We had dinner here late the night we arrived. The staff was so friendly and ready to make our dinner perfect. They even made kids meals that weren't on the menu. The food was also outstanding.

Enjoyed a business lunch at the BlueFire Grille. We were practically the only party in the restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely - all glass overlooking a wooded area. Service was a little slow (it took a long time to get our food, but the staff was friendly), but the food was freshly prepared, beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend the Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla! This restaurant is truly a hidden gem.

Since it was Easter, breakfast was extended until noon for a Sunday Brunch. A carving station consisting of sausages, ham, and eggs benedict was added to complement the buffet. Our omelette chef, Ms. Teresa Eugene, was specially attentive. From making sure we had our coffee to preparing the perfect omelletes just the way we like them. Thanks Mami!!! 😊😎

Surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant! The service was great, the waiter gave us desserts on the house. The bar mixes up some really great drinks too, their happy hour is well worth it if you’re staying at the hotel. Their brunch is also very good. A lot of fresh cooked variety, cooked to order.

Excellent meal at hotel prices. A little more expensive than a similar free standing restaurant . That's my only negative.

I would have given 4 stars if the food didn't take so long to come out. The food was actually good but the service was super slow on a Friday night. It wasn't packed so no real explanation for the slow service. I had the crab cakes and a salad.

I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me… I was walked past several times… then someone walked up after me that appeared to be a regular and one of the waitresses looked right past me and took his order. Then still proceeded not to even acknowledge that I was there. I asked to place an order to go and they just rung it up and handed me my check. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything while I waited on my food and didn’t speak to me to check on me the entire time I was there. Super disappointed in the service I received. I don’t want to come back to get food here through my stay and want to warn people what they will get from these people. Also it’s $7 for a beer and a customer expressed concern, they just said welcome to 2023 and walked away. A lady also ordered 15 minutes after me and received their food before I did… I waited on a burger and fries about an hour. Also… my burger didn’t have the bacon jam or crispy onions that it was supposed to come with either. The list goes on and on.

Food was ok but lacked care, quality and lack of presentation. Local inspectors verified this after our visit. And again visited 2 weeks later to find NOTHING had changed! We paid over $80 for dinner and a couple drinks and were RIPPED OFF! Go to the health departments buisness records reviews and verify this for yourself! NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN HERE AND ONLY WISH THEY WOULD RETURN OUR MONEY!
