Pretty much love every Paris Baguette location, but some are better than others. This one was pretty great. They still had some of the valentines pastries I was looking for even though it was close to closing on the night of. Recommend.
I stopped in on Mon, Dec 22, in the late morning. The young lady at the register was so friendly and helpful. The hot chocolate was just okay. It was definitely not worth $5 but I would return to try a cake. The holiday ones looked wonderful.
This is a great place very welcoming. The atmosphere is calm. The workers are kind as well I came in for my cousins birthday and he offered us candles and extra services. The pastries are 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who wants a cafe and sweet environment!
Im a frequent customer and have bought your cakes for family events Each cake is a winner Everyone was gratified. Im disappointed because to whole cakes you have 1) Vanilla Boo Cream and Lemon which you only sell on Mother's Day You do not sell in slices which I feel is totally unfair. I feel if you were to sell them it would create a sellout I hope my review has Paris Baguette thinking
I’ve been a longtime fan of Paris Baguette’s Strawberry Shortcake — and that’s saying a lot coming from a self-proclaimed chocolate diva! The cake is soft and tender, the berries taste perfectly ripened, and the whipped cream is light and fresh. Solid 9.5/10. The Mocha Cake, on the other hand, gets a 7/10 from me — it’s pleasant but lacks the deep, rich chocolate flavor I crave. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the Cookie Butter Cake Slice. Absolute perfection — 10/10! The layers are buttery and melt in your mouth, the cake itself is soft and tender, and the cookie butter whipped cream is airy yet full of flavor. Paris Baguette, you nailed this one. Unfortunately, the Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew didn’t live up to the hype. For $7.45, I expected cozy fall flavors, but it tasted like a regular cold brew — no pumpkin, no pie. Just disappointment. I’d suggest a little barista retraining on that recipe. 4/10. Overall, Paris Baguette remains a favorite for their cakes — just maybe skip the seasonal drink this time around.
Every time I step in at this location, I am greeted like family. The morning team of Iana, Flora, Jose, Dasha and Edwin are some of the hardest working individuals I know. Even when they are understaffed -just two working the register and bar - during the morning rush, they handle their work with care. Plus the way the Iced Americano is prepared is delicious!
My boss had a birthday. Came here to get a surprise cake. I also know he doesn't like sweet and sugar. I chose strawberry creme cake and it was just perfect! He loved it. Service was great, ambience inviting. Candles, matches and a cake cutter were all included. How sweet!
For this ten block strip on Court St north of Atlantic Ave, this is the safest place to eat at if you want to avoid the fast food chains like Popeyes and McDonalds. For breakfast and lunch, Paris Baguette excels at everything they do. Whether it’s sweet pastries or savory sandwiches, you can find anything for anyone here. The coffee and tea are good as they serve Lavazza grounds. The cakes are amazing and they’re not too sweet; it’s more ‘Asian-style’ as Paris Baguette is actually a chain bakery from South Korea. Their cakes can be bought as a whole and make great birthday cakes 🎂 equipped with a cutting knife / spatula that includes a candle and match inside the knife (innovative package design) and they also sell cakes by the slice 🍰 . Seating is nice with large windows and Pro Tip the seating upstairs is often overlooked but should not be ignored as there is better seating upstairs and oftentimes quieter. Highly recommended 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A nice Paris Bageutte on the Court St block. Came in to have some pastries and overall it still had a decent selection two hours from closing time. I liked the coffee creme filled cronut, we also grabbed a lemon creme donut as well. The pastries and matcha latte tasted good and the only complaint we had was that the AC is very strong here. Our paper stuff was almost flying all over the place, had to use my drink to weigh it down! Also, a few of the tables could use some cleaning, but besides that I would stop by again!
Absolutely loved this cafe. So many options - not only desserts - but savory snacks and quick lunch type of foods. We had not beverages and pastries. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Has plenty of places to sit downstairs and upstairs. Staff was kind and quality of food was great. Price was also fitting. My only complaint is that the entire cafe was freezing. I would still go again!
I was driving by , and decided to stop here and get my usual … I saw that they had a Pumpkin Pie Latte ( never purchased a drink from here before ) , and I decided to try it . It was the nastiest thing I ever had🤮🤮 . It tasted nothing like a pumpkin pie . I would never purchase a beverage from here again 🥴… I will continue to just get my usual….
Tons of seating at this location - there's a couple of tables on the main floor and more seating upstairs. There are tons of pastries, which are all organized and attended to. You take a tray and a pair of tongs to grab the ones you want. I got an almond croissant and a simple medium coffee. Mine was freshly brewed, which was nice - it took ~10 min. The almond croissant was delicious as well and paired well with a simple coffee. There's a bathroom on the main floor right by the cashier for customers, but I recommend to not sit at the table by it, since the bathroom can get funky at times. Thankfully, staff here addressed it right away.
Service are pretty fast for the amount of people on line. I would recommend their seasonal peach tea, green tea latte and their garlic croissant. Garlic croissant comes in bucket of 6 small croissants for $4.59. Plenty of seats in the cafe. Bathroom located on the right side of the store. Many variety to choose from salad, cold or hot sandwiches, dessert, pastries etc.. Cold sandwiches can be heated up, when paying mention you would like it heated up to the cashiers.
I’m not sure if I just caught them on a bad day or if the person that assisted me just isn’t a morning person, but my experience at this location wasn’t exactly the best. I stopped by last week with my cousin for a quick breakfast run, and the female cashier that assisted me seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. The young man that assisted my cousin was significantly more friendly, including his interaction with me when he stepped in to assist me. I’d rather continue going to the Park Slope location, as the service there is always quality, and the dining area is a bit more welcoming.
Based on a recommendation, I decided to visit this place, but unfortunately, the lack of courtesy provided by one staff members left me unimpressed. As I was taking photos of the pastries on display, as I usually do, I had the opportunity to snap one out of the display case due to a staff member returning a tray back in its place who retorts to my request for a quick photo, ‘I don’t want them to be out too long.’ Consequently, I left and won’t be back.
I bought a pain au chocolat and these are my most favorite bakery item to eat. But this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. It was like eating an over cooked one idk. It was baked too long for me. It should have been lighter in color and some more chocolate. I paid about 5$ for this and I’m disappointed. I won’t be back.
