Niles Donuts

I love this place! As soon as i walk in, i get greeted with a smile and a “hi! welcome in.” The workers are very nice and attentive. They have quite a variety of foods. They have donuts, but i also got some delicious egg rolls and tamales. The tamales were really moist and flavorful and the salsa roja was really good too. It tasted homemade, spicy, and flavorful. The donuts were sweet, but not disgustingly sweet like other places. I got some jelly and custard filled donuts and they were filled nicely. The dough part was really soft and melted in my mouth. The quality of this place is amazing, and so we’re the prices! I also got orange juice, which was really good. The lady said it was freshly squeezed, and i really like that because nowadays a lot of places just add orange powder and sugar water. I definately recommend this place and can go on and on about how amazing this experience was. The food and service was so amazing, I will definately be back soon!

I love this place. Everything is fresh, the family who runs it are wonderful, the prices are very reasonable. They can take special advance orders, and still always have a giant array of stuff for those just pop in. Things to note: -they get busy there is often a line - if you want something specific you should really get in early, or ask if they can do a pre-paid standing order? This is a great family run business that has absolutely earned the support of its dedicated clientele.

Also be sure to try one of their awesome breakfast sandwiches made fresh daily. They have kept their prices low even after all the years they have been open. Great value for a treat for your family or co-workers!

Stumbled upon this shop and I am so happy I did!!!! Everything I had was delicious and the Vietnamese coffee is the best I’ve had!! And I love Vietnamese coffee! An amazingly sweet owner and very helpful! I will come back here any chance I get! Thank you so much again !!!!!

Donuts are consistently fresh! Other vendors’ donuts are heavy with grease. Some places’ donuts have the flavor of old/over-used oil. Tried the other “best donuts” places but Niles IS THE BEST!

We've lived around the block from Niles Donuts for years but never got lured in by the daily temptation until this morning. My wife has a very critical palate when it comes to donuts and she's had her hopes dashed at other donut shops throughout the bay area. Well, I guess buying local is a lesson we learned this morning and we may be making a return visit before they close today to help it sink in! The chocolate glazed donut won the day, but the apple fritter and the ham and cheese croissant were also delicious according to our household's official taster.

Very nice couple owners. Always good customer service. Even offered me to pay for my drink on my next visit. Donuts are always fresh..chocolate bar is good.

Stop here early in the morning a few weeks ago. Their service was awesome. Their doughnuts holes are amazing…. Like taking a spoon full of sweet honey. And then I saw they had tamales… I got three. They are great as well, just perfect… not dry not wet where they fall apart. Perfect meat to dough mix… lol the perfect Mexican doughnut. I’ll definitely stop by more often when I’m in the area.

Great donuts, but don't sleep on the egg rolls and tamales! The salsa is incredibly spicy and delicious. Highly recommend for a quick, tasty bite.

I've drove past this donut shop frequently in the past but now that I know it exists, I'll try again. The donuts were terrific and they also had some surprisingly tasty & fresh Asian egg rolls too! Both shrimp and meat!!

I've drove past this donut shop frequently in the past but now that I know it exists, I'll try again. The donuts were terrific and they also had some surprisingly tasty & fresh Asian egg rolls too! Not sure if it’s the owner or just one of the simple bakers however the staff is impolite and extremely rude. I went to grab a couple of donuts (4) for me and my girlfriend, left my wallet at home and tried to use Apple Pay, then they tried to enforce a $5 minimum spending limit for debit card transaction. I politely informed them of my situation and lack of cash, asked for a one time exception and they said no because every time we use a card, Visa and MasterCard charge them for a transaction fee (it’s only .35¢) so they require a $5 purchase and asked me why not just buy another donut or a milk, etc and I explained that it was unnecessary and not within my needs at the moment and they still demanded enforcing the minimum. Just so you are all aware, this is completely unethical in accordance with Visa and MasterCard standards as a business entity using their services. They have stipulated that businesses CANNOT require minimum purchases for consumers to use their services and any businesses caught doing so and reported doing so will have their privileges revoked. Safe to say I will not be bringing my business here again, and I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commissions, and both Visa and MasterCard corporate. Fellow consumers, know your rights and don’t let these kind of bullies try to push you around and steal your money. If they want to operate a business they need to understand that you have a thing called “over head” and transaction fees for credit/debit card services are a part of that. Hopefully they’ll learn their lesson when they get slapped with a revocation of privilege.
