I received a munchie box, and when I was eating my order, nearly half my chicken was rubbery and tasted OLD… it was disgusting to eat and lost my appetite. I tried to bit it again and again to give myself the benefit of the doubt, but it was not a good feeling. Normally they do excellent but this was unacceptable…

Got a chicken sandwich, half the breading is missing and it’s very over cooked hard as a rock, not edible. Glad someone cooking the food there thought someone would want to eat this or could eat it without chipping a tooth. I didn’t say anything the last time but 2 times in a row is crazy.

The level of incompetence and rudeness I encountered here is difficult to comprehend. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 3 combo with French fries and a cherry vanilla Coke Zero, jumbo-sized. The person taking my order kept trying to hurry me up, assuming what I wanted instead of waiting for me to tell her. The line was very slow. When I arrived at the window, I was initially charged $31.13 (nearly 3x the cost of my meal) and they handed me items for the wrong order. I informed them of the error and they charged me $12.22 (the cost of the jumbo sized combo) and handed me a sourdough burger with *regular curly fries* and a *regular* size drink. I asked for a receipt and they told me they couldn't give me one. When I continued waiting for a receipt, I was told, "We can't give you a receipt. Why are you still here?" I was basically forced to leave. All in all, I was charged $43.35 for the wrong meal! Talking to corporate has gotten me nowhere.

I bought some classic wedges and this is all I got I knew something was wrong with it they just didn’t put enough for almost $5.00 They guy working the window with the pony tail and mess up hair gave me this and a day or few days before he said he didn’t have any hot sauce… Next time I’ll get the name. Unacceptable. I went to another jack and this isn’t what I was given.

Spent 10 minutes in the drive through. No one answered the speaker. Pull up to the window and was told I owed $10 and change. Stated hasn't ordered yet, was informed no orders at the window. Go inside order; both food and drink were wrong. Gave up as this had already taken thirty minutes. Issue every time at this location.

I order online through uber eat i bought buy one get one free for my drinks i order a larger strawberry shake but didn't get the shakes i got two drinks instand that what i order from here and just called them and they are being rude

I've been ordering from here for two years now, about twice a month. Every single time without fail they get the order horribly wrong. Today I got ONE chicken sandwich instead of the burger meal I ordered. I paid $12 for a single chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a burger, fries, tiny tacos, and a drink. To make things worse, when I tried to get help about getting the wrong order and overpaying, it has me enter my order number and even when the number is EXACT it still claims It's not a valid number as if I never even ordered. Doesn't help that the food was cold. $12 for a single cold chicken sandwich and no way to get my money back? Definitely not ordering from here ever again. Just go to another location and save yourself the loss cause I'm pretty sure this one is being run by a bunch of teenagers.

We went thru the drive at 10:04, and the cashier said they were closed. She said they close at 10 pm. They are supposed to be open for 24 hours. This isn't the first time we have been told this. Oct 19, 2024 The pics were taken this morning. They barely toasted the bun, and there is barely any meat on this expensive sandwich.

I ordered my food through to be picked up in the drive through via the Jack in the Box app, at 11:23PM, on a Tuesday night. The app and Google both said the restaurant was open 24 hours. However, upon arriving, I was greeted with an empty building, and as such did not get my food. The next day I returned to inquire about this, and the staff told me they close early on certain days. If that is the case, perhaps one should update the schedule so that potential customers do not experience this problem.
