Came to this location before this would be my second time and I haven’t been here in a while. Seen some of the reviews online in that scared me a little bit but I got a Philly cheesesteak no onion, just steak and cheese and I had a great experience the Philly cheesesteak was for him. I ask the ladies if they can make sure that the same way Chino had enough meat reviews, and the sandwich was full with meat I have no complaints because nothing is open right now and it is the holiday time. Thank you Shawna and Pat.

Quick and efficient. The food was tasty and how can you go wrong for getting a six inch or 40 cents? Obviously you got to pay full price for the 12-in but still it's no brainer.

Delicious, fast, and nice dinning area

The folks who work the drive-thru here are always very sweet and polite. They take a minute or two more than other fast food places because they actually make your food with care. AND the food is always delicious. Most of the combos are well over 1,000 calories but they have cold cut subs if you wanna be healthy xD I highly recommend the Original Philly!

Gyro was hot and very tasty, Service could definitely use improvement! AttitudeS WERE almost as if I was bothering their Sunday evening ??

Out of all the Miami Subs Grills I've been to, this one is by far the best. I've never had a problem with the food, drinks, or service. I went to that one way too often. The chicken pita, strawberry & vanilla milkshake were great... among other things.

Took out Philly Cheesesteak Subs. Service was fast, restaurant was clean and food was good.

Love Miami subs cheeseburgers!!!! A solid, real burger in a fast food place is almost impossible to find anymore except for this place. I did pay $11 for a burger and fries though; seems high for a drive through, but you know what? It’s a good burger, so I’ll pay. Their grilled wings are good too.

Mama, (r.i.p.) loved this location. She called it "her Miami subs". We would drive across town to come here after discovering it one day during a rainstorm some years ago. I'm sitting in the lot and once again the smiling service, comfortable, clean dining room and hot, tasty vittles has me smiling up at mama who I'm sure is smiling down on me too. She's happy I'm carrying on the tradition we enjoyed sharing those last years she was with us. So when I'm missing her, I just run on down to Miami grill and enjoy another great meal with her cuz I know she's there with me ! Her fav ? The classic philly cheese steak. I love you mamasita. The fast food here is probably MUCH less likely to harm you than eating at McDonald's will. There was only one person working the front of house, and I'd normally say this is insufficient, but her level of service was astronomical. If Miami subs were a video game, her character would be in multitasking god mode. She took my order, sprinted to the parking lot to return a customer's wallet, got back to her work station in seconds, and continued our conversation. She did all this while answering the kitchen's questions & getting her work done. She was like a combination of Usain Bolt, Keanu Reeves & Rosie (from the Jetsons). All that's left is the raise and leadership training.

Diamond actually caused me to write this review. Out cleaning and asking customers if there is anything else they need and make sure we are all enjoying our meal. The manager Latoya is nice too( I think that’s her name). She remembered my name and actually mean a lot. Food is cooked to order so always fresh. The cook in the back is kind too. Keep it going

Great food, nice people! Angus burger is one of the best in town, and the onion rings are delicious. Fish & chips(I always upgrade and get hush puppies instead of fries)platter is also very good. Their salads are not only enjoyable, they're actually "pretty", look like pictures. Been going here for ages. Actually, going there tonight for meatball parm subs.

Very good cheese steaks - I ordered the classic - I wasn't expecting too much Being from the Philadelphia area I'm picky about hoagies - pizza and cheese steaks. But this one was good - passed my test. Roll was soft but that's what you get down here . Otherwise - I would order from Miami Grill again when I'm in the mood for another cheesesteak 👍

07/30/23 Most recent experience. Jason, Daysia , and Ashley working tonight. Went above and beyond to let me order my meal. Limited staff only serving drive-through. I was able to come inside to order. Gracious crew. Excellent service. Great food. Thank you for your hospitality. I delivered to the BJ's Wholesale Club next to you and every time I deliver here I try to go over and get a meal from you guys cuz everytime I go there it's always been good fresh and hot no complaints tried pretty much everything you guys have from your fish and chips their hamburgers and your cheesesteaks always have been great love your Nathan's fries keep up the good work I'll be back

I order through Uber Eats. I am rating the food as 5 ⭐️ because it was delicious. The only inconvenience the restaurant could not solve or apologized for was missing 2 bottled water. My advice to improve your service will be that when customer order multiple drinks put them all in a cup holder so nothing gets left behind when delivering.

I had a great cashier she was very patient and understanding went above and beyond. I was very greatfull to have her as a cashier as I just left my grief appointment her kindness helped me especially with someone with anxiety. when I left I was looking for my earbud and she delivered it to me by the light also she gave me a bag for my shake and my soda. little things like that help a business grow. Never got her name. any way I got great customer service wish more people were like her we need more of that positive energy.

Gyro platter, substantial amount of meat and salad. I had forgotten about the good quality food that this location provides to customers. Looking in the window was a pleasant surprise clean shelves and clean floors in the work area. A clean environment produces quality food. And the chocolate shake was really good... &, I do know I didn't need it.

We had dinner there, we ordered 4 different dishes everything was excellent 👌 😋, grilled chicken wings perfect, greak salad the best I ever had. The gyro wrap, the 👌 Mac & Cheese so unique. Good food! Fantastic service! Everyone especially Lester, was friendly and served us with a smile and happy attitude. You can tell a good restaurant when the servers give the cooks an order with a "please and a thank you." That is extended to the customers exceptionally well. For a fast food restaurant it is probably the best experience I've had in years!

I purchased crispy wings meal, got it tossed in buffalo sauce all flats. It was cooked to order. The french fries we’re cook correctly and hit the spot. The service worker was informative and funny. Thanks again 10:30am on July 10, 2024 dine in

Place is very well run have been coming here for years. Manger is always very friendly and nice. We really only come to this location because we know they will make the food fresh especially late night.

This location has been performing on another level for my last 5 visits. The order has been correct each time and the food prepared to expectation each time. I am pretty sure i will be visiting this location every time I am hungry and its late. In my opinion this is the best Miami Grill in South Florida 😎

Excellent!!! You can tell the manager runs this store like a top. The food is excellent, the store was spotless, and like my dad always said, "if the washroom is dirty, imagine what the kitchen looks like!" The washrooms were as clean as a high end restaurant. I was really impressed on all points.

Had a Gyro here, was very well made and delicious. I would definitely stop here for another. The lady taking orders was friendly and very helpful with food info. Place was clean. Ate inside and would again as well.

Hubs had a hankering for something to eat after picking me up from work so we decided to go to Miami Grill on the corner of Powerline Road and Commercial Blvd. The place is great for late night cravings and when no other restaurants are open. He ordered a chicken tenders meal and I got a 6inch meatball sandwich. Cravings satisfied. 😉

Bread was a little dry, but you can expect that I think late at night. They are open 24 hours a day at that location and that is very convenient, even if service and quality is off a little bit here and there. The employees are very nice 👍

We went here coz it was close to the airport and we were hungry. I ordered the fish and chips platter. The taste was OK, the ambience and their menu need updating. There was hair in my partner’s salad. But the only positive was the lady who took my order. She was accommodating. It was a 3/5.

Nice place to grab a quick bite at a very affordable price while you're on the go. Cool ambience, nice staff and food was just fine. Nothing very peculiar or fancy, just a simple and sweet eatery serving food. Satisfied!

You drive up and can't tell if they are open because the lights are on, but person working the drive thru you can't hear her. I must have repeated the order twice just to make sure she heard me and she had me pull up to the window to make sure she had it. I should have checked the bag before leaving cause my hash browns were not in the bag so had to drive back and get them. I believe she apologized but can't remember. Food was delicious and hot will give them that. Would return to give them another try. Breakfast was pretty cheap as a meal.

The fries are always great. However, I ordered the grill chicken wing platter, and the wings were BLACK and BURNT. The real problem is that the grill machine is extremely dirty. The staff remade the order and it was still BURNT 🔥 . It left me with no choice than to get a refund . The staff was very nice and understanding and apologized for the inconvenience.

Well, it was late night and God bless the manager for standing in to take our order. Then more people showed up and it was busy last night. And they didnt have any unsweet tea that late in the evening so the cashier gave my husband a bottle of water with his combo. It took a little longer than usual to get our order, but the staff was pretty nice about everything.

We went here because my dad had to go to the bathroom. I waited in the car, so all I am rating is the esthetics of the parking lot. My dad said the bathroom was ok.

The food was good, fries fresh and hot. But, the dining room, although, not a mess, only a single unoccupied table didnt need to be cleaned. The front section was clean but the AC was broken and was about 85 degrees. Fortunate I got in before a mini rush of 4 customers because someone who walked in 5 mins after me was still waiting for their order when I finished eating and left.

Fries are just horrible! The cheesesteaks are good depending on who is working I notice because I come a lot here. Sometimes they give you cold fries and the steak sometimes don’t taste fresh. I think it’s the people in the noon, in that shift that do well on my cheesesteaks.

I ordered 10 Krispy Wing Platter well-done. The lady said 'they are cooked to order'. I said, I am aware that's why I am asking that they be cooked well done. She replied 'no they are already cooked'. I said m, no you don't understand but just give me the platter. Of course just like I expected, when i got home the wings were beautifully browned but under the coating was soft half-cooked fat. I will continue to drive am extra 4miles to the next store where they can accommodate my request to have to wings cooked done.

When you go through the drive thru be prepared to wait a minimum of ten mins, the food will be soggy, and double check your bag regardless of what they say. I like MG since it was Miami Subs. First time I ate here was 2004. Is the only cheesesteak that resembles the flavor I had in college from a food truck. Today, among all the options while driving in SoFlo, I stopped at 891 W Commercial Blvd. The cashier did not hear me well which is acceptable, English is not my first language. I am having “one of those days” with my own restaurant. Why I write? I noticed that the cashier went ro BOH to prepare the sandwich herself. The lady in the kitchen came to FOH. They switched positions. When my food was ready they switched positions back again. What happened with my meal? I have no idea and I don't care. I did not eat it. Not coming back. Charley’s is in town. God is good.

I think you could be so much better than this. The menu is a decent menu. The burger bun was a bit stale. The cheesesteak not so cheesy and the meat over cooked to be crispy. With some care and tweaking these kind of things could be remedied. Serving mediocre food isn’t the ticket. I can remember when I thought you had the best burger on the market. (Long ago) The cheesesteak was great in every way except what I mentioned. I just don’t think you are in business to fail. Go for greatness! Step it up.This menu could easily be awesome.

I was there last night 10:07 pm. I ordered the fish and chips with a drink, my wife ordered the Philly cheese steak with the fries and drink. My fish was over cooked (burnt) my fries was over cooked as well. The only good thing was my wife's cheese steak. I just tried to call 1:19pm it goes voice mail. Real nice

I know fast food isn’t glamorous. However, late night shift cooks have to put some love. I ordered a fish sandwich, fries, onion rings with iced tea. The fries and onion rings (even though both were soggy) were the only two that I was able to eat. The rest was terrible. The majority of West Commercial Blvd restaurants are a big disappointment.

Got the large Philly cheese steak with extra cheese and meat. It cost $18.50. I have been going there since the 90s. The sub I got look exactly like one from the 90s. But only cost 5.99 then, without extra cheese and meat. Tasty good but I had to order something else after I ate it to get full.

Place was empty when we arrived. Took the employee forever to come up front to take our order. In the middle of giving her our order she just walked off? Finally after about 2 minutes she came back and finished the order. After about 3 minutes our food was ready. Got the order and hubbies fries are missing. Last night I attempted to order curb side and it was a disaster. When placing the order I realized it never asked me for my card info but it still went through. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30pm calling the restaurant like the app instructed me to if I had any concerns or questions about my order. No one answered the phone and of course the door was locked. After standing at the door and calling to try to get someone’s attention that the phone is ringing for 15 minutes I ended that attempt. So I go through drive thru at 11:50pm letting the person know the situation and just like the phone no one responded. So I had to repeat myself and after 20 minutes of dead air she finally says “drive around” . I drove off at that point because I don’t have tolerance for foolery. If you don’t want to work somewhere just don’t apply. It’s simple.

I had the worst burnt damn wings and fries on Saturday 10/26/24. I wanted them so bad that night after a party and got them and wanted to trash them. For almost $20 ain’t no way they should be burning peoples food up!!! Not going to that one ANYYY MOREEEE!!

RUDE A** STAFF!!!! Ordered a chicken wrap, asked for no sauce on the chicken, no tomatoes, ranch on the side. I received a wrap with raw onions (not shown in the picture description) tomatoes, and no cheese. I asked them to remake it with no tomatoes. I get the same wrap back after 10 minutes and noticed the staff picked out the tomatoes and gave it back. I asked for a refund and of course received attitude. I was there for 45 minutes and only received attitude from the staff. The staff was also very rude to other customers. If they would spend less time talking about their customers and actually focus on what's in front of them, place could be decent. But when you only have a staff of uneducated people that can't multitask, what do you expect? I would save your time and not eat here. Place was dirty and smelled.

Got HORRIBLE food poisoning from here on my business trip a week and a half ago. Called the store and talked to the manager who then said "you didn't get it from here I don't have any other complaints" when I track what I ate and when symptoms started/ the brown GOO I found caked at the bottom of the salad I had. It was too late by time I found it I had already eaten half the meal. Unacceptable. Then their DM or operations manager calls me and assures me it'll be handled and they'll call me back. Now he's dodging my calls, they still haven't even issued me a refund for the food let alone adressed the near 800$ LOSS due to an illness brought on by their negligence on food preparation. I'm not letting this go. Big companies like this shouldn't be allowed to have a careless attitude to situations like this.

I ordered a two-piece fish and chips the fish was fusioned together like one big mess, the hush puppies were burnt and so were the fries the service was poor, l ended up waiting like 20 minutes for a simple order and the line was building at the counter while the person who was supposed to be there was sweeping the floor, apparently he thought it was more important to sweep the floor than tend to the customers. Needless to say I will never go there again.

Beware of this location on commercial and powerline. Found a mildew fry in my order, called to notify restaurant and the female jamaican manager (Antwanette) was very rude. Instead of acknowledging the situation she rather over talk me in a defensive manner just because it didn't happen on her shift. First and last time visiting this location.

I would not go back to this place. It was totally empty inside but there were cars in the drive-thru. It took 10 minutes before she took my order and another 10 minutes for my chicken pita to come out. The lady was really unfriendly especially when I needed to use the restroom which was locked and then got in there and there was no toilet paper. Not well maintained, should have been more staff on as it was 11:00 a.m. on a weekday. Again I won't be going back. I only put two stars because my chicken was good. Update: I responded to the owner by both phone and email several times and never got a reply back. I guess this response below was just for their benefit to make them look like they cared about my experience in their restaurant but not really. BEWARE even more I say since they probably already know and don't care what is going on there!

Fast, friendly, good service, but there's always a but. The size of these wings. I know chickens aren't known for having long majestic type flights. Shouldn't it have taken flight at least once to be able to call the parts on its upper chest wings? These wings have got to be the smallest wings in the world. There's about a half a bite on each one. Pathetic. If you want wings your better of going to 7-11 across the street. Order fresh the roasted wings you'll be much happier.

I went to the Miami Grill to get a Gyro on a Pita. By entering the Store a nasty smell of used cooked oil ( they must used the same oil so many times ) The girl in front Unfriendly and rude. She must hated her job. Dirty Kitchen. The meat had no taste ! I happened to be a well known Greek Chef and I know about this Dish. Very disappointed overall !

We just came through the drive-thru. I get that customers are rude all the time but it doesn’t give the restaurant leverage to be rude to customers who are otherwise respectful/nice. The guy at the drive thru never rung up our second kids meal so we told them at the window where they added it on and we paid for it separately. When he brought us the order at the second window my husband asked if both of the kids meals was in there just to be sure since the order was not right before. My husband wasn’t rude and his tone was not rude either. Dudes response verbatim “you paid for two right, so why would I bring only one.” Come to find out we don’t have my meal in the bag. We had to turn all the way around to come back to get what we paid for anyways. He was very rude and no apology was given when my husband came back in to correct the order. There were other people there standing in line who were also receiving the same disrespectful attitude from the drive thru attendant as well. My husband wanted his money back, but was told the food was already made, so they gave him the food instead. At this point, my husband felt it wasn’t worth it to argue for his money back based off of the same person telling someone else “it wasn’t his job to make sure all of their food was in the bag. They should have looked through their bag before they left.” To which the person stood in disbelief. They could have and should’ve given the money back at our request. This cashier doesn’t want his job the way he treats the customer and probably the staff around him. I really hope he wasn’t under someone else’s cashier number because the number on the receipt for the employee was 3002. I am only writing in to tell our experience to deter from going to this location as it seems this employee talks to customers this way all the time. So, doesn’t really feel like management wants to correct the issue. I’d just like anyone who reads reviews first to see this to save their coin for better establishment. If management does care enough to reach out, my honest opinion is to train better and fire who needs to be fired if this location wants to succeed.

Horrible food. Bread was stale, broken and burn, lettuce was soggy with a dark color. Just 1 onion slice. French fries overcooked from outside but inside raw. Completely disgusting. I have to throw it away.

BEYOND MEDIOCRE AND OVERPRICED! I kept seeing these drive thrus and decided to give it a shot. Complete waste of time and money. Took way too long for a drive thru and paid over $10 for the combo. Do not recommend at all!

My Coke tasted DIRTY as if it was served from a dirty soda machine full of mold 🤢! After 2 sips, I threw it away 🤦🏻‍♂️. Never knew Miami grill was this terrible. And if corporate responds to this review saying anything about going to their website to contact them, or email them or call them. What would be the difference? On February 24, 2026 4:10AM I visited this location to order a cheesesteak sandwich through the drive-thru, and the experience was very disappointing. The girl taking orders over the speaker was disrespectful and had a bad attitude from the start. She was speaking to me like I was a child instead of a paying customer. There was no professionalism and no basic respect. The tone she used was unnecessary and made the situation uncomfortable. Because of how I was treated, I ended up leaving and going to another location instead. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service matters. I like Miami Grill’s food, but the service at this location really needs improvement. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to be treated with respect.
