The change in the store over the last 3 weeks/month had been an incredible improvement. Getting rid of the rude person and hiring John to help run the evening shift was the best decision this store has made. John has to be the best or one of the best employees Subway has.

One of the best subway experiences ever! Jeremiah was quick and professional and has some of the best customer service skills! Hopefully Subway treats this dude to a pay raise because he definitely deserves it and they really need to keep him around! Way better than any of the staff they've had since Rome was managing the place for sure!
This Subway has its challenges in retaining staff resulting in difficulties maintaining posted operating hours, however, the food quality and order accuracy is always excellent! Update addition: food was good and prepared as ordered on the mobile app but it wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the time advised. At a minimum, they were out of sliced ham, drink straws and coins for change (I only knew this because I had to wait the extra 30 minutes and saw this effect other customers). The store was busy with walk in and mobile orders but there were only two people working and, while I was there, they put a sign on the door indicating that they were "Closed for restocking."

Freddy is hands down the best Subway employee I have ever had the pleasure meeting. With making fun jokes, and creating a friendly atmosphere, he gives the experience a newfound youth. I hope to see him again in all of his amazing ways. Give that man a raise!

The wait was really the only reason why this was not five stars. I think I could hear both the manager and the two workers who were there mumbling to each other that someone did not report and likely quit. Yeah, they definitely seemed a little understaffed. This is the first time I have been to any Subway in a good 5 years. Footlong was just like I remembered it, and delicious after a round of golf. Chairs and tables were actually clean, floors were clean, bathrooms are clean. I was a little surprised given the state of a lot of fast food places these days. Prices were decent, but there's definitely no more $5 footlong! Would definitely give this place a thumbs up.
Very busy location...especially at lunch. I ordered on the app and it was ready at the specified time but not a second before. The line goes to the door most days at lunch, so the app is a good idea. Those chairs in my pic need some cleaning as did some of the tables. They are so busy, I'm sure it's hard to spare the hands for clean up.

The food was good, no complaints there but customer service was not. We had to get our own cups, our toasted sandwiches sat on the counter too long waiting on fixings so they were cold when we got them (still tasted good though) and we had to ask for napkins. Nobody said thank you or have a nice day.
Placed an online order. Waited over an hour for the sandwich. 8/12/24. Edit: 9/13/24 Seems like they finally got some employees that actually care. Had good food and good service. Changed my review from a one star to a 3 star. Continued good service will result in my review going up.
If I order online I don’t want to go inside ask where my food at when online it says it’s ready… then take an extra five minutes making my order! On top of that I didn’t even get everything I wanted… they were out of the bread I wanted and out of the main meat my brother wanted!

Slowest Subway I’ve ever been to. Food is good and the place is clean but definitely need to pick up the speed. 5 people in front of me when I walked in, took about 15-20 minutes to get through the line.
Sadly disappointed in this location. They had a bucket collecting water that was leaking from the ceiling, and not due to rain. They had no tomatoes, or oregano seasoning, and forgot to put our dressing in our bag. The employees had no problem telling us they didn't have tomatoes because the shift before them was lazy and did not do prep. Would not suggest this location if you want Subway.

Walked in for lunch two women in the restaurant. Neither of them greeted me walked up to the counter to order. Neither of them looked at me. One was playing with stickers by the cash register the other one look like she may have been cooking bread I stood there for about five minutes, threw my hands up and walked out.
Awful place to go. I was offered 2 slices of turkey for a 6 inch sandwich. Ridiculous. And a new employee was blowing in perfectly sanitized gloves before he put them on. How ignorant is that? Does he not know how far spit spreads? Gross and disgusting.
Do not order on the app the employees Cleary can't read. We got completely different sandwiches than what we ordered. How do you order a meatball sub and get turkey? It's not even remotely close. Also don't even bother paying for double meat they will not put it on, you barely get enough meat for a regular sandwich. This is not the first time they messed up our order but this was so bad we spent over 50 dollars and nothing was right. Don't pay for pretzels, cookies or churros on the app because you'll still pay for them but they'll say they don't have them and you can't get a refund on the app. We couldn't even go back and get it corrected because they closed their doors at 6 right after we picked up our order and it claims they're open until 10
Customer service is lacking big time. They don't have a working number so you never get to talk to a real person. My order got canceled and I can't even get an answer as to why.
Nice store, good potential, but the sandwich artist looked and acted like a criminal. I’m pretty sure he’s wasted as he keeps talking to himself. Is it really that hard to hire around here?
Came three days in a row!! 9pm the first day - okay fine the closed a little early. The next day 8pm - still closed the following day at 6:30pm and they’re still closed!!! Update your Google hours!
Extremely disappointed when we showed up last night just before 9pm because they were closed and clearly had been closed for a while. We were in town for our son's high school jazz band performance, and when that was done we needed to head home. We did a search for restaurants on Google, and our kids wanted Subway that was listed to be open until 10 every day. Not tonight. Please update your hours
I never really write a review, and I try to give grace as we are all going through hard times. That being said, the amount of times I have come to this location and the staff being straight up rude, looking at there phones as they literally make my sandwhich, and over all giving me probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Another thing, they have different hours due to staffing shortage, and if you go to the store they will have the hours they are supposed to be open. Currently it says they are open till 4:00 PM. I pulled up at 3:30 pm and tried to go in and it was closed. I also saw two of the workers inside so they obviously just wanted to close early. I am 21 years old and I get being young and work not being “fun”. But the real world is gonna hit these workers hard in the face with work ethic like that.
Wow how sad it's just 7:49pm the only Subway store closed now then you see the time of the sign says closes at 10pm. The employees saw us customers tries to open the door was closed . The employees went to the back room and didn't answer the front door , at less be little respect for all the customers to say they Closing earlier sign, don't just ignore us. The kid working on 9-26-23 at 2:15pm was so incredibly rude to my mother over a 49¢ cookie that she asked for, didn’t get, thought she paid for, apologized and wanted to pay for but the kid was just a jerk. I’ll be visiting this location again and of he’s still got a problem I’ll be speaking with Corperate about their representation.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION I used to order at this location quite frequently, I then had 2 orders in a row come out incorrectly, 6 months later I return with yet another online order not correct and missing the sides I already paid for. Along with that it is not a comfortable environment. The staff clearly does not get along with eachother as they shout at eachother along the line, they always seem rushed and frankly don’t appear to know what they are doing and never aware of their surroundings. This place needs a serious overhaul
I don't understand how it can be so difficult to make a sandwich...I ordered on the app, simple meatball sub.... wrong bread, no cheese, no requested seasonings, also forgot the cookie I ordered. This isn't the first time this location has messed things up...
This location used to be amazing it's not anymore, BEWARE I went through town recently and received the worst customer service I've had at a Subway. The bread was hard and the veggies weren't fresh. The store was dirty and they didn't even have ice in the machine they were scooping by hand into cups. After talking to one of the only crew I recognized from my last visit, I was informed the manager quit and and most of their staff went with him looking at the replacement I can really tell the owners just don't care about their restaurant.
Ordered on the app for curbside pickup, waited 30 min, called but no one picked up the phone, was parked in the front where, when I entered the store they knew I was there for the pickup order. A now 40min old tuna sandwich not made right and no chips with it... not happy at all and would not reccomend. Not to mention I am sicker than a dog and had to go inside to get the meal i already paid for. Worst experience ever.

In the middle of making my sandwich the guy got up and went to the bathroom for 5 minute. My sandwich is cold now and it’s disgusting. I know my review doesn’t do much especially with a chain but that was absolutely horrible and disgusting
When I walk in the subway today August 3,2024 I have never seen such dirtiness of the place. When my sandwich was being made it was soggy an look nasty the vegetables was looking pretty nasty in the line nothing was fresh. It's about 3:15pm an the lady didn't wash her hands when grabbing my food out of oven. The young gentleman was not understanding what to. The lady was only caring about her food that was in the lobby where people sit an the lady in front of me was just puzzled on how this place doesn't have good workers an she agreed with me. About how disappointing this subway has gone down so horribly.
Never have ingredients to make a full sandwich. Yall changed the time which is cool but damn restock. Since they are already low and about to close workers won’t go get what u need to add to a sandwich which is crazy. I came in 30 mins til closed time at 8. No reason why u can’t restock. This is a waste of subway and you health inspection is at a 80. Do better
Walked in today mind you the door was open open sign was on and I walked in and workers there and just starred at us and was there a good 5 minutes and I asked my sister out of sarcasm like are they open or what and the lady in regular clothes said yeah no they’re not I was like what ? And she’s like they have chips and cookies when I saw bread in the cookers and the vegetables out and I said well that would’ve been nice to been let know when we walked in or have you’re doors locked so horrible!! I ordered black forest ham salad and got a bowl of lettuce. There wasn't any meat half of what I asked for was missing . There wasn't enough dressing to cover the lettuce. I asked for my salad to be spun. It was not for there wasn't anything to spin The associate was no where to be found so I grabbed my food and drink no bag no thank you. Although the lettuce was nice and fresh this is not what I ordered terrible

The lady at the counter was making the sandwich I order and a online order I’m not sure she starts to cross contaminate with the food she was making for the online order then the sandwich I ordered with a vegetable I’m highly allergic too! I asked her to please change her glove she gave me kinda dirty look then I had to tell I didn’t have my EpiPen and she’s touched something I’m highly allergic to. She said ok. When I got to my BF so we could split it there was the freaking vegetable I was allergic to in the sandwich! Along with other things that are not apart of the sandwich. Very disappointing won’t be going back
