We had the best experience at The Melting Pot and Daniel truly made our night unforgettable! From the moment we were seated, Daniel was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to walk us through the different cheese blends, cooking styles, and chocolate options, making sure we picked the perfect combinations. His recommendations were spot on! What really stood out was his attention to detail. He checked in at all the right moments, kept our table organized, and made the entire dining experience feel special without ever rushing us. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does. If you’re dining at The Melting Pot, definitely ask for Daniel — he elevates the whole experience. We’ll absolutely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This meal is undescribable. Just no words. The people there were so and nice. We were served on the new years eve. And 😱 OMG 😳 this was the best meal I have ever had in my life. I have visited many restaurants and this was so Superior to the other ones. Everything was made right in front of us. And when we were boiling our food in oil there was even a website we could scan to fun the times to cook our meat . Also the chocolate was so good. All the extra dippers are free with the meal and you could get unlimited. The only bad part is the small portion of the liquid or food in the pot. Like when we had the main part to make it look like there was more our server poured more water into the cup. There was less flavor . And for the chocolate I wanted more dippers but the chocolate was gone. But other than that it was great . Thank you for the amazing experience.

First time ever doing fondue and WOW — we’ve officially been dipped into a new obsession. The Melting Pot in Fort Myers made the whole experience unforgettable. Our waitress was the absolute sweetest — she explained everything in detail (because let’s be honest, we had no idea what we were doing at first 😂), gave fantastic recommendations, and kept such great eye contact I felt like we were in a trust-building seminar… but with chocolate. The food was perfect from start to finish. Every dip, swirl, and bite was amazing. We left completely stuffed and already planning what we’ll order next time. If you’ve never tried fondue before, this is the place to take the plunge!” 🫕✨

We made a reservation for a Sunday early evening. We were sat shortly after checking in by a friendly host. First id like to talk about the atmosphere, the lighting was perfect not too bright actually darker than most restaurants which I liked it sets a Tranquil, Ambient mood. the booths were very private not too close together and the servers were rushing around happily tending to customers. The bathrooms were meticulously cleaned and even had tampons, q-tips, cotton balls, there was even the 'nice toilet paper'. They really thought of everything! Our server Brandon was very friendly and knowledgable on the menu which was helpful sense this was my first visit and had lots of questions. We started off with the Alpine fondue which was made in front of us very ⁸exquisite i really enjoyed the options like fruit and vegetables as well as the bread and toppings we got. The cheese and grapes were my favorite truly a 'ratatouille' moment. For our main dishes we got Coq Au Vin hot pot with Duck, teriyaki steak and garlic pepper steak as well as shrimp and tuna. The Duck was my absolute favorite and It was my first time trying it. They have a QR code you can scan that will help you time how to cook each meat in the hot pot which was extremely well put together and helpful. Then we moved on to our dessert and chose the S'mores fondue which was also fabulous and the perfect ending to our 3 course meal. We had an amazing time and were very grateful for our amazing server Brandon and the other staff who also tended to us in between. We will certainly be back and I look forward to another amazing visit. If you're on the fence about coming here do not hesitate! It is worth every single penny, I promise!

Daniel was the best!! We had the nicest experience for our 5 year anniversary. Roses on the table and everything. Daniel really went above and beyond and was just the friendliest and most accommodating server. Thank you Daniel and the Melting Pot for a lovely evening!

Bri was absolutely incredible. She accommodated all of my food allergy requests and was so willing with every weird request I had. I can’t wait to come back!

My daughter's sweet 16 birthday and Lauren was super attentive. She engaged the kids in conversation and was interested and kind. It was a special experience for them.

I just want to start off by saying that my expectations were blown out of the water. Sarah was so sweet and delightful to my partner and I. It was our first time going to The Melting Pot. She explained the process and was very patient with us which I greatly appreciate. We had the Fiesta Cheese, which I highly recommend and it's not as spicy as it sounds. The entrees were so delicious, and the entire experience was so fun. The Dark & Dulce chocolate is exquisite . The entire experience and food just keeps getting better as the courses progress. I'm looking forward to returning and hopefully having Sarah as our server. I just want to add that the Love Martini is rich and that Espresso Martini is very dangerous (in the best way)! Thank you to the staff and to everyone who helped make this night a night to remember! :)
