He was very helpful and caring to make my order experience easy and correct. You can tell when someone takes care of the customer with kindness and he did.

We celebrated some work successes by ordering a group lunch for our office and employees. It was the first time we used El Pollo Loco in Fountain Valley and they were great! The chicken was cooked perfectly, not too dry or salty, and our employees were very pleased. It was my job to place the order and pick it up and that whole experience was easy and satisfying. We didn't eat at the store, so I just gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because the whole ordering process and my pick up was such a breeze. Thumbs up for sure.

The customer service was actually above & beyond. Order was correct, friendly cashier(s), went out of their way each time I've been there. For me - it's the small things that count, that tend to matter most, and that's where they exceeded. I was quite impressed with their kind & genuine approach as well as their friendly attitude overall. Definitely deserved a tip AND a good review. Amazing customer service! Just one person taking care of all the customers, so quite a long waiting time to order and to receive your order. Also thanks that I checked my bag before leaving the premises, the sauces I order, were not included, plus now you need to be sure you request utensils, napkins even salt and pepper, because if not they won't provided those like in the past. Also noticed that some of the employees were more interested in their conversations than helping their coworkers with all the customers waiting to be serve. The food still good, but the service something to be analyze in detail for sure. Seems from my last review to this one, they hired more personnel plus all og them EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, so pleasantly surprised, that these reviews absolutely work!!!

I have the new chicken tamales. I would have to agree with other people who have visited El Pollo Loco, the chicken was very dry. Other than that, the place is extremely clean,vhas extremely fast service and hires extremely nice employees. There was all kinds of seating, which includes high chairs for the young ones, handicap tables end tables that move to accommodate different sized people like me. That is much appreciated. Lobby is really small and you have to order using a kiosk, so we can no longer special order items with no cilantro, so we may not go back.

Food its good every body knows But restrooms need more attention on men's restroom no urinal people have to wait till toilet gets available . Please fix urinal

This place is awful. I love El Polo Loco but this location will without a doubt me up your order. They always forget the dressing. When you make a request like no avocados due to severe allergies they will put on avocados. Take my advise and steer clear from the Warner/ Euclid location

It took over 15 minutes for drive thur. My nachos look more like chips, with a little chicken and a little sour cream... very disappointing after waiting sooo long. Where is the cheese? Where is the guacamole? I also saw a man walk up to the drive thur line and cut everyone waiting and he got his food 1st. Is that what I should have done to get faster service? Walk up to the drive thur window? I asked where is my cheese and guacamole? Pedro asked me if I want him to ask the cook.... I hate complaining so I was like nope I'll just never come back to this location, since y'all dont know how to make nachos.... sooo I'm not coming back

Just when I started coming more for the Street Corn Chicken Pollo Bowl which is nutritional and good bang for the buck, they removed it and replaced with Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl for almost double the cost but with less chicken. That's what they penalize you with for forcing the use of self serve kiosks so they can hire fewer workers. Suggest going elsewhere.
