Went with my boyfriend. Meal was absolutely amazing! Service was impeccable. A real treat! Was our first time there. Loved the ambience as well as the delicious food! We will definitely be back! 5 star all the way!
Highly recomend. Food, service and atmosphere was amazing! I recommend the stuffed shrimp, eggplant stack, and the chilean sea bass and the peppercorn cream sauce is amazing.
Had an absolute delicious dinner the other night first time visit met the owner Frank. Came highly recommended and they did not fail to deliver. Besides amazing Italian food this place makes the most delicious steaks I have ever had. better and I mean much better than Ruth Chris Fleming's Christie's in Coral Gables Smith & Wollensky and much more places that I have visited. I will definitely be visiting again for what I consider one of the best steaks in all of South Florida. Keep up to good work and thank you for your hospitality. Mangia
This was my second time at Vignetos and the experience didn’t disappoint. Our server was Jordanna she was great and very attentive, elevated the entire experience. Now to the food, as starters we ordered the Mozarella Caprese which being honest I probably wouldn’t get it again as it was nothing impressive. Calamari this one was delicious and we enjoyed it. We brought our own wine their corkage fee was reasonable. Now the pasta, simply DELICIOUS; we opted for chicken parmigiana with spicy marinara if you enjoy spicy you will love it! We also got Asiago gnocchi and I requested to change the sauce to bolognese sauce to add some protein to it, this was FIVE STARS nothing else to add. Tiramisu was okay. My experience was great came for the pasta and enjoyed it we also got leftovers to take home. Looking forward to come back.
Cowboy ribeye you could cut with a butter knife. Everything was amazing impeccable service
Fantastic restaurant! I hadn’t been to this location before and was excited to try it out. We went on a Saturday and encountered a 1-hour and 15-minute wait—but that’s expected for a busy night in March. Once seated, I started with a fine Kentucky bourbon and was pleasantly surprised that a top-shelf pour was only $12—quite a bargain. For appetizers, we had the mozzarella caprese salad, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. For our entrées, we ordered the Frutti di Mare and the catch of the day—sea bass. Neither dish disappointed! The sea bass was perfectly seared on top, beautifully presented, and complemented by an exceptional lemon wine sauce. The Frutti di Mare was just as impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. We finished with a crème brûlée cheesecake—simply wow. Thrilled to have found Vignetos so close to home! Already looking forward to our next visit, where we’ll be trying the Cowboy Ribeye. Highly recommend!
Came in starving after a long day of travel and was desperately craving buffalo chicken pizza, but just a slice- although I could tell it would’ve been very inconvenient considering the end of day rush and none currently available, the two kind gentleman at the front went out of their way to make it for me and it was beyond delicious!! Thank you!
This place is so amazing! Carlos was incredibly helpful We walked in and got sat immediately. I gotta said quality of the food is up there with high in steak houses on the area but much more reasonable prices.
We recently dined at Vignetos Italian restaurant. It exceeded my expectations in terms of service, portion sizes, taste, and drink quality, all while maintaining reasonable prices. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit, displaying attentiveness and professionalism. The food portions were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant fully satisfied without feeling overwhelmed. Plus we had leftovers. The dishes were skillfully seasoned, enhancing the flavors and creating a delightful culinary experience. The alcoholic drinks were expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and complemented the meal wonderfully. What impressed me the most was that all of these outstanding elements were offered at a reasonable price point, making it a great value for the overall experience. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant for its exceptional service, well-portioned and seasoned food, perfectly crafted drinks, and fair pricing.

Vignetos Italian Grill never disappoints! The veal Parmesan was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The chicken piccata with risotto was outstanding as well, with the perfect balance of flavors and a creamy risotto that melted in your mouth. The portions are generous, as always, ensuring you leave more than satisfied. I've never had a bad meal here, and the service is consistently top-notch. Vignetos truly sets the standard for Italian dining. Highly recommended!
Food is beyond excellent and delicious service is excellent come and feel right at home the owners come to your table and greet you.and always find the time to say hello and make you feel like family. Is a must to come and visit.
LOVED IT. This place serves great food. The service was awesome. Definitely love it!
Great food, great service, lovely atmosphere. Great place!
Our food and service from Carrie was amazing! We started with the scallops…did not disappoint! Soft and flavorful with a scrumptious crust. Served with some sort of butter sauce and lemon, absolutely delicious! Pricey but worth it. For entrees- the lobster and shrimp risotto. Delicious and large enough for lunch the next day. My husband had the cowboy steak and loved it. Can’t wait to try more dishes next time!
Excellent spot to share with family or friends! I highly recommend ordering the New York strip, it's a prime cut of meat that literally melts in your mouth. Pair it with a delicious risotto and you'll be in heaven! The service is also top-notch. Definitely a great choice for a night out with loved ones.
Vignetos Italian Grill is an absolute gem! My dining experience here was exceptional from start to finish. We ordered a variety of pizzas, and every single one was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The crust had just the right amount of crispiness, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Their mussels were also a standout—perfectly cooked, tender, and served in a rich, flavorful sauce that was just divine. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a special occasion. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food with a warm and inviting atmosphere, Vignetos Italian Grill is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Five stars all the way!
Wonderful restaurant, service impeccable and excellent food.
The best NY Strip steak I've ever had
great salmon with diavalo sauce. good wine selection
Probably the BEST Italian restaurant in south broward. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh and so very tasty. Prices were very reasonable for the generous portions provided.
Very good italian food and oddly, the best steaks in town, if not the state/country! Tender, juicy, and a great italian seasoning that really elevates it! Nice service, dark chill decor, and just guaranteed good food/time.
They made the best stake I have ever had! I have had a lot of steaks from all over the usa. The cowboy steak is awesome. The scallop appraiser Is really good. And my wife got the fresh fish. This place is great, highly suggest you try.
Everything here is great, consistently. The food and the service is authentic. Many of the staff have been at Vignettos for years!!! Love it here.
One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. We drive an 1 and 20 minutes to go eat dinner there. That’s how much we enjoy it. You’ll never be disappointed with a dinner at Vignetos. Fettuccine carbonara and their bacon wrapped shrimp are my favorites.
I read all the bad reviews and figured they had to be the competition leaving them. I've eaten here a least twice a month for the past 10 years while working in south florida. I can absolutely say this place is great. The best steak hands down anywhere is south Florida. You wouldn't think that at a Italian restaurant but I promise you their New York stip will be the best you've ever had. Their cut of meat is not some cheap cut like most places. Definitely worth a try. You won't be disappointed
We were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday! Frank and Johnny went above and beyond to make this day special! Fun environment, excellent service, and amazing food🥳🤤🤤🤤. Highly recommend bacon wrapped shrimp, scallops, blackened sea bass, baked cauliflower, and New York strip! Oh and the chocolate cake is a must!! Best restaurant in town! Friendly and family environment with best drinks, food, and service! Thank you so much for your hospitality and high quality food!! Viva 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹, from another 🇮🇹🇮🇹! God bless! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
By far the best Italian restaurant in Florida. As a former New Yorker I know what a great restaurant is and this one is definitely one. My wife and I have dinner here every Friday night.
Used to go to the Weston location for over 15 years. Now we only have the plantation one, they better not sell, best Italian food in Broward
This place is awesome. If you love Italian food you'll love this place. The plates are huge and even bite is fantastic. Go here hungry because you don't want to leave a drop of food on your plate.
Best Italian food!!! Service is amazing. Delicious appetizers! Must try the Calamari and Shrimp. Also the Tomato and Cheese very fresh. My favorite is the Lasagna. Price is reasonable. The bread warm and great with Olive Oil. Cannot eat Italian anywhere else only Vignetos!! Waiters are the most friendly and helpful.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. Love Vignetos!!
Amazing food!!! Carolina was our server and she was the best! We will def’ go back!
Our waiter was awesome, and the food was fantastic. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The veal marsala was a big serving and really delicious. Nice, subtle vibe inside.
This place is AWESOME! I have been here a few times now on different occasions and every time has been an exceptional experience. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional, the food is some of the BEST I have ever had, and the ambiance is just perfect. There is no other Italian Grill I recommend higher. From the veal, to the rigatoni, to the steaks, everything we have ordered has been delicious and cooked perfectly. I have even recommended this restaurant to folks I meet at work who are visiting from out of town. It has become a favorite for our family, as well as our go-to date night spot.
Only downside is no reservations allowed and this place does get busy. We attempted to go 2 prior times but wasn't waiting the 45 min so left. We went early to avoid a wait on the 3rd attempt but adding reservations would definitely be convenient and make this a full 5 star review. I'd normally take off a star for this.. but the food and service were so good it seemed unfair. Will definitely be returning.. I just wish at like 8pm instead of 5:30pm. When we left around 730 there was a long line outside. Also wish a baked potato was an option with the steak as options were risotto, pasta or fries. Son chose fries. Mozzarella caprese was also delicious and light as appetizer.
Absolutely amazing place, first time trying and will definitely be coming back. We had the bacon wrapped shrimp and meatballs with ricotta for our appetizers, I had the Filet Mignon with vegetables and my fiancé had the New York strip. We shared a bottle of the Toscana wine and for dessert we had the tiramisu. It was perfect! Our server was on point with everything, extremely knowledgeable about the wine menu and food to pair it with, very attentive. Can't wait to visit this place again.
Wow! I was in the mood for Italian food and this place did not disappoint. If you want a taste of authentic home cooked Italian food this is your place. So incredibly savory with very rich deep flavors of Italy. Inside scoop, get the roasted portobello mushrooms, you’ll thank me later 🫰🏽🤌🏽 🤤
Great food, excellent atmosphere and good prices ! More than anything great service !
Travelled most of the World and recently heard GREAT KUDOS about their market priced steak . Guess what ? The New York Prime was better than anything we previously had in most countries . Go early , bar opens at 4pm , dining at 4:30 . Your waiter even opens the door for you when you leave .
Great experience! Large portions, nice and lively dining ambiance, & good service. My Calabrese mother has visited numerous times and recommended it. We had the giant eggplant parmesan ($17) substitute pasta for vegetables and the seafood risotto which comes with shrimp and a lobster tail (MP was $39). Warm crusty bread at the table. Finished with a slice of crème brûlée flavored cheesecake.
My wife and I love to come here. The food is always delicious and the portions are enough for two meals....so I have lunch for the next day!

Huge scallops and a seafood feast that was flat amazing. All ingredients cooked to perfection. Wife had noodles and meat sauce. Minestrone was different but very good. Carlos was a great waiter. Must try this place.
My family had some of the best service ever from Carlos. The food was amazing and my wife said the espresso martini was one of the best she has ever had. Highly recommend!
Great food, always full , no reservations, bar area is first come first serve, be prepared to wait. Portions of food are huge and tasty definitely going to have a take home..Drinks are really good.
Literally had a birthday dinner last min tonight. Not only did they accept our table of 6 but the service food and management top tier. Shoutout to Carolina our server and Joe one of the owners. This was our first time and we most definitely will be back.
Always great food - NY Steak is a hit! When Italians love your food and say their nonna would have made it the same, that's a wonderful compliment! Service is pleasant, John at the bar is outstanding. Can get busy but has a nice vibe. Reasonable prices. A local go to spot for any occasion.
I have been going to this place since it was just a little hole in the wall - that’s more than 20 yers now and nothing about the food or service has changed. Top notch! Rolando is amazing and Gino makes you feel appreciated. The food is nothing short of exhilarating. You MUST try the pork or lamb chops. I don’t usually eat out, but if it do, it HAS to be Vignetos. The food, ambiance and service is simple spectacular and the price is reasonable. I always feel at home at Vignetos. Megan.
The food is consistently outstanding and the service is truly exceptional. The Vig serves the best filet mignon in all of Broward County—perfectly prepared every time. The Snapper Piccata is another exquisite dish that never disappoints. This restaurant is warm, family-friendly, and an excellent choice for any occasion. Thank you to Frank and the entire team for being such a cherished staple for our family and friends!
Reminiscent of the best Italian American restaurants from Federal Hill in Providence to New Jersey. Great steaks seafood pastas and veal. And the best stuffed pork chop I’ve ever had. Lively atmosphere and warm service. A must try, and on my regular rotation forever more.
Our group of 12 had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Vignetos. The wait staff provided outstanding service. Everyone in our party felt the food was delicious. I had the Chicken Chicio. The portions were large. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Heard about this place. It was close to where we had a meeting. So we stopped for an early dinner. Mom absolutely loved her meal. So did I...staff was very polite. Good atmosphere, food was fantastic. I will come back!
Honestly this is the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Prices are also surprisingly good considering their food is amazing. Do yourself a favor and get their Penne Alla Vodka…. Genuinely you will not be the same after you try it. And though I love tiramisu (and it is good here) you need to get the chocolate cake, absolutely delicious. Can’t go wrong with anything here though, all of their food is great.
OMG!! this place is always busy, anD how do I know that if I do the eat there?. By passing those waiting for their seating when picking up my to go order I've ordered take out from here three x's in the past week or two. THE best food on the menu once you factor in the price, meatballs with ricotta, $12.00. Comes with one very very delicious bread, order more for $1 each. And a 16 Oz Xtra side of sauce, $6.00. We add our own pasta at the house and anything else you may want and for 20.00, two people eat the best meatballs I've had in a long time. I hope management doesn't see this as a problem and changes the prices. We also have ordered to go the chix parm. 1 meal is plenty for 2-3 people and some of the best chix parm I've ever had. And great salads. And they answer their phones with professionalism and knowledge of the menu. Also best bread and butter ever. This take out order IMO is a 10 score. Can't wait for our next meal from Vignetos in Plantation. No photos, but please trust me, the classiest food and a price that's not unreasonable.
Great restaurants. The food was excellent and the servers were the best. Everything was perfect. Will definitely go back again and bring business associates, friends, and relatives with us. Highly recommend it!

This was our first time at this location. We had always gone to the one in Weston, which was recently sold, so we decided to come here. The restaurant was very nice but very different from the other one. The food was good but not as good as the other location. The service was good and on point.

It has been awhile since we dined at Vignetos Italian Grill, yet we found the food as consistently excellent as always. We had the Baked Clams for an appetizer, and they were deliciously prepared with fresh, whole clams. For our main courses, we enjoyed Shrimp Parmigiana which was delicious and large enough to feed an army as well as the Frutti di Mare, which featured super fresh seafood over pasta. We ended this lovely meal by sharing a creamy, tasty Tiramisu. The reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the young lady who “greeted” us at the podium when we walked in. Yes, this restaurant was packed with locals, and we had a forty minute wait. And, yes, I am sure she was tired, even though they had just opened two hours prior to our arrival. However, the “greeter” must at least feign some enthusiasm for customers. Rather, she greeted us with exasperation, was impatient that I didn’t rattle off my phone number quickly enough, and when she did seat us, she was 20 steps ahead of us, never looking back to see the obstacles in front of us due to so many people. She put the menus on the table, threw us a quick smile, and hurried off without even an “enjoy your dinner.” As an Italian, I am accustomed to a much warmer and politer ambiance, and it starts with the person that has initial contact with patrons. With that said, the food was delicious, and Carlos our server was excellent! There is plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant. Just be prepared to wait a bit as Vignetos is always busy!
We had a good dinner at this Italian restaurant. The pasta and pizza were both decent. I ordered the fish piccata, which was the special of the day, and it was fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The service was the best part. Our server, Kevin, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, checking on us regularly to ensure we were happy with our meal.
Great food!❤️ Excellent service! Thank you to the waiter. Sorry I don’t remember his name but very courteous and gave us a recommendation.
The food here is pretty good. It's not very consistent though. Sometimes it's awesome and sometimes it's just fine. It's never been bad though, so that's good news. I'd happily visit more times going forward.
Very good old fashioned New York style Italian, homecooked, I think. Mostly seniors, yes, I am 66, but do not look it, so walking in is sometimes awkward. They sure want you to order more....appetizers, cocktails, sides, etc. I am petite; no extras, just eggplant and broccoli....take half home with me. The Tiramisu for dessert is divine. Do not look around as you will see the gament of active and much older. Just enjoy your meal and skip the upcharges if you wish.
We stopped by ther for a late dinner. The place is truly unique and inviting. The customer service and overall experience was great. Service was super fast, lasagna was simply mouth watering and mussels we're cooked perfectly. If you are looking for italian food this is a place to go to in this chain restaurant surrounded area.
Francis handling the seating in the bar area is rude. He supposedy keeps a list of who is allowed to sit at the high tops. But he never asked for our names when we first came in. So is this a secret list???

Great service, good wine! The food didn't have much taste but it's definitely all about the presentation. Besides we all eat with our eyes first
This place is fine for a local Italian spot. Food was very average, nothing seemed fresh. The bread was brought out promptly after we were seated but we didn’t have a server come to the table for at least 10 minutes. She apologized when she greeted us and after that she was very attentive. It was nice she kept our water glasses filled, that’s hard to find these days. Overall, I was not impressed with the food and will try other Italian restaurants in the area before returning.

This Italian restaurant has very good food. I enjoy coming here almost everything that I’ve ordered is very tasty. It’s a nice sit down type restaurant. It isn’t super fancy but definitely not a casual restaurant. The one complaint is when the server tells me we have a full bar but when I order a mojito they tell me they can’t make them??? Why?? I had four of them the last time I visited this place. Anyways, that kind of made me take this restaurant from four to three stars. You can’t tell me I can’t have a mojito after you said we have a full bar. The server we had that day was kinda a B server compared to the usual A service that I’m used to getting there. He still got a 22% tip but it was a lot less with five less drinks between me and the wife. I still recommend based off of the previous visits.
The food and scenery is amazing first of all.But my main issue is someone that goes by the name “ha/ hah” served me a few days ago and her attitude was terrible.I would notice her attitudes behind a forced smile. She rolled her eyes at my mother once and i don’t condone such a thing when it comes to customer service.
Not the best . Hostess bearly greeted us and simply asked how many. No smile, no hello . Server was just ok . I ordered the Veal Parmasan and was disappointed. I thought for sure at $34 it would be tender and a step above our local pizzerias but it was the same. Tough and tasteless. My husband had yellowtail and he enjoyed that. The meatball appetizer was just ok. They have a guy walking around the restaurant checking to see if you need your plates taken away. He circled around about 10 times. Just a bit creepy because he nevet smiled or asked of we needed anything he just looked at our table. Our server also never asked how we were. Did not check on us after the food runner left. We were one of maybe 4 tables seated when we arrived (early seating around 5:15) however it was full when we left at 6:45. If anyone has a good recommendation for veal please let me know.
Tried this restaurant because of all the hype and good reviews, but it was very disappointed. We ordered drinks then the food salad came. She asked if I wanted another glass of wine. I said not right now, but I will. Next thing you know the food came we were not even done with the salad and she never came back to see if I wanted another glass of wine. The chicken was dry.
Our server was fantastic! She was efficient beyond words. The food was flavorless. So much so that I had to resort to using the Parmesan shaker to add some flavor to the pasta. Sorry, no.
My husband had the seafood risotto and he got food poisoning. Very disappointing.
had high hopes for this Italian restaurant, but it didn’t quite deliver. The food was disappointingly bland — even the pasta dishes, which should’ve been rich and flavorful, fell flat. It felt like the seasoning was either forgotten or dialed down too much. The service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed disengaged, and we had to wait longer than expected for basic things like water refills and the check. No one was rude, but there wasn’t much warmth or attentiveness either. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. With a bit more flavor in the food and a more attentive staff, it could be worth revisiting — but as it stands, I won’t be rushing back.
Our Filet ordered medium and came out blackened and very rare in the center. Also ordered a cowboy ribeye it came out as a bone in ribeye that was not cooked properly. No manager around, would not go back! We were excited to eat at this restaurant🤔
