If you like chicken wings, pizza, or a steak salad, you can order however you like. Outstanding service in a sports bar and dog-friendly atmosphere. Well worth the trip!

Quinta was AWESOME! Party of 7 ( 2 - 80+ year olds, 3 teenagers and 2 parents) celebrating an 18th birthday. 5 Prime rib dinners, a pizza, and a special meal deal pizza. We had amazing service, food was timmed just right, all prime rib was cooked to exactly what everyone ordered. Quinta was very attentive, she knew the menu forward and backward, drinks were kept full, and she was checking in frequently to ensure we were very well taken care of. We love BJs but the server can make or break the experience and Quinta delivered. Thank you for taking care of us. 🤗 Best of luck to you and your personal endeavors.

A deliciously quiet lunch.....😋 Brooks was Amazing! 👏🏾 Her warm and friendly character was everything 💗 So, the Garlic Shrimp and Toasted Bread was OMG!!! So good! Squeeze the Lemon Juice on the bread and then top with Shrimp... Thank me and Brooks later....🤣 The Parmesan Crusted Chicken wS great as usual and my husband left nothing of the Jambalaya....#CleanPlate Strawberry Lemonade and Sweet Tea...👌🏾 Worth every dime!

Waitress was great. Hibiscus cocktail was good, not too sweet and not too tart. The blackened salmon wasn't bad, added lemon juice for a bit more flavor. Calamari was a little salty and wings had quite a bit of feathers on them so went sent them back.

Seated fast. Limited menu from the Lafayette location. The house cider is so good. The calamari batter is very salty and absorbed a ton of oil (oil wasn’t hot enough) but cooked correctly and the grilled lemon was nice. The spinach and artichoke was mediocre at best but the chips were hot and crunchy. Monique was so sweet and helpful.

shelly and cevero were so sweet. When we first came in the hostess, ashely was so sweet i love her !! when we first got sat it took a while for a server to greet us, so ashely got us waters. after a while we still haven’t been greeted. a waitress kept going to every table around us and checking on them besides the one we got sat at. I’m a waitress, i know how the game works. it was 10:00, 2 hours before close so i know we weren’t being annoying, because as a waitress, i get it! tables coming before close are annoying. but 2 hours ? i think the waitress simply wanted to get cut and leave from my experience. After a while i see a manager just laughing with everyone and it’s getting me kind of annoyed cause at my restaurant, my managers are always on watch to make sure all of our tables are greeted within 2 minutes…mind you i work at a sports bar, not nearly as nice as BJs? i go up to them and ask if we can have a server. the manager then continues laughing and not doing anything about the fact no one has greeted us. Then i walk up again, and i wasn’t very rude about it. i was like hey, it’s been a while, we’re great tippers, can we please just get a server. mind you, as im walking up to the same manager, another guy is complaining about how he hasn’t been greeted. finally, shelly our server and cevero her trainee, (who btw was AMAZING i love him), came and helped us and were so sweet. didn’t start off on the greatest foot but thank you to ashley, shelly, and cevero. Shelly has such a positive attitude and contagious smile it’s hard to stay upset. Sometimes being nice goes a long way. tipped them $20 each just for treating us like basic humans. And as for the manager, i don’t know who hired him but he clearly is only there to clock in and clock out. Could not care less about the guests at all.

I spent $112 for food and sides I never got. I'll start with the ribeye steaks. It came with two sides I ordered loaded mashed potatoes on both, and french fries on one. The french fries were carelessly dumped into the bag upside down. Along with the loaded mashed potatoes. Luckily the loaded mashed potato container didn't open, all over the place. The steaks were cold, so I ended up having to put them in the oven to get them to temperature, the salads were missing their dressing, and my burger was missing its sides. The only dressing I got was a small cup, maybe a teaspoon of blue cheese dressing. The wedge salad, I don't even know what this is it looks like they cut a piece of cabbage in half and tossed it into a plastic container. I can understand, spending 40, 50, maybe even $60 for what I received but this is definitely not worth $112. I never write poor reviews for anybody but this is just crazy. Not a care in the world for whoever prepared this takeout order. I'm not so mad that the order is missing items or carelessly prepared, I'm more mad that I got scammed out of $112 for this.

BJs was a disappointment at this location. Walking in greeted by the nice hostess. Restaurant was very empty, surprised on a Saturday afternoon. Server was not the best at her service. Ordered wings, very over priced and not too great. Originally shorted us on a wing, but server brought out one wing to complete the full order. Service was very slow for drinks and food. Very surprised since restaurant was empty. Wings weren’t hot and fresh. Since wings weren’t great we paid and left to go to Chilis.

I went to a gathering. We were a large group, but there was only one server for a group of 20+. The happy hour prices are good. The server did his best, but the service was extremely slow. Consequently, I was only able to place one drink order and an appetizer much later on.

I picked up my BJs order for takeout for me and my children. I got an appetizer for myself and I ordered them the sliders and pizza kids meals. They forgot the fries that came with my daughter’s slider, the saucy wings were placed in the same container as my sliders and the bottom of the bun was soggy as well as the lettuce and pickles… Wings tasted like barbecue and wasn’t even spicy at all. Everything was pretty average honestly. I haven’t had BJs in a while so I thought it would be good like it used to but i’m honestly pretty disappointed especially for the price. This is my first time ever writing a negative review in my life. So im pretty let down.

As often as I’ve ordered from this restaurant—both dine-in and takeout—I’ve never had an experience like this. Two days ago, I ordered my usual pizza through the app. When I arrived, the to-go area was unattended while four employees stood behind the glass talking, ignoring both me and another waiting customer. There was also an issue with my order. Somehow, the app switched it from takeout to dine-in, even though I’ve never selected dine-in and it’s not even offered on the app. While waiting, a staff member brought a pizza to the counter and asked for my order. After I told him, he said it wasn’t mine and took it to the back. About six minutes later, a young woman returned with what appeared to be the same box and gave it to me. When I got home—only nine minutes away—the pizza was cold, overcooked, and dry. The young woman had mentioned earlier that the pizza wasn’t fully done when it first came out of the oven and had been put back in, which likely caused it to be overcooked. When I called to speak with the manager, he dismissed my concerns and implied I was being dishonest, stating he personally saw the pizza come out of the oven. I paid $21 for a pizza that was so poor in quality I wouldn’t even let my family eat it. This experience was disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Went out for my birthday dinner last night and left beyond disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm, only to discover the chicken was raw. With two kids under two, we waited patiently an additional 30 minutes for a replacement. During that time, my husband sat with an empty tea cup pushed to the edge of the table for nearly 45 minutes after finishing two glasses—no refills, no check-ins. Our server was rarely seen, clearly distracted, and when she did appear, her unprofessional appearance only added to the overall discomfort. The only reason we received any help was thanks to another employee who stepped in twice and eventually tracked down a manager—who, unfortunately, was completely unhelpful. To top it all off, we were still charged for the raw chicken. On a birthday night out, this experience was unacceptable. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Came in around 12 and the restaurant was not busy at all. Ordered a few things, but do not expect to be waiting almost an hour for our food to finally arrive. There was maybe about 3-4 other tables seated so I don’t think the long wait was justified. Also was given dirty utensils as well as a pizza that looked so dry even the waitress was disappointed and kindly asked for it to be remade. Again, we were all done eating and my wife had to wait another 20 minutes for her pizza. The server was very kind, but overall this was not the best experience at BJs and I haven’t been here since 2020 COVID so yeah, idk that I will be coming back.

When we first walked in, the staff appeared confused and unsure of how to seat us. There were three hostesses standing there, and after some hesitation, one of them finally decided to find us a table. She moved the dirty dishes from the previous guests and commented that the table had been sitting there for an hour. However, she did not clean or sanitize the table at all until I said something. When it came time to order, I requested a burger with no lettuce and ranch on the side. When my food arrived, the burger was covered in lettuce. I informed the waitress, and she said she would let the manager know. At that point, I expected the manager to come over and address the issue, but instead, he remained at the bar drinking from what appeared to be his personal cup, looking around and never once approaching our table. Overall, the lack of attention, professionalism, and basic customer service was disappointing. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
