We always love going to eat here! The manager, Carlos, clearly does a fantastic job making sure the place stays clean, provides friendly service, and ensures his staff does the same. It is rare to see someone care that much, and do such a good job! We will continue coming back.

Simply the best chicken experience I have ever had. There is chicken and then there is chicken eaten at this Golden Chick. Its as if the establishment has been touched by the hand of the divine. All other chicken experiences are lackluster after having been served by the pure perfection this Golden Chick provides. Just be warned if you eat here all other places that serve any kind of chicken will fall short and leave you reminiscing about the experience you had here. 5 stars isn't a high enough score to give, 6 would be more appropriate as it sets the standard for all other places that have chicken as a culinary option.

Xeric was really helpful to me and my crew! As well as Lexi, Natalie and Zac. They made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner and it was very clean on the inside!

No wait in the drive thru, easy to order, tap to pay worked, the food was served quickly and it was delicious. I got the 4 piece tender combo with fries, gravy, sweet tea and it came with a roll. The only oddity was no ice in my tea, haha, but it was still cool and refreshing.

Stop here thinking I was at Chicken Express where I get my sweet tea from after realizing it was the wrong place , I ordered 2 wings and the sweet tea. The chicken was fresh and so was the sweet tea but the sweet tea was not as good as chicken express and it came in a gallon bag instead of the gallon jug other than that customer service was great and so were the wings.

I'm back again it seems like it keeps getting better i ordered the 3 piece fried and roasted with dirty rice 2 days in a row. The chicken is cooked to perfection 👌🏼 juicy not greasy and that dirty rice is off the chain. That manager puts some kinda magic in that place her hospitality is spread through the whole place EMPLOYEES AND ALL they treated everyone that came through the door like family and she already knew my order. And the place is spotless BATHROOMS to .IT'S DEFINITELY A MUST TRY 👌🏼 🙌 💯

I was in the drive thru waiting for about 10 minutes, so I went inside to claim my order and still ended up waiting for 15 minutes. The two extra wing for compensation was kinda an insult. I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location. A staff member who had clocked out and walked outside came back in went behind the counter and started fixing meals to go. Didn't even wash his hands.

Ordered online. When I got to the drive thru window I was told I had to come inside to get the order. It was raining so that was very inconvenient. Every every single thing I ordered was horrible. Burnt jalapeño poppers, tiny shriveled chicken tenders. Barely a teaspoon of gravy with my mashed potatoes and over fried wings. I didn’t ask for spicy but they put some kind of spicy seasoning in them anyway. I almost feel like they’re purposely messing up orders because they don’t like getting business. Edit: manger was apologetic and gave me a prompt refund so i added a star.

This Golden Chick has way smaller pieces of strips then others I've been too and the fries were very hard over cooked....for amost 20 bucks...i won't be back there.

I haven't had golden chick in years and I had been craving it for a while so my bf and I stopped by. First of all the lady at the drive thru seemed kinda rude or like she had an attitude problem. We got our food almost instantly and everything was cold and dried out like it had all been sitting there for hours. We came around 1pm so not exactly what I was expecting the food to be like. The chicken was cold and dried out and kinda hard to eat. The gravy was so liquidity with absolutely no flavor. Just felt like I was dipping my food in water. French fries were cold. The only thing I can say was, the ice cream was good and you get as much as you want. I didn't like that we had to eat in the parking lot due to it being such a small building and seating area.

I oredered the catfish and i recieved 3 tiny fillets that barely had any meat and it would be considered a kids meal i am very disapointed that i wasted 11 dollars for a kids meal that was supposed to be for adults i showed it to my coworkers and they agreed that was wrong what golden chic sold me and they wont be going there if they are going to waste their money like i did and same here i wont be back i gave then to many chances already

We ordered drive thru and we got are food so fast only for it to be cold and it was so dried out the fish was so crispy and chicken cold and fried very hard potatoes taste like it was instant. I see the cold food and over fried is common
