I was here on friday 10/17 on my way home to get some frieds. The cashier had that pissed off and whatever type of looks on her. She was helping out the kitchen when I was telling her about there was no more ketchup in pump box, and she was unwilling to go to back to grab a bag and refill it, but she offere the package ones. The fries are way too oily since the paper bag was soaked with oil by the time I had gotten and I only ate a quarter of it. It was such waste of $9. the bathrooms had water and paper towers all over on the floor.

My first time going there and my last time tell me why a hamburger with grilled onions and mushrooms and a small drink cast 15 dollars. I was mind-blowed a small hamburger and small drink costed me half of my 20 dollars the food is A+ but the prices is to much times are hard and not always easy to get money if they could lower the prices a little bit it would be a lot better.

Extremely overpriced and awful quality. I paid $49 for three burgers and fries, and ended up throwing everything in the garbage. The food was inedible — especially the fries, which were the worst I’ve ever seen. Definitely not worth the money.

I used to go here a lot and it was always great. It has really gone downhill. The price is obviously a lot but they give you basically nothing now. A regular fries used to fill an entire plate. Now it's almost nothing for over $7? Yeah right, save your money and go else where.

I sadly probably won't be going to five guys anymore. The food is A+ quality but recently they've been really lowering the quantity. It's well known that fives guys is pretty expensive but the redeeming quality is they give you a lot, especially fries. A regular fries used to give you far more than typical fast food places. However now it's just more of the same and for the price it's not worth it anymore. Maybe other five guys chains are better but the one on 188th St, fresh meadows really gives a lot less fries now.

Absolutely they forest of the worst. The cashier couldn't even get my order right. I hate to say it but I got the feeling that she didn't care to help me as I am white. The cashier rolled her eyes at me way before I even gave my order n to get my order to where it was all wrong. Huge disappointment. I don't recommend this place if you are a white person

Five Guys at this location is a joke. The food is expensive for no reason $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink, and it’s still wrapped like a high school lunch. The service is ridiculously slow, even when there’s barely anyone waiting. Staff looks confused, disorganized, and constantly behind and that all starts with the manager, who acts like he’s running a luxury steakhouse just because Five Guys got mentioned in a magazine once. He talks a big game, but clearly can’t manage his team or the kitchen. If you like waiting 20+ minutes for a soggy burger and being overcharged for greasy fries, this place is for you. Otherwise, go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s and get better food, faster, for half the price.

Very unprofessional staff and service. I placed an Ubereats order today, 11/25/24 and ordered two hamburgers, fries, and two milkshakes. What a surprise I was met with when my uber eats courier handed me a bag with my items but instead of milkshakes I was given two bottled cokes. Extremely disappointed I wasn’t asked or adjusted item pricing.

zero taste on the burger. 12 dollars for burn trash burger,,, never learn.. worst cheese burger for 12 dollars ... maximum 5 for this type of cb ... Bodegas do better then that... I really hate spending my money on food that is not worth.. this is 2 dolars MD menu

Rude service, the people preparing the food shoved the bags at me +10 minutes wait, burned fries that tasted horrible. Im never coming back here. My mouth currently tastes like charcoal or a burnt piece of a marshmallow, I would give them zero stars if I could... the bun was really mushy and there was nothing inside of it, no tomatoes, lettuce, sauce, etc. Also the bag was so oily, the tinfoil they placed my burger in was really oily..
