I’ve been visiting these cats and kitties since the boomerang days. Great spot to hang out and pet the cats until your heart is content. The staff is wonderful and the new location is great for the cats. They have a kitten room and an adult side. The staff takes wonderful care of all their residents and if playing and stopping by isn’t enough they do adopt the cats out! Trust me you will want to adopt them all!! They take donations and they have had some cat-centric charity events like kitten yoga which are a lot of fun. Check them out right above laser wolf in Fort Lauderdale…plenty of parking too!

I love coming here and being able to play with the cats/kittens. I haven been here twice since I’ve been in town. It’s a bit different from other cat cafes since they don’t have a time limit for entrance and there is no entrance fee. They are 100% on donations and I urge you to donate at least the amount charged for typical cat cafe since they do deserve it and more, especially if you don’t or can’t adopt...like me. The staff is very kind and interactive and the kitties love to play and the sleep ones are also very sweet....they are all so loving. I highly recommend!

this was my first time going to The good luck Cat café. I had an amazing experience. When I got there I was greeted by Lisa one of the ladies that works there. Lisa and I connected right away I think I spoke to her for like a good three hours. The best conversation I ever had in a really long time. I'm on vacation and I was missing my cat so I went to the good luck cat café get love from the cats ! This place is beyond amazing! If I could've gave them 100 stars I would've!!! The cats are extremely friendly and so is the staff. this Rescue really helps the cats find permanent homes! I wish there were more people like the cat café In this world we live in. I can't wait to come and visit again.Thank you Lisa and the staff for making me have the best experience. We came out here for my daughters 21st bday and the cat café was the best part!

Such a great place to love on some kitties that need TLC. This place is great, they rescue cats and find them loving forever homes. First time visiting, but definitely not my last. An appointment is highly suggested. This place can get pretty busy, and they are limited on how many visitors they can accommodate at once. Light refreshments are available for purchase as well as merchandise and little tchotckes. P.S. Parallel parking outside, this is located on a 2nd floor. I believe only stair access, but I may be mistaken. Look for the gates and kitty sign which I posted for reference. Since its not easy to find when in the car with limited signage. Learned about the Cat Cafe thru my Son's curiosity via the internet. Went there and was very happy to be greeted by some great hosts and met some cool people there also. Too bad we couldn't make the Halloween Party they had going on today 10/28/23. See the Pics attached to my review so you can see some of their cats too.

Fantastic ownership and staff. Everyone was super friendly and clearly had a passion for their work. You can tell with no questions required that the all of the fur babies get the love and attention they deserve and that the staff takes care of the cats and the facility much much better than it is required to be by law. 10 out of 5 start rating.

This is one of the only free cat cafes you can just walk in. They don't really sell coffee, but if you want to spend time with some cute cats, this is the place to go. Any and all donations go to keeping the place open and helping the cats.

We stopped by on a Sunday morning while we were visiting town. We had a wonderful time visiting with the nice people running the place, and we got to play with some very cute kittens. I strongly recommend a visit and consider a donation to this worthy cause.

Amazing rescue where you can find a wonderful fur baby, or just come to get your feline fix. The people will introduce you to every one of their residents, describing their personalities (from chill to spicy) and fill you in on some of their backgrounds.

Such a unique and adorable place. Cats were so cute, loved and taken care of. The staff were kind and informative and the place was very clean. We stopped in here with our 3 kids on the way home from vacation and it didn't disappoint.

The volunteers and atmosphere here is amazing! The adoption process is very thorough as to make sure their cats are going to a good home, but not nearly as daunting as it seemed. The staff made acquiring vet and vaccination records very easy (important to those us who have difficult landlords!). Most importantly, the cats are amazing. Fabulous little place where the cats are well loved and the staff are friendly and happy to chat. Cats are separated from the kittens, the space is all fitted out for their needs. Don't expect an espresso though! It's more cat than cafe.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t adopt one of these sweet babies because my husband has terrible allergies but even so - the staff here was so kind and lovely to me and my daughter and allowed us to come in and meet their kitties and snuggle and pet them. It’s very obvious when you walk in that everyone here deeply loves these kitties, and everyone is so kind. If you’re looking to adopt (or even just snuggle) I highly recommend stopping by! Thank you for having us today, we hope to be able to come and visit more!

This cat cafe has been around for a long time serving the community and helping community cats in the Ft Lauderdale area. The staff is very nice & knowledgeable. All of the cats are very socialized, friendly, healthy and ready to be adopted.

Absolutely loved my visits here thus far. It’s not much of a traditional ‘cafe’, there aren’t too many drinks, but if you were looking for a comfortable place to play with some kitties (and maybe adopt!!) you’ve definitely found the spot. All of the volunteers are lovely— I recommend going on a week day so you can get a little more personal with the cats!

Great place to adopt or even just hang out with the cats. The volunteers are very helpful and kind. Yes, they are currently open (May 2021) as long as you wear a mask. Only a small group of people are allowed in at a time due to social distancing rules, so they recommend scheduling an appointment. However, you can still visit without an appointment if they aren't busy. All of the cats were very healthy, happy and well-taken care of. They have kittens as well. Although it is free to visit, I recommend purchasing a snack/drink or leaving a donation to help them out :) *The place is a little difficult to find. It is upstairs in the building Google takes you to.

I adopted the sweetest baby boy and Laura walked me through the whole process and answered all of my cat care related questions! Would 100% recommend visiting and adopting or donating if possible.

Always a pleasure at the cat cafe! This place sells cans of cola, chips, and things you can get from a vending machine for a donation (it isn't a sit down cafe in that respect but still worth donating and a visit). That said, it's always fun to be around these cats (and hard to go home empty handed since they always have a lovely bunch). If looking for a furry friend, definitely come here, and be also stop by if you just wanna have fun with the kitties. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, too!

Just adopted a forever friend from Good Luck Cat Cafe! I’ve been visiting here for the past couple years and it has always been such a fun and relaxing place to hang out! When I finally decided to adopt, the process was very straightforward and seamless and the staff was very helpful in the process! They show so much love to their furry friends and it shows through with how sweet all the cats are! So stop by and play with the cats and maybe take one home!

What a wonderful place to get true warm and fuzzies by playing with adoptable cats! I have taken my daughter here a couple of times and we always have fun. I love this place and I love the work this rescue organization does. The cafe is adorable and all the cats are available for adoption. I have 2 senior cats in a very small house so I'm unable to adopt but I enjoy going there to hang out with the kitties and get a cup of coffee and make a donation to them as it is run primarily with volunteers and donations. The cats are adorable and so well taken care of by the owners here. Although I can't adopt right now, they really take care of everything before adopting out and I know it would be a seamless process. Everyone is friendly and of course the kitties, younger and older alike, are precious. I highly recommend visiting and supporting them if you can.

This is such a great place. Wonderful spot, great volunteers and the cutest cats. Sponsored by Lady Luck Cat Rescue, the cafe hosts roughly 10 to 15 cats at a time. During covid, they do not serve snacks and drinks and recommend that visitors schedule appointments so that social distancing can be observed. Masks required. Please visit, adopt a cat, and definitely buy their cute cat merch or just simply donate to support these cats and their wonderful rescuers! Oh! And I highly recommend you follow their social media accounts for adorable cat pics and memes.

We've come here a couple times now. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are happy to allow people to visit with the cats. They do have light snacks and drinks for purchase, but it's more of an adoption center. They truly care about the cats and making sure they find the best home possible.

We lost our boy of 17 years this week Not easy.. Most of us have been through this ordeal. Even though we said that we need time between cats.. It only took 2 days. I can't say enough about the Cafe. These people have so much love in their hearts.. But they do take the adoption very seriously. We now have Ramen and Noodles.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Good Luck Cat Café! The volunteers greeted us with a smile, and we were surrounded by lots of love from the adorable kitties. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This organization is run entirely on donations and volunteers, which adds to the special atmosphere. They offer snacks for sale and merchandise, with all proceeds going directly back into supporting the organization. We visited with a friend from out of town, and it truly made our weekend memorable. Lucky for me, this place is close to my apartment, and I’ll definitely be visiting again! There’s no entry fee, but donations are greatly appreciated!

Really enjoyed this place! Please note it's free and and free will donation is available. Also note it isn't a Cafe per say. There's a small fridge with snacks but it's not a place to get coffee and a bite to eat. If you come here I would search local places to eat lunch. The cats are adorable and so loving. I did get bit by accidentally mistaking one cat for another but it didn't leave a mark and we were told this particular cat will bite on occasion. So no big deal, we had a great time!

Incredibly kind and loving staff, they clearly love the animals they rescue. They make sure not only the cats needs are met, but that you have everything you need to ensure a happy rescue. Couldnt recommend coming here enough.

This is a sure place to visit. I love how extremely clean they maintain the cats living space and guests. Very welcoming staff (volunteers) with a cute selection of items to purchase for supporting their business. They require a donation of your choice to visit which is a great way to offer it in my opinion. I will definitely be back I loved every moment I had the two times I came by!

It was my first time visiting a Cat Cafe and they did not disappoint. The cats are happy and healthy. The place is very clean and cozy. The volunteers are amazing and will chat with you about the cats there and are just overall cool ladies. I will definitely be back!

What's not to love? You go in, (watch for kitties upon entry) grab a cat toy on your left, and play away. Or you can go take a seat on the couch and surely one of the kitties join you 😻

Nice little place. We walked in and spent a decent amount of time with the cats. The staff was really nice. Any time we travel we try to make it to at least one cat cafe because we miss our cats and enjoy spending time around cats. We found one cat we really wanted to adopt but didn't because we already have 3 babys at home. It's run on donations and they didn't pressure anyone into feeling like they should pay. We got a water and bottled coffee and they were at cost so I just sent more money. It's a great operation they are running for these cats.

Thank you to the gracious hosts and the team here at Good Luck Cat Cafe 😺, The cats are the sweetest, very playful and they have two rooms set up with toys and a bunch of cat towers and a cool giant hamster wheel for the cats as well there is plenty of seating for you as well. They only ask for a donation for your time spent with the kitties 😻. Go there and hang out, pet some cats, fall in 💕 and maybe even adopt one...it will be good for your overall lifestyle 💯

A wonderful cat rescue place with a great cause. They are more cat visiting place and less cafe. Super friendly staff who loves the cats and truly cares about them. We just loved getting our cat fix and playing with the kittens.

Good Luck Cat Cafe was the best experience I've ever had at a cat café (and I've visited a few of them back in Canada). The volunteers were lovely, the music was great, and we were able to pet adorable kitties to our heart's content! I would 100% become a regular if I lived locally. Definitely recommend visiting!

This is my new favorite place in Broward. It’s a super casual cat adoption center that is filled with lovable cats and kittens that need a home. We spent an hour here just playing with the adorable kittens. If I’m ever looking for a fur baby, I know where to go!

The volunteers do a great job of keeping the place clean and welcoming guests, along with paying close attention to the cat's needs. All the cats come with microchips and have the necessary shots before being adopting.

Mi esposo y yo lo pasamos genial aquí. Veníamos de Orlando y nos sorprendió muchísimo lo limpio que estaba todo. El voluntario que conocimos fue súper amable, y lo que este lugar hace por los gatos es realmente conmovedor. Me sorprendió ver comentarios negativos porque nuestra experiencia fue todo lo contrario. De verdad se preocupan por ayudar a los gatos a encontrar un buen hogar. Pero si esperas una cafetería llena de café y pasteles, mejor no. Hay bocadillos, pero en realidad se trata de pasar tiempo con los gatos. Es un espacio pequeño, pero no está abarrotado, y las donaciones se mencionan con respeto. ¡Me encanta este lugar! ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Fui en dos ocasiones distintas y lo pasé bastante bien. Sé que es un lugar de adopción, pero es un placer poder jugar y acariciar a los gatos; personalmente, es algo que disfruto mucho y me alegra. Las chicas son muy amables, pero insisten mucho en comprar la mercancía, ya que la entrada es gratuita. They aren't concerned about whether the cats go to a loving home; their main focus is on meeting their unreasonable and judgmental criteria. The owner was quite rude and critical. It was a very disappointing experience, particularly when I mentioned my age. The woman compared me to her 23-year-old niece or granddaughter, stating I'm not a suitable candidate because I might have an unstable future. It felt even worse when I explained that I wasn't sure if I would return to my hometown after finishing college, making me feel lost or uncertain about something I can't control or foresee.

I was really blown away today when I spoke to Laura at Lady Luck animal rescue. They will not let me adopt a kitten because I’m 73 years old. This is such DISCRIMINATION!!! I have never heard of something like this in my life. They would rather let animals go Unadopted Then allowing me to give the kitten a wonderful home. Shame on them!

First of all this is not a cafe! It's more of a safe haven for kitties for adoption. Cats are adorable and friendly. However, the owner is not. Gave us a whole spiel about donations and buying things the second we were rushed to step foot inside, without even a hello. She was eating chicken and shooed a cat away aggressively. Very sad and disappointing experience. Also, it's a VERY small studio space, not much room to interact with cats with the number of people awkwardly standing inside. NEVER coming back. Yikes.

We tried to go to their cafe after a pottery class but they didn’t wanna opened the door nor greet us so we decided to leave. We will look for another cat cafe. They were open and people were inside.
