Even if you’re just grabbing a to-go order, you’ll still enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Delicious lasagna & garlic bread!! Maybe best in town! Grabbed it to go the other day too. Good selection of wines and prices more than reasonable. Great place for a casual dinner in the middle of the week after the beach walk (like we did when went there first time)

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Nothing like this near the Villages, Florida. We were a party of seven, sat down and within a minute were given two plates of bruschetta complementry. Almost got full from that. Had two large pizzas, one sausage and one meatball. Excellent and took almost a full one home. Garlic knots are truly amazing, loaded with garlic. My only complaint is that its four hours from where we live. See you next January for sure

I ordered online through the "slice app" it was a great experience. I asked for extra red onions and olives on my salad. I asked for extra wet garlic rolls as well. I received everything just the way I asked for it. They were out of Cannoli's so they gave me two large slices of chocolate cake as a substitute (after they called to let me know). My caprese pizza was hot and delicious! Delivery was right on time and our deliverer was SO KIND! Everything was GREAT!

Please don’t hesitate to stop here, you’re in for a treat! We randomly visited for a quick bite on the Sunday of the Air & Sea Show. The place felt cozy, the staff were welcoming and most importantly the food was delicious. We ordered two slices of pizza, one pepperoni, one cheese and ordered a garlic roll impromptu. I noticed a huge pan of them coming fresh out of the oven right behind the counter which enticed me to order one 😂 I’m glad I did! I also got a side of ranch and barbecue sauce as a “safety-net” in case the food wasn’t to my liking but honestly, I loved it! Also, SPECIAL THANKS to Mr.Matt and Eric, they were both very kind and attentive to our needs!

Big Louie’s Pizzeria is an absolute gem! The food is incredibly tasty, and the service is just as outstanding. The pastas and pizzas are highly recommended, with authentic Italian flavors in every bite. Our server, a Venezuelan guy, truly elevated our experience with his excellent recommendations. Thanks to him, we tried the tiramisu for dessert, and ever since that day, I can't stop craving a return visit. If you love great Italian food, this is the place to be!

We did a preorder for Christmas dinner and everything was perfect! Loved the focaccia pizza! The food was delicious and pick up was perfectly on time.

We picked up 6 pies for work birthday party ~ the order was perfect and on time. Everyone enjoyed the pizza and the price was fair ~ we will definitely order again.

Update : It will always be a pleasure to return to this pizzeria… you cannot miss trying the tortellini stuffed with pear or the spaghetti with meatballs that my husband ate… accompanied by a good Malbec wine and a beer… for dessert a cannoli and a chicolate cake… but the best is the preparation and unbeatable of JOSH… I will always return.

this is one of the better Italian restaurant at a great price! we were 3 people and each had different meals, I highly suggest the veal Parmigiano, which comes with spaghetti and tomato sauce ( switched it for neat sauce) , the veal tender, and delicious, the portions were huge, the meat sauce/ Bolognese sauce was great too, they didn't cheap out on the meat in the sauce, it was like eating at Nonna's we also tried the pizza and it was really good too. I highly recommend it

A friend ordered the Vegetarian Pizza for us to share one evening during last year’s Holiday season and now I am ‘hooked’ on it!😋 I have ordered it at least 5 times this year, and my husband loves it too! The Chicken Diablo is pretty good as well, however each time that I have ordered it, the chicken is cooked differently, but the meal is still flavorful and always the portions are large. Big Louie’s is a great option when you are just too tired to cook but longing for some freshly cooked delicious home style Italian cooking.

This is a regular stop when in the area. The food and service are always great. Prices are very decent for the area. The atmosphere is good, some of the decor is a little dated. Never disappointed when we come here to sit down and eat.

It was all packaged neatly too. The driver accidentally forgot our drinks but brought them right back. Their service is phenomenal.

What a wonderful local place. Had the please of having Edwin (Gordo) as our server. He made us feel like we were sitting in the dinning room of an Italian family’s house. 10/10. The pizza was perfectly Italian, and it really felt like a pizza place you would go to after the beach. The pepperoni was crispy and the pasta was very delicious. While I wasn't a fan of the meatball, everything else was perfect and the workers were so kind. I would definitely come here again.

I ordered online for delivery. I love that they do their own deliveries and only charge $3.00. So tired of how expensive Door Dash and others have gotten. They are always friendly, the food is hot upon arrival, their menu has such a variety of pizza and Italian dishes and the food is very good. We haven't ordered anything we didn't like. Food is good, plentiful and the staff are courteous. Washrooms could use attending as could the refillables at the table (salt, pepper, parmessan cheese, Chile flakes). I had one of the specials with seafood (clams, mussels, calamari, and shrimp) on a bed of linguine. It was good, although the calamari was a bit overcooked. There were 4 of us eating and 1 at the table ordered a calzine (which looked delicious) but it arrived at the table 10 minutes after the rest of us were served and eating so the kitchen needs to work on their timing. I would eat here again and simply let the wait staff know of previous concerns. Otherwise good spot and we left satisfied. Garlic butter buns are delicious!

An Italian place that I did not expect to run into in Florida. Not only was everything piping hot but the food came out quick and was tasty. Gem of the experience was the staff who were patient enough to house my table 30 min before closing still giving us service with a smile. The only thing preventing me from 5-star rating was I didn't get a typical Italian dish and didn't taste much of the sauce. For Italian it's all about the sauce.

Delivery experience was a little frustrating. I ordered through the slice app and that seemed simple until I was on a zoom meeting and the delivery driver kept calling my phone asking for instructions to get into the building after I put a detailed description in the app. The food was decent. Being from the northeast it’s always hard to get a good pizza in south Florida. I ordered extra cheese and I can’t imagine what it would of looked like if didn’t. Very greasy but if that’s what you like then it’s for you! It would of helped if it wasn’t cold when it got to my house but all in all it was good pizza in south Florida in comparison to what I’ve tried in the past from other shops.

Food is good but they always mess up the order. Just got my veggie pizza and for the 3rd time it has no extra cheese, no extra sauce and SAUSAGE all over it. 3rd time now lol. Smh. Its like they trying to get rid of their sausages. I will take my chances now with the chain restaurants.

This very location is my go to when i want some good pizza, staff are usually friendly during the visit, until i had question about my pizza and the girl at the front counter insisted on arguing with me and when i asked for the manager she smiled and said he is right here, neither thought it was wrong to argue with the customer. It's always a good thing to remember that customers is what keep the doors open.

Seen this place several times and decided to give it a try. Garlic knots had a refrigeration taste to me (hubby didn't think so and liked them). I ordered the Chicken Parmigiano, that came with an option of soup or salad and a garlic knot. I chose the salad, which was okay. It wasn't the best and you could tell that it was bagged lettuce and carrots. Chicken was delicious and the side of spaghetti was meh. Hubby had the stuffed manicotti and said it was alright, not the greatest but not bad either. Got bill and noticed that we were charged for the garlic knots even though our meal came with one each. If I go back, it will be for the Chicken Parmigiano, and that's a big IF! Oh, place wasn't busy at 7pm for dinner. Server was slow and not very attentive, wished we had the other server as he was very active with his tables and ensured they were taken care of.

Good seevice, huge meals but I ordered a Carbonara and they brought me a completely different thing. A linguini witn heavy cream, peas onions and bacon, nothing to do with real Carbonara (egg yolks + pecorino + guanciale). It wasn’t bad, but that was not Carbonara. If someome wants to run an Italian restaurant, at least follow the original Italian recepies!

Slowest moving people on earth besides running off the name of the restaurant&’s tradition. And asking so much fast but when you need anything, everyone’s gone. Food is great but expect a tremendous wait time when you are the only one there. Broken TV where everyone sits. Needs massive makeover or it will be bankrupt.

We always loved this place (been going here over 20 years) but lately it is be mistake after the next. When you order delivery it comes late and cold and with items missing. Then they say you have to call the app to get a credit even though it’s the app they send you to. So we ordered pick up and they messed that order. Over 40 minutes, then they messed up another ladies order so they gave her my pizza. Get it together.

My husband and I went to eat a house salad garlic rolls and Stromboli. The salad was delicious and so was the rolls but when the Stromboli was brought to our table the mushrooms and green pepper were raw and not cooked when we sent to back after we waited nearly 25-30 mins when the second one was brought to our table the Stromboli was smaller then the first one the vegetables were cooked but the outside dough was burned and tasted burned we were disappointed . The waiter gave us a 5.00 Discount but it didnt satisfy our hunger 😔

The seafood pasta was really bad, all the fish was rubbery and it had no flavor it just tasted like oil. The chicken parm sub and pizza was good thankfully because the caesar salad horrible the serving size was also small the actually salad took up 1/4 of the entire plate and the croutons were super stale 😭. Our server also didn’t even give us straws which was weird. Out of principle don’t think my partner and I will be coming back the seafood pasta really disappointed us the fact that we both take one bite each and voice that we don’t like it and then can’t return it and have to pay for it rubbed us the wrong way. Also the floors were super slippery my partner almost slipped and fell lol. First time customers because of this I don’t think we will be returning.

The food was very poor quality. Pizza was yo thick with cheap cheese and no sauce. They didnt have arugula. Which is basic for an Italian restaurant. Disappointing for sure. Its a landmark but the food has gone downhill. WAITER was nice so I gave an extra star for him

Not a good experience! Lower than I expected. Ziti are not ziti and eggplant parmegiana are far from the real recipe! But waitress are friendly.

Delivery came fairly quick. But, their pizza was the worst I've ever had. It was overly salty and dry. I'd rather have eaten frozen pizza with the cardboard still stuck to the bottom. (We've all done that) Anyhow, I recommend Times Square Pizza at Oakland and Federal. They're the best but is was already closed when the craving hit.

They took over a half hour just to start making my order. Then lied to me about it after the DoorDasher told me they just put it in the oven. Unreal how they little they care

Ordered through door dash. Received the wrong order, obviously the establishment's issue. Called to address it since I never had an issue in the many, many, times I have ordered through this location only. The manager Matt was not helpful at all saying I never ordered from that location. It is the only location selected in my app. He was insisting to argue with me. Extremely unprofessional after all the years of ordering in person and online. Even though it was through door dash, they still managed to send me the wrong item, wasting my time and money to end up getting an argument from a person who should value their customers.

Ordered a $30 xl buffalo chicken pizza. The pizza came without any sause.. dry, floppy and gross. Call to make a complaint - spoke with a girl who assured me she saw the pizza being made with sauce and assured me also that the girl that makes the pizza has been making them “a hot minute” she brushed it off and said contact Uber I can’t do anything about it. Lesson learned - I’ll just go to Anthony coal fired. Their consistency is excellent.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, me and a group of friends from Europe came here to try some ‘Italian food’. That Lasagne is the worst thing I’ve ever touched, I can’t believe they’re allowed to serve this frozen food. Pizza has more oil than an oil rig. Don’t get me started on the service, and they still expect a tip with food and service as bad as that? I’m sure the owner has never been to Italy and is just another American who is claiming to be Italian. Wouldn’t feed this stuff to my dog, surprised it hasn’t been on Gordon Ramsey kitchen nightmare's, clueless.

The food here is excellent — honestly too good for the attitude I received over the phone. Customer service should be just as important as the quality of the food, and the way customers are spoken to matters. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the food deserves better representation than the phone experience I had with Kim.
