Family-run restaurant, classic Piedmontese appetizers available individually or as a tasting. The raw veal, peppers with bagna cauda, ​​and strictly freshly cut cured meats are excellent. The free-range ravioli with roast sauce are a must, and sometimes you can find homemade gnocchi with Cuneo potatoes. For second courses, depending on the season, you can find braised beef, rabbit, or boiled meats with their respective sauces. Piedmontese-style fritto misto and bagna cauda are available upon reservation. The desserts (bunet, crostata, panna cotta) are excellent. The wine list features Barbera d'Asti, Ruche di castagnole, and Dolcetto di Dogliani. Recommended for convivial dinners. Also, try the mushroom crepes.

We stumbled upon this place by chance after visiting the Mazzetti factory. It was an excellent culinary experience. After 30 years of living in Piedmont, I ate finanziera for the first time. It's a typical Piedmontese dish that I loved so much I asked for more. My husband had a raw meat appetizer and tagliolini with mushrooms. At the cashier, we jokingly pointed out that the portions were too small for the quality of the dishes, so much so that we had to ask for more... and they gave us a second helping. Incredible! Absolutely recommended and definitely worth returning to... in the summer, there's also an outdoor terrace, as the owner very kindly showed us. In short, you eat well, pay a fair price, and are greeted with the utmost kindness. Need more?

What can I say? 5 stars is not enough. The staff was super friendly, the owner welcomed us as if we'd been customers for years (it was our first time), and the location was very nice with an outdoor area. The food was excellent. We started with a raw meat appetizer (it melted in your mouth), then moved on to tagliolini with ragù (all homemade), and then on to a warm prosciutto with asparagus and desserts. Highly recommended.
