I had an amazing experience in the drive thru at this Chick Fil A thanks to team member Zilayla. She was outside in the cold taking orders with a smile like it was nothing. Her attitude was warm and welcoming and she made the whole process feel easy and personal. She was patient, friendly, and paid close attention to my order to make sure everything was right. Her professionalism and positive energy really stood out. Chick Fil A is lucky to have someone like her and I will definitely return because of the outstanding service she provided.

After my poor experience at another nearby location, I decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A instead and what a difference! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service was phenomenal. I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and large waffle fries with no salt, and the team happily said “No problem!” My order was ready in less than two minutes. The acting manager, Ramirez, was outstanding professional, friendly, and actively engaged with his team. The energy here was vibrant and positive, exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A. When I told him about being denied my request at another location, he apologized and explained that while some owners make different decisions, their owner emphasizes taking care of the customer first. Same product, same price, but two completely different experiences. This location truly embodies what makes Chick-fil-A special excellent service and genuine hospitality.

The food is good. I really like the taste of the breaded nuggets. I also had the original on pretzel bun. It was ok. Grilled nuggets were also pretty good according to my GF.

Black dude in the drive through line taking orders is amazing. Super friendly and definitely deserves a raise. Wish I could say the same about the guys In the window; they don't even make eye contact just hands you your food and walks off

Trust me, the Chick-fil-A here tastes way better than in New York — plus, the staff are super friendly and the service is excellent! I believe I saw the woman in the photo working on the floor — she and her team were incredibly helpful to the customers. I was genuinely surprised to experience this level of service at a fast food restaurant. After I finished my meal and was about to get up to clear my tray, a staff member quickly came over and took it for me without me even asking. That was something totally new to me — a truly special little touch. I’ll definitely come back here again next time I visit Texas.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorites. I have to admit I’ve tried quite a few Chick-fil-A‘s as I keep my three-year-old grandson several times during the week and we’re always up for visiting Chick-fil-A. They have a great place to play and good food. The dining room staff is so attentive and anticipates everything I need when I visit. The food options are very child, friendly and adult friendly I might say I can always count on this particular Chick-fil-A to be ready and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our stay. We love breakfast lunch and dinner.

Very friendly service here. Extremely busy during weekday lunch times. There was no room to sit inside, so an employee helped set up the outdoor patio seats for us. A small play area for kids. It's really just a climbing structure with 2 benches for parents. Kids taller than the required height were playing inside and another employee told the kids that they were too tall. Well designed 2-lane drive-thru with employees standing on both lanes to accommodate the long lines. It was a bit challenging to find coming down from the North side for the first time. It's easier driving to this location from the South side.

Very Good Chick-fil-A located on Highway 360 between Trinity Blvd and 183 in the Centerport Development close to DFW Airport. Great service with a large dining room and drive thru setup. Indoor and outdoor dining available. Food service does an awesome job getting the orders out. The dining room crew is especially helpful and welcoming. It's a welcome respite for lunch on a work day. Definitely the best Chick-fil-A in my corner of the metroplex. I usually order extra to take home and share with the family.

I had to wait forever in line for them to correct the tiny-chicken issue they had with my breakfast sandwich. It was the size of 2-3 nuggets. Get it together Chick-fil-A.

In what world is it ok to serve someone’s shake like this, especially in the drive through. Usually I don’t leave bad reviews, but it’s always something with this location. Either they miss something in our order or they are doing crap like this. They didn’t even give us straws. It’s literally every single time they mess something up….. and we order basic menu items, not customizations. Do better

I've noticed that their breakfast sandwiches have gradually gotten smaller and smaller. Update.. came back 2 weeks later and it has gotten smaller. I'm sure this is a chicken mini that accidentally got labeled as a chicken biscuit
