Food was good. Cashier did not here my order correctly but it was a quick fix. Tostada with some rice and beans on the side, dessert was sopapillas. As you can see the food is always good. Our whole family went, 5 of us. My kids ate their food too plus we got a chocolate cake to go. Best chocolate cake. Been going for it, since the early 2000s.
Great food, great prices, breakfast tacos are awesome too! If you like it hot, get the Chile de Arbol Salsa! The fresh tortillas are soo BUENO! If you get the taco dinner (3 tacos), it's really 6 tacos if you use the 3 fresh tortillas and put the beans in there!
Great location, I seem to never hear when they call my number tho 😔 Otherwise a great place to go
The best quality food served fast. My favorite? A number 8 beef. Eight years the exact same dish and it never fails to impress. Served literally in minutes with fresh tortillas, great rice and beans. Amazing.
I've had it at catered events serial times but had never visited the establishment. Was not expecting a fast food type of ordering service with restaurants style dining. Got a 3.99 margarita while I was there.
The tamales were good. I had a chicken with green sauce and a pork tamales.
Rosa’s is an excellent option for a quick Mexican meal with superior quality to other options. I’ve been attending this restaurant since it opened over 20 years ago and it’s always provided excellent food and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Rosa’s is my go-to these days when I need a good dining option that won’t take forever. Great stuff.
We love Rose's Cafe! Every location we go to is consistently delicious! I've never had anything there I didn't like! The food is yum yum yummy! I love their salsa bar! You can decorate your meal with all the extra fixns you want! Several choices of salsa, fresh cut onions, garden fresh jalapeños, pico, and cilantro. Fresh made tortillas. I highly recommend this place!
This is probably best bang for your buck in Fort Worth! Great prices, clean dn well done decor. Not fast food but we got our food in less the 5 min. We visited from out of town and hit this place up twice it was so good and cheap!
The best part of living at River Ranch.. being next to Rosa’s ❤️ almost makes getting my car broken into every week worth it
I had the most amazing young lady that helped me today her name was Briana L. She was understanding and she answered me with compassion. I was the most impactful experience that I have ever had. Very much appreciated. Thanks again Briana L 🙏🏽🥹
Favorite Mexican place for many years. Always fresh and always plenty for your money
Good food at decent prices. A must if you enjoy that style of grub.
Rosa's Cafe is the most authentic Mexican food you can find in Texas. I hadn't been here in years as I had moved out of Texas but upon returning on a trip and giving it another go, it has lived up to the memories. Fabulous food, amazing service, and a reasonable price all packed into one place. Just make sure that if you come on Taco Tuesday that you are expecting the wait that native Texans have learned is more than worth the reward.
We love this place. Especially Taco Tuesday. food is very good.
Arrived around 1PM, no long line, ordered the #3. The Verde salsa, woke flavors. The raw jalapeños took me to the heat level I desired. Washed it down with ice cold Tecate. Around $16 spent.
Great favorite for Taco Tuesdays! The price makes this a great deal and the atmosphere is warm, festive, inviting and nostalgic .
Been a customer at Rosas for 15 yrs Have been to multiple locations Always fresh and tasty Though not a fajita fan But food is always good The salsa bar is a favorite Just a great restaurant chain Great prices Unlike upscale local places
Visited Rosa's Cafe, they have home made flour tortillas, which are delicious!!! I ordered the carne asada fajitas, the meat was so tender and tasted so good!!! It was a family atmosphere. Even though it's a restaurant, it had a drive thru service, which is great!!! Highly recommend it when visiting Fort Worth!
My order was simple, a beef burrito with avocado and tortillas. The tortillaa are always excellent. The flavor of everything was good.
Great food. Need to visit more often but quite a drive. LOL
Got take out for my staff. Very fast and polite service. The wait was minimal. The food is always good.
We absolutely love Rosa’s. Especially the breakfast. We mostly get the egg and potato plate. Delicious! I love the condiment bar (salsas of different spice level, onions, jalapeños, etc). Staff is always very friendly. The inside is always clean. They have a drink fountain with excellent sweet tea.
Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory offers an authentic taste of Mexican cuisine with a focus on fresh, handmade tortillas and flavorful dishes. Known for its warm, soft tortillas, delicious tacos, and savory enchiladas, this restaurant brings traditional Mexican flavors to every meal. The menu is full of variety, from sizzling fajitas to hearty burritos, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The casual, welcoming atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal with friends or family. Rosa’s Café provides excellent value for delicious, authentic Mexican food in a relaxed setting.
The Restaurant is a Hidden Gem! Not only is the service wonderful, but they are also surprisingly fast. The food is delicious and fresh!!The atmosphere is well kept and displays lots of art. I would definitely LOVE having a nice family dinner or multiple dates at this location!!!! TexMex Heaven!!!!!
We always have a great meal at Rosa's! Our go-to meals are the tamale plates, and the taco and burrito plates. Their chips and queso is always excellent as well.
Taco Tues is unmatched by almost any restaurant alive... Any location is very consistent.. only thing I would have different is another salsa bar on the opposite side of the current one. Too many people waiting
It's a great place to gather with family. The fajitas are amazing, they're Tortillas are my favorite. My kids just add honey to the Tortillas for there dessert and love it.
Breakfast bowls are the best bang for your buck. The service is always outstanding. Clean dinning area. Drive through is pretty fast as well. They have a Salsa bar with fresh pico de gallo, jalapeños, salsas, etc. They have some of the best flour tortillas and Fajitas in the metroplex. They have good carrot 🥕 cake, and awesome sweet tea!
Wow!! I was blown away by the great food, staff, service, and clean restaurant!😲 The menu is out of this world! Sooooo much to choose from! My husband and I both ordered the Combo Nachos. The cost for those are only about $8.75 each. The Nachos were extremely good!! We also ordered the Carrot Cake!! Yummy 😋 I was very surprised when I walked in, the service was great, and everyone of the staff there was very helpful and informative about the menu, and anything else you wanted or needed to know! The restaurant is very clean inside and out. We do have to wear our mask, and keep the 6 feet distance. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great Mexican food 😋 I will be returning!❤
Pretty good but order take made a mistake, so my tacos were a little wrong. The lady making tortillas was smacking on some gum, it was ok food and the Tuesday price makes it affordable.
Lovely food and atmosphere! Had a couple stressed out servers, but who could blame them! All in all, great experience (with even greater chocolate cake!)
We recently dined in at Rosa's Café, and the meal was really good. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making our dining experience quite enjoyable. We loved the overall vibe of the place. On another trip, we ordered via the drive-thru, and unfortunately, that wasn't the best experience. However, the dine-in experience more than made up for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. If you're looking for a pleasant meal with a great atmosphere, dining in at Rosa's Café is definitely worth it.
Fkod was good and service quick. I enjoyed my lunch as i devoured my 2 enchiladas, beans and eice and my 2 hard shell tacos. I was hungry but left full...
Rosas! Colleagues and I chose Mexican food to celebrate a birthday. If each container would have been labeled or differentiated in some way our meals would not have been semi warm and less time would have been used in sorting out 10 meals🎈the food was delicious 💥
Normally always consistent with service & food every time we come! I love Rosa’s Cafe and their crispy beef taco plate. ❤️ The Coca Cola is the best and the ice is the perfect size. Yummy sopapillas and queso too! However, this last visit the service was terrible; they made us wait way longer than usual to take orders as the line was building up. Then the guy at the register had a difficult time taking our order; he seemed unfamiliar with the menu or didn’t know how to listen to what we asked to order. 🫤 The food was not as good as usual, but hopefully next time will be better. 🙂 The decorations and atmosphere are comfortable and inviting. I admire the colors, hanging decor, and chairs every time; I wish my kitchen or patio looked just like it! 👍🏼 Also, my toddler loves the bubble gum machine! All you need is a quarter. 😁
The food is always good and fresh, service is fast and never have an issue with staff. They do their jobs quickly, get you in and out of the drive through every time!
I get the Ultimate Bowl with regular beans on most Friday's. The drive through ladies know I usually ask for extra salsa and now they hook me up without having to ask. Best to Flour tortillas for when I make breakfast tacos on sime Saturday mornings.
Not a bad option for fast Mexican food. Price is reasonable. Fresh salsa bar with salsa, Pico, cilantro, and lemons. Service is good and fast and you get free flour tortillas with your meal 👍🏻
I think they got rid of their chunky red sauce and replaced it with a chipotle medium red. If they didn't I've asked for the chunky mild in 3 different ways and keeping getting some other sauce. Probably won't go back again with their current hot sauce situation. Taco plate was good and queso was fine. #being back the chunky mild
Decided to try their smothered burrito dinner not remembering until I took my first bite why I got this year's ago and never again since... their ground beef is bland and they add potatoes to it I don't like one bit. I typically come here maybe once or twice a year as I don't live near any. I only come for chips and salsa , their fresh tortillas to eat with the salsa and meal wise would only recommend the chicken tacos or the chili verde. That's it.
Nothing special about this place or the food. The taco meat was flavorless; no seasoning at all, just browned, ground beef.
Service is mediocre. Staff doesn't seem happy. But to their defense I don't blame them at all!! Food is edible but like most places, not what they used to be.
Out of all dinning experiences I usually prefer Rosa’s over most if not everything I was disappointed that staff didn’t fulfill my order correctly and when I called they wouldn’t offer me the full experience I paid for this may be my last time eating at Rosa’s if not it’s definitely my last time at this location I even told staff what was wrong and they wouldn’t assure me that other customers wouldn’t suffer the same fate
So disappointed by the drive thru staff tonight. After ordering I get to the window to pay, I nicely ask the guy taking my payment if he can make sure that both pico de gallo and salsa are in my bag (they always leave one or the other out) He proceeds to tell me that the salsa is there but they are outta Pico and if I’d rather have another salsa instead? I was like no, I prefer the Pico is there any up front from the bar you can grab me? He responds with “They are outta Pico for the night” mind you they weren’t that busy it was 8:30 pm. So I brush it off and drive out of the parking lot and I’m like ITS 8:30, How is there no Pico?! So I turn back around, park and go inside, and at the bar what do I see…..PICO!!!!!!! If you’re lazy and don’t want to walk to the front just say that, but to blatantly LIE is crazy work. I’m sure he was hoping I’d drive off and not bother going inside to check. They didn’t put Pico in my bag the last three visits I was there and I never complained…. But today I’m getting my pico dang it!! 🤣 I did make the manager aware of what happened…. Just know if the drive thru workers tell ya they are outta something they are probably lying!!
So have been to this location a few times unfortunately they do not make the tortillas fresh outside they are made in another location shipped in her an employee at the store. I got the beef nachos today and the chips seemed to taste a little still and you can see where there was oil soaked into the chip which did not make the taste very pleasant. It was a decent portion for the price but I kind of would rather have quality. Maybe in the future things will get better it is unknown however the drive-thru employee was very polite.
Window girl rude and hateful . The way kiddos treat older people is horrible. What happened to teaching manners to your children. Our kiddos have manners. To the better years. Just can't understand why Rosa's would put someone in drive through that is horriblely rude to senior citizens, or anyone for that matter... Very costly. No senior citizens discount either.
If you go at a time they don't serve certain items, you get charged more and get less. The Rosa's on McCart and Sycamore school is the best. The Rosa's on Oakmont leaves much to be desired. I will not go back to the one on Oakmont and the toll Road. Those people were vexed at me because I ordered a lunch item. The gal had to get her manager to tell me I couldn't have a green chili bowl because it wasn't on the breakfast menu. As a manager, I believe she could have adjusted my request on the cash register and just given me what I requested. But No. She gave me a half portion of green chili and added a spoonful of potatoes and charged me more than the lunch size of a green chili bowl.
I’m a vegetarian. My usually order is a cheese enchilada with double rice NO beans. I say no beans because when there are beans in my food I get severe diarrhea. Typically I get my cheese enchilada with double rice NO beans. Sometimes they put chicken in my VEGETARIAN enchilada or beef in my rice and I ask they to kindly fix it. I didn’t write a review when the employee was rude about fixing it because it was the end of a Tuesday. It’s a busy day. I get it. Today I write a review because I had to ask twice at the drive thru for them to make it double rice no beans because she didn’t put that on the order. I get my food and there are beans. Not only beans but a dollop of beans on my rice as well. Thanks a whole bunch. Really disappointing
The food is mediocre. The chicken tacos are actually disgusting. The meat doesn't look cooked,it's too light and slimy in texture. I tried the beef by switching with a family member it was ok. The food is bland, lacks flavor and I was expecting more razzitazz,it gave fizzle. The concept is nice the staff was friendly, however it was a waste of money. We asked for no cheese on top of the burrito and cheese 🧀 was on top. So we had to walk up to where you get your food and stop someone. They fixed it but this was a child's food with an allergy. So the mom couldn't eat until the children were eating. The chicken taco plate is trash. Dined in🙂↕️
Very disappointed! I am diabetic so can’t eat corn or flour based dishes. I ordered the Fiesta Salad (looked great in the pictures) but all it was is shredded lettuce from a bag slopped in a bowl sprinkled with a little cheese and tomato additionally, not enough chicken to fill a taco. I just threw in the trash and left hungry.
First time visiting, the food wasn't very good. The only thing I liked were the tortillas. When we walked in and picked a table, my mom asked an employee that was sitting next to out table on his phone to see if he can help us with 3 high chairs. He just laughed and pointed towards the back, basically telling her to go find them. Rude. The mustache guy giving out the good was nice, likable (only reason why I gave it a two star) I will never return though.
Don’t do their take out! I love Rosa’s and have eaten at this location for years but the last few times I’ve gotten take out here they really skimp on the food- even my simple bean and cheese burrito - was more like a tortilla with a very light bean spread. My husbands fajita burrito was three pieces of meat with nothing else in a taco sized tortilla for $7! I thought it was just a one time snafu but this is now my third time with this experience. Didn’t use to be this way…
This place was not what we expected. We thought this would be a nice Mexican restaurant but it is fast food in disguise. The menu looks large but reality is that it is variations on a few items and not everything a Mexican restaurant should have. They throw lettuce in everything to make the portions look larger. The salsa buffet was nice but wish we had seen it before we were 3/4 done with our meal. Service was lacking. Seriously lacking
We absolutely love Rosa’s. Have been here 50+ times in the last few years. I’m usually the type of guy to get double servings of the rice because it’s so good. Tonight, we ordered extra rice, that came in styrofoam container. Along with the rice that came on the plate of enchiladas. For some reason, the rice smelt really off. And tasted just as off. It tasted like plastic had been melted into it or something. My wife went to go tell somebody and they smelled it, and just gave us another container… of the same rice. Disappointed that they did not address it further as I’m sure I can’t be the only one. I love Rosa’s, and I’ll continue to comeback. But this rice was toxic tonight. And nobody gave it a proper look. For that, I’ll have to give this a 1 star. I’m sorry. Please check the rice!!!
Went to the drive through and got a regular and large drink with my order. However, the cup was filled nearly to the brim with ice, so both drink were finished in the same time it would take to finish a small drink. I paid for a soft drink and not a cup full of ice. Don’t cheat people out of what they paid for.
Has gone downhill. The food used to be excellent, but now it is just "ok" and today we saw a roach run across the floor and went under our table. If you know anything about the restaurant industry...if the roach problem has now reached the dining area, it is usually MUCH WORSE in the kitchen. I think we're done with that location.
Service is awful, no silverware available other than knives, no tea in the dispenser and when asked about it, an employee said it was not her job and to ask another person. Ordered kids enchiladas and daughter said it was too spicy. I returned to the counter to order a different enchilada that would not be spicy and based off what the cashier recommended (cheese enchiladas) and that had peppers all in the queso. I then spoke with the manager Jonathan to express my concerns and I got as far as telling him there was no silverware out and he pretty much shrugged me off and walked away before I could continue to speak with him. I do not recommend, they are not as good as they once were. Management should be retrained or replaced.
Ordered 4 plates in the drive thru for my family, only got 3. I should have checked the bag before leaving...
I went in for there taco Tuesday deal they have I did not ask for spicy anything and for the last 30 minutes I have been rinsing my mouth with milk and ice it did not taste wright at all I took it back and told them and the manager said we don't use ghost peppers which is the only thing I could compare it to at the time never having a ghost pepper because I have heard they are the hottest pepper after this I highly do not recommend Rosa's !!!!
It's not hard to follow what's on the receipt when putting an order together. I paid for 4 extra tortillas and got 0 of those 4.
Ordered 3 steak fajita breakfast tacos and one potato and egg taco got home and opened the box and they gave me 1 egg and beans taco and 2 bean taco and I potato with no egg taco . Paid $22 for beans .
DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM The service provided at Rosas Café 865 W Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75013 is terrible. I was holding my toddler's hand and holding my baby. I asked Mrs. Raquel to help me with a chair for my baby, but she chose to turn away and continue talking to some construction workers. This isn't the first time she's acted in a discriminatory manner. Three months ago, I complained to Mrs. Dulce at the office because she called me "black." However, nothing happened because the lady is still there with her rude gestures, disrespectful, impolite, and, worst of all, discriminatory
Depends on what day you go to get real warm fresh food went today it was. Old and soggy the nachos and the burrito chesses wasn't even melted eeeeeyuck 🤢
I work around the corner. I go here almost everyday for lunch. I always use the drive through and today was no different. I got my food started headed back to work, eating on the way and thank god I look at what I eat because I seen something blackish brown on my folk I was about to eat on my next bite and notice its a BUG! it was dead and literally cooked in with my food! Not to mention I had already ate most of it already before finding the BUG. So that alone, REALLY discussed me. If It had an option to post the pictures I took on here, I would. When I took it back the lady at the counter tried to hand it back to me as if I wanted to keep eating on it. Found that really disrespectful. They did refund my money with a $20 gift card but I will NEVER in my life eat or spend another penny at this location again! And i highly suggest you don’t either. Unless you want to eat on baby roaches 🪳
I ordered a asada"burrito" for 7$. I received a small taco with nothing but meat. I'm used to ordering burritos from Mexican restaurants. A burrito is the size of a Chipotle burrito. This should be called a taco. Unexceptable. The window server confirmed this was a burrito. Then no sides? Not returning.
Almost 20 dollars for a fajita combination plate and this is the chicken I got. Not edible at all. How can management allow this food to be served.to add insult to injury. I called and asked to speak to the manager. Daniel answered and said that he doesn’t speak English and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Carla whom claimed to be the other manager and was told that Daniel doesn’t speak English. I was offered no remedy. This is how the handle business.

Rosa's in Benbrook: Your Go-To for Fantastic Tex-Mex
You know, there are some spots in Benbrook that just hit different, and for my money, Rosa's is absolutely one of them. It's not just a restaurant; it’s practically a community staple for anyone craving solid, delicious Mexican food. And trust me, it’s got a loyal following for a reason.Let's talk about the big draw: Taco Tuesday. Folks rave about it, saying it’s unmatched by almost any other place around. The consistency across all their locations is impressive, but our Benbrook spot certain...
