This is a really good Canes! The service is a little slow at times, but it is always delicious and a good choice! The food is always great!! my workplace always caters this in for the holidays and they always do a great job of making sure that we get crispy but juicy chicken and have a great experience!

It was crowded but the food was freshly made. I took longer to get the drink when my order was ready. I was really hungry which made my day better because I didn’t have to wait that long. This was around 6:40 pm.

So here I am, right? It's the eleventh hour, just a stone's throw from closing time. Probably even made the staff roll their eyes a little. But oh boy, the things we do for chicken! Now, I don't usually roll the dice on my dinner plans, but let's say this time, the gamble paid off. Now, onto this three chicken fingers combo meal. Folks, let's not mince words here: this chicken was so good, I almost asked it for its number. I'm talking crispy, tender, marinated in some sort of heavenly brine that'd make a vegan consider crossing the aisle. We're talking the Audrey Hepburn of fast food. Sophisticated, elegant, but still knows how to throw down on a Monday night. The sauce – don't get me started. It's like they've found a way to bottle sunshine, but with a little cayenne kick to remind you it's not all sunshine and rainbows in this world. I mean, I'd take a bath in this stuff if it wouldn't clog my pipes. Now, the coleslaw was just okay, nothing to write home about, like the drummer in a rock band - necessary but easily overlooked. The fries, though, were cut perfectly, just the right amount of fluffy on the inside with a satisfying crunch on the outside - the kind of spuds that'd make Ireland weep with joy. However, I gotta dock 'em a star, because this combo was like a cliffhanger episode - leaves you yearning for more. So next time, I'm going all in, folks. That's right, I'm talking about the party tray, big boy style. A mountain of chicken fingers, an ocean of that ambrosial sauce, and enough Texas toast to make a rabbit reconsider its life choices. All in all, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is the kinda place that's got the charm, the taste, and the audacity to serve chicken that's almost too good to be true.

This Raising Cane’s has the same straightforward menu the chain is known for, but what you notice here is how much the chicken quality shines. Every visit the tenders come out hot, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The flavor has never missed, and it is one of the most consistent fast food items around. The box combo is the go-to, and I usually swap the coleslaw for extra fries or toast. Both are solid sides, and they complete the meal without overcomplicating it. The fries sometimes vary in crispiness depending on the time of day, but they still taste good. Service here is usually quick, though there are times when the drive-thru can slow down during peak hours. Staff members are polite and keep things moving, which is all you can ask for in a busy Cane’s. The inside is clean enough, though most people seem to use the drive-thru. Cane’s sauce continues to be the star of the show, though the portion never feels like quite enough. I almost always add an extra container just to enjoy every bite the way it should be. Prices are a little higher than they used to be, but the quality of the chicken justifies the stop. This Cane’s is reliable and worth returning to.

I had got me the three tender combo. I would have liked the tenders to be larger but overall the tenders were really good with the sauce. Got plenty of fries. Texas toast was ok.

I asked for the a venti lavender oat milk matcha which usually has a lot of lavender foam but I got this. It’s like she waited to see if I was going to tip to see how much I was going to receive. I asked for more and she just said it sunk in???

Food is good but they consistently don’t give me ketchup after asking me “would you like ketchup?” at the window. Why even ask me if you’re not going to give me any when I say yes?

Dear friends, I thought that today was a good day, but apparently we thought trying a new Starbucks was a great idea. Wrong choice. My eldest loves Starbucks and goes there about 2-3 times a month. She usually orders the Tall Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher, which is very good every time she gets it. Today, she decided to get it Tall again, and then after we ordered she decided to get a Grande. We went back to the window and told them our change. I also ordered a Grande Vanilla Latte myself. The lady was nice enough to accept the change. We pulled up to the next window to receive our order and waiting for our drinks. The lady handed over our supposed to be Grande drink, but it was tall. She said something to another person, and took back the drink. Thankfully, they made it a Grande, just as we had asked for it at the window. As we waited, the handed back my drink, and I took a first sip. My supposed to be vanilla latte turned out to be a Grande Hot Chocolate. Wow. I asked her if it was a vanilla latte, just for clarification. She said yes, so I opened it up and showed it to her. Hot chocolate. She took it back, and gave back the new Grande Lemonade my eldest wanted, then the latte. We love Starbucks, and know it could have been better. I wish they would have gave us a refund. We will give you another chance, Starbucks.

I have never been more dissatisfied in a business in my life. Your employees don't wash your hands after touching money or taking out the trash. They don't say thank you to the customer Amber and The other employee who I did not see her name tag. Second time in won't be back. Dutch Bros is better. I had to say thank you to your employee twice. Just deleted the app and I am contacting corporate

This is the second time this week we have been treated rudely. Two days ago the "kid" at the window scolded my husband (who had never done a Starbucks drive-thru pick up) for not stopping at the speaker. There was NO ONE in line! He then made us pull around to the front to wait for our drinks that we had ordered 10 minutes before. They were not busy and still had no one in line. Today, I ordered my usual, that I have been ordering since it came out, with light ice, and it was all coconut milk with no flavor. They girl raised her voice and told me that "when you order light ice we add extra coconut milk." Which I know is NOT the truth. I do like extra coconut milk, but I would like it to have some flavor as it usually does. Honestly, I think she just forgot to put the flavoring in the first time, because it was all white. She didnt have to raise her voice. She could have just said, "sorry, let me try again." No biggie. They were busy today, I wouldn't have had an issue with a little "oops." I've been coming here for several years now. It's always been one of my favorites. I don't know what has happened, but in the last month they are no longer the friendly, helpful Starbucks I came to love. There are plenty of other Starbucks around. I dont have to go to this one, and no longer will.

This was my first time at this particular Raising Cane's location, and it was extremely subpar. I got the chicken sandwich, the chicken was cold, the buns were cold, the fries were cold as well, and also it was a very small serving. Even the extra piece of toast I ordered was cold. Drive thru on Thursday at 8:45pm

I ordered a Box Combo ($12) and subbed slaw for extra toast and got an extra sauce. The chicken tenders are so small that you might have to start calling them chicken nuggets. The fries were not very crispy and they definitely skimped on the portions too. It looks like I got a half portion of fries. The sauce is amazing per usual, and the toast was pretty good too. My biggest complaint is that the portion sizes have significantly decreased as compared to the past.

The food flavor is good and the service is good but the size of the chicken strips is ridiculously small. One of the "strips" was barely larger than the sauce container and the other three were barely larger than that. $13 for this is way overpriced.

Came through this morning around 9:20am and ordered a grande matcha, with oat milk, 2 pumps of brown sugar & 1 pump of vanilla . The whole drink was nasty and made incorrectly. The lady at the window , was very rude as if she couldn’t speak at all . So I decided to go back through the line to get my drink remade and it was still done incorrectly. The issue is that I’m having is that you shouldn’t have anyone on the line making drinks if you are no able to make the drink . You guys are too expensive to be playing with people drinks . This has happened twice before but this will be my last coming to this location !! I need a refund !

This is the second time I get treated badly at this location, The girl at the window took my payment waited to see if I was going to tip, I typically do tip but I couldn’t today. & I immediately saw her attitude change. After that she sent the red head guy to give me my drinks that were awfully made. My daughter’s COOKIE CRUMBLE Frappuccino had NO whip cream, yet they didn’t let me know that before I paid for that drink. & this drink comes with it on top and bottom Second my matcha wasn’t even well mixed clumpy everywhere. & then Didn’t give me straws for Frappuccino’s!!! ???

Coffee here is great but what is this? $7 for the worst Panini I’ve ever had. How can you serve this for $7?

One of the rudest if not the rudest interactions I have ever had at a Starbucks. I was going through the drive thru with my elderly grandma and the girl at the window was extremely rude. She put the machine out the window for my grandma to use her card and it was asking for a tip and my grandma was having a hard time reading it and the girl barely even looked at her or tried to help her. I had to reach across the car and help her! Then my grandma forgot to ask for a pup cup and so she asked at the window and when the girl came back with it she was extremely rude to my elderly grandma about it and then slammed the window practically in her face! She also never asked if we wanted a receipt at the end of the transaction. Never going back to this Starbucks if this is how they treat their customers.

I've never waited in a drive thru lines longer than I waited in this one. Do NOT go to this location. They didn't even apologize for the extra long wait, so I'm guessing that's normal for this location. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.

This location is trash!! The service is horrible it’s like they wait and see if you’re going to leave a tip in the drive through before they decide if your drink will be good or not. I’ve been here twice and the last time I ordered a matcha with cold foam. They gave me 4 ice cubes in my drink and more cold foam than matcha. It was absolutely disgusting but I had no time to argue since I had to get to my destination. Do better!!! Get better staff or re-teach the menu items 🤷‍♀️

I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks but this one was so bad I had to say something. Long story short, I was ignored/forgotten. It was extremely busy and didn’t expect my drinks to made right away, which is I why I went inside, but 45 minutes for two drinks!?! Customer service, and common sense lacked from the workers. I guess a lot of moms stare and wait by the counter for fun? I could not believe the amount of people that got their drinks before me. Just rude and not like Starbucks at all. Not that these workers care, but I’ll definitely not return to this location. Hulen & DONNELLY will always be my Hulen st. go to.

Says they're open till 2 including the door I showed up at one and they parked a car in the drive thru to keep customers from pulling through. I tried calling before coming and they answered then hung up. So disrespectful. I got off my own job later than intended and just wanted some hot good food.

First time trying Raising Canes, it was pretty gross. Extremely greasy chicken. We didn't even eat 1 whole chicken finger. Will definitely not try it again. Service was great, very friendly employees.

My Box combos were made incorrect. Soggy fries, coleslaw when I subbed for another side. They don't care about you. Paid 29.18 for it. I called and Andrea said they would happily remake the order. Then I show up and Nelson in a deep voice says no I'm the manager. You gotta pay up. Why lie to your customers after you mess up an order when you only serve like 3 things on the menu lol sad service. Doesn't know how to run a business. Good luck.

The lady that was working today acted racists. She saw me come to the counter to order food look at me and kept going like I didn't even exist. I waited for a few minutes to see if she was going to take my order and she still didn't then when I saw a manager and asked if I could place a order. He act like he didn't even want to. After I ask him then the lady said I can take your order. Out of all the canes I go to this is the worse one. I will not spend another dollar at this place. Most canes acknowledged you when u walk through the door and if they are busy they will say I will be with you in a minute. This one wasn't even busy I was the only one at the counter and she saw me and act like I wasn't there. Ridiculous shame on people
