I was expecting to eat at Taco Bell that day but got on the wrong bus and ended up on the other side of town and was hungry went inside and immediately was welcomed by the staff even how busy they were.. they told me I could order screen behind me or they could take my order. The place even the restroom was clean no odors no stains I was amazed. After ordering on the screen immediately they called my name to give me my drink cup they said the food would be right out so I filled up my drink and waited a few minutes then my name was called grabbed my food rhen sat down and began to eat. Everything was perfectly prepared. As I was leaving the staff even made sure to say goodbye see you next time. This place gets two thumbs up. If you are wondering I got a chicken Quesadilla cheesy bean rice burrito sour cream and cheese potatoes. And the drink was Bajaj Blast. I give them two thumbs up for the amazing service

Probably the coolest Taco Bell in Orange County. It does become packed with Beachy Tourist which makes this Location a diamond in the ruff for Ultimate people watching. The Food is just that. Food. The atmosphere and sites make this place Good. Never been a real fan considering I indulge in the more authentic kinds of cuisine. But for what it's worth this place is cool.

I was confused. I was so hungry I risked Taco Bell... And the soft tacos were really good. I was through the drive through in a couple minutes. But back to the confusing part: the soft tacos were GOOD. And I didn't end up in the restroom 30 minutes later... Consider me on the Taco Bell bandwagon!!

After visiting Costco, my wife and I, we decided to have a quick bite from Taco Bell. Restaurant was not busy at all, and it took about 5 minutes to be attended with food order. The food was good and satisfying. My wife decided to purchase extra cheese for the chips, and after noticing that no one was ready to help, she had to raise her voice a few times for about 2 minutes to be hearted . Very bad experience at this location so far.

This place suck in quality.. Patrica Jurado & Susan Palacio have no regard for the customer or their food. I highly recommend TacoBell Corp. To re-evaluate Patricia and her employees... they are lacking the professionalism and costumer friendly service. My food sat for a fair amount of time... the then turned around and gossip and laughed about me asking why they didn't acknowledge us yo get the food. I dont think they enjoy their job.

Edit: they don’t like when people order at register which is ridiculous. If you’re busy that’s your fault, hire some high school kid to take orders. Also, an uninvited guest was wandering the dining room at the end of my meal so not really a fan. Likely won’t be back. I came back since it’s close to work and cheapish. They literally don’t want anyone at the front counter. They are so inattentive to people at the front it’s super frustrating.

Do NOT come here!!! They have everything backwards, they do not complete orders until you are here there is literally no point in mobile ordering they make you wait ahead of any drive thru orders first. I placed my order at 1pm and got it T 11:35!!! According to the manager that is policy which makes absolutely no sense. Never coming here again. Rudeeeeeee

Waited 25 minutes for a bean burrito 🌯, I ordered through the kiosk because there was no workers to take my order at the counter. It said if you were paying with cash to let them know, but none of them even acknowledged me as I waited.... Very bad customer service

This is the worst taco bell I've ever gone to. I keep going to give them another chance but not anymore. 9/10 times they add meat to my burritos when I order the black bean option instead. I don't eat meat and it's so annoying to bite into my food and then have to spit it out and throw it away. They do it both through postmates and drive thru. I end up wasting money and time. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Don't order inside! Worst food ordering set up I have ever used! I was told by the manager to order on a kiosk at the front and wanted to pay with cash. He told me it wouldn't be a problem and walked away and did not come back to charge me. After 20mins of waiting for my order, with no one at the counter to check with, the drive through employee came to the cash register and said I need to pay for the order to have it begin being made.
