📍 Black Coffee-- Fort Worth, TX @blackcoffeefw I tried their Sweater Weather Chai Latte w/ Oat Milk which was 🔥🔥🔥 & their Apple Cider Gluten Free Donut! This combo was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I believe the Sweater Weather Chai is a seasonal menu item! 🥺☹️😞 I love Black Coffee ☕ #BlackOwned of course 💁🏾♀️🖤 definitely a nice chill spot and they have events there as well! #BlackCoffee #FortWorth #ChaiLatte #Donut
The coffee is delicious here, I got an everything bagel sandwich, which was pretty good, although it was microwaved and I also got a pesto croissant, which was also very good. I highly recommend a visit to this place although it is in a bit of a weird building.
Fantastic coffee shop. Coffee was hot and delicious. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful artwork on every wall. Will definitely visit again.
Was called for a plumbing job there so once done I was curious about this green drink I always see. I asked the worker about it while telling her what I like she said no worries I got you. 2 min later if that she handed me my drink and when I say this lol green macha with honey and something else sweet 🤣 was good. I had to text the owner and tell her cause I normally don’t drink coffee like that unless it’s blended but now it’s got a new favorite coffee. Definitely go try it out highly recommended A+++++frfr
My test of a good coffee place is to order a black cup of coffee. It should go without saying because of the name, but this place passed with flying colors. Aside from making a damn decent cup of coffee, the pastry I had was flavorful and flaky, the baristas were friendly and worked efficiently, and (even with the place fairly packed) the atmosphere was plenty comfortable enough to take advantage of their "community library" and kick back with a good book for a couple of hours.
I truly enjoyed my morning here! They've curated a very welcoming and inviting space. The coffee and everything bagel breakfast sandwich were very good and ready super quick. The staff aren't super chatty/ outgoing, but they were kind, which is fine by me. I like that they are rooted in the community and offer opportunities to get involved in various initiatives. I’ve been a couple of times now and have never had a bad experience.
Loved the atmosphere—warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing coffee break. The barista was incredibly friendly and offered great recommendations, which made my first visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. They also have a cozy private area in the back that’s perfect if you need to get some work done or just want a quieter space to connect.
Thank you so much, Mia, for always creating a beautiful, blissful, and curated black experience for me with each visit. All my family knows if I’m getting coffee at home or the DFW airport, I’m only getting Black Coffee. My coffee or tea is always the perfect temperature so I never have to wait to enjoy. And the signature and seasonal drinks ALWAYS HIT! I’ve been coming here for years and realize that I’ve never left a review. Thank you so much for everything that you do!
Boutique coffee shop with all the right vibes. Staff were so incredibly friendly and the latte was delicious! They always have seasonal lattes and let me tell you…. The sweet potato honey latte from the fall was to die for. For a small shop, it isn’t too loud even when it’s nearly full. Check out some of the artwork from my visit ❤️
Stopped by Black Coffee for the first time in July 2024, and the latte was one of the best I’ve had. Small inside but enough space for ample seating with a good vibe, music, and atmosphere. Love supporting Black owned businesses and the staff was so friendly. The salsa and breakfast taco is sooo good! Such a cool trendy spot right across from TWU (Texas Wesleyan University) so you’ll see several come in there from the campus. Pretty good parking for the area. Will be back!
This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Fort Worth for manyyyy reasons! The service is amazing, the environment is very community driven, and the coffee is amazing. Spending time here is the epitome of support local, black owned, woman owned businesses! Couple things I love on the menu: Cinnamon Honey Latte, Matcha Latte, and their season drinks never miss! Do yourself a favor and have your next meeting, read your next favorite book here, or just stop in on your way to work to grab a coffee!!
I stopped here on my way to work this morning on the recommendation of a freind and I was not disappointed at all. A quick rundown of the location and building, it is very close to TWU, Rosedale St., and HWY 287, so fairly easy to get to. The parking lot is huge, with many spaces to accomodate any vehicle, they do not have a drive-thru, however, I enjoyed that because the interior was inviting and warm. I could see myself spending time there working on projects, meeting with clients, or just sitting down and enjoying my drink. Speaking of my drink, I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk, of all the matcha's that I have had in the area, this is one of the best. NO need to add any extra sweeteners like agave or honey, it was just right. I literally spent the next two hours trying to space out my sips so I could enjoy it as much as I can. I really wanted to get in my car and head back and get another one. Usually I make a matcha every morning before work, but after having theirs, I am going to break that habit. Don't pass up Black Coffee, you will be amazed what this local shop has to offer.
OK, let's get into it. Off the bat, I had a great experience at black coffee this afternoon. I went to thenpcation looking for an iced coffee that was nothing short of excellent. From a quality perspective, the beverage beats anything you can get from a major coffee retailer. The service that was provided was fast, and the gentleman that took my order was very attentive. He also was very aware of the menu and could coach me through the process, as this was my very 1st time visiting this location. If I had anything to say at all from a feedback perspective, It would be that there needs to be a few sugar-free options for those of us who are trying to watch our waistlines. But even given that, I plan on being back at Black Coffee very soon. Great job, guys!
Today is my cousin's birthday. After church service. I decided to take her out for coffee and pastry to put a little on her stomach! I remembered hearing so much about Black Coffee ☕. This was both of our first time visiting. They did not disappoint. It was everything I heard and more. Staff was so friendly and patient. Nice, quiet, relaxing environment. Soft music 🎶 playing and smells ohhhh soooo good when you walk in. It started our next adventures off perfectly!!! Thank you BLACK COFFEE ❤❤.
Loved the atmosphere. I got a salted caramel cold brew and it was pretty good. I felt some type of way about having my coffee and ham & cheese croissant just sitting at the counter when I was sitting down and was literally the only person in the cafe. I wish the staff could have brought it to me but I may just be feeling entitled... #innerKaren Overall I enjoyed the coffee. The ham & cheese croissant was nothing to write home about but the decor was very cute!
I had to stay at Fort Worth for two nights, and Google recommended this coffee shop to me. It's pretty close to the university, and I must say that I am really impressed with this coffee shop. Don't let the look of it's neighborhood deceive you from the fact that it is really good. Had almond croissant, potato taco, and berry latte. I'm impressed with how they don't add too much of sugar to their drinks.
Cozy little coffee shop located next to TWU. Clean facility and ample parking. I order Carmel mocha latte w/almond which was delicious. I also order a potato egg and cheese taco and the pumpkin bread. I wasn’t a fan of either but they do get these from local shops. Even though I’m not a coffee drinker I would definitely visit again just for the coffee.
