Great cheese pot! Will try different cheese next time. Duck meat and steak are really tender and juicy. Service with courtesy. It's worth going for all needs. Lovers , business, family dinner, friends....

The food was good. My daughter had really wanted to eat her. It's a nice place for a date. I personally would not bring kids.

We went there for my daughter's birthday. She loves it. This was A complete dining experience. The waitress and the owner was so nice. I Highly recommend for a special occasions only.

Absolutely incredible. This was our first time here, and they made it such an experience we will never forget and will most definitly recommend The Melting Pot to everyone!!! Everything was clean, organized and the staff was wonderful!

The Melting Pot, the fondue place. Almost a decadent experience. Gluten Free diet accommodations! Absolutely love this place. If you have never been here, come. The service is impeccable, the food awesome and the experience always a memorable one. From the cheese fondue to the salads, the main course to the finishing chocolate course, it's always a hit. As mentioned, they are more than able to meet the needs of gluten free patrons- gf bread, deserts and more.

Really good food and the place we sat was private for our anniversary dinner. They set out our booth to have a romantic atmosphere. Flowers to take home, chocolate strawberries, and a picture they take of you and you're significant other. Such a good experience for a special occasion. It is nice to go back after years! Our server was a college student just like us and she worked with us on how to cook our meat/figure out the menu. Definitely recommend! They are pricey so I don't expect to be back unless another special occasion comes around. We got the Yin and Yang Chocolate!

Really nice place with good food and good service. Everything is great, you have to try as much as you can. I will be coming back to try more options on the menu.

Always a great place for dinner. They have a knowledgable and friendly staff. Also they accept reservations online. It can be a little expensive, but the food is high quality and seasoned well. You get what you pay for. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or anniversary. Always check out the specials online or sign up for their emails.

We came here for a late Valentine's Day dinner because 1) it's my favorite and 2) he had never been. And of course, it did not disappoint. All the food was delicious, beginning to end. Our drinks were perfect - not too much alcohol and not watered down. And our server was fantastic! Be prepared to spend some money here, but the entire experience is worth it.

A great place to celebrate a special occasion. We have been here a couple of times to celebrate birthdays. The food and service are great.

We were quickly greeted when we walked in and sat right away. When our server, Jessica, greated us and clearly explained how to best experience The Melting Pot, she also offered to move us to a larger table with two burners so we could try different cheeses and cooking styles. Jessica was absolutely amazing with every course. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be back.

Phenomenal first experience for my wife and I! Our server Scott took great care of us and the manager went to great lengths to ensure we were enjoying ourselves! They did a great job setting a romantic atmosphere for our rare date night! We will definitely be back!

Over the top experience for Valentines Day. Great ambiance, excellent service from Jessica. Well worth the $90 each prix fixe 5 course meal. Really first class.

Our first time at this particular melting pot and we had a blast. Ty was our server and she really made the experience perfect! She was so quick and engaged, it was just an overall fun dinner. Side note, if you order a “yuengling” be sure to specify that you want the beer since they have a martini drink called “yin yin”. It was a pleasant miscommunication, though. Ended up being a delicious drink!!

We came here for our anniversary and had a great time. The fondue was amazing and we enjoyed the service. Our server Scott was professional and informative. We definitely recommend The Melting Pot as a place to go for a new eating experience.

My first time! Really loved it, had great service and awesome price selection. Went on a whim though and was caught off guard by pricing. Many people probably expect it though, and was not a deal breaker.

Haven’t been here in almost 8 years but glad I came back for my birthday! I enjoyed every bit just wish I had more room in my tummy for more! Definitely coming back again to try new flavors. Service was great as well. Waiter was very well spoken and other associates and the manager checked in throughout the experience to make sure everything was going well. Had a private dinner with my SO and we both were able to enjoy our time together because of the individual atmospheres they offer.

We had a great time attending a suprise birthday dinner for a friend and reconnecting with the other lovely time friends attending! The staff is excellent at accommodating food allergies and preferences.

Our server, Adam, deserves a shout out. My husband and and I eat here for anniversaries and birthdays every year. Every time we have visited has been a great experience but Adam goes above and beyond. He is extremely attentive and anticipates your needs/possible requests. Tonight was hands down the best experience and that is saying something because this place does not disappoint. Food is to die for, atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, etc. You can't go wrong with coming here!

This place is absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and all the courses came out with perfect timing. The server was absolutely phenomenal. Can’t say anything negative. My wife and I went here for our anniversary and we are so happy that we chose this place. The manager even came out and gave us $20 off on our next visit which was absolutely fantastic.

Alana was our server and she was perfect! Great attitude, quick service, and made the experience wonderful for my friends and I. I will be asking for her again every time I come!

Very nice host and server. Food was good. Recommend the classic fondue. Ask for fruit only, crusty bread, and very little garlic. Salad is good. Ask for dressing on the side. Dark chocolate fondue was good. Ask for fruit only.

Had a great time out at the melting pot! Great environment and awesome food. Our server was very attentive and fun, even the owner stopped by to check in on us. I would like to say they could have a bit better prices. Everything is super jacked up and if you go with a party of 4 expect a 200$ and up bill. Personally I don’t think it was worth the price but it was still very good none the less.

This was our 1st time going.. The cheese fondue was my favorite part! We got the turtle chocolate pot for dessert, that was also really yummy. I'd skip cooking your own meat/veggie part... The staff was friendly and efficient.

The Melting Pot is a fun experience. We always have very good service when we come to the Melting Pot. My only complaint is that I think that it is overpriced which is fine for a special occasion but not worth the value otherwise.

I enjoy my server and my service and experience. Yet the people didn’t dress as if it was a different dining dinner experience at this location. Maybe it was the area.

Great food! Great experience!! Be prepared to spend but you definitely get what you pay for. They even have special packages for occasions.

Beware of double tipping! Great food though. We’ve been a good number of times and it is expensive, but always entertaining to cook in the pots! We’ve never had a bad experience and the food is plentiful and seems very fresh. Everyone has always been super friendly though it is quite dark in there (maybe that’s why the food *appears* fresh). I am knocking off a star because they INCLUDE a 25% (!!!!) tip on your bill then still leave a space for a tip when they bring your credit card back to sign the slip. My fault for not paying close attention, but who does this for a party of 4?! I think it’s sneaky and a way to take advantage of customers. Because of that I may never go back now that I caught on to their trick. Poor business practice IMO.

I was super excited to go to the melting pot since I hadn’t been for years. Overall the experience was what I expected, our service was great. The food was good. I will say, the cost is not worth the quality of the food. What I was most disappointed in was the drinks. I came here with my mom and grandma for a girls night, cocktails and food. We tried 5 different cocktails, all of them were just bad. The sangria was an overly sweet juice. The margarita was not good it tasted like mostly orange with a bit of tequila. The berry mojito was passable. The love martini was served warm and just tasted like warm strawberry syrup. The final drink of the evening was just not drinkable and returned. While the bar may not be the main draw of this restaurant, if you have a full cocktail menu I expect the bartender to be able to make the drinks on the menu.

The interior has a fine dining feel which is nice but the price wasn’t worth the quality of the food. The sesame crusted tuna wasn’t crusted, just some sprinkles of sesame over it. The bottom of our water glasses were dirty. They don’t by default bring wine to taste before choosing a glass. We did love the alpine cheese option of the four course menu. If we went back, we’d do cheese only. Our dessert of chocolate fondue was delicious but the server drop the nuts in his tray and picked them up with his fingers and put them in our chocolate fondue pot. Friendly server but not experienced or professional enough possibly.

Great food,professional staff. I was a little shocked that I was served raw, cold, bloody meat. I wasn’t aware that I was expected to boil it myself. I didn’t like that part, but the rest was great.

It's just alright in many ways. For the price paid, you're stuffed in a tiny booth in the dark. The service was good, but the food left quite a lot to be desired. Far from my favorite 200$ meal.

I liked the food, but sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of the servers. Also a bit pricey, but I think that's the point. Just in case anyone doesn't know: you can ask for more dippers without any additional charge. -@vsingh93

Ruined Valentine’s Day. Showed up for our 9:15 pm reservation to find 25 couples waiting for a table. Nowhere to stand except the crowded lobby if you were lucky or outside. This wasn’t our first Valentine’s Day here, the previous visit was great Trying to find somewhere to eat at 9pm on Valentine’s Day is worst case scenario and the fact that they overbooked themselves is a shame for people who made reservations weeks in advance. It ruined our Valentine’s Day, doordash ended up feeding us.

Highly disappointed especially for the price. Substitutions are not allowed even if one of the party is vegan. They wanted to upcharge us(2) to sit at a table with two burners so we could both have the meals cooked in the style as we’d preferred, especially with a vegetarian in the party. For starters the charcuterie board was disappointing at best. Came with four crackers, no cheese and just a few pieces of meet. We asked if we could get a few more crackers and the manager delivered them and made a joke saying “no extra charge”. The first course of cheese in the fondue was really good although serving things like celery and carrots seemed kinda cheap. Each entree we got was distinctly different in quality. The meet I ordered was very tasty in our chosen cooking medium and I was at least satisfied but the veggie plate, at $27 was not very good at all. If I were shopping for the same onion, peppers, zucchini and such at grocery store I might have spent $4. It’s the least satisfying $150 I’ve spent on a dinner with my girlfriend. Lastly, the manager was kinda creepy the way he interacted with us through the dinner. . Save your time and money.
