The food at this place was fantastic! The $59.99 all you can eat seafood was a GREAT deal and our server Jonathan was super friendly. Unfortunately upon walking in we were given trouble about my service animal where I was told I had to provide an ID for him or I’d be denied entry. I explained my ADA rights and the guy still debated with me. Upon asking a manager, the guy was informed of the proper protocol and apologized to us. Which was appreciated. Despite the initial trouble we ran into, I’ll still return. They were not rude about anything just misinformed. Our server definitely made the visit though!

I am loving the new concept and the latin food! They have great music, Excellent delicious food And excellent service! This is my first time in the Marion latin restaurant and I 100% recommend, their coconut shrimp and seafood are to die for! I highly recommend trying their piña colada drink is super yummy! We drove by the place looking for a seafood lunch in the Planation / Davie area. Seeing this place a few times we decided to check it out. There was only a few cars in the parking lot so we were a little apprehensive about trying it. But we decided to venture in, and we were pleasantly surprised on our first visit. The staff was very accommodating, the place was clean, and very spacious. More importantly the food was amazing! We got the all you can eat seafood special, and it definitely did not disappoint the sauces for the boils were all on point! We’ll be back for sure… Check ‘em out! Tell Lisa we sent you.

We had such a wonderful time! First of all you must know we were here with two small children (and we don't let them use cellphones or tablets or electronic devices) ... so we took turns with them and couldn't really sit and enjoy 100% our meal. But we're used to "take turns" eating...😅 Lisa gave us a warm welcome and patiently helped us set. She guided us through the process. She was very busy, but she really took the time to make us feel comfortable. The clam chowder was excellent. It was my first Snow Crab ever, and I really wanted to try different options, so we choose the ALL YOU CAN EAT option. It is 59.99 and we choose to try it. My children shared one kids menu. Everything was exquisite 👌. I couldn't order twice because by the first order I was full and satisfied. For a small stomachs, like I have, I would recommend ordering a la charte. Otherwise, if you're like my husband, you'll be happy to be able to eat and drink as much as you can and pay 59.99$ I forgot to mention that our waitress, Lisa, did an awesome job taking care of us and making sure we had a great experience! Thank you Lisa, we will be back! Also...they will serve wine in paper cups. Initially I couldn't get the reason, i reallylike my wine in glass...but my hands become so slippery that it would have been impossible to grab a bigger or heavier cup... Just one small detail: we had tiramisù. It wasn't bad, but, tu my and my company (all italians) it was more a tiramisù cake, than a tiramisù the way it is made in Italy.

Got the chance to finally stop at this cute little restaurant at the corner of 84 and South Pine Island!! Ordered the Patron Tequila Maggie..one of the best Mom has ever had..the seafood platter, went large for 3 of us was incredible!! Good food, atmosphere, and Chino our server was spot on perfect!! If you get a chance jump in both feet!! You cannot go wrong and prices are fair and reasonable!!

Lived up to the hype. I've been on a crab shack type tour the past couple weeks. This was one of 3 places and its #1. I had the regularly cajun type seasoning and garlic butter on the side but I hear the special crazy sauce is a combo of all my favorites. So next time I'm getting the special crazy sauve.

From Vegas on vacation and me and my sister found this restaurant one night. I had the lobster pasta and king crab legs. It was delicious. I will be back when I come to Florida.

Our dinner at the Crazy Crab was delicious! The small Seafood Platter had plenty of food for two hungry adults. It included snow crab, shrimp, crawfish, clams, mussels, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Delicious food! We tried the Cajun bowl with 1 lb of shrimp and snow crab and it was delicious. Make sure to dip your food at the bottom of the bag because the flavor stays there!! First of all I would like to say wow this place looks amazing . It’s have so many decorations that put the place together. Came for the grand opening with a friend .My server was Trent and he was so respectful and kind. We tried the alligator bites, they were amazing . Then shared a small platter combo with a friend and oh my god so much flavor. It came with snow crab , clams , clawfish, mussels, shrimp with head, corn and potatoes cook perfectly and can I say it smells so good. Then we checked out the full bar they have. They have a happy hour from 3pm-6pm and also daily drink specials.. I can’t wait to come back .. till next time

All you can drink?? Our crazy crab doesn’t even have a alcohol license. Bottomless Pinot Noir!! Wing were great, food was absolutely perfect & our waitress/ bartenders very accommodating. Restaurant was clean, food was perfectly seasoned, drinks remained filled. This place for now is a hidden gem. $59.99 all you can eat and drink!? What more do you want?? Are you not entertained!? Finally! A truly unique seafood restaurant in the Davie, Sunrise area. It was time for dinner, we passed by and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. In keeping with the Louisiana theme of the restaurant, and the help of our outstanding server, Jenny, we ordered a Combo Boil that comprised a pound of snow crabs which were the meatiest I’ve ever had, a pound of jumbo shrimp, corn and potatoes….all served in a delicious spicy garlic butter sauce. The serving was generous and priced well. You can’t find better value for quality seafood in this area. There are lots of menu choices if shell fish is not your thing. We will definitely be returning to Crazy Crab. Five stars for the food, the service, the atmosphere, (think of a seafood shack with craft paper for a tablecloth and a bucket for the shells), value, and yes the lemon drop martini.

Food is very flavorful, moist, and fresh. Our server, Alex, was extremely pleasant and helpful. My son had jumped into eating and didn't put the plastic bib over his white shirt. But she came over and offered to do it since his hands were covered in sauce. She checked just enough and bagged the extra food for us. Coming back for sure!!

For me, it's all about good food and great service from Lisa!! You definitely get both at Crazy Crab. Random Google search led us here at 9:15pm...they close at 10:30 so we didn't have time for the all-you can-eat crab legs. Enjoyed the large shared crab bag and it was more than enough.

We ubered to this establishment and it was great!! It seems like it's a little unknown as they were fairly slow when we arrived at around 6:30. My experience was great ! Went on a Thursday night where they offered all you can eat seafood. The food keeps coming back to back and it was so yummy. The DJ was so nice played good tunes. Made people get up and dance. It was a great experience. My server was Jessica, she was nice and patient with my party of 8 and she got all of our orders correct. Will definitely be returning again.

My husband and I dined at the Crazy Crab for the first time and it was delicious! Jonathon was our server and he was fantastic. He took excellent care of our table and made me the best lavender old fashion. We had the all you can eat and I can not believe how much food you get for $59.99. My favorite was the snow crab, I had it two ways, with garlic and butter and then dry with cajun seasoning. So good! My husband had the shrimp and oysters and both were great! Highly recommend. Call and check before you go, because they do not offer the all you can eat everyday. Also, your meal comes in a bag, super fun.

Marion Latin is new and it did not disappoint. The food was really great and the service was fabulous as they were on top of their game. Andra was so friendly as well as other male server (sorry, didn't get his name). Ambiance is welcoming. They made my birthday dinner very special and I will definitely come back. This establishment has changed hands quite a lot but I hope this one remains successful.

Went to the Crazy Crab in Davie at the Pine Island Ridge Plaza today. Food was delicious, place was clean and service was excellent. Been to several this is the best so far. The prices for crab, shrimp and lobster were excellent. You can order mild, or medium or hot flavors. The sauces can also be garlic butter, Cajun, coconut. There are a variety of ways you can have it seasoned. We had appetizers of calamari and gator bites. The gator bites were out of this world. Definitely one of our favorite places so far for a quick meal and a delicious one. I recommend it highly. Our waiter was very personable and right on point. The manager came to the table several times to make sure that everything was perfect.

went here for my birthday tonight and could say everything was excellent. shared the small seafood platter with my father and we both went nuts over it. the snow crabs were phenomenal aswell with the other seafood. we ordered it mild with garlic butter (good choice for those who want the flavor but with no heat) which was super flavorful. would most definitely recommend coming here to enjoy some delicious seafood 👍🔥

We started out with the coconut shrimp- absolutely amazing… then we had the King crab boil, spiced butter/garlic sauce, medium spice, and it was so incredible… the flavors were just perfect! Definitely worth a visit. The idea of boiling your dinner in a bag is different and interesting. Also makes it easier to take home any leftovers. The ambience is kind of quirky but fun.

Booked a reservation for 9 on Google. When we all showed up at the restaurant they couldn't find it, even showed it to them on my phone. Still they hurriedly got us all sat and then we waited for 10 minutes for someone to stop by and tell us they were our waiter. Ordered Signature drinks from menu (All were not good except maybe the Mule which was ok... need to get a better bartender, so the drink looks like and taste like the picture). Ordered Calamari (2ea) - Presented in rings that looked like rubber bands and were way overcooked (Seafood Restaurant?) So chew...chew...chew...chew some more. Terrible. Both were the same ... not sure if the waiter forget the appetizer order for it was not until I mentioned it that it came out. (Heat lamp cooking?) Two of the drinks were sent back and luckily exchanged for normal cocktails which were ok. Food showed up, the Large Seafood Boil - AWESOME. Kids meal were a good size. 6 Adult meals were great. So the main entrée was awesome, we were delivered a special treat at the end of our meal, not sure if they knew that they had started with some major hiccups, but left a honest customer service oriented establishment at the end of our dining experience. (Reason for 4 stars). Establishment is clean, and ascetics/ambience is nice. Would go back, think I would skip to the main meal next time.

I went early on a Saturday evening. The place looks very much the same as it has looked as previous restaurant occupants of the space. The decor was changed to reflect the seafood theme, and the floors may have been replaced. It appeared to be clean and welcoming. The service was great. Our waiter was cordial and eager to please. He was helpful in explaining the menu. The food was very good. I had a create your own combo of lobster and scallops, which comes as sort of a personal mini boil. I like a boil, but it's tough on a diet. I did ask for the "sauce" on the side, which is an option, but it came sauced in the boil bag. I did not send it back. I would have preferred to have been able to substitute a side salad and broccoli for the corn and potatoes, but there are no substitutions allowed with the combos. The unsweetened iced tea was excellent.

We went for lunch today, and it was delicious! Our server was named Fabio I think and he was awesome. Very attentive. We were the only ones there so I was a little apprehensive but it was really good. We had the snow crab and shrimp combo and added a pound of snow crab since that's my favorite. We tried the butter garlic in mild and it was so delicious 😋 a hair salty but honestly that made it go so good with the sweet crab. Even the corn and potatoes were just better with that buttery garlic goodness. My daughter had the kids chicken tenders with fries but also ate some crab because it was that good and we ended up ordering another pound to go. My only negative was the first soda I got was flat but the server was so amazing he swapped it out immediately and the second soda was heaven. I've actually had stomach surgeries so I need carbonated drinks while I eat usually diet pepsi or soda water as I don't like syrupy sweet sodas. Will be going back very soon!

Good food. Horrible atmosphere. The DJ thinks it's a nightclub, absolutely ridiculous. Why would a seafood restaurant have a DJ either way!? It's like a cheap cruise ship on land. Never going back, Mr & Mrs Crabby is better priced and nicer inside. Our waitress Jessica was great, she saved this experience.

But they're not really a seafood restaurant even though they say they are. They really don't offer much seafood. Everything's boiling in a bag. So it's a seafood boil restaurant not a seafood restaurant snapper. The whole lobster blue crabs. That's what you advertisement outside is if they were like rust again I can go in there and get you know pretty much whatever I wanted seafood. But that's not the case. So if you're looking for a boil in a bag great but if you're looking for a rustic in or a Joe's Crab shack this ain't the place for you. Service was good some things they didn't even have which anytime you can't hold them responsible for that. But the waitress should know shouldn't have to go keep checking in the kitchen and finding out. Like I said if you like to boil in a bag this is a place for you if you're looking for a true seafood restaurant this isn't the place for you.

After hearing so much rave about this place, it was a must I visit on a Thursday. I booked my reservation online because I wanted to sit on the opposite where the dj is located which is basically the “lounge” side. After arriving it was brought to my attention I had to book the DJ side separately in order to reserve a section. I advise the host online it doesn't specific that. Despite of the mix up the host/ planner were able to still find me a section. She was very nice! I get to the section and table and chairs were completed compacted and tight. I ended up ordering a drink and inquired about the all you can eat. My waiter informed me the all you can eat is only on the opposite side. So I ended up moving and we're still able to hear the music. HERE IS THE REASON I MAY NOT RETURN 1. I inquired about the all you can eat the pricing is $39.99(only.soft drinks) or $59.99 (beer, wine &softs drinks) I told the waiter I would like to do the 39.99 all-you-can-eat. She informed me “we only do the $59.99. Mine you on their Instagram they are constantly advertising both deals. 2. I was then charged an automatic 18% gratituty despite being a party of 2. On the menu is specifically.states parties 6 or more will be charged 18% automatically. I brought it to my waiter attention and she advised me the 18% is charged automatically for everyone. Their is definitely some dishonesty with the business. Overall great atmosphere.

Food was good, although it had to be sent back for being incorrect. Waitress didn't even remove our plates after we were done. We had to fill out credit card total on our laps since there was no space on table.

if you plan on use a groupon i hope you read this first. they don’t let you use the groupon they say they’ve been trying to fix it for 3 months. as someone who works in customer service i personally feel like their service was absolutely horrible service. the only good things about this place is the food and the server andra. our server was very nice and was doing everything in her power to help us solve our issues with management if it wasn’t for her i would be giving one star. thank you girl i appreciate your kindness and good service

So I ordered a mojito and it took forever because the bartender didn’t know how to make it. Then he served it to me with a rotten mint. I ordered the half pound of shrimp and half pound of crayfish. And the crayfish were ok but the shrimp were cooked to oblivion. So hard and the shells stuck on. Potatoes was the best part of my meal. They were delicious. But I spent 30$ and left hungry and thirsty. Water I ordered never came. Most likely will be a very long time before I return. Summary: overpriced food sucked so did the drink. Sorry but that’s the truth.

Ordered take out, They lost my order, Waited an extra 25min, They forget half of my order, Waited another 20min. Food was cold when I got home but tasted great.

Order a large fried snapper. The portion was big, but it was not the season at all. Had to ask for a lot of lemon and hot sauce. The restaurant did not have any. Asked for baked potatoes, did not have any available which was listed on their menu. Will not go back. Very disappointed ☹️

I missed the old Mexican restaurant in this location. This new restaurant offers seafood at a high price compared to other known seafood place in the area. The drinks weren't so good. The service fair. I don't think I'll be back there anytime soon.

I didn’t like the service especially the bartender. Very disrespectful. We came out to celebrate our sister birthday. The DJ is the ONLY REASON I would patronize this establishment period. So ℹ highly recommend if you are older then 50ish don’t come on Thursday night. The service STINKS. DJ again is AWESOME. SERVICE is LOUSY. No set-up no water no NOTHING for 2 Hours. saw this place on facebook trending so Decided to go with my sisters, and the reason for my two stars is because my food and drinks literally took 1hr 30 mins to come out ! so not good customer service .My server never came back to the tabel to check to make sure we had our food or drinks ., but the Music was literally the best part & the hookah , when the food finally arrived it was really delicious 😋 I have to give them that the crabs was well seasoned! but the chicken pasta wasn't that good but durable. would I go back next time absolutely but on full stomach!! not the place to go if your seriously hungry

Sat down to eat at 7:30 p.m. on the Thursday. The place was mostly empty but there was a DJ playing music that was so loud, and with so much bass that my insides were vibrating. I asked to waitress about this, and she was very nice and commiserated with us, but ultimately needed to bring the manager over because She said that he was the one who needed to do something about it. After speaking to the manager he agreed to make the music lower, and said that We have 45 minutes until the volume would be increased again for a party that was coming in. The music got low enough so that we could think but in less than 3 minutes the bass started up again and it at that point we got it been left. Apparently they only do this on Thursday so the takeaway is if you want loud music while you're trying to eat that is the day to go. otherwise, stay away on Thursdays

Highly disappointed. The food was fairly good and the restaurant looks really cool! My issue was the prices not matching and no manager on shift to resolve the problem. I ordered takeout come to find out the alligator bites price was about 70% higher than what the menu stated, more or less. This really made me upset because had I known I would not have ordered it. I wasn’t given a total on the phone and was shocked when I came in and given my total. I know had I walked out the food would have ended up in the trash so I paid for it, but the lack of a manager on shift to talk to combined with the price being $6 more ($11.99 in menu and $17.99 according to the lady when I went to pay) than what it said on the menu left me with nothing to do. I wasn’t pleased with the service because no manager was there to help resolve it and I don’t think the lady really cared even though I was nice about it, but there wasn’t anything she could do anyway. I completely understand inflation, but update the menu OR at least make a policy where they need to inform you when ordering so you aren’t shocked since the percentage increase was so steep. What made it worse was the lady, who I understand was just doing her job, gave me another menu which had the SAME prices that I ordered off the menu. This is poor planning and management. Due to no resolution since no manager was there to resolve my frustration and the fact that I don’t want a surprise bill, I will NOT be returning to this restaurant ever again. Again, had I known before I would not have been frustrated, but I found out at the counter when paying and there was NO manager to talk to and nothing the lady could do. Overall: misinformation, poor, sorry, no management, no opportunity for resolution, and company doesn’t stand behind what’s labeled, rather gives out false menu prices.

They advertise all you can eat and drink We ordered lunch for 59.99 a person When we requested one more round of oysters for just one person. They advised they ran out. Then said the mgr refused . Then Offered 12 oysters to go. When takeout is not allowed. WHICH IS IT? They also refused the beer. NEVER AGAIN and I will spread the word.

Let's start with the music. Most people that have $100 for a meal for two do not like to listen to teenybopper music for an entire hour. Now on to the food. I had the lobster tail combo with green mussels. My husband had the same. The butter-garlic sauce on the mussels was so salty, we had about a gallon of water when I got home. The lobster tail was so bad, it had a rubbery shredded consistency and did not taste like lobster at all.!!! If you know a little about fseaood and have had lobster and seafood before, do yourselves a favor, go to Red Lobster. You get more bang for your buck there and the food tastes better.

6 months. We went in at 5pm on a Tuesday... hardly anyone in there. Had appitizer coconut shrimp... plump, yummy, sweet sauce. Catfish for dinner... ketchup and tarter sauce tasted funny. Asked for vinegar and got a bowl of white vinegar.. Fish had a metallic taste. Unsweetened ice tea was refreshing and tasty. The salt shaker was filled too full so I had to remove the lid and found soooo much dirt. Overall, it feels like this is some kind of front for something. High prices and paper plates and plastic utensils. Won't be back.

One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time! The service was slow despite an empty dining room, silverware was dirty and the sancocho tasted like someone washed their hands in it. Save your money and avoid this place! I also heard they have RATS!

The food was fantastic but there was a colored server I believe her name is Angie she was extremely respectful …customers gave her the cold shoulder and she was still respectful I watched her Manager disrespect her for no reason and she still was respectful I had her as my server before and NOT One Time Did she Disrespect Me . She even showed me her boys my wife n I and that’s crazy how you guys treat people that has to provide for their families I was very hurt for her . She deserves waaaay better and You can tell that she’s a young mom that’s TRYING . I HOPE THE RIGHT PERSON SEE’s This .

MAKE SURE YOUR SERVER READS YOUR ORDER BACK TO YOU. We asked for an additional 1/2 lb of scallops added to our boil. Our waitress incorrectly ordered us a full pound and charged us twice as much. Their solution was to give us a $10 off coupon, but they would not allow us to use it towards our bill. We came from out of state so the coupon was pointless unless used during our visit. Finally after arguing with 3 different staff members, they discounted $10 from our bill. Another waitress ( not our server) basically told me it was my fault our order was put in wrong and because servers have a lot to remember, I should have been more specific about wanting 1/2 lb and not a full lb even though I showed the menu to my server and pointed to the add a 1/2 lb option when ordering. I've been in the service industry for more than 10 years. A good server repeats orders back to customers, and owns up to it when they make a mistake.

We went for my grandsons birthday and it took 2 hours before we got our second plate and they have a clause 2 hours max time. The crab legs tasted like fish and when we told them that he said oh sorry next time you come we will give you a discount I told them there won't be a discount. We told them 4 times it was his birthday and they never sang him birthday but they did to 2 other tables very disappointed 😞

Purchased a Groupon $25 for $50 worth of food when I gave it to them they refused to honor it. All they would say is we don't take that anymore. Even though the coupon in Groupon is still out there for purchase. Sounds like a bait-and-switch just to get you in there. Owner was very rude and didn't care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. The waiter Jonathan was fantastic.

Don't be prey on because you see all you can eat sign outside. It's a $60 per person and everybody has to order all you can eat. It is a separate menu and it has a lot fine print you should read before you get caught. They will bring you a big family plate to the table. You better off going to bar and drink the cocktails. Order from the regular menu. You better off going to Golden Coral or one of those Chinese Buffet places that they have in Broward.

The service was absolutely horrible. My husband and I have been here several times and we always ask for Brian as our waiter. Came last night because it was my daughter's 19th birthday, we were a party of 6 asked for Brian and was told he was not there. I was somewhat skeptical about being assigned another waiter/waitress. Waitress came to our table and I mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday she never even acknowledge what I said to her . I should have left then but my daughter really wanted the crab boil. At the time we arrived it was only about 2 -3 other parties there, Eventually more people started to come in. I noticed after waiting about 30 minutes we didn't even receive our drinks and the other people, who had come in way after us were getting not only their drinks but also there appetizer. Our waitress was horrible and I understand that she is also the bartender but her attitude sucked towards our table. The so call manager didn't make it any better. I will save my time and energy from describing our horrible experience but when the food did come it was cold and disgusting. They still made us pay the all you can eat prices even though we didn't eat the first round. NEVER would I come back here, I will stick with Hook & Reel

Very expensive, dirty, slow service, rude staff and misleading on the already high food prices. When we sat down, the table was dirty, the server got bothered that I asked if they could clean it, I even offered to wipe it down myself because I was uncomfortable with him getting upset. The food prices are high with small porrion on some of the dishes, not all. The tacos cost about $16 but when the bill came it was $23 for the order. Same for the Burrito and Bowl, cost $15 but the final bill said $18. The response from management to my inquiry was, well, did you order protein with it? I ordered the food with an option of steak, chicken or shrimp. There was nothing stipulating it was an upcharge for protein! Service was slow too, server forgot to place appetizer and so the appetizers came after dinner was served. Mind you, the place was empty. Also, server caught an attitude when I asked why the price of the food was higher on the bill than on the menu. He said, "Don't talk to me that way, I simply said I'm not talking to you in any way." I'm asking about why the prices vary from menu to bill!? Lastly, they don't tell you TIP is already included on bill! The tip and total bill for mediocre service was almost $200. Not to mention the almost $15 dollars in extra food cost NOT stipulated in the menu vs. final bill. Robbery, dishonesty and they should be reported. The place smelled, the bathrooms were disgusting and everyone seems to be lost and not aware of what they are doing or surrounding. Just am awful place.
