As a former Pluckers server with years of experience under my belt, I hold this place to a high standard—and I’m happy to say it delivered. I recently visited and was genuinely impressed by the level of service we received. Our waiter, JJ, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. It brought back memories of what made working at Pluckers special: great food, a fun atmosphere, and staff who go above and beyond. JJ didn’t miss a beat, from keeping our drinks full to making solid menu recommendations. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that kind of energy makes a huge difference in the dining experience. Shoutout to him for reminding me what great service looks like. Pluckers still hits the spot—and now I know it’s in good hands with team members like JJ.

My boyfriend took me to eat for the first time here at Pluckers, we just celebrated a gender reveal and coming here topped it off ! Our server Keoni was so kind and explained the menu so well, as well as was attentive to our table. 10/10 experience

Visited Pluckers on 5/24/25 during a busy time, and I have to say—Celeste provided one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, she engaged with our table in such a warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly manner that it completely elevated our visit. Despite the crowd, Celeste ensured our food and drinks arrived quickly and accurately, all while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and charisma made a lasting impression. I usually don’t walk away from restaurants feeling this impressed, but thanks to Celeste, this visit was easily my best experience at this Pluckers location. Love the waitress that was assigned to us sadly I didn’t got her name but she was so sweet and attentive! The wait was 15 minutes but we were seated quickly for party of 2 . Will always come back to this location love the atmosphere.

We had a very nice early lunch. Food was great. Only thing I'd mention as a negative is one employee was dusting the fixtures above all the tables knocking dust around over us. Other customers noticed as well. But our server, Kenneth, was very nice and attentive. The hostess at the front by the door was bright and friendly.

So dang good! The salad is huge and will fill you up. I got the buffalo salad with spicy garlic Parmesan tender, extra cabbage, and spicy ranch dressing.

Leah and Alexia were excellent. Would Recommed them both. The mngr Jackson, kindly came over to explain why the t.v. screen was not working. That is customer service if you ask me. My husbands been raving about this place for YEARS so, naturally, I had very high expectations when we finally got the opportunity to try it out. Every expectation I had was far exceeded, and as a fellow server myself this is very hard to do 🤣 the hostesses actually greeted us when we walked through the door, the food & atmosphere were amazing, but the best part was our waitress Taji! She was super knowledgeable, had great energy, and best of all possesses the selfless servants heart every manager dreams of seeing in their staff. Thanks Pluckers for an amazing ending to our weekend- the perfect place to eat after finishing an ultra marathon!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Came to this specific location for the first time and me and my friends had a blast! Our waitress, Kia, was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning. She greeted us warmly and took us to our seats. She made sure our orders were correct and checked up on our table often to see if we needed refills, or any help in general. The food was warm, well-prepared, and didn’t make me feel sick afterwards unlike competing restaurants do, such as Chili’s and Applebees. I would absolutely come back again to this location and if you happen to get Kia as your waitress, just know you’ll have excellent customer service! Alsooooo, they were playing good music! Almost made me want to go clubbing afterwards 😂

First time at Pluckers! The outside needed a good sweeping. It was fairly slow , sat at the bar. The service was great. I had a pina colada since I can't have alcohol. The fries were great & the dessert was even better!! Looking forward to our next visit.

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The vibe is casual, like your classic wing spot, but the food is what stands out. I don’t usually rave about wings, but the spicy lemon pepper wings I ordered were outstanding. They were flavorful, cooked well, and honestly so good I wish they sold that sauce! The homemade chips were super good too. We noticed a lot of tables ordering the fried cheese, which definitely caught our eye, but we weren’t hungry enough to order them though. Service was spot on, friendly, attentive, and quick. Overall, I wish we had a Plucker’s in Atlanta so I could come back more often.

No matter how many times I go, the food is always on point—hot, flavorful, and just downright satisfying. The wings are unbeatable, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve recommended it to friends. The Psychedelic Frog is my go-to drink—sweet, strong, and always the perfect match for a plate of wings. I’ve celebrated birthdays here, watched games, and had countless laid-back nights with good people and great food. Pluckers never misses, and that’s why I keep coming back.

All food came out hot. My 7 year old is very impressed with the fried macaroni. He also loved that the kids menu had lots of fun games in it and it came with a wind-up penguin toy. The bone in wings are very meaty and they had plenty of sauce. My only complaint is the fried pickles are spears and not logs, which is criminal.

This place gets so busy, especially during the weekend so make sure you add yourself to the wait list on the Yelp app, it's awesome. My friend added us to the wait list when we were about 15 minutes away. Upon our arrival, there was a long line out the door. She checked - in with the staff inside and thankfully only waited for less than 5 minutes to be seated. The hostess was nice and our server Shae was attentive, friendly, and on top of things. She ensured to refill our drinks after asking if we'd like a refill. Top-tier customer service for sure. I ordered Buffalo boneless strips with waffle fries and it was so good. It was savory, juicy, delicious, and not dry at all like the ones I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings. 5/5 The ranch was a little too water for my taste but I still used it to dip my waffle fries in it. The honey BBQ wings were pretty good and juicy. 5/5 The garlic parmesan wings were decent but not my favorite. 3/5 I ordered an Arnold Palmer but didn't like it because it tasted stale or like something had gone bad. Not sure if it was the unsweetened tea or lemonade but I couldn't take more sips. I informed the server and asked for water instead. Unfortunately, they still charged me for the Arnold Palmer even though it tasted terrible. There are hundreds of TVs since it is a sports wing bar and it's better than Buffalo Wild Wings due to the quantity and quality of their food. The ambiance is loud and busy. However, it's not too loud that you can ask her the music playing. They had a good Playlist, I read dancing to the majority of their songs on my chair. Hehe he I had a wonderful experience, amazing customer service by our server Shae, delicious food, and great company. I highly recommend it.

Monday is all you can eat wings at $32. The sauce we picked was Goldrush. I would definitely try something different next time. Also had 5 wings for $8.99. The service was great. The chicken was good but a little overcooked. Will come back and try it again.

I enjoy Pluckers a lot. If i had one complaint, it would be that our location is really new, so the wait times are always crazy! Lemon Pepper, Ranch, or Garlic Parmasean dry rub wings are my favorites. I'm not a huge fan of saucy wings from anywhere.

Previously had given them a very bad review. Today they made up for it. Had a great lunch good food and service. Glad we gave them another try!

If you look at the reviews with less than two stars they're going to say that the wings were dry or burnt, which happens to be my case as well. They were so dry and barely had any sauce. I had to order a side of sauce to enjoy them. Our order of nachos was also cold when it arrived. Service was slow but staff was very friendly. *I have been back since I wrote this review and I can say thw have immensely improved.

I had ordered takeout around 230pm in the afternoon 2 meals. Took about 10 minutes longer than app indicated after order. Food was very tasty although a couple of the tenders had overdone spots on them Mac n cheeses was a little bland. But all in all an average meal. I will eat here again.

Always make sure you join the waitlist at any Pluckers location! Use Yelp or Google for it. The staff were very professional and had a great attitude, the food was a bit dry and unfortunately they had ran out of some wing sauce flavors. Nonetheless, this is establishment was very clean, friendly and the drinks were great. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Good location for wings. A bit smaller then other locations with a bit of table crowding. This place gets packed after 5 so plan ahead. Parking is scarce so be ready to drive around on the weekends. Drinks are good and the wings are delicious. Great place for a group outing or to watch a game.

Our waitress was great, the area we sat in was great and accommodating for us as parents to a toddler. I ordered a salad and it was meh, the chicken was way overcooked :( but my hubby enjoyed his wings, fries and and fried pickles and my Batman drink was great. Go on Tuesday if you have kids

Wings were hard. The tenders were also hard. The place and employees were nice. Waitresses did a good job. But the food came out too hard. The wings weren’t juicy and the tenders weren’t tender.

I went yesterday with my friends and it took a long time to get food. The waitress was nice but she was way over extended. They need more waitresses/waiters so that everyone is served quickly. The food was cold by the time it was given to us and we were too hungry to not eat it. We didn’t want to wait for another century to get it.

Went for first time and the food was ok. I wouldn't go again, just cause I've had much better salad from Dairy Queen and wings from Hooters and Wingstop. The environment was fun, packed and comfortable. The waiter was attentive and offered other options cause they no longer offer Honey Mustard Dressing, I still got somewhat of my honey mustard fix, they used a sauce on my chicken. The table next to use ordered tenders that were huge, and looked almost burnt, crusty, very dry and unappetizing. I was grateful I didn't order a tender basket. There was several football games on t.v. which I understand it being for that reason, but the food I cannot comprehend why people would come for the food. I would not come here again, I was disappointed in the food. Oh, well glad others like it, I'm not one of them

Overall the service is the reason I would visit again. I have never been to this location, I was use to going to the one in the Highlands. This one is located in the same parking lot as Main Event. We went on a Sunday night, during a football game which, I don’t want to do again. If we hadn’t found a seat at the bar, it would have been a 45 minute wait, outside in the cold. My food was my biggest issue, I ordered The Dirty Patty Melt. They bring it cut in half. I ate the first half without noticing if the patty was well done. So as I got to the other half. I realized it was definitely extra medium rare. If it’s one thing I dislike, is red rare meat. So kindly enough Jackson, (who wasn’t our server) took it off the tab bc he said that in fact the meat is supposed to be fully cooked. He did offer me something else but I refused. The fries were a bit soft and the Cajun seasoning could have stayed in the back, bc I’ve definitely had better seasoning. And the ranch, oooh geez it was sooo watery and almost flavor-less but bc I was hungry I ate until I realized my meat was not cooked well done. Anywho, our server Pierre was great and there was another young man that was very kind and attentive, I didn’t get his name but we will call him the tabasco guy 😆 bc he gave it to me!!! Beware on game nights of the crowd!! Oh and one more thing, my guy ordered a 5 piece combo that was the smallest $12 combo I ever seen in my life 😂 I was like I really hope he wasn’t that hungry bc I know that did not fill him up. The fry basket isn’t the largest and the flats he received were definitely flat 😂 he wasn’t complaining but we could have went to wing stop which would have included a drink. Our combo at Pluckers consisted of water 😂

I checked the app to join the wait list, and it said "No Wait". We arrived and were told it would be about 15-20 minutes for a table in the area with the big screens. There were 2 empty tables I kept inquiring about that were ready when we checked in. I finally asked a different person about them, and he seated us right away. Over 10 minutes passed when seated, and we still were not greeted by any waiter. A group of ladies walked right in with no wait and sat next to us, and within 2 seconds, a waitress took their drink order 🤦🏻‍♂️. I went to the front desk and asked why we had not been attended to. She went to notify a manager and assured us he would get someone to help us. Something was off in the kitchen this day as our wings were not tossed right in their flavors. Our waiter was actually very nice and made sure we were taken care of. The highlight of our night was getting a wing that looked like a seahorse 🤣 (check out the picture) kind of grossed my wife out. We didn't ask for a discount, but the manager came over on his own as he saw that we waited a while to be seated and served and took care of our appetizer. Thanks!

We put in the wait list and on Yelp it had said it was an hour wait. Once we came to the store an hour later the lady in front told us we had to wait for another 45 minutes to be seated. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The lady with pink and black braids didn’t try to help us out and pretty sure just wanted us to leave, she asked us 3 times what our names were and told us to wait. I come here every other weekend and this experience has been the worst. My first visit when they opened was amazing but now they’re just rude and its been like this the last few times I’ve been here. Honestly, just go to twin peaks.

My friend and I went for the first time today. We was able to be seated right away when we walked in the door. We decided to try the fried pickles and we ended up having to send them back, they was hard to bite into and chew. The only thing I really liked was the waffle fries and the brownie.

Came in Saturday morning around 1, was sat in the outer area and had a waitress come up to us take our drink order then come back and say she wasn’t our waitress. 15 mins later our waiter showed up high and laughing not knowing he had a table. Beer came flat, chicken sandwich tasted like rubber (iykyk) and the waiter kept saying sorry about the wait. Almost didn’t want to tip but we’re not like that.. check your staff and maybe don’t smoke during work.

I'm not sure what is happening... but food has been way over cooked lately. Fries are rock hard. Chicken bites dry and rock hard.... Same problem different day. Chicken dry. Ranch dipping sauce might as well be called ranch water... a big disappointment again. They need to stop cutting corners.

Service was terrible at best. We were seated then ignored completely. People seated next to us were served before anyone acknowledged us. Had to go find someone and they had to send someone else. Will never go back here again.

It takes them over an hour to make wings for Togo pickup and they never fail to forget to ranch. The fries taste and smell like wet dog. They always pack it messy with sauce all over the bag. I do like the garlic sriracha wings so an extra star for that.

Just got my order from here through door dash at 10:30 feb 11, 2026. I got skimped out of my tenders. Ive never had a problem at this location before. But this time my “monster boneless wing basket” was light. The tenders were cold, dry, and tough. The ranch was also warm.

Me and a friend usually go on Tuesdays. We each have two kids for the kids eat free deal. Before the 20% auto gratuity was in place everything was great. Now every time we go the service from the waitresses has gone down big time since they get a 20% tip automatically. We went in today and as usual service was not good. I had to ask for a coke 3 times. My friends kids order was wrong. Finally refilled our waters when we were getting ready to pay. And lastly the bill. I really do think I was charged more than 20% for the tip. I really hope the 20% can be changed to just a party of 6 or more ADULTS rather than a 1 mom and 2 kids. (We pay separately). One last thing I’ve noticed when we have a guy server they don’t add on the 20% cause they literally see 2 moms with 2 kids each pay separately and I appreciate that.

I ordered online for pickup, and the experience was very disappointing. No one was paying attention to the front counter — I stood there waiting while staff walked by without acknowledging me. When I finally got my order, the chicken tenders were overcooked, dry, and tough to eat. I ended up trashing all but one of four tenders. Pluckers needs to do a much better job managing online orders and making sure food quality matches what customers are paying for (almost $20 for food that was worthless). A refund should be issued at minimum.

When my girlfriend and I arrived, we expected to be greeted or seated fairly quickly, especially since the parking lot wasn’t full and the restaurant was much quieter than usual. Instead, we stood waiting while the hosts talked among themselves before finally acknowledging us. It wasn’t the best first impression. Our server, took quite a while to get to our table. I understand that servers can get busy, but with the place nearly empty, the 40-minute wait just to place a drink order felt excessive. When she did come over, her tone was more demanding than friendly. My girlfriend simply asked if they had strawberry lemonade, and the response came with noticeable attitude. At first, I thought maybe she was having an off day, but her attitude stayed the same for the rest of our visit. The food itself was good, but the service really overshadowed it. The meal was fine, but the lack of attentiveness and friendliness from both the hosts and our server made the experience disappointing. Good service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that’s where this visit fell short. Hopefully, management can address this so future guests have a better overall experience.

The service was excellent! She is a great waitress and good communicater unfortunately that is where is accolades end. I had the chicken sandwich. It was very dry and not worth the price. I took a picture of the access bread that didn't match the size of the chicken. I don't mind paying the prices for a good meal, but for $45 for a couple of sandwiches is too much. We could have eaten steaks at Texas Roadhouse for the same price. Very disappointing. Live and learn, I'll just eat elsewhere.

Was told cannot take an ID from another country. Tables around us were not asked for an ID. We are visible well over 21 unlike the other tables. Asked for all drums were given a mix. Asked for the burger that has grilled onion and jalapenos it did not have them. Waitress did not come back till we were half way through the meal. Were not given refills till I asked for the waitress which took another 10 minutes for her to come. Burger was dry and hard.

Came in, got seated at 10:50. Didn’t get greeted til 11:10. Mind you, it’s not busy at all. Finally ordered, entrees & app didn’t come out til literally 11:45. Waitress stopped by once, brought the check as we were visibly still eating lol. Mid food. Whole experience was trash

The food took forever…. They weren’t even busy. I saw workers talking in the corner and the manager right there standing with them. Not to mention the host lady was not friendly. Will not be returning to this location

I went here to eat tonight and the waitresses were horrible so unprofessional they took 40 min to bring us our food. The food tasted so nasty. If I could I would so given ZERO stars ON SERVICES. Pluckers please do better and get professional waitresses.

They Say they have a timing system… hmmm I waited 30 minutes between drinks.. ask for a 3rd was told they have a “ timing system”… no you have an attention to the customer problem!!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sylis?? & her co-workers have issues.. here from Florida.. free state as well.. no TX No!

Came here before and it was pretty bad, i thought I'd give them a second chance. But it was worse this time. we were walked passed by 2 different people at the hostess stand before they finally greeted us. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned (they were not busy) we ordered a cheese nacho appetizer which was disgraceful upon arrival (Pic included). We left and will not be going again. This franchise has a great menu but about a 50% success rate on execution of quality. and the produce at all 3 locations I have been to are sub par to say the least. I imagine they survive by the pluckers name and by being a local college drinking hub.

I walked in for a birthday dinner with my sister and nephews, the hostess looked at us walk in, turned to the side for about 3 minutes w her hand under her chin then turned to us and asked if we needed a table. We got sat down and I asked for a booth and hostess proceeded to tell me she didn’t have available booths when I saw 5 booths available. When the server came he sat us in the booth and we ordered our food , and I asked if they could do anything for a birthday celebration, but he said the restaurant didn’t do birthday celebrations. Every pluckers I have gone to always does birthday celebrations. Our holy Mac was extremely cold in the center, and I could still see the flour. We never received sides of condiments and we had an extremely hard time trying to get a refill. He payed close to no attention to our table and would make faces when we asked for something he had already forgot in the first place. I’m a server as well and I understand when you are busy , but we were his only table. The way this restaurant presented itself was unacceptable.

The food was sub par, all of it was cold, with the amount they charge you would think it be worth it. Also they don't give you a receipt to actually see the charges, just sprout the total. I had to ask them to print me a receipt oh and the tip options start at 18%.

I was very disappointed that the restaurant did not have any desserts available because they were out of ice cream. This was early on a Sunday evening. How does a restaurant run out of ice cream.

We checked in online for a 8pm seating, we was there by 7:30p didn't get seated until 8:40. We order drinks and apps, then our food took about another hour to get. When the food came out it was cold!!! Tots and wings. I have no understanding how the food took that long and to come out cold. I left a survey about the issue, I also ordered blue cheese with my wings they gave me ranch when I asked for the blue cheese they charged me for it. The middle tables on the floor are so close together u can reach out and touch the next person's table. This is a new location seems like they need to work on some issues

When joining the wait list I asked the lady up front we would need a high chair for my 1 year old. It was a busy day because of the Super Bowl. We got seated in a booth, I told our waitress I know they don’t put high chairs on booths but I did let the person up front that we needed to be seated with a high chair. They brought me a booster seat, which would have worked if the straps weren’t broken. I asked my waitress if they could replace them they said they only had a couple that actually have the straps but they weren’t any available. Then I proceeded to ask her if her manager could possibly accommodate us somewhere else. the manager seemed very overwhelmed did not talk to me at all, to the waitress to tell me, it was not possible to put a high chair in the booth (which I mentioned to her I knew that already). This would’ve been fine if the booster seats at least worked. I was very disappointed, my husband and I often come here and the service this day was terrible. Also the wings were extremely small I had never seen them this small. My waitress was nice, and was doing her best, but at the end she did not give us our receipt. Hope you guys can do something about these booster seats.

Very disappointed today, came in for sister-in-law’s bday and the food was cold, portions of waffle fries was laughable and alway inconsistent. It seems you get more waffle fries and buffalo bites when it’s not as busy of a day, we came Wednesday and got a good amount, but man today (Sunday) seems like when they know it’s gonna be a busy day they skimp out as to avoid making fresh food continuously. Not happy at all.

I ordered a simple Cajun 5 piece jumpo wings with fries and a strawberry lemonade. The fries came out cold and looked like the scraps while the wings were were still hot. I mentioned I could not eat the cold fries and the young lady at the bar area around 11:30pm 7/2/2024 looked at me like she didn't have a care in the world while she rushed back to continue her conversation with gentleman at the bar she was having conversation with. She said she took the fries off my order but it still came up to close to 13 dollars. I kinda understand it was close to closing but there was no excuse for the poor conversation. This behavior towards a paying customer is no way to treat customers.

I’ve been to pluckers many times but today was horrible. The wait was crazy. Finally got in and it took what felt like forever to get our drinks. Another long wait for our food. The restroom was trashed. Trash over flowing, no toilet paper in none of the stalls. I understand they were busy but when I walked into the bathroom there were many pluckers workers in there. Even the girl in the stall before me worked there. Customers were asking other customers for hand paper towels to wipe themselves. The waiter was very cold with us. Yes he did come and serve us but his vibe was off. As soon as he saw people he knew walk in his attitude changed with them only. I know I’m not tripping my total was in the $60 and I for sure didn’t leave more than 20% tip yet my total is way higher. Now it makes sense why the waiter didn’t give me my receipt. He didn’t even give me a chance to request it on the terminal. Never had that happened to us before. I’m always able to verify what we are being charged for. At the time it didn’t matter till I checked my account and the total charged didn’t make sense. Someone needs to look into that. Any other day I would have left a better tip but nothing was good about the service. So I know I’m not tripping. The math isn’t mathing. Guys check your receipts!!

Huck was our server and from the beginning he was so rude. He messed up our drink order which was not a problem until he gave my attitude about how that was not what I said. Then came and with a very annoyed face came and pretty much tossed our appetizer and new drinks on our table then left without saying a word to us. The manager is not very helpful either. She said he didn't feel good. Well then in my opinion he should go home. Because people come to enjoy their food in a nice environment... Not the case here after that I didn't trust him with my family's food or drinks. Pluckers please do better.

I love pluckers but this location sucks staff only tell you how long is the wait time but don’t take your name. We did a sitting on the app instead and it took forever we waited a hour. Another time we went we decided to order online instead and the food said it was going to ready at a specific time and it took way longer. We ask staff if they can ask at the back and we got ignored and told us to just wait. Food was not even hot and ready it was cold. Will not attend to this location ever they need better staff.

I had a very frustrating experience with my recent to-go order. I drove 25 minutes to pick up my food, which was supposed to be ready by 10:05 PM. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I was then told they were just starting to make my order. In total, I waited over 45 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready when I got there. When I asked to cancel due to the delay, I was told I couldn’t receive a refund because they had already started making it. To make matters worse, I was unable to speak with a manager. The lack of communication, long wait time, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience.

Service was good. Food took about an hour to get here. It looks like they use the same sauce for all of the wings. The wings became cold within two minutes of hitting the table. texture of the wings was plastic. The meat was dry. Good atmosphere spacious bar area wouldn’t recommend for dining experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Put in a large order at 2:30 pm for pick up at 10:30. I called the store an hour and a half before order pick up to ensure it would be ready in time. The manager was less than helpful and told me that even with a receipt in hand, and order number, that he could not pull the order to the kitchen. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes after the pick up time, still with no food.
