⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time coming to this restaurant with a large group of people, and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect. But from the moment we were seated, Christian (with an H!) completely exceeded every expectation we had. His customer service was absolutely exceptional and outstanding. He knew the menu front and back without even having to look at it. Every question we asked, he answered confidently and thoroughly. He was so kind, so knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly — he truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Christian went above and beyond what is expected of a waiter. He checked on us multiple times, kept our drinks filled without us even having to ask, and made sure we were completely satisfied the entire time. If there was something on the menu we had never tried before or weren’t sure about, he gladly allowed us to taste it so we could make the best choice. That level of attentiveness and care is rare and was greatly, greatly appreciated. To anyone reading this review: first of all, come to this restaurant. Second, when you do, make sure you ask for Christian with an H. You will have a truly great experience. He made our visit unforgettable, and we will definitely be back because of him!

This is my husband and my favorite place for a fun, tasty, and a restaurant that is welcoming no matter how long we dine, usually 2 hours. The service is excellent and all the servers are outstanding and knowledgable. We try our best to sit in Terry's section, can't miss him, he has long platinum blond hair, he always does such a great job with pacing our meal, suggestions on what to try, suggestions on sauce mixtures to make at the "serve yourself" spices and sauces bar, and always has a smile on his face. When we started coming here, at their opening, we did mostly the Korean BBQ, as time went on, we have migrated more towards the Hot Pot, it's all good, and you can be as creative as you want as Terry has taught us. While we regularly eat here, every meal is a banquet and different – we have learned how to eat in different order and different things, so the experience is never routine. And while Terry is fantastic as a server, we can’t forget and must recommend all the servers, including Clarence, Miguel, Nayla, Giselle, and the hosts and managers Alec and Budi, and the hospitality of Mickey is unbelievable – she is a gem. Say hi to all of them and you will become family.

Very beautiful modern and clean interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions and helping our group with ordering. Food was fresh and meat was plentyful and lots of options to eat from meat, veggies, seafood. Appetizers, sushi and fountain drinks were also AYCE which was a pleasant surprise. I felt like it's money well spent here 10/10 will always recommend.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! This was the first time I've eaten here and the first time I've had the pleasure to eat Korean food and it was NOT a let down. The entire experience including our server SAMUEL was great. Samuel was very knowledgeable and helpful in introducing new foods I've never tried before. There were 7 of us and we had a blast. The robots that delivered our foods was a very unique experience too. The whole experience was amazing, but Samuel, our server, he needs to get most of the credit. Very patient, very informative and was right on time with everything. Thanks to him most for the awesome evening.

Philip has been our favorite of the staff here. He was so knowledgeable, attentive, kind when explaining, and friendly. The hot pot is DELICIOUS!! Making the perfect sauce for your meat is the key. Tiktok has great recipes but they also have some on the wall with sushi and other sauces and desserts. The chicken base has been my favorite, my husband loves the mushroom base. Both great choices!!

Good service and good food. They use tracks around the seating areas to get the meats out to your table which is a fun experience. Robots rush the walk ways bringing other parts is your meal around as well. It's a bright and colorful environment well suited for a fun date or group dinner. The sushi and dessert bar is a fantastic touch too.

Fire Pot has excellent service and a fantastic selection. I just ate there for the second time today, and I’m already thinking about when I will return. The first time I visited, I tried the Korean BBQ and hotpot to try a little bit of everything. Every bit of it was delicious. Because of the robots that bring items to your table, your food starts arriving almost immediately, so be sure to get your dipping sauces right after you get a table. The meat selection is excellent and so are the vegetable and seafood choices. I’ve watched some of the vlogs from restaurants in Asia, and I think Fire Pot does a great job of bringing that fun and delicious experience to our area.

I’d give 5 stars 10 times over! This place is so cool! Good vibes, amazing waiter. Phillip was so detailed in how the restaurant works and what he recommends on the menu since it was our first time. He made us feel so welcome and made sure to let us know that he wouldn’t mind even if we asked a million questions. Very much a “go with the flow” kinda guy! I really hope he gets recognized for making this a great experience. Best waiter we’ve ever had 🫶

Sooo happy we have a hot pot restaurant in Ft. Worth! The waitress was sweet, came by often, and helped answer a ton of questions. Other employees came by and removed empty plates and trays, brought napkins. They bring you the meat and seafood from the back on the most adorable robots. Very polite ones. I ordered more food just so they'd come back. Toppings like bok chop, mushrooms, eggs, etc. Swing around on a conveyor belt. I really liked that the food was labeled on the belt. I ordered the hot pot and Korean BBQ. I didn't really use the grill. I was asked multiple times if I was ready for a new cooking surface. It was replaced quickly. The lamb skewers were my favorite thing I ate from the BBQ menu and came already cooked. I also loved the Kimchi and sushi. The spicy hot pot broth was great. I loved all of the seafood I put in the broth. They had specialty mushrooms which I rarely see and loved. The price is pretty high but well worth it. I would definitely try to come at lunch when it's cheaper. I loved how clean the restaurant feels. They have a fun games area where you can try to win stuffed. They also have a neat waiting area with comfortable chairs and small tables. This restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs. Parking in front and a ramp.

This was an AMAZING find. My husband and I were sat and helped immediately. The staff was so friendly and helpful and always made sure that we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The food was delicious and well worth the price. We will definitely come back and I 100 percent recommend this place. ALSO I LOVE CATBOT

First time going to a place like this. Must say I was impressed. They walked me through to process, and even helped me order based off of what I told them I liked. The food was fresh, Service was 5 stars (the robots too). And price-wise.. well, I'll say I payed only half as much as I'm used to paying at my main spot. So much delicious food I couldn't finish half of it. Plan on taking friends and fam here. Only regret: not tipping more, seriously.

Absolutely a hidden gem that more people need to know about! It was crazy delicious, $31 for adult all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, and they even offer a hot pot option. Sushi is included (not a big selection but the fan favorites). They have a play area. Food Absolutely delicious. You have a massive selection of meats to cook and options to choose from. All are delicious in my opinion. Price Moderate. It's all you can eat and it's $31 per adult. You should be able to find pricing in other pictures in different reviews. Customer Service Very attentive and sweet. I can't remember her name, but her favorite Pokémon was a grass type. She was super sweet and brought everything quickly. Military discounts = Yes. I highly recommend this place. Also, PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO GRABBING FOOD ITEMS!!! There are areas where we can self serve and don't be that nasty person who doesn't wash their hands before grabbing food from those locations.

This is our second time here. The first time we tried the barbecue. With the cold weather, hot pot is the way to go. I had the mushroom broth and kids had the tonkotsu. They have good variety of seafood, such as blue crab, clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and octopus, in addition to all the different fish balls and tofu. Plenty of veggies and mushrooms to satisfy our family. Having our small individual pot of broth was great. Will definitely come back.

Hands down one of the best Korean BBQ and hot pot spots I’ve ever been to! The meat was fresh and tender, with marinades that were packed with flavor. The hot pot broth was rich and comforting, and the selection of sides and sauces was amazing. The staff was super friendly and quick to help, making sure we always had what we needed. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, great for groups or date night. Definitely recommend trying the all-you-can-eat option—it’s an incredible value. Can’t wait to come back!

Fire Pot was an extremely cool and fun experience, like nothing we have experienced before! Robots bringing appetizers, bigger robots bringing dishes, a constant conveyer belt of sides, noodles, clams, and so much more! It is all you can eat so we wanted to try nearly everything. The Tom Yum soup base was super spicy but I loved it! My kids loved making their own ramen and picking out everything to add to it, cracking fresh eggs into their pots was the highlight for them. Fresh ingredients, tasty sushi, tons of desserts and sides. My son is super into cooking so the process of cooking some meats and creating our own individual soups was perfect good fun for him. They have a game room/arcade and plenty of space so it was not crowded on our visit. Such a futuristic feast!

This restaurant was a good experience. We had both the hotpot and the Korean bbq. It was only $5 more to have both experiences. They have a robot and train system to deliver food. You can order from your server or pick up items from the conveyor. You can have a taste of the broth for the hot pot before you choose your selection of soup base. The robots were charming and the wait staff was awesome. They also have sushi and fruit by the area where you make your hot pot/dipping sauces.

You guys have to check this place out! It’s absolutely delicious!! The food, atmosphere & service is outstanding! Service with smiles all around :) Our server Giselle, was so very sweet & super helpful likewise! Plus, their all-you-can-eat special is probably, the best deal around; as it includes their hotpot, sushi & Korean BBQ too! My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our visit yesterday (10/12/25) for the first time & it definitely won’t be the last!!!

Fire Pot is an absolute must-visit! The food was amazing—the thinly sliced meats, golden-crisp dumplings, and fresh veggies from the refrigerated conveyor belt were all top-tier. The atmosphere is where this place really shines. It’s a superb, high-energy environment with a futuristic vibe. Watching the delivery shuttle zip across the rails and the robot servers (complete with adorable cat faces) navigate the floor makes the meal an interactive experience. High-quality food meets high-tech fun. We had a total blast and will definitely be back!

WOW! Visiting from chicago. We have some good Korean bbq there but this is the next level! Everything brand new. Very comfortable. Food comes out so quick on the robot delivery system and it allows you to easily move away unnecessary extra plates. Beef bulgogi is perfect. Great meaty chicken wings and tender Steak. And the highlight is the mini pot so each person can make their own and the broth is so rich and flavorful. Big upgrade from what we have in Chicago . Decor is very aesthetically modern and relaxing with upbeat music.

Fire Pot is easily one of the best Korean BBQ and hot pot spots near Fort Worth. The food was amazing from start to finish — the meats were fresh and high quality, and the variety of options made it hard to choose because everything looked so good. The hot pot broths were flavorful and perfect for cooking all the different meats, noodles, and vegetables. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and really fun for a group or date night. The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Service was quick, and the overall experience felt well worth the price. If you’re in the Fort Worth area and looking for a place to do Korean BBQ or hot pot, Fire Pot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This new Korean BBQ and Hotpot spot in Benbrook is amazing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so lively and fun — perfect for a night out with friends or family. The staff, shoutout to Giselle, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. The food? Fantastic! Every bite was full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared-by me of course lol. The selection for both the BBQ and hotpot is huge, and everything we tried was delicious. One of the coolest things about this place is the mix of technology and tradition — they have robots and even a train that delivers some of your orders straight to your table! On one side, there’s a conveyor belt loaded with fresh ingredients for your hotpot; you just open your little window and grab what you want. It’s such a fun and interactive experience! Between the amazing service, incredible food, and all the unique tech touches, this restaurant is a total win. If you’re looking for something new, exciting, and absolutely delicious in Benbrook, you’ve got to check this place out. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🔥🍲🍖🤖

Fire Pot was amazing! The Manager was great and both Terrence and Clarence were helpful and attentive to us. Were never had to ask more than once and kept our drinks full and coming. The food was also delicious and we will be back! It was overall a great experience from service to food! They were packed when we arrived but we did not wait long and they made sure to see that we were satisfied and happy upon leaving!

Wow, this place has a lot going on. We chose to do the hot pot and BBQ which was really good but absolutely overwhelming with the amount of food you get. We decided next time we'll choose on or the other just to simplify things. But if you're with a group of people it would probably be best to do the whole feast, there was just two of us. The atmosphere is new, clean, and inviting. The robots serving food and the conveyor belt of none stop sides is fun as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you're not familiar with Hot Pot or Korean BBQ grill they will help you figure it out and it's a fun dining experience and I highly recommend it.

sure — here is the same style review in English: --- This Korean restaurant was a great surprise. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and the service is fast without feeling rushed. The staff explains the menu well and helps you choose if you’re not familiar with Korean food. The meat comes out juicy, well-marinated, and flavorful without being overly sweet. The side dishes are fresh and varied, and they refill them with no problem. The price feels fair for the quality and portion size. You can tell the food is made with care, not like something generic. Overall: good flavor, good service, and a comfortable vibe. It’s definitely a place worth coming back to, especially with friends to enjoy the table-grill

I went to this Hot Pot BBQ place and the experience was great. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the servers are always attentive. The toppings bar has a good variety: fresh meats, well-refrigerated seafood, vegetables, and several sauce options to create your own mix. The broth boils super fast, and the grill works well without burning the meat. The portions are generous, and the price is fair for what they offer. The only downside is that some stations can get crowded during peak hours, but other than that, the food is totally worth it. Overall, it's a perfect place to go with friends or family, eat a lot, and have a good time. I definitely recommend it!

C
Claudia Bersosa

It was great. They have a refrigerated wall with a conveyor that has different foods you can grab for your soup. They have a dessert bar and dipping sauce bar. Servings were a good size, good enough for me to oder different food. Definitely worth paying the extra $5 to get both soup and bbq.

Oh, Fire Pot in Fort Worth! Get ready for an experience that will ignite your taste buds and leave you craving more. This isn't just a meal; it's a culinary journey, and it deserves every one of its five stars. From the moment you step into Fire Pot, you're enveloped in an inviting and lively atmosphere. The sleek, modern decor is perfectly balanced with touches that evoke a sense of traditional Korean warmth. The tables, each with their individual hot pot setup, hint at the interactive adventure to come. But let's talk about the food, because that's where Fire Pot truly shines. If you're a fan of authentic Korean flavors, prepare to be absolutely delighted. Their broths are rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered to perfection. Whether you go for the spicy kimchi broth that offers a delightful kick, or a more mellow and savory option, each one provides the perfect base for your hot pot creations. The ingredients are unbelievably fresh – from thinly sliced, beautifully marbled meats that practically melt in your mouth, to a vibrant array of crisp vegetables, delicate noodles, and fresh seafood. You are truly the chef here, customizing every bite to your preference, and the quality of the ingredients makes every combination a winner. Beyond the hot pot, their Korean dishes are equally phenomenal. The savory pancakes are crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender within, bursting with flavor. And if you're looking for something truly satisfying, their bulgogi is a revelation – tender, perfectly marinated, and grilled to caramelized perfection. Every dish tastes like it's been prepared with genuine care and a deep understanding of Korean culinary traditions. What truly elevates the Fire Pot experience, however, is the impeccable service. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a helpful recommendation or to explain the nuances of the hot pot process to newcomers. They anticipate your needs, ensuring your broth is topped off and your table remains tidy. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it translates into a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. And then, there are the cool robots! Yes, you read that right. Adding a fun, futuristic touch to the dining room, these robots glide gracefully through the aisles, delivering dishes to tables. It's a novel and entertaining sight that adds an extra layer of charm to an already fantastic restaurant, especially for families or anyone looking for a unique twist. It's not just a gimmick; it's a seamless part of their efficient and modern approach. Fire Pot in Fort Worth isn't just a hot pot restaurant; it's a destination for exceptional Korean food, outstanding service, and a memorable dining experience that's both interactive and delightful. Whether you're a hot pot veteran or new to the concept, you'll leave feeling completely satisfied and already planning your next visit. A definite must-try in Fort Worth!

Such a fun and delicious experience. The food was incredibly fresh and everything we tried was so good. The buffet setup was great and made it easy to explore different flavors. The only thing I’d change is the bowl size for the hot pot soup—it’s a little tough to get noodles into those tiny cups. The robots and conveyor belts were really cool and added a fun, modern vibe. The place was very clean, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were super friendly. You can tell they’re still getting into the swing of things—it honestly felt like everyone’s first day, but they were doing a great job. If anything was missing, we just requested it and they brought it right out. We noticed the tables that aren’t near the conveyor belt feel a little disconnected. I felt a little bad for those people, but the staff made sure everyone was taken care of. To top it off, we won 3 toys from the machines. Overall, such a fun and awesome experience. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend. Service was amazing, and food was great. We just did the hotpot and it was more than enough. The beef and the pork were great. We really enjoyed the udon noodles. The crab rangoons and the fried sweet rolls were delicious. The amount of food we ate was definitely worth the price.

Amazing family date night! Food was delicious (I ate too much!) and our server was fantastic and very attentive (the robot one too!). All you can eat hot pot, sushi, appetizers, grilled meats, rice, the possibilities are endless and it was so much fun! Come hungry and you will not leave disappointed… highly recommend!

Food was amazing! They came out on little robots which were so cute. Our server, Daniel, was also super helpful and attentive and it was pretty cool that we have the same name. Just wish they had soju or any cocktails but other than that everything was amazing! Definitely make sure to bring an appetite though!

E
Eric Lincoln

Let's start with the service, it was great! Our server was very attentive and polite. She didn't bat an eye about splitting our tab and was upset we ate as long as we did and we for sure got our monies worth. The food was also very good and it was all marinated very well. The Hawaiian steak is nice, I also recommend you getting some pineapple and throwing it on the grill because it collected the meat from the grill. Sushi was okay, and the sauce station was plentiful. Price was great especially because they don't watch the clock like some places ($32). You can upgrade to unlimited for $8 which is a great deal, but we only came for the grilled meats. If you have a big party he aware that you only get one grill for meat and like 4 soup burners. I will go back just to have a robot deliver my food!

J
Jeremy Feghali

Pretty good! A wide selection to choose from between the menu, condiment bar, and conveyer belt. We got both hotpot and kbbq. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of things we could get for the hot pot (clams, octopus, shrimp, etc), and the meat was good for the kbbq. I was definitely not blown away by the quality, but that’s fine. I didn’t get food poisoning, which surely counts for something. The place was really clean and impressive. The staff was friendly enough, though our waiters were super quiet. But I didn’t come there for a conversation with a waiter, so that’s fine. If I go again, it would be for lunch on a weekday, as the dinner & weekend price is quite a lot (I left paying $45ish after tax and tip). I think I could’ve still gotten everything I wanted with the limited menu. Overall, it was a good time.

We had arrived with a 30min wait in front of us, but it was relatively quick to be seated. Our server Harry was incredibly attentive to our table and we were never in need of anything. The food is amazing. We had both the hot pot and the Korean BBQ and both were great especially for the price point. The atmosphere is more tech modern. There is a conveyor belt that rotates fresh ingredients, a cat robot that can bring food to your table and a cute rocket that quickly brings over ingredients that you’ve ordered. There is even a section to make your own dipping sauces and grab fruits, sushi, pickles, kimchi, etc. Overall a 10/10 experience for me.

This place is epic!!!! I love the futuristic vibe. Awesome place to take a family or have a date night! My coworker and I were thoroughly entertained. Great family experience. We came in with the family and it was 7pm with a 35 minute wait. There was seating in the lounge area. We ate an assortment of meats including seafood options. When one of the children wanted another soup base the staff quickly provided one. Ordered items were delivered over a conveyor , and mini bullet train , or robot server. The staff explained how to use the hot pot and BBQ cookerssince it was our first time. Plenty of appetizers and desserts were available. Try it out . The price was worth the experience !!!!!

Soft opening - went during lunch and the options were limited. Only did the hot pot but next time we will do both. Sauce/dipping bar also includes fruit - raddish - sushi - kim chi - seaweed salad - some more stuff but I didn't eat it. You pick out what you want from a revolving belt also you can order the meats from the waiter/waitress. Will be back! Also dont have to drive an hour away to get hot pot.

Soft opening still as of July 16th 2025. Many items from dinner menu weren’t available. Huge selection of items to cook in hot pot and Korean BBQ. I loved the fresh sushi and sauce bar where you can get creative.

Genuinely an amazing experience, great food, great service, great atmosphere, the food came quickly on their conveyer and robot system, especially the cat bot server! We did the Korean bbq and hot pot combo, it was on the pricer side but it’s completely worth it! Me and my Fiancé had a wonderful time and will be coming back every month for date day. PLUS THEY DON’T SURCHARGE FOR LEFTOVERS LIKE OTHER BBQ PLACES!!! 10/10 would recommend

I can't stress you enough, this place is every bit of 5 stars. I've genuinely never been to a place ran so well with such good food and the atmosphere and customer service were absolutely amazing. I've never tried a Korean pot or BBQ place before but I DEFINITELY will be back again. I feel so spoiled now that this is the only place I want to spend my money. Please give this a chance I promise you will Love it. Dinner prices, which is what I got were $31 per person if you're getting Korean BBQ or a Hot pot with only a $5 up charge if you want Both. You can get as much sushi and fruits as you want, as much noodles and vegetables and as much meats as you can eat for that price.

This is such a cool dining experience. My husband and I went there tonight for probably the sixth or seventh time and even though we’ve been there time and time again, the service and food continue to be exceptional. Our wonderful waitress was incredibly attentive and all the surrounding staff was ridiculously kind. We even got the chance to tell the shift manager, Alec, what a great experience they continue to deliver. The conveyor belts are fun and interesting, they have little robots that bring you your orders quickly - and the food is dynamite. Go for the food. Come back for the experience.

Awesome and cool place. It’s a soft opening day but I like the vibe a lot. THE CUTE Train deliver meat and special item Orders. They also have Catie Robert to deliver stuff. I Do like the open kitchen concept and the sauce station are so neat. The appetizers, fruit and sauce are well covered… our family really do care the Hygiene a lot. The pot is good and BBQ also so popular. We’d come back and believe they would handle tons of customers well.

Super yummy! Highly recommend, they have a fairly decent sauce bar and the options are endless with the conveyor belt. We will definitely be back!

My first time experiencing both Korean bbq & fire pot. My experience was not a disappointment whatsoever. The service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced at any restaurants. Everyone is so helpful & attentive. The little cat robots were my favorite part of the whole dinner. Once you step foot inside the restaurant the whole atmosphere is something I have never seen before. The food is so amazing, I’m glad there is a kbbq & fire pot place & Fort Worth.

EDIT : I came back on 8/20 and it was a total different experience! Terry is amazing!!! He explained the whole menu, helped cooked the food, and even explained what the food was when we asked. It was so much better. There was all the cutlery and tongs set on the table which already was amazing for us. We ended up not by a lil train but that cat robot was on point! We had everything come out fast. Now we did come for lunch, and I do like the dinner meats better but the service is now top notch. The food looked a lot fresher, since we ordered the veggies and noodles it came out on the robot and they looked a lot better than what was on the conveyer belt. We had the miso soup and it was delicious. The kimchi was on the sweeter side. The rolls were decent I personally like sashimi but my daughter loved having AYCE Cali rolls. I think they revised the drink menu, they only had wine and beer. I was a bit sad but glad they had sake. Everyone was friendly and it looked like all new staff. That was the best thing they could’ve done. Terry told us opening week was rough all around but we understood on soft opening it’s inevitable and that’s why we came back. He was very attentive to his whole section and we even had other staff offer refills, help bus the table, and just check on us in general. I can’t stress enough how much they have changed and in the best way. I will come back again for dinner one day. But it was worth the price. Clean restrooms, nice seating area, great claw machine area. We had such a better experience and I hope anyone who had a bad time before will consider coming back and asking for Terry. Thank you HotPot for listening to concerns of many you are doing amazing! OLD:I had a young lady as a server. There is lots of problems that need to be addressed, I am understanding it is a soft opening but I will revise my review once I go back at full open. There isn’t the full menu and no soju or wine barely one or 2 beers. The server forgot about us or didn’t care. We still left a good tip with the thought of it being split. There was no pre bussing we had so many plates stacked and it took forever for someone to pick them up. We weren’t explained how to eat or anything after we told the server it was our first time. We had to ask for bowls, spoons, tongs, scissors, everything. We looked around and others had great service it did feel it was because we were Hispanic. We were the only Hispanics in that area. The food was never described we have no idea what we received and which was for the hotpot and the grill. They give small portions which I understand is to stop from over ordering, but the appetizers took forever or were forgotten by our server. The food was mediocre at best. The food on the belt was obviously old and I had to wait forever for even mushrooms and never got bok choy. While the train is cool it just doesn’t seem effective. The servers really need to be trained on hospitality overall it wasn’t a good experience. Lack of attention and knowledge was very unappealing. There was no experience like at other hotpot places. Also the sauce bar is mislabeled so that made my sauce taste weird. There’s bugs to work out and I had high hopes for this place. I will try again when they fully open and have everything available and hopefully friendlier servers.

Everything was amazing. From the robot, to the revolving food options, to the sushi/sauce bar. Even the staff was great! The manager was very informative and patient with us cause it was our first time, and our waiter Miguel was beyond great as well. We will definitely be back!

This place is a must for you to stop by feast! The foods are great and the service is excellent! I like the way the restaurant is designed. The sides that were on the conveyor are sealed with glass, which is very clean. The glass covering the side dishes keep it clean from dust and keeps it fresh. They also have the little cars that delivery your meats or whatever that you ordered from your waiter or waitress. The price is pretty reasonable abd it's all you can eat. The meats are fresh and very delicious. You won't be disappointed going to this all you can eat KBBQ. They give you a choice to either do the hotpot, BBQ, or both. So I would highly recommended this place.

Food is great! The music was a little loud for my tastes. But everything else was very good. The waiter was very attentive and always answered everything with upmost precision. The food was standard the Hawaiian steak was my favorite! ( I prefer leaner cuts). It’s a perfect spot to go for a date or small birthday! Loved it! (Waiters name is-Miguel)

I've been tracking this restaurant for MONTHS, and the time has finally arrived!!! They are open!! We got there around 5:20 on a Friday, and the wait was 30+ minutes. Not great, but worth it. I'm hoping that's because they're so new. They have an awesome little waiting area and a row of crane machines to entertain you while you wait. I got the house spicy, which was fine. It needed salt, but luckily, the condiments bar offered soy sauce, so that was fine. I can't say it had the best flavor, but I loved how spicy it was. The conveyor belt going around could have used more options. Maybe the good stuff just wasn't getting to me, but I saw one corn and one crab... very little bok choy or nappa. Limited mushrooms... I just wanted MORE. The meat was amazing. I can't wait to come back!!

TLDR: this place deserves your visit and patronage because it's GOOD and DIFFERENT for FW. This place deserves 5 stars based almost solely on the fact that it is so crucially and distinctively different from almost all other restaurants in the Fort Worth area and represents a willingness to give Fort Worthians something different and new. There are simply too few options in town for people to experience true authentic East Asian cuisine. It's unclear whether that's a product of FW citizens historically being unwilling to support East Asian cuisine (sans Japanese options), or simply a lack of options. If people want more diverse food options besides the staid "elevated" American that are a dime a dozen, then I hope they encourage friends and family to try out places like this. That being said, the food here is good not great; what it lacks in quality and refinement it certainly makes up for in diversity and options. The sushi is more or less an afterthought, so I would barely consider this a sushi restaurant. The hotpot items are genuinely the same type of offerings that I would have at home during my Taiwanese-American upbringing. Nothing fancy, nothing extra, just solid, standard items. The KBBQ meat cuts were good but occasionally some arrived very thick-ly cut which made for uneven cooking. It's not nearly the quality of cuts/flavor I've found in similar restaurants in Houston or Dallas, but again it's decent and the price is more than reasonable. In general I noticed the marinades for the KBBQ cuts lacked flavor, so definitely utilize the salt topping at the dips station. It's a fun environment for kids, with the arcade machines and TVs and robots making for sensory overload almost.

Here’s a polished, very positive Google review you can copy/paste: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Firepot Korean BBQ – Fort Worth, TX Firepot Korean BBQ is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Fort Worth. The moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they make you feel welcome right away. The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere—perfect for date night, family dinner, or a group outing. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Everything was fresh, well-marinated, and cooked perfectly on the grill. The banchan (side dishes) were delicious and constantly refilled, and the dipping sauces added so much flavor. I especially loved how quickly the servers responded any time we needed something—they really go above and beyond. For the price, the value is amazing. You get a ton of food, great service, and a fun interactive experience. I’ve been to several Korean BBQ spots, and Firepot is easily at the top of my list. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back.

No need to drive to Arlington or Dallas to get good Korean BBQ anymore. All the automated delivery robots are a blast and create the experience. Jasmine, our waitress did an wonderful job and even chased me out the door when I forgot my card, she even declined an additional gratuity for her effort. What a classy crew!

This is one of the best places to go ahead. I've already gone 3 times since it's opened and planned to contithe. Hot pot and the Korean barbecue are amazing. The staff is very helpful and showing you how to get set up. I especially love that all you can eat which makes it more amazing

Terry at Firepot in Fort Worth was awesome. He was super cool, friendly, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. The food was delicious, and everything we had was great. Terry also took the time to explain how everything worked and guided us through what to do, and we never once felt like we were asking too many questions. He was patient and really helpful the whole time. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

Since their opening we’ve probably gone a couple dozen times. We’ve had the same server each time, fortunately. Terry is THE BEST! First, the food….. anything you could want you can have. For hotpot may I suggest the tomyum broth. Must like spicy. It’s just amazing. When it’s time to order we basically just ask Terry to surprise us and he’s never done us wrong. He’s always there when we need something but doesn’t hover. All in all it’s always a great experience and we maybe going there too often. lol.

This restaurant is new but amazing. They have a variety of meats for BBQ and also hot pot. Meats season to perfection and with unlimited apps and sushi, you're guaranteed to leave full! Went here for my friend's birthday and it was our first time at this kind of restaurant. Everyone was so amazing and kind. The environment was great. We'll definitely be coming back. Though, just a time for any other first timers: if a bald man sitting at the table next to you suggests "getting one of everything" like he did, he did not mean the ENTIRE menu. He meant the meats. We were overwhelmed at first but it turned into an experience we will forever cherish. At least now we know what we liked for next time.

🌟 Service: The service was perfectly friendly, and our server, Samuel, was outstanding. He was highly attentive, kindly explained how the buffet worked, and recommended new things to try, even though it was a very busy Friday dinner. I also noticed other servers being equally attentive and welcoming. 👌Food: Overall, the food was good, and I love the variety with the 3-in-1 BBQ, hot pot, and sushi options. The quality of the meats and seafood was fantastically fresh, and the marinated meats tasted great. The peeled shrimp were super convenient! The soup base was a bit plain, but there are tons of sauces to choose from to customize it. The only reasons I can't give 5 stars are the sushi and pork belly. During our almost hour-long meal, only three types of sushi were available which quickly run-out and no new ones came out. For the pork belly, I think it too thin for Korean BBQ standards. Other Recommendations: - When seating guests, it would be great if the host asked if a table not beside the belt is okay. I'd be willing to wait longer for a belt-side seat. - Be more prepared for prime time; the lack of sushi variety for an hour was disappointing especially when you promoted the buffet as 3-in-1. I will definitely go again but will try a weekday during less busy hours.

Very expensive but a fun outing. Sushi is so-so. The sauce bar was fun. Fruit makes a great sweet bite and daughter loved the mini dessert cakes. The robot that brings sides and meats is fun along with the bullet train that goes round. Would go back for a special occasion. Staff was very friendly and answered our questions.

My husband and I love going to Fire Pot for special dates. The overall service is usually a little awkward. Servers aren't super friendly, but they will always get you what you ask for in a timely manner. The food is awesome. Our favorite meats for the grill are the regular and spicy bulgogi. We also love the miso base and beef belly for hot pot. The salmon nigiri is also probably some of the best nigiri I've had around town! I really want to give Fire Pot 5 stars, but the atmosphere is always just a liiiiiittle awkward.

Honestly the first time is overwhelming if nothing is explained to you. So to keep it simple you choose from four different broth bases and all the meats and veggies are completely unlimited. you can order these with your waiter/waitress or you can wait as they come around the conveyer. They also have this other area where you can grab sushi and this area shows you how to make more flavors to put into your hot pot! food was great and they kept up very well with all our needs. definitely will be going back!

TLDR: it was okay, waiting for it to be better. This is White peoples hotpot. Did not scratch the hotpot “itch”. We will see if that changes. Try Happy Lambs hotpot instead CONTEXT: Saturday night, 30 min wait, hotpot only ATMOSPHERE:💯 The robots are a cool little vibe. They have done a great job crafting an environment, it looks and feels nice. SERVICE:👏🏽 Service was very nice but inefficient especially for the larger seating the restaurant is designed for. Finally the food, here’s where the issue is. FOOD: 🥲 The spicy broth, medium spiciness, has very little flavor. You can see in the video, those of you that know hotpot ball know that a spicy broth is full of color, red and vibrant. This tasted extremely watered down and missing the cultural flavor of spicy hotpot on a cold night. The meat was scratchy (reference videos) and had muted taste and an “meh” texture. You can see the fibers of the meat stringing, this is often caused by a slow freezing process which damages the meat instead of a flash freeze/quick freeze Suggestions to the restaurant: - You’ve got the vibe but the food and system are lacking - Freeze your meat properly to prevent damage - Add flavor and culture to your broths. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!! - you have many people new to hotpot in the area, have a laminated “how-to” guide on the table - servers are held up by customers, allow customers to order food on a tablet/write on a paper (they pay for waste), or maybe they can order veggies but servers do meat. The system is slow and places alot on the server as it is but it can be improved It may have just been unlucky, maybe I just happened to get a weak broth and the food just happened to be low quality that day. But, for now I’d recommend Happy Lambs hotpot instead in Grand Prairie 4 stars only bc the people were nice

New Hot Pot & Korean BBQ & Sushi restaurant where YOU are the chef! Plenty of options within the appetizers, meat, sushi, and hot pot. The sauce, fruit and dessert bar also offer a variety of choices to enhance your meal. If something doesn’t turn out how you imagined then you only have yourself to blame. BUT the good news is you can try it again, it’s all you can eat. The service was very good as the whole staff was willing to help but we especially enjoyed our server Lee and her fun and friendly personality as well as her help with meat and sauce combinations that were spot on. We tried the BBQ only and really enjoyed it but we’ll be back to try the Hot Pot.

The hostess was kinda in a bad mood, but our waitress is very nice. The food was pretty decent. I just really did not know what to order. We had a good time. It was a birthday celebration and they don’t seem to do anything for that. It was definitely worth a try and will probably go back.

I went here during their soft opening with my husband and I wasn't really expecting much because I knew they were just testing everything out. I'm just happy there's a kbbq and hot pot on this side of town so for all those people who are hating on this place, I think it's best to give them more critical feedback rather than hate. We want them to stay here, but just improve their service. With that being said, yes, the wait staff and the hosts are very young and could use some more training. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a nice young man and he explained the concept of the restaurant, which was nice. It's good for those who've never been to a kbbq/hot pot spot. The place is massive! Bigger than what it looks like on the outside and it was clean. There were two sides. The side on the left had some arcade games and a bar/lounge area where people can wait. The right side was more restaurant and not as bright. Towards the front is the kitchen. There were cute little Bella cat robots roaming around, taking food to the respective tables. I was excited because we were able to get seated immediately, but the manager then told the hosts that the section they sat us in was actually closed. So they asked us politely and apologetically to go to the waiting area. The hostess looked very nervous and unsure of herself. So I think she just needs to build up her confidence and she'll be great. I've worked as a hostess before at a Japanese restaurant in CA and we always knew prior to opening which areas are open for seating and which were closed. Another thing I noticed was that there were a lot of hosts. I don't think it was necessary because it just looked like a bunch of young kids asking each other what to do. When we finally got seated, we were right next to the condiments/sushi/dessert bar. It was THE perfect spot. The one thing I found lacking was the usual sesame oil and salt that I would use to dip my brisket in. How do you not have that??? It's a staple in kbbq. They also didn't have brisket for kbbq. However, they did have brisket for the hot pot. Our server looked like she was underage and she also seemed very timid and shy. She was, in fact, under 21 so when my husband ordered a beer, she had to have someone else serve it to us. We only ordered kbbq, we didn't do hot pot that day. There was a small selection of meats for kbbq. It was just way too hot for hot pot, but there were items (frog legs, mushrooms, cabbage, etc.) on a refrigerated conveyor belt for hot pot that you can reach in and grab. The meat for the kbbq came by trolley on a track above the conveyor belt. It stops right in front of your table and you can grab it. This is a pretty cool feature because it minimizes the number of carts going around and potentially bumping into each other. It's a good use of vertical space. We ordered pretty much all the red meats. I loved the fact that it was fresh and not frozen meat. I've gone to a bunch of kbbq spots where the meat had icicles forming on them. Not this place. We ordered beef bulgogi, short rib, Hawaiian steak, beef steak. The Hawaiian steak was probably my favorite. Short rib was second, beef bulgogi and then beef steak. Beef steak would've been nice with some sesame oil and salt. Overall, it was a decent first experience during a soft opening. I would go here again to try the hot pot and hope they have brisket for the kbbq.

Fire Pot is a great novelty location for more focus on fun than food. Repleat with crane machines, conveyor belts and robots, you're most assuredly paying for the atmosphere. You definitely won't find any place like this anywhere else in the DFW area. While the food is plentiful, it's not stopping any shows or knocking any socks off anytime soon. The service is top notch. Very attentive and a pleasanr demeanor by all. All in all, it's a little pricey, but the experience is well worth it.

This place was definitely an awesome experience! The atmosphere and food were great. Service wise, our waitress could've been more attentive. At some point we had a different server helping us due to our waitress disappearing. Besides that, definitely a place to stop by and checkout!

My spouse and I recently visited this establishment and found the experience to be quite pleasant. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, providing attentive service with frequent check-ins. The menu offered a diverse selection of meats and seafood options suitable for hot pot preparations. While the pricing is slightly elevated, the ambiance makes it a suitable choice for a special occasion.

J

Comfortable seating. Very convenient experience. Attentive servers. Your food is brought to you either by robotic food trays or by train. What you ask for is received within a couple of minutes. There is also a conveyor belt that you can grab from as you please. My only complaint is that they did not have hot green tea as I typically like to drink it with hot sake! I will be back, it was a great time.

Our grill and soup burners kept turning off during our meal, which annoying especially when cooking raw seafood. Sometimes it was hard to get the attention of a server. It was a fun experience. If you go on Saturday, it's dinner all day. We didn't know this until we sat down and the wait staff told us. Overall the experience was fun, but next time we will come for lunchtime and get one or the other, hot pot or bbq. Hopefully the kinks will be worked out during the soft opening.

I
Ilse

We went on father's day during their soft opening so we already knew to give them some grace as they figure out the kinks. With that being said, our server was nice and attentive but did not explain anything. If we had never eaten hotpot before, I think we may have been confused. As it was, we were confused on their ordering process/menu and had to ask questions along the way since we were treated like we had been there before. The food was fresh and delicious but the plates and bowls provided were sample size. We also didn't have any utensils for the hot pot until we asked. The sushi station is tiny with just a handful of options. Again, a few minor hiccups and I do think it is overpriced but it was a fun experience nonetheless.

C

It had an incredible atmosphere, the food was OK, and it was a little bit pricey. I would go back just for the experience of the conveyor belt, train, and robot. 🤖 we had six people and it came out to about $250!!!!

It's a good price for what you get. We were a company of 6, there on a Sunday afternoon. The seating is definitely made for large groups at least 4 to 6 people. We did both Hot pot and barbecue. Each one of us had a varied soup between Miso, tonkatsu, tom yum... we tried the Hawaian beef, but it seemed more like bulgogi with some pineaple seasoning, it tatsed good but super different from Bulgogi. Can't say it's the best K-BBQ / Hot pot I have been to, but it was definitely good enough to give it another try.

Just wanna mention we did make reservations and it was quick and easy to get our seat! We were a pretty large party, so we were thankful that we were seated immediately on new years eve. The sushi on the bar was surprisingly good for sushi sitting at the bar (was covered the whole time). The little desserts on the bar were good, we were surprised to see Ube cakes on there and we loved it. The food itself was fantastic not a single meat or veggie we got was a miss. Everything tasted good, marinated really well, the meats were really soft (alot of fatty cuts but we weren't complaining). The only reason I say a 3 star for service is because our server disappeared for awhile and we were a bit frustrated due to being thirsty. Although service was good in the beginning up until the middle of our service. Other than that the food and restaurant was really good and clean. Layout to the salad bar is a little weird but its okay if you watch your corners.

What was over 45 minutes as I was told when getting there. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half. Food was great once we received what we ordered. I was forgotten about and my food took longer than expected to come out. I had to order the same thing twice, once they knew they had forgot my order the waitress was very attentive thereafter.

C
Christian Hutson

Took a chance on this place with family and was pleasantly surprised by the experience! Cristian was our waiter and was great at guiding us through everything. The meats were good, I do highly recommend the Hawaiian steak. Some of the sides were a lil unflavored out the gate, but the more you do hotpots, the better you get at preparation. Overall it's a different experience but it's always great to try new things 🤝

The atmosphere and aesthetics of this place are very cool. From robots rolling around with food to the sushi conveyor belt and the sauce/dessert bar. The actual quality of the food however is just okay. We had both the hot pot and the kbbq, and despite being told the wait time was 30minutes, we waited over an hour & 15mins. The positives was that our waiter was extremely friendly and checked in on us regularly and made the experience a bit better. Overall, this place is more so popular for how it looks, but not so much for how it actually tastes.

Fun place to eat, service was fun and fast Had the miso and my wife had chicken broth with beef and chicken for lunch. Sushi was basic but included with the meal. It was a soft opening so will try it again. Wish they would have had labels or signs for the soup add some were questionable for my self.

Garbage outside the building, not sure if its old construction that they hadn't bern able to get to, but probably should remove the trash thats up against the building since this is the first impression. Walking inside, the vibe is a little difficult to put into words, its almost like spa like in the foyer but thats not theme carried through the restaurant. The rest of the restaurant is Japanese futuristic i dont know... you've got a whole wall for the claw arcade games and robots that bring out the food along with a conveyor and a monorail system that also brings out the food. The menu is fixed, but not simple. It would be nice if the options had a quantity amount that was included. We went for dinner and did the BBQ and hotpot. Service- we let our waitress know that we hadn't been here before and asked her if she could explain and walk us through. She said ok, and immediately went on to juat state the prices for dinner and that was that. We said, we know the price. We juat need to know how we order, how much should we order, what you recommend etc. Typically servers are trained using the same boilerplate/script, especially in restaurants that aren't the typical sit down and order type. We go out to eat a few times a month and always like trying new things, but it is so frustrating when the basics aren't explained. Having to pull the information out of the server was frustrating and really did dampen the experience. The food came out lightening fast. The meat all looked fresh and was presented nicely on the plates. The food is delivered on the robot but the server still places it on the table. It would've been helpful had she told us what was what for the more exotic choices, again, we had to ask when she came back around. The fried rice and pot stickers were awesome. They have a build your own sauce bar with recipes for their house favorites, but no amounts. I would probably juat have some of those pre-made so I dont have to try and play mad scientist while other folks are also waiting to make their own sauce. The sauce bar left a lot to be desired for me and my husband. But my teenagers liked the fresh fruit. Is it a fun place to try, sure. This is a restaurant you go to for the experience not the food. If you are the main cook at home, the idea of paying almost $40 to still have to cook your own food is a tough pill to swallow. For the food/ price I will stock with hibachi.

We’ve driven by this place many times and decided to give it a try. We won’t be back. Sushi was horrible. Tasted like it was made days ago. The Korean BBQ was ok. The quality of meat is poor. Lots of fat and rubbery pieces. For it being new, it needs a good cleaning already. Front doors were filthy with hand prints, dirty mops sitting around, outdoors had a broom laying out and a big box full of trash. Caution tape used for stair railing. If you want good tasting food, Sushi SoHo in Beford area is way better.

Only did the KBBQ option for lunch on a weekday. I know this place is new & has stuff to work out but here's my take: Service - Staff is friendly. Food either comes out fast or slow, I guess it depends on what they have ready, pre-cut or prepared. They forgot two or three of our items... out of the two times we placed requests. We were seated quickly as it had multiple guests but wasn't too busy. Good at clearing empty dishes & drink refills. Food Availability - Two things we wanted were not available on the menu even though it was offered, limited banchan, & sushi was seldom stocked at the "bar". It took them 30 minutes to add mediocre sushi to the few options they had. Banchan options were limited too: jalapeños, kimchi, seaweed, & the last one I can't remember. Fruit options & two or three sweets available at the bar as well. Lots of sauce options with guidance/recommendations, that's a plus. The limited availability was surprising because it didn't seem busy - either maybe they were out of it or maybe couldn't make it at the moment. It seems they had a decent amount of wait staff but unsure about kitchen staff. Food quality - tap (not a hit) & miss. Grilled sausage came out cold, while crab wontons (delicious!) & veggie rolls came out pipping hot. Fried rice was GREASY but it had some great flavor. Calamari brought to grill tasted old. Other cuts of meat, we only had about three (due to them forgetting what we ordered), were okay. Skewers were pretty good, gyoza was mushy. I feel like the meat quality could be there but the grill seem to cook unevenly & was super slow, even though it was adjusted shortly after. Seaweed was one side dish that I did get seconds on, I really liked it. It's a snazzy looking place, game area, "cool" looking environment, nice cushioned seating area. Decent price, but I don't know if it's worth it at the moment. We did see the reviews prior to visiting & we are aware they've been open for a short time. I don't feel like we've experienced all the same issues mentioned so I do feel like they are listening & working to improve. I may come back again a few months later if reviews get better & progress is made. Wishing you all luck, with appreciation that you seem to be taking all feedback seriously. This place has potential so I hope it works out.

People are friendly here. Service is outstanding. Restaurant looks great. But my parents are in their mid 70s they can’t eat much but they don’t have senior discounts. My mom literally got full off a few pieces of sushi and they charged her the full Korean BBQ. I understand it’s a business and they need to make money. But they should have senior discounts, my parents are Asian and love this kind of food especially being so close to their house. This is much better than driving to Arlington or Carrollton. But $30-50 per person that can’t even finish a bowl of rice is crazy, they’re tiny and in their 70s.
