Our waiter was phenomenal, she recommended the spinach dip and suggested the entrées that my husband and I absolutely adored. I had a caramel cheesecake for dessert that was 10 out of 10. "Absolutely, I highly recommend it!" this restaurant. Our waitress was Michelle. My husband had the lamb chops and I had the Salmon. The ambience was beautiful and welcoming.
Such an underrated Italian restaurant.. Prawn butter pasta was incredible! Great portion size, amazing flavor! Service and kitchen on point.
Consistent quality: I've been to Brio locations in a few states now and they always meet my high expectations. I enjoyed the Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbiata and my relatives raved about their dishes, which included steak, lobster, shrimp, calamari and great sides.
Brio has some great dishes. This is the shrimp eggplant appetizer, a little spicy but not too hot. Peppery really. Made for a nice light snack meal. Never had a bad time at Brio.
Amazing Dinner at Brio! Had an awesome dinner at Brio Italian Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—everything from the appetizers to the entrées was packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on dessert… pure perfection! The service was just as great. Leo was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. He really went above and beyond!
The restaurant is very nice and everyone is friendly. Very yummy food. Chef Danny is great.
Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food. Shawn was an amazing server, he handled our large party with ease. Would definitely eat here again!
Our absolute favorite for happy hour and dinner. It's super friendly staff Sean, serves right on the mark with every dish that we ordered. The gelato is a must, and on special occasions the manager will even make it extra special. Great atmosphere, and well worth the drive to relax and enjoy. 5 stars.
I hosted a bridal shower in their semi-private room. The manager Bobby was wonderful. He and his staff set our area up just the way we needed it. They took notice to every detail and made sure it was all taken care of. All of the food was fantastic. Very flavorful. The servers were so polite and attentive. I am beyond pleased with the entire experience and thrilled that our guests of honor enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for making this special day one to remember!

I initially ordered takeout from here for my Birthday last night. I’m here in Florida alone without even family so I decided for my birthday I’ll to just get to go vs dining in. It was not what I wanted. I called in to let them know there was an issue with my order, the lady I spoke to (I wish I remembered her name) was very nice and empathetic and she connected me with the manager Francesco. Long story short, I came in for dinner tonight and he made up for everything and beyond. The way his staff is and how he runs things is how a restaurant should be. I felt like I was with family for my Birthday and was even given dessert with a candle and a note signed by Blair 💙. I had my son (19) who is up North on video chat and he was even impressed. This has to be hands down, my best and favorite situation turned right in Florida. I wished every restaurant models after them and the team Francesco has put together. I definitely will be back here very soon. Thank you all for making sure my birthday dinner was perfect!! 💙💙💙
Halle was the waitress taking care of my party and she was very respectful. Always coming back to check on us for anything we needed and very patient with us!
We’ve been to this Brio’s many times and have never been disappointed with the experience. However, today was exceptional. Our server, Halle, did everything to make our visit memorable. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with 2 seniors enjoying an early dinner. We were not rushed in any way and she was attentive to our requests. So very pleasant as she served our appetizer and dinner. What a pleasant attitude and generous with her smiles. We hope that on our next visit she’s working because we will certainly ask for her to serve us!!
HALLE :) was so kind and attentive to us she was on the roll being a busy Monday I’d say she was the best considering the steak was taking long to cook she made sure to let us know she was being attentive making sure our drinks where filled up and we were updated
Halle provide outstanding service. Made our dining experience special. Here with friends celebrating their anniversary.
Halle was a wonderful waitress! Very patient and sweet. We enjoyed having her as our waitress!
We went there Sunday, November 29, 2020, around 6pm. Its a beautifully decorated restaurant, makes u feel like if you were right in Italy (been there) As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted and seated. Our server was very kind, attentive and quick, we asked his name but couldn't hear his name clearly but I believe he said Vincent. The food was good, and prices were reasonable. I'm not from the area but if I was to be close I'd go again. Highly recommended.
Brio is a go to when I'm craving Italian food with great service. The Lobster Bisque is super delish! My lasagna was enough to feed 2 of me but that's why they have to go boxes lol! Wife got a Braised Beef dish she was super tasty..overall an easy win and 5* from me. Side note Colin was attentive, responsive, and great!
Our server Michelle made it feel very welcoming and the service was exceptional. Food was fantastic as well. Cutlets were a hit!
Really great experience at this restaurant, service was stellar and food was shockingly good. They have a great happy hour . The sous chef Dariel was incredibly accommodating in making a sautéed calamari in place of the fried and it was sheer perfection. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented. The beef carpaccio was perfect also. Highly recommend!!!
We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Our server, Janelle, was the best ever. She was very friendly, checked on us multiple times to be sure our food was perfect and refill our drinks. She gave great reccommendations as well! The food was incredible and we will be back soon! Thank you, Janelle, for a great experience!
Met up with friend yesterday, Adriano and Michelle are the best servers! Adriano makes the best old Fashions and reminded us to order before happy hour was over. Food was good and Michelle was friendly and upbeat. It's a great place to sit outside and catch up with friends without being rushed.
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Brio Tuscan Grille recently, and I have to say—my experience was made unforgettable thanks to our incredible waiter, Adam. From the moment we sat down, Adam went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His warm, professional demeanor, deep knowledge of the menu, and impeccable timing made the entire evening seamless. He made thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be spot-on (seriously—don’t skip the [insert your favorite dish here]!), and his attention to detail was impressive without ever feeling overbearing. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely elevates your dining experience, but Adam did exactly that. He was personable, attentive, and had a natural way of making us feel like VIPs. If you’re visiting Brio, do yourself a favor and ask for Adam. He truly sets the gold standard for service. I’ll absolutely be coming back—and it’s largely because of him
Our server Halle was amazing will definitely return because of her!
Halle was the best server ever! She was attentive and personable and has a great bed side manner. She definitely deserves a RAISE!!!
Hallle did a wonderful job serving us. Everything was prompt, food was great, and Halle was very welcoming and professional.
My daughter and I went here for lunch but we noticed they had a new brunch and decided to try it. We have been there before and live the food and ambiance. We both had the Bistecca Alla Romano, which is their take on Eggs Benedict. A small piece of beef tenderloin, cooked to your liking, is layered on top of a Parmesan crusted tomato slice. The beef is topped by a poached egg and a small bit of hollandaise sauce (pro tip: ask for extra sauce!). This is accompanied with beautifully baked golden fingerling potatoes and a crostini. It was simply delicious and I paired this with their White Peach Sangria. FABULOUS!! Our waiter (I think his name is Sam) was very attentive. We will be back again!
We enjoy Brio and had the pleasure of having Halle serve us tonight. She was very gracious in greeting us and serving our needs. Halle was knowledgeable regarding the menu and was very efficient in serving the meal. We enjoyed our evening and her smile is very inviting for guests. We would love to have her again when we return to Brio.
Halle was an amazing server, very attentive and very welcoming. My husband and I both appreciated her passion for her job and she went above and beyond in her service.
5 of us went here on a busy Sunday. We had made reservations, so we were seated right away when we arrived. The staff here are all AMAZING. They work very well together. That food was DELICIOUS. The decor and feel are very Authentic when you think of and American Italian family restaurant. You also have a full view of the kitchen which is cool. I had ordered the Vodka pasta and never realised it had an ingredient I didn't want. They went above and beyond to make it right. Even the manager came over personally. Truly TOP NOTCH service. I shall return.
We decided to go to Brio for a late Father's Day dinner. It is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for....large portions of delicious Italian food 😋. My family got 3 appetizers (the shrimp and eggplant was a bit hot because of the pepper but overall very good), several entrées and 2 kids portions (whoa they were huge), neither of my kids finished. I split the Chicken Milanese with my mom because we aren't big eaters lol more than enough! The Caramel Cheesecake was sooo good! Overall amazing atmosphere, our server was very attentive. The white wine sangria was a hit! I had 2! I will just photobomb pics here for your foodie pleasure.
My girl friend and I went to Brio for lunch on Christmas Eve. My girl friend ordered the lasagna, to our surprise the Chef came to our table to tell us the lasagna was burnt and he didn't want to serve that serving of lasagna. The Chef offered a different dish that was just as succulent ( The Chicken Alfredo pasta. ) Like an artist the Chef went and cooked up a new batch of lasagna and gave us a couple of portions to take home on the house. I want to thank Darian, the Chef for his professionalism and his artistic talent in the kitchen . Darian if you read this, Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Love coming to BRIO! Halle was the best server! She was so attentive and made sure she took care of our party. Cant wait to come back! Thanks Halle for making my cousins birthday memorable!
Halle was our server and did an excellent job. Great recommendations for meals and desserts. Service was top notch as well.
Halle was a really good server! This place is always a good choice, but in this case in particular, the lasagna was a little colder than usual. Thank you Halle for your attention.
Brio crushed it tonight. Started with Happy Hour. Then to dinner. Our server Michelle was super friendly and on point with every recommendation. Delicious. Comfortable pleasant atmosphere. Manager Leo also friendly and had the floor running smoothly. We’ll be back.
The service has been outstanding, Edriana was so helpful, nice and sweet. She has given us the best recommendations of the different dishes. 5 starts for her! ❤️
I love this place so much. My daughter and went quite a few times. She told me that we are taking a break. The food, service, prices, and atmosphere is amazing!!We have been going there for years. The staff is so awesome!!🥰
I love Brio. It’s a friendly environment that always keeps me coming back. My carpaccio platter never disappoints. And the appetizers are all amazing.
I have been grabbing takeout for my family once or twice a week for close to a year. Brio is consistently clean the staff is always professional and the food most importantly is consistently great. Sign up to receive updates and you will get coupons for $20 off $50 quite frequently and when you think of two great delicious meals for the price of two McDonald's combos it's mind-boggling I don't know how they do it but I'm so appreciative Brio is in my neighborhood.
The food was absolutely superb. Without question Michelle was the best. The service was quick and excellent. She provided the best customer service I have had all 2025
Brio absolutely delivered—from happy hour through dinner, the food was delicious and the atmosphere welcoming. Our server was attentive, friendly, and right on point with every dish and recommendation, while the manager kept things running smoothly. Between the amazing seasonal specials, refreshing cocktails, and must-try desserts, this place continues to be our go-to for a memorable evening out.
Had my birthday dinner here and it was an amazing experience. Halle was our server and she was very nice and professional, she even brought us a complimentary cake to celebrate! I will be coming back soon!
My husband and I are visiting from out of town and we enjoyed our dinner at Brios. Pasta was great and the service was wonderful! Halle was our server and she was extremely kind and was great throughout the meal! Would come back again.
Came today to eat with my family and the food was excellent, but what we loved was how Halle's service. She treat us as family, food was perfect and presentable. I recommend this place.
We took a break from working on our new house to treat ourselves to dinner. Halle was our waitress and gave us excellent service. They went above and beyond in helping my elderly mother and provided excellent service. On top of that the food was excellent!! Definitely will come again.
This place has once again exceeded my expectations and proves that this place is great for multiple occasions. This time I went to Brio for a company party and I was once again blown away by the food and service. Our waitress was Madison and she was fantastic! She was very attentive and accommodating and great at taking pictures. She made sure to cater to everyone's wants and needs and I appreciated that about her. The food was exceptional, from the Cesar salad to the chicken parmesan to the tiramisu.
Brio Italian Grille is a Tuscan inspired restaurant offering authentic Italian cuisine. The interior was very nice with its inviting ambiance and earthy tone decor. There's an open kitchen where you can view the cooks preparing various dishes and the sous chef getting those dishes out to their designated tables. I sat at the bar where my server, Adriano, took my order of a glass of white peach sangria and the mezza pasta Brio lunch combo. The sangria was crispy and refreshing. The pasta Brio lunch combo was served with your choice of soup or salad. I chose the Caesar salad which was lightly tossed in a creamy dressing and topped with croutons. The pasta was al dente with a mixture of chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and red peppers in a delicious red pepper cream sauce. I had some room for dessert and ordered their creme brulee and a 6oz glass of Moscato. The Moscato was a different brand from what I was accustomed of drinking, yet it paired nicely with the dessert with a crisp taste. This was my first time trying creme brulee and I must say it was delectable! Very soft and creamy custard with a caramelized sugar crust on top. Honestly I felt like having another one, but my stomach was full to capacity. I had a pleasant and filling lunch at Brio Italian Grille. Received satisfactory service from Adriano who checked on me in a timely manner and asked if things were to my liking. I look forward to return to try another dish or stop by for happy hour.
Excellent service! Food was AMAZING..Darrien the chef exceeded my expectations, and Shanna our waitress was AMAZING.. we came with a large party, and she didnt get flustered or anything! She handled it so well! Our orders were all correct, and anything we needed, we recieved in a very timely manner. I cant wait to return to Brio Plantation in the future
Our Server Giovanni was great! He made our experience a fantastic one. We loved the music they were playing, I reccomend the pepperoni and sausage flatbread, as well as The chopped salad. The only thing I was not a big fan of was the complimentary bread. I would definitely come back.
Our server Halle was great! Very attentive and also gave us our space to chat and enjoy. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and she brought us a complimentary piece of cake. Great experience!
My experience at this location has been PHENOMENAL! Chef Darien put his heart and soul into making our dishes. And our waitress Shanna gave the absolute BEST service! I will definitely be back and hope to see Shanna and Chef Damien again. Thanks for the great service.
Halle was a great server. She was attentive and made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be coming back.
Our server, Halle was very patient and meticulous in taking our order. I was at a party of 14 plus people and Halle was so nice to us. She was also honest about the food, and my husband loved the food she recommended. All our food came at the same time in a timely manner. Halle made such a difference on our experience and I really appreciate her.
nelly was awesome!! we got the shrimp & eggplant to start, pasta al a vodka, lemoncello lemonade & white peach arnold palmer which were all her recommendations. we werent expecting but totally appreciated not having to box up our left overs since she did it. we’ll definitely be back for her! thank you nelly ❤️
We were a group of 15 and requested individual bills -no problem. Food was delicious and service was awesome. Our waitress, Yuyu, was exceptional. She gave us wonderful service, so very pleasant, made herself available to help with any request, and always with a smile. Yuyu are AWESOME! Thank you so much!
Halle is amazing! Our food and service were perfect…..from flatbreads to pasta and salad, we had a lovely experience on a non-prime (Monday) night. This location is on its game, so don’t hesitate to stop by! Thank you for a fantastic experience 😉
As soon as I walked in the establishment , I was greeted by a young lady by the name yuyu. She was very energetic and had much knowledge of the menu and wine assortments. The food was very fresh and my lamb chops were made too perfection. I have eaten at many Italian restaurants. The atmosphere is very enlightening. Yuyu brightens up the establishment. She entertains all her guest personally and treats everyone equal. If you have been to Brios in the past , you must try this location in plantation. Very professional and food is very exquisite.
Halle was super friendly, gave a great description of the foods, quick to bring us our food & drinks. Very sweet young lady. Willing to give us a good dining experience.
5 stars all the way! Halle was an absolute standout server! From the moment she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile, she made our dining experience unforgettable. Halle was incredibly attentive without being overbearing: she timed everything perfectly, kept our drinks refilled proactively, and offered spot-on recommendations that turned out to be the highlights of our meal. Her friendly energy, made us feel like VIPs. Service like Halle’s is what keeps us coming back—thank you for making our night so enjoyable!”
My husband and I went for the first time to early dinner. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and beautifully set. The food was outstanding every dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The service truly made the experience even better; the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s clear they care about their guests. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning!
Our server, Nellie is absolutely amazing If you get a chance to have her wait on you. She remembers your drinks from the last time you were there. Remember’s what some likes and does not, then makes wonderful suggestions. That’s really impressive and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. I think service is number one when we choose to eat for our family or our business. You can have good food, but you need great service with it and this has it. I would highly suggest the vodka pasta. We do like the lobster Bisque. If you have a picky eater get the spaghetti Bolognese. I personally love the Limoncello drink they have, Happy hour prices are better for this drink. Tiramisu is wonderful, my son prefers the bread pudding they have. When we arrive back into Fort Lauderdale/Plantation, we look forward to going here.
Great service from Halle! From the moment we walked in the staff was attentive and welcoming. Peter and his staff has definitely turned our previous experience around. Great job team and we will definitely be back!
10/10 experience and I will be back. We were kindly seated and greeted by our friendly server Nell. We went around brunch time and wasn’t sure what to try so Nell lead us with some tasty decisions and we decided to try the lamb chops and pasta Al a vodka with shrimp. Absolutely so delicious, fresh and the portions were great. It was a little busy and started to pick up but Nell never lost sight of our table and the tables in her area. We were absolutely delighted and impressed with her service and kindness. The bus boys were great too keeping everything cleanly and maintaining as the rush kept going. Can’t wait to try the brio burger next Nell recommended!
This review is to mainly complement our server Halle at the Plantation Brio. After we were seated, we waited over 10 minutes without anyone approaching us for service. It was early (5:30 PM) and not busy yet, on a Sunday. Halle noticed us, asked if our server came to us yet, even though it was not her station, she apologized on the restaurant’s behalf for the long wait to be acknowledged and said she will take care of us. Not only did she take care of us, her attentive and professional service was over the top incredible. The best service we’ve seen delivered in a restaurant for some time. We dine out weekly approximately 1-2 times. Brio Plantation should be proud to have Halle their staff.
Halle was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, warm, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and truly elevated our dining experience. Her positive attitude and care did not go unnoticed. We would happily ask for her again. Thank you, Halle, for such excellent service!

Took my daughter for her birthday dinner. We were a party of seven. The drinks and food was good. I was not impressed with the Lobster Bisque. I've had better at another location, and my family said the same. The kids portion dinner were a good size. The white Sangria was really good. The Sausage Rigatoni Arrabiata was amazing as well as the Chicken & Spinach Fettucine.

Good happy hour. Drinks specials are the same as other places. The food was actually very good tough! Ordered bar bites which were good sized. Burger was a full burger cut into 4. Shrimp was excellent. Bit spicy. Margarherita dip was very good as well. Small bar area so you need to get there early if you want to sit for happy hour which ends a bit early at 6:30pm.
I’m a Miramar resident and have been going to Brio for years. I sit at the outside bar with friends, we enjoy chatting with Stacy. There is always a friendly banter. I have always been greeted pleasantly and received excellent service.
First time at @brioitaliangrille for happy hour and I wasn’t disappointed! I will most definitely be back to try more items. Service was good 8/10! The calamari wasn’t as crunchy as I would like but you can’t complain for $6 right? My lunch dates enjoyed their burgers, which were also $6. They have a good cocktail selection and I’m looking forward to trying them all ;)
I Got Lasagna. $24. And to be honest I will never go back. The sauce tasted like any sauce you get from a jar.
The food was ok. The entrée could have been a little bit warmer than presented. We had the Spinach artichoke dip with the parmesan flatbread which was delicious .My entrée was the Grilled Salmon Fresca . My friend had the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions. Overall not a bad experience
Our server Adam did a phenomenal job serving us. He's a really great guy. The whole staff is always very accommodating and kind. Wonderful atmosphere too. The portions and food are not as great as they used to be before COVID, but otherwise Brio is a classic. They are also not as generous as they used to be on bread and cracker portions. The place just gives failed private equity re-capitalization. It's a shame because it's a wonderful restaurant that we all cherish from our childhood.
Service throughout our entire dinner was super slow. Was never offered or brought our bread. Ordered a signature white sangria- came super late it was just okay. Our food took forever to come and when it did presentation was ok. But it was super bland not at all anything to rave over it. Ordered desert. Also took long time . But was okay. Asked for bread since I didn't really eat my food. And that was so good. Warm fresh bread with butter. I definitely would not come back. 4 plates plus desert plus a cup of lobster bisque 2 drinks and 3 juices =173$ not including tip
I’ve been a loyal diner at Brio for dinner, but this time, my partner and I decided to try brunch. While the atmosphere was as lovely as ever and the service from our server was excellent, the food was a major letdown. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and unfortunately, it was disappointing in both portion and flavor. For $18, I expected a hearty meal, but what arrived on my plate was shockingly small – I could literally count the three small potatoes served on the side. The portion was so meager it looked like a child’s meal, and my partner even had to “donate” some of his mashed potatoes just so I wouldn’t leave hungry. To make matters worse, the dish itself was completely lacking in seasoning or flavor. While it looked appetizing, the taste was bland and uninspired. When I go out to eat, I want to enjoy a good meal, not be reminded of how tough the economy is with what felt like a "struggle plate." Adding to the frustration, the restaurant was out of every beverage I requested, which made the experience even more disappointing. The only saving grace was that my partner did enjoy his meal, but sadly, I can’t say the same for mine. I might consider returning for dinner, as Brio has always excelled in that area, but brunch? Definitely not. The atmosphere and service are still wonderful, but the food quality for brunch missed the mark entirely.
I had a disappointing experience this past Sunday afternoon at Brio Italian Restaurant in Plantation. While the food was okay, the service and overall experience left much to be desired — especially for what was meant to be a special birthday lunch for my mother in law. First, I asked the waiter if they could bring out a slice of birthday cake for her. He only gave me two dessert options, which made me think it was part of a comped birthday gesture. To my surprise, I was charged for the cake. If I was going to be charged anyway, why was I limited to only two options? That was confusing and felt misleading. Second, the waiter brought the birthday cake out while my mother-in-law was still eating — and then, without asking, took her plate away. When I asked for the food back so she could take it home, he told me it was already tossed but said he’d remake it. What came back was not her original dish — just plain pasta with no chicken, not what she had ordered. To top it off, as we were leaving and had already paid through the inKind app, the same waiter came over and asked if we had paid our bill — essentially implying that we were trying to skip out on it. That was incredibly uncomfortable and offensive, especially after the poor service we had already received. This was actually my second subpar experience at this location, and unfortunately, this one sealed it for me. I hope the management takes these types of service issues seriously, especially when it comes to guest celebrations and basic hospitality.

We went to Brio for my wife's 65th birthday. 18 people. They would not allow separate checks... the "best" they could do was have 4 checks for the entire table paid by one credit card per check. The couples had to work it out how to get reimbursed from each other. None of this was explained beforehand though I had phoned several times. Needless to say this was a huge distraction from the celebration. We brought in our own cake, which they insisted on hacking (literally) apart themselves. The manager was the head chef (not appropriate). He is a good chef, but... There are more negative details , but I don't want to bore you. Never go there with a large party!!
When you hear "Italian Seasonings" you think Basel Oregano, Rosemary's, Marjoram, Thyme🤔 .....Italian restaurant maybe even Fresh herbs.... Nope....nothing just a sprinkle of tasteless fresh parsley. I left my kitchen for this!!🙄 BORING😒 Also ordered Vegetable sides they never came...had to remind the server ...excuse me. You never delivered those. Please remove them from the bill.
Atmosphere was really great. My Chicken Milanese had good taste but chicken was cheap meat with good crust. My buddy got the Lobster and Shrimp Alfredo that had 4 shrimp and barely any lobster, it was $39.99 for noodles and sauce. Our waiter was terrible, they s We're slow meaning few guests, yet he didn't seem to have it together. Glad to have finally tried it, but won't be back, unfortunately... because the place really has good vibes as far as decorations and classy atmosphere

Went to the Pembroke Pines location, we sat outside by the bar. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees. The appetizer arrived it was Artichoke and Spinach Dip. It was tasty. But my husband felt something in his mouth and spit it out, he showed me a piece of wire, yes wire I put my glasses on to verify. I then called over the bartender/ waitress and showed it to her, she took it looked at it and said she don’t know what it is and walked away, no apology from her or anyone else. We paid our bill and I took my entree home. I was upset. I am still upset that could have been his life or mine. Now every pain will cause me to panic. I will never eat at any Brio again. Just awful. Staffed with couldn’t care less employees.
A food tasted horrible. I bought the most expensive thing on the menu and it had excessive oil and no flavor - shrimp and scallops If you want seafood you better off eating fast food. The cook was screaming in the kitchen. It was the worst experience I've had in the restaurant thus far.
What else could possibly go wrong? This has been the worst dining experience I've ever had. To begin with, a bread and butter basket was brought to the table. The bread was as hard as a rock, making it impossible to chew, let alone crack, and tasted sour. Even the butter was sour. Our hopes for better dishes were quickly dashed as the disappointment continued. The flatbread was burnt, the Brio pasta was bland, hard, and tasted like boiled water—no cheese in sight. The worst dish by far was the chicken Marsala, which resembled a rock more than chicken, and the burnt Marsala sauce had a tamarind flavor, adding to the unpleasant experience. The mashed potatoes were so firm they had to be cut with a knife; even a boiled potato would be softer. Will I ever consider revisiting this place? Absolutely not. I'd rather go hungry or dine elsewhere than subject myself to another meal here.
If I can put a 0 star I will definitely do it. We got there at around 8 pm , no water was served , no bread, the waiter came to pick up the order and left never came back , when food came , two of them were cold , I asked to heat up one plate and came back as same as cold as before , chef came to see what happened and told me that I took a little too much to come back from the restroom, I just went in to wash my hands and take my daughter it was less than 6 minutes I can say, I left without having dinner, that’s how bad it was ! If you want to spend $200 for dinner without actually eating, you can go there! I wouldn’t recommend it at all!
The terrible experience started with the check in. The person at the desk was extremely rude. We had a reservation which was late and we were early. Then came the dinner. The server started pleasant but we ordered an appetizer and we waited and waited. When we asked about the appetizer he said you never asked then it was oh I did not put it in but it’s too late anyway you don’t need it. Then when we ordered my husband asked for a beer with his dinner. When we finally got the food he brought my daughter her chicken which was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and he brought her French fries and said they ran out so he told them that she would be ok with French fries. My husband asked at least three times for his beer. It never came until my husband was finished eating so he had him take it back. He never asked us about desert so my husband asked for the bill. This was the worst Valentines ever!!!! The server said at the end when he saw we were so upset he said sorry it missed some things and that he would do better next time. We said there would be no next time. This used to be a great place for dinner but not anymore.
Awful experience! Arrived at around 9:10 pm with my wife to their Broward mall location, and customer service felt very inattentive and unwelcoming. We waited for 15-20 minutes and no waiter took our order or offered us water and bread (even though the restaurant was not full). The worst part was that waiters took care of other groups that came 5-10 minutes later than us (even placed some groups next to us while ignoring our existence). We left and will not be coming back any time soon. Dining experiences are not just “good food”, they are supported by quality service which this restaurant clearly lacked.
